Negative experience: I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment with the experience my son and I had at his appointment this morning. My son’s appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM. By 10:05 AM—after waiting 45 minutes—I approached the front desk to confirm the time, thinking perhaps I had made a mistake. During this period, I watched multiple patients who arrived after us be called back first. When the very last person who came in after us was called, I stood up and asked what was happening. I was then told, “We’ll see you next, my bad—we’re short-staffed.” This explanation was not only unprofessional but dismissive. There was no communication about delays, no acknowledgment until I spoke up, and no regard for the fact that my son needed to get to school to take scheduled tests. The lack of organization and respect for our time is unacceptable. This experience demonstrated a blatant disregard for patients and reflects extremely poorly on your office. Because of this, I will not be returning to Greenway Dental Group, and I will strongly advise others to stay away based on the level of unprofessionalism we encountered.

Fantastic experience: Most people cringe at the thought of getting a root canal, but my experience at Greenway Dental was truly the opposite. From start to finish, Dr. Alex Shklyar and his outstanding team turned what could have been an intimidating procedure into a comfortable, educational, and even uplifting experience. Not only did they take the time to explain every step of the process, but their compassion and professionalism made me feel completely at ease. The level of care and attention I received was beyond anything I expected. I walked away not only pain-free, but genuinely impressed by how dedicated they are to patient comfort and long-term dental health. Negative experience: I've been a patient here for years and have always received excellent care — the doctors and assistants are kind, attentive, and professional. During my recent visit, I was disappointed by one front desk employee (visible hand and body tattoos) who spent the entire time on her phone, never greeted me, used profanity while I was waiting, and did not look up at all to see if it was a line or not, which made me slightly late to my appointment. The young lady sitting beside her was helping another patient and after was so warm and apologetic to me once she saw I was visibly upset about the wait; I greatly appreciate how she handled my check-in. I value this practice and hope management addresses the front desk conduct so reception reflects the same high standards as the medical staff.

Fantastic experience: I visited Greenway Dental Group and Dr. Shklar for several issues, including a crossbite and crowns that needed replacing. Dr. Shklar and his team came up with a smart solution that worked really well. I appreciate their creative approach and use of modern techniques, and I’d recommend them for various dental needs. Fantastic experience: I brought my mother to this practice for her new pt appointment today and not only were they attentive to her, the front desk also was attentive to me as I waited for her appt to be done. Check in was smooth and easy and the two ladies at the front desk were very pleasant. Even tho I wasn’t serviced, my mother was pleased with her service and I was pleased overall as she usually complains about the dentist, but not this time. Thank you Greenway

Negative experience: Absolute worse experience. Arrived at 8:45am. Sat in waiting area until 9:45. Then approached receptionist to ask when I’d be seen by the doctor. I was told new patients take longer to be seen. Oook. Finally at 10am, one of the receptionists walked me back to room for me to sit even longer until office manager comes in to ask if I am ok. Wait what!? Unbelievable. I walked out and booked appt in lot with a dentist in VA. PG everything is terrible. We should expect more. Sigh. Time to move.

