Fantastic experience: Fun atmosphere,friendly staff, from scheduling appointments by phone to filling out paperwor in office everyone was great! And very accommodating aswell to help my child feel comfortable she was given a fuzzy blanket and a squishmallow to hold on too during her appointment, we will be looking forward to returning for future appointments.

Negative experience: Wish I could give -100 stars! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! DONT SAY YALL CAN GIVE ME AN APPOINTMENT ON SATURDAY 11:08/25 AT 1:30 AND HAVE PEOPLE WAITING OUTSIDE FOR OVER AN HOUR AND YALL AREN'T EVEN OPEN!!!

Fantastic experience: Omg I am awe of the Dental Place. First of all you walk in and it looks like you are walking into a Star Wars museum it is unbelievably beautiful. The Dentist is so nice and sweet and explained everything that my grandson needed to have done. The dental hygienist Leanne was super nice and sweet to us and gave me a tour of the rooms. The young ladies at front office were so nice. Overall I am so very, very impressed with the Dental Space and I recommend anybody that is looking for a Dentist to come to the Dental Space. Oh and they even have an iPad where you can check in and see your child when they are working with them.

Positive experience: I thought i found a good dentist but No! They had a treatment plan for me but when it came close to having my procedure done they called me telling me they no longer do extractions, in this day dentists should be offering more services not losing them, maybe tell your patients before making plans this happened within 3 months be prepared least 6 months out, now I have to start all over again, finding a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Oh my gosh!! Just left The Dental Space with my daughter. The BEST experience i have ever had at any dental place. The staff is so very communative with the parent. They let me know the process of what was going on with my daughter the while time she was in the back. To tell you my daughter doesn't like alot of noise and with dental procedures that comes with it-she let them do ALL that needed to be done in one sitting,I thought we were going to have to go back but nope the dentist was so nice as were the staff. I can't give enough praise to all of them. I would DEFINITELY recommend going to The Dental Space!! A+++++++++

Fantastic experience: Evelyn was one of the assistants there and she was so amazing and patient with me! I am normally so scared of dentist offices but they really made me feel welcomed and comfortable will definitely be coming here for a while.

Negative experience: Receptionist are rude. Asked them to remove me from their calling list multiple times as I haven't lived in the area in 2 years. But they keep calling and are extremely disrespectful to me when I tell them please remove me from the calling list because I don't live there anymore. Since they keep calling I'll take that as a sign that they want attention so now they have it. When I first went to speak with them about removing old silver fillings, they advise that this is something that they could do. They performed the service on 2 teeth then said a separate unaffected tooth may need a root canal. I found it odd that it would need a root canal since they had never mentioned this tooth to me before and I had no sensitivity until after they touched the tooth next to it. They then told me they could not remove the silver fillings from the other teeth it should not be attempted and would not be done. I got a second opinion at Allen dentistry where it was discovered that they damaged the other tooth while working on removing the old filling on the tooth next to it which is why it would now need a root canal. I haven't been back to the Dental Space since and I don't recommend anyone else go here. Maybe for children but they don't know how to treat adults. I have since left the state but still highly recommend Allen dentistry. Shockingly enough my new dentist had no issue removing the old silver fillings and it has resulted in no pain and no issues whatsoever. Not sure what the dental space dentists are up to but I don't like it.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited The Dental Space in Corpus Christi for a routine cleaning and was thoroughly impressed by the experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel at ease in their space-themed lobby. The office is clean, modern, and fun — I especially enjoyed the little touches like their arcade/gaming area and the Star Wars décor, which help make visits more engaging (especially for kids). During my appointment, the dentist and hygienist took time to explain everything — they answered all my questions, walked me through each step, and made sure I was comfortable. I never felt rushed, and they were incredibly attentive to detail. I also appreciated how family-friendly the place is: they treat patients of all ages (as young as 6 months) and even accept Medicaid/CHIP in addition to many insurance plans, making care more accessible. A minor note: I noticed there were a few comments about insurance or payment plan complications in some reviews, so that might be something to ask ahead about.

Negative experience: Arrived 10 minutes early to fill out new client paperwork. The receptionist looked annoyed and was blunt and unfriendly when getting my information. After filling out paperwork and not signing x-ray consent, I was informed that I must consent to full dental X-rays to be able to get the 'Cleaning only' appointment that I scheduled. Was not informed of this while making the appointment and did not want X-rays. Receptionist said the cleaning would be $59 when I made the appointment. She did not tell me anything about X-rays when making the appointment, but insisted she did. Waited 40 minutes past my appointment to be taken back for mandatory X-rays. The dental assistant was nice and patient. Sent back out to wait. 2 hours past my appointment time see dentist. 2 hours and 20 minutes past my appointment time got told they can't do a regular cleaning and must do a deep cleaning and if I don't consent to that just pay up front and leave. Pay for X-rays that I didn't want and get no cleaning. I refused. Nothing currently hurting or bothering me, but now I can't get a cleaning unless it's a deep cleaning. Also, apparently now I need over $11,000 in dental work. After waiting 3 hours, I had to sign a waiver to get a dental cleaning I asked for. Hygienist flossed my teeth, polished them, and used a syringe to spray mouthwash between my teeth. They used a manual tool to scrape 3 or 4 teeth and that was it. Had the audacity to offer me free whitening strips if I left a 5 star review before leaving. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dental space was extremely helpful throughout the whole treatment process. They were able to get us scheduled quickly, help verify insurance, and provide extraordinary treatment. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The decorations make it feel less like a dentist office and more inviting. We will definitely be back!!

