Fantastic experience: Jenn g and the other Jenn were absolutely phenomenal! We always have a good experience here but today was extra comforting knowing my son gave staff a very trying time and they were all so kind and caring with him. Blowing air on him to cool him down, rubbing his head and face. All 6 ladies helping with my kiddos treatment today- I thank you all for your consideration of my feelings and allowing my baby to express his feelings so freely.

Positive experience: I give the office a high review, the girls are very nice and efficient. The call center however is barely a star. They aren’t very enthusiastic and could be a bit nicer on the phone. Multiple time I’ve interacted and was scheduled for the wrong type of visit for my son., or put on hold and forgotten about not willing to transfer me to the office to be helped.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! The staff took wonderful care of us, especially the young women Jen and Jeng, who were delightful. I highly recommend this excellent clinic.

Fantastic experience: Beyond great for Jen H., Jen G., and Kevin- their kindness, compassion and overall demeanor helped make my daughters rough procedure tolerable. The Dr on the other hand in my opinion needs to learn some bed side manners especially when dealing with children.

Fantastic experience: Front Desk staff is absolutely amazing, very organized, very professional, and some of the sweetest humans. But I could say that Irma does such an amazing job with kids. She guides and explains everything to be understood professionally. We love Smiles4keeps!!!! I would recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: You will wait for an hour past your appointment. They will schedule you an appointment and then when you get there change it. They are always “under staffed”. If you don’t have a half of day to waste I would NOT bring your children here.

Negative experience: Update: I know I said that I need the reminders. BUT I work in the heating industry and I was called to remind me about a scheduled cleaning. I asked them if I can reschedule the appt. Got that set up for April. Great... no not great. Ashley kept calling me 4 more times to schedule the cleaning. I told her multiple times that I rescheduled that. This last time I told her to cancel the appointment, I will go somewhere else. I am not dealing with someone that cannot read notes or remember that I literally told them two days ago that I had a cleaning scheduled for April. They called me twice to remind me about the appointment, 1 week out and the day before. God knows I need the reminders. My son got 3 fillings. Melina came out and explained everything thoroughly and professionally.

Fantastic experience: *Always* a great experience here. My kids are never scared to come back to the dentist! At today's visit, Alyssa and Jessica were especially awesome at explaining everything they were doing and keeping the kids engaged and informed about their teeth. The dentist himself is always friendly and funny yet very professional. Facilities are always clean and wait times aren't bad at all. They have TVs on for the kids who are waiting and a table for them to color while they wait. I am so appreciative of the staff here!

The care team at smiles for keeps, the dentist, hygienists, and even the desk receptionists, all go out of their way to work with him to ensure he is comfortable, understanding of what is going on during his visits, and receiving the care he needs!

Fantastic experience: Kevin at the front desk was very helpful with setting my child’s appt and patient. I actually called prior to coming and he helped set it up. Patient young man and Dahlia was the tech that worked on my child was also a great pleasure to meet. She made sure my child was comfortable and aware of what was going on. The actual dentist himself 10/10. Great way to start your child’s morning. He was very vocal with my child and even overhearing with the other patients. Informative to the parents and the staff cleaned after every patient. Thanks for the visit

Negative experience: Nice people that work there but the doctor was very rude after waiting for 45 minutes for them to call my son back for a cleaning asked the doctor questions and he got very rude and he said he refused to work on my son never had that happen ever he was very cocky

Fantastic experience: I got a filling, everyone was really nice. It didn’t really hurt at all. Probably my best experience at a dentist. My nurse/dentist were Ashley and Melina. They are both very good at what they do.

Fantastic experience: Bring all 5 of my kids here. Ages range from teenager to 2 years old. They have done regular clean ups and had treatments done. They are always friendly, professional and make my small kids feel sooo welcomed. Stephanie and Lupe did great in calming my 2 year old down. I would recommend this place every single time.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience for my kids. From check in with Cass she greeted my kids with so much kindness. Irma gave my daughter her medicine and was so nice. Melina and Kim were so nice to my kids. Ashley did a great job with the treatment and made all of us feel comfortable. Dr Matt such a great doctor and explained everything to me and even sang to the kids while prepping their teeth. Then Pattie sealed the deal giving them ice pops at the end of their treatment. Upon check out Kevin helped me get my cleaning appointments for all the kids. Overall great experience. Thank you all so much.

I want to specifically shout out Dr. Matt, Marinelly, Estephania, Melina and Ashley. Dr. Matt is an amazing dentist! So kind caring, personable and patient. My kids are never scared to go to the dentist. The girls that helped with my daughter specifically on 10/9/25 were absolutely amazing with her! Also want to shout out all the receptionist especially Melina and Ashley! They go above and beyond for you, never make you feel rushed and are extremely kind and personable. I 110% recommend this Dentist office!!