Positive experience: Coming in hot and honest. I want to give this office ONE start based on this front desk staff, but 5 for dentists/hygienists and dental assistants, so here we are at a 3. Since this horrible front desk staff can't seem to address my request for a 10 min call/meeting with Dr. Skhylar to address my concerns, maybe this review will get straight to him so he is aware of what is going on. Y'all are playing games, and I have time. So yes, the dentists here are great and have always been. I have been a patient here since approximately 2010 for ortho and regular preventative care. I have also had amazing care, treatment and professionalism to the hygienists and ALL of the dental assistants here. (Shout out to Celeste because you are so amazing and deserve your flowers!) I have referred my mom, my uncle, and a few of my mom's friends as patients... but as of tomorrow, I have an appointment with a new dentist. The quality of the front desk staff has been on a serious decline. The great days of Ralea and Raven are definitely gone. Please for the sake of your business, get back to this. This front office is a mess. About a year ago for my cleaning I was given an appt card for 6 months. I recd no calls/texts in the month of my appointment. I called to check the time since I had taken off work that day to make sure, I arrived on time, and I was casually told I had no appointment scheduled. I let them know that I ALWAYS have an appointment, unless I am in the chair. I have an appointment card with the date on it but I was out running and errand the card was at home. The person casually said "Oh maybe she put it in and forgot to hit SAVE so it didn't save. The girl has done that a few times." So then I got rescheduled for weeks later. So let's move to this week. I had an appointment schedule for 2 pm on 10/29/25. I recd a reminder text last week asking me to confirm. I was at the ER at that time and honestly it slipped my mind (which I take ownership for). But, in the past when you don't respond to the text they call you in a day or two to confirm. I rec'd NO call at all. Instead, at 8 am on Sunday morning when the office is closed, I get a text telling me my appointment was canceled and is now at 7 am. I go back to look at the previous text and it says that I was required to reach out to them by 2 pm to confirm. This has never been their practice before. So I called to ask about this policy and was lied to stating by someone addressing herself as the office manager "We text and then we call a couple of time and if no answer, we cancel it." I explained that makes sense, but no one called me. I have not missed calls at all." My concern was essentially brushed. So at that point I stated I would be contacting them once I secure a new dentist. After doing so I texted the office asking how to go about transferring my xrays, and then I recd a text that I have a balance of over $200 that I needed to take care of. I immediately responded FROM WHEN? My insurance covers cleanings, which I recd 6 months ago and no one mentioned a bill then, or leading up to this appt. I have paid everything. I requested to be emailed a bill and I requested to speak w the dentist for about 10 minutes either by phone or email. Their response - SILENCE. I find it strange that only now that I am leaving are you creating some balance and if it legitimate, why is this the first time I am hearing about this? No emails, calls, texts, US mail. And you keep treating me but now I am done with this office UNTIL THIS FRONT DESK IS BROUGHT UP FROM TRASH TO QUALITY... now you ask about it? Its giving unprofessional and unorganized and poor office staff will cause great patients to leave.

Fantastic experience: I was more than pleased with the services that I received. The Dentist and the dental assistant made me feel at ease and comfortable before and during my procedure. I would recommend this establishment to all of my friends and family. The cleanliness was awesome and the staff was nice and very professional. This was the best dental office I have been to in my lifetime and I am 65 years young!!! My whole family including my grandsons attend this dental office.

I recently had a tooth extracted, and despite the fear I entertained beforehand, I experienced no pain afterward and no bleeding at all. To my surprise, the staff even informed me that I had overpaid and promptly credited my account. That level of honesty is rare and deeply appreciated. What stood out most to me was their professionalism and integrity. The doctors are wonderful, and the staff is equally amazing, caring, attentive, and trustworthy. Truly a great team that I would highly recommend.

Positive experience: This dentists are amazing ; even the assistants are amazing; only thing i really think they should work on is the communication especially when it comes to the financials ; I experienced 3 different conversations based on what my financial responsibility was, which was extremely inconvenient; however although the customer service was great; communication is extremely important and necessary . However overall great practice! :)

It is application and aptitude that I was pleased with as my doctor is highly competent, well trained and has good communication skills. Sadly I have been in other dental offices where I have observed plenty of attitudes instead of good dentistry. This dental off is also very clean. Negative experience: Very unprofessional front desk staff. Not willing to help and your concern is not of any importance to them. They always so quick to tell you to schedule another appointment after scheduling you for an appointment with no dentist available. This happened twice and I gladly had to go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Greenway dental is just great, the service is excellent all around and Lila the hygienist is just awesome, my first time getting my teeth cleaned was a tough job I had so much stain and when she was finished I was amazed my teeth was so white and cleaned I had never had my teeth cleaned like that before and big shout out to my wonderful dentist Dr. Nau wonderful, great and just really good as a young Dentist. Positive experience: Dr. Frazier was unpleasant and oddly accusatory during a routine cleaning. She was not very knowledgeable about tooth remineralization and maintained a dismissive attitude. The other doctors and staff that I have seen provide quality service and are genuinely kind, professional, and helpful. The front desk staff were also very friendly and competent.

At the time I didn’t have a dentist but Dr. Alex Shklyar and his team took me in right away and have patiently worked with me through the long journey to restoring my smile. I had always found going to the dentist to be intimidating but not anymore. They have treated me like family, and for that I couldn’t be more grateful. Negative experience: I just had the most unpleasant experience with a front office employee. I had a question about permanent dentures and if this was a service they provided. She not only had no knowledge of the procedure but she was very combative in her lack of knowledge. It took another employee who overheard our exchange to give me the information I was looking for. Negative experience: Not so great experience. I have had a crown before, but this experience was not good. Not only did he take my tooth down to nothing, he started sawing down surrounding teeth. I had to tell him not to mess with my other teeth. Cleanings are fine, but nothing else!