Fantastic experience: 1st time coming and I’m happy I chose here for my kids new dentist. Everyone is so nice and very welcoming . They’re very helpful and knowledgeable. I had an great conversation with them while I waited for my kids. They even have a tablet station to watch the kids get their teeth done. I have chip insurance for my kids and since chip only pays so much every year everything they needed to get done wouldn’t be covered. They sit down with you and prioritize what has to be done right away and what can wait. Of course everything is important but they will tackle the worst first like the adult teeth, baby teeth can wait. Whatever chip insurance won’t pay they’ll send out a letter to them requesting them to pay for it. If chip denies it then they’ll help with a payment plan if you wanna pay out of pocket. My kids had a great time I feel like they were spoiled a bit haha they got free tooth brush, a toy, and a balloon. They have beautiful chairs/comfortable and an arcade area for kids to enjoy while waiting.

Negative experience: I have been going to this place for years and has always been a wonderful experience up to today new people the 2 ladies in the front treated us like we are the problem an insurance problem we didn't know the new name of my husband's insurance since he recently changed and were rude telling us it was our fault for giving them 4 insurance names.... never going back! What a shame.

Fantastic experience: This was my first dentist appointment in my adult life. It was both traumatic and fun! The staff, hygienist and Dr. Rohan were all very helpful and informative. I had my first deep cleaning and had a local anesthetic that was injected in my gums, this was the only hard part of the process. I felt like the entire team cared and was genuine. I felt at ease leaving knowing I had a plan in place to tackle my oral health.

The whole staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

Negative experience: This is a long post. I used to love this place. We love Star Wars and I wanted a family dentist that serviced us all. When we first started the staff were so good to us. However, recently I am not sure if it’s some sort of insurance scams, or they are trying to squeeze every penny out of you. These past few visits we have gone (every 6mo) it’s always “you have 5 cavities,” or “you have 3 cavities and you need a crown.” I allowed the doctor to do one filling and it has been hell since. I now have TMJ, it hurts to eat, drink, just miserable. This is what really made me switch. My 3yr old had been complaining of tooth pain. I immediately call the dental space and they scheduled us right away. The next day we go in, the xray tech only gets a picture of the front of my daughters teeth. The dentist comes and looks at my daughters teeth for maybe 2 seconds. Moved away as if my daughter was some dirty girl. Tells me “mom, she’s got about 10 cavities she needs to be sedated and have work done to her teeth. I was so heartbroken. They refer us to a specialist. I called the specialist the next morning they brought us in that day. The dentist takes a good 2min look at my daughters teeth and says “mom, her teeth are perfect. I see no cavities but in her xray I can see she hit her gums by her two front teeth which can cause some discomfort.” This specialist was disappointed in what the Dental Space told me. We were able to switch all services to the new specialist because they also do teeth cleanings and dental work. The Dental Space clerical staff and dental hygienist are amazing. I cannot deny that. I loved how patient they were with us. However, you will not get any privacy it’s a pretty open area. Everyone can see you get your X-rays done, talking to the dentist, and the rooms that they do the cleanings in are all glass. You can see everything.

Dr.M is awesome explained my dental treatment thoroughly and made me feel really calm and positive about my self !!! The assistants and front desk are amazing!!!

Positive experience: My daughter’s appointment was on a Friday at 4 so maybe that was my first mistake. I was allowed to go back with her for the exam by the dentist but NOT for the actual cleaning which was weird. I was offered a tablet to view what was happening remotely but I didn’t want to be “that” helicopter parent. The cleaning took 10 minutes and I was surprised that she was done so soon. Afterward she wouldn’t talk to me because had something in her mouth that I assumed as fluoride. I paid and we walked out. She told me that the hygienist didn’t talk to her during the cleaning, that they didn’t floss right and she said it hurt, and that she still felt plaque on her back molars. The themed environment was cute and cool, the price was right, and the staff that I encountered were nice. My daughter has previously gone to an expensive pediatric dentistry group that we loved, but got to be too expensive. My daughter was really disappointed and told me she didn’t want to ever come back to this place.

Negative experience: I live in Dallas and my daughter is going to school in Corpus, based on the google reviews this was where I decided to send her. I do not understand how the rating is so high. Definitely did not have a good experience, as a matter of fact I asked her to leave while on Facetime for her check in, because they are rude, not comforting at all, all she wanted was a little help on her paperwork, being that this is the very FIRST TIME she has gone by herself to the dentist, also got her name wrong on the text for the appointment reminder, for sure not somewhere I want my child's mouth worked on. The reviews have to be a joke.

The staff there was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. Aj, the guy that helped with my cleaning, is a 5 star dude. Super nice. This is the dentist everyone needs to go to. Especially if you like Star Wars.

Not many offices do that. The staff here is absolutely so sweet and considerate! The location is great and the environment is so kid and family oriented! Definitely recommend this place! The customer service is outstanding in this family friendly environment which is a brilliant representation of a future of the dental visit, with advanced technologies and cutting edge x-ray machines to support the sci-fi concept. The arcade-like portion of the waiting area provides fun for the entire family. No long waits here! Alyssa at the front reception desk set the friendly tone by warmly greeting me. She quickly processed new patient paperwork. I was promptly whisked to the back by Leanna who impressively took thorough x-rays on a very modern device; no cardboard cutting my mouth. I just sat back, relaxed and enjoyed my time here. The Dental Assistant, Jerry, long with the Dentist, Dr. Soulmaz Heydari, thoroughly reviewed x-rays, and even more thoroughly provided me detailed explanations of review of my teeth. After that I was whisked off to a private room where Dental Assistant, Eva thoroughly cleaned my teeth... and gave me this Pro+ Gum Health toothbrush! This was no ordinary experience at the Dental Space. I only wish I had discovered it sooner!
