Negative experience: My daughter and I have gone to this location for years due to the convenience of the location. I have to note that the staff are really nice but being overbooked the last few appointments has left me feeling disappointed. Waiting two hours with an appointment is very inconsiderate.

Negative experience: Update: The last three experiences have been vastly different - quite concerning, actually - than my first excellent encounter with Dr. George and his assistant Daniela. Let me share the last three interactions with this clinic: 1. When I went to the follow up appointment after Dr. George I was attended by a different dentist. Dr. George was not there. The dentist that attended me seemed completely oblivious to my questions. I asked about the bone graft that Dr. George had previously done. The response was almost a grunt. When the dentist shared that I needed more work, I tried to ask about the urgency of getting it done (because I travel quite a bit for my work and am out of town much of the time) and the dentist said that the girls up front would let me know. How is that possible - it’s the dentist that did the examination not the front desk people?!? The dentist, in my estimation, gave the impression that answering the patient’s questions was beneath her. 2. I had an appointment unilaterally rescheduled by the clinic without informing me and without consideration for my work or travel schedule. (Other people besides your office need to keep schedules too!) 3. Today (10 Sep 25) I had a 10:00am appointment for which I arrived a bit early. There was no one at the reception desk. I sat down. After a while I poked my head through an open door and said, “Is anybody home?” Whom I assume was the custodian (because she was emptying the trash containers, etc.) came out and asked me to put my name down on a blank piece of paper on the counter. I wrote labels on the paper (Name, arrival time, appointment time) and put my name down. I sat down and waited more - still nobody at the reception desk. Another patient came in. She waited. The same custodian happened to come by the desk and told the other patient to put her name down, but the lady only spoke English and the custodian only Spanish. So I translated for the lady that came in. By this time I’d lost all confidence in the professionalism of this dental clinic. At that point I mentioned that I wanted to cancel my appointment. The custodian said she would let somebody know. A few minutes later a young lady came out and sat at the reception desk and I asked her to cancel my appointment. I also asked to cancel any future appointments. Now mind you, I had received numerous reminders by text and email that I had a 10:00am appointment at this clinic, but apparently the clinic hadn’t been given the same reminder! I was really disappointed because my previous interaction with Dr. George was absolutely top notch. He was professional, helpful, and actually answered questions. I wanted this to be my dental clinic and really wanted to have this be the place to get my dental care. ————— previous experience at this clinic below ————— Excellent care provided by Dr George and his assistant Daniela! Highly recommend this dental group. They did their work (tooth extraction and bone graft) with care and skill. Thanks!

Negative experience: Terrible, beyond comprehension. I came with my family and had the worst experience in my life. The wait is unbelievable, they are under staffed and still continue to book your appointments and make you wait not respecting the value of your time. Then at the consult they wanted me to remove all 4 wisdom teeth from my 2 oldest daughters. No pain, no infection, no medical sign that required them to removed. Just to sell a treatment. Then for me and my daughter they offered a treatment plan over 3k that included a replacement fake tooth for a missing tooth that they showed me in the x-rays…. We DO NOT have ANY missing teeth at all. They have been removed or lost or anything. Our denture is complete and has always been. At this point I couldn’t believe whether they had the wrong x-rays or they thought I was plain stupid to not notice or understand x-rays or I have really no clue. So my youngest had to have fillings on both top and bottom teeth, so dentist decided to do them in 2 separate days. The first day, she had anesthesia but a lot of pain and I could not believe, I thought she was exaggerating, but 2nd day she did have anesthesia done correctly and then I knew than on the first day she was given anesthesia that was not dine properly and still had to go through the pain. Then I realized this second day, she did not get all the treatment done, it was incomplete, the had missed work on one tooth, so I had to return a third day to make this claim to what they said I had misunderstood that situation, nevertheless my daughter’s tooth still has the cavity she went in to get fixed. So three days, job not completed, retainer no longer fits in due to the work not being done properly and now I am sure they are going to make me pay for a new one. Place is dirty and I do not feel confident and safe but I had already paid and I am stuck here. Oh and cherry on top they wanted to charge mire than what my insurance allows. So terrible all the way and in every way possible. Health department and ethics should check this practice definitely.

Negative experience: I’ve been bringing my daughter to this dental office for over a year and never had any major issues—until today. We had an appointment at 1:00 PM and weren’t seen until 3:30 PM, with no updates or explanation for the delay. When the dentist finally arrived, she was visibly upset and immediately blamed my daughter for a filling that had come off. She was rude and dismissive. Without waiting for her assistant or any preparation, she began working on my daughter’s front tooth. Water was splashing all over her face, running down her neck, and even into her nose, making it hard for her to breathe. My daughter tried raising her hand to get the dentist to stop, but she ignored her until the assistant rushed in and used the suction tool. When the procedure was over, the dentist walked out without a word. The assistant was the one who checked in to see if the filling felt okay—my daughter said it felt rough, so the assistant had to bring the dentist back in to fix it. Again, no communication, just a cold, uncomfortable experience. After today, I no longer feel confident or comfortable bringing my daughter here and will be looking for a new provider.

Negative experience: Rodeo Dental Is a SCAM – Unethical, Unresponsive, and a Danger to Patients! If you’re considering Rodeo Dental, DON’T. RUN. This place is a nightmare of negligence, shady business practices, and outright harm to patients. As is much of the industry. Forced to Remove My Own Braces My line of work often requires travel, and after a year of orthodontic treatment, I had to relocate. I tried to continue my care with a new provider, but everywhere I called said "we don't take transfer cases." After 7 months of searching, I finally found an office that would consider continuing treatment, but they needed basic information from Rodeo Dental—like the bracket size. Rodeo Dental refused to communicate with them by not returning calls to the new provider, or saying they would email the information but not doing it. I even called the office myself and was lead to believe it would be handled, but months have now gone by without response. Meanwhile, I couldn’t get treatment anywhere. I now have no choice but to remove my own brackets. That’s right—after being abandoned by Rodeo Dental, I am removing my braces myself. The Secret No One Tells You: "No Transfer Cases" is a Scam. I later found out why so many orthodontists refuse transfer cases. It’s not because it’s difficult—it’s because they don’t want to lose money. Many patients get braces, struggle to afford continued care, and try to switch providers. To prevent this, the industry has an unspoken rule: Reject all transfer cases to force patients to stay locked in with their original provider. Even though I have multiple sources of income (willing to pay out of pocket) and insurance coverages, NO ONE would even discuss pricing with me. They all just shut me down. And Rodeo Dental? They were the worst—completely ghosting me instead of sending basic medical information. Physical Injury Due to Incompetence As if their unethical business practices weren’t enough, the actual treatment I received was dangerous. During one visit, while a tech was placing a band on my back tooth, he used so much force that the tool slipped and slammed into the hard palate of my mouth. The pain was really intense, I was bleeding, and was in tears. There was an apology, the kid was kind, but what could I do? The "Emergency Root Canal" Scam Another gem from Rodeo Dental: Right after getting braces, I had some tooth pain that didn’t seem related. Just 45 days earlier, I had a clean bill of dental health. But suddenly, Rodeo Dental insisted I needed an “emergency” root canal. I got a second opinion at another clinic and was told that whether or not a root canal is needed depends on the patient’s report of pain. So there it is—your dental care is subjective and, driven by personal report rather than actual diagnostic results. Rodeo Dental: The Worst of the Worst This entire industry is shady, making it nearly impossible to transfer care while using good ol boy tactics. Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Dr. Kung today and I loved her! She was so sweet and it was a good consult :) and her team was great too! I love when Suhai helps me out! There was also a face painter in the lobby and I took advantage of that too haha