Linda at the front desk was so patient and kind , her customer service was stellar. She took the time to answer any questions I had about my insurance and my care plan . Upon my visit meeting the hygienist Lilu she greeted me warmly and set the expectation of my visit . Negative experience: Please beware of this Dental group. They will just mislead you with information and want to make money out from insurance. Don't care of patient. Office stuffs have lack of knowledge and Etiquette. I went for a routine regular cleaning , they have done 14-20 x-rays ( even the X-ray technician was unskilled repeated , each x-ray 3-4 times), spent almost 2-3 hrs., without having any cleaning done and ask to make another appointment? Now got a bill of $100 out of pocket other than insurance pay. I repeatedly asked the office stuff if the x-rays will be covered full by my insurance and said yes, yes and yes ??? Better to find another fair Dental care dedicated to patient not only business.

I started coming here in 2023 and each time I've been here they have been the utmost professional from the front desk to the dentist chair. I highly recommend them. Especially like to point out the hygienist Leilu, she did a wonderful job in cleaning my teeth and giving me instructions on a better technique to flossing. Fantastic experience: I visited Greenway Dental Group and it was such a pleasant everything, staff was very nice and very informative. I’m always a little nervous about trying a new office but they exceeded my expectations!

Negative experience: I have been coming here for a while, And I have management change, But this this manager here Ms. Karen do not know what she is doing. I was waiting in the waiting room for a while before she decided to get to me. She did not have anyone in front of her. The other two ladies was busy. When she finally called me up I was given wrong information about my finances. She don't know how to speak to people, she rude and not educated about her job. Ms. Wenona had to step in and correct the situation. If it wasn't for my kids going down stairs I would take all of us somewhere else. Dr. Adeniji staff is very pleasant from the manager, front staff, and back staff, Dr. Alex and Oksana. I wish ya'll luck.

Positive experience: Best pediatric dentist in the world! But billing!! In network for insurance, but didn't even bother to submit nitrous oxide anesthesia. Charged me $112 when it should have been zero. That's not just sloppy, it's probably illegal.

Fantastic experience: From a very anxious and scared dental patient... 5 stars hands down. Made an urgent appointment and everyone was so friendly and professional. I was treated with respect and care. The hygienist and dentist both were exceptional. They made sure to ask if I experienced any pain during my procedures and spent a nice amount of time with me to explain future care and options. During one of my anxious episodes, a staff member sat with me until I calmed down. I even called about an hour later to ask a question and the dentist took my call. I have found my primary dental care office...

Fantastic experience: Dr Alex hklyar is a true professional dentist. He’s kind, gentle and reassuring. He takes the time to explain to his patients what to expect during dental procedures and treatments. The staff is also very courteous and kind, and always helpful. Fantastic experience: The staff is very courteous. You are called in at the exact time of your appointment or before. The doctor explains to you in details about your visit. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Greenway Dental for many years. The front desk is wonderful, Oksana is the BEST (I won’t see any other tech!), and Dr. S is thorough, thinks outside the box, and is always very kind. I traditionally hate the dentist but I love this team.

Fantastic experience: It is good to get an orthodontist and dentist in one place. Those are hard to find. Costs are noticeably more expensive than my last dentist. Customer service (for calls) fluctuates. The women I’ve met in the office were very pleasant. Love the free goodies!

Fantastic experience: They are always on time with their appointments. In fact, I arrived early and they saw me early. The service was professional and rapid. A new piece of equipment was used to take full mouth X-rays - No film pieces were needed to insert in my mouth. I was very impressed with their attention and speed.

Fantastic experience: A warm welcome at the front desk upon our arrival. Everything is Recorded electronically . Who uses a ✍! The staff hygienist introduced herself and explained her role with me durning the visit. The DDS introduced himself . He had reviewed my X-ray’s and made his recommendations. No pressure with getting the work done. The explanation of my plan was addressed and I was given the option of when I would like the services to be taken care of. You can’t go wrong with this practice. Great reviews and that is what caught my attention. I’m getting professional work performed on my teeth.

I recently did Invisalign treatment through Greenway Dental and they did it with such great care from start to finish making sure my progression goes smooth and well.
