Fantastic experience: We came from out of town for a second opinion. Dr.Travis and the staff were incredible. We chose to have the work done here and he was so calm and patient with my daughter! She has a lot of anxiety about procedures and she was a little handful at times during the procedure. I cannot elaborate on how patient and calm he was with her! He and the hygienist explained everything to her, showed me what he was doing… we felt heard and cared about. Our experience was so great we plan on moving all of our kids here for care!

Teeth cleaning went so well with her being gentle and thorough. The dentist was also good natured and gentle. I know I didn’t get any work done other than my teeth cleaned but I’m so glad I chose this office. I can look forward to coming back and not be afraid and apprehensive about it. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: I have not like my teeth my whole life- I’m 63! I hated going to the dentist my whole life-and dreaded this time also! My front tooth is losing bone and will eventually fall out! I came here because….well, it’s your front tooth- it’s kinda important! I felt heard for the first time in all my dentist experiences! We came up with options, a game plan and a way to fix my smile as a bonus! They also caught a huge abscess that has probably been there for a year! They were patient, listened, kind and thorough! They even threw in a free X-ray since I had my others sent there. From the front desk people to the assistant, the Doctor , and payment lady- they were kind and professional! The doctor welcomed me and actually said thank you up front for choosing them! Wow- I didn’t know it could be this way!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jade DeSmidt Is an amazing Dentist. I had a tooth that was bothering me that I was afraid of losing. She recommended a crown be placed on existing tooth. The crown that she made was an amazing fit. Her hygienist assistant is also very skilled and did an amazing job in assisting Dr Demidt. They both have great personalities.

Fantastic experience: From walkinging I could feel the positive, welcoming atmosphere from the front desk. Despite not going to the dentist for far to many years Dr. Carlson and Sarah made this visit as stress free as possible. I was feeling very anxious not knowing what they would but they were kind, didn't judge, patient, listened to my questions and fears taking their time. Fantastic experience: I was in Alaska a couple of weeks ago, and was beginning to experience discomfort under my dental bridge. This had occurred last year as well, successfully treated by Dr. Spies. I called the office and relayed my concern as well as a request for a repeat antibiotic treatment. Within 30 minutes, I received a call saying it would be done, if I provided a name and phone number for a local pharmacy. The meds were completely successful in short order, saving my trip. I just had a followup visit which revealed the continued success. Many heartfelt thanks for this great service.

Since I live 1.5 hours away, it was greatly appreciated. In addition , I have a new hygienist. Jordan was very gentle on cleaning my teeth. Fantastic experience: AWESOME! I never dreamed I could visit a dentist, have a crown prepared and the final PERMANENT crown be placed in the matter of an hour and a half! AND.. ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN!!!! Boy, this is the place to go for dental work. All that, plus pleasant staff all around. And my deadening was gone before I left the building!! No more struggling for the rest of the day with drooling and a crooked smile,!!!! I highly recommend Prairie Rose Dental North. This will always be my dental care home!!

Negative experience: 10 years ago it took 40 min to get a cleaning and 20 min to get xrays. Now it all combined in 30 min and left with dirty teeth yet. Service has gotten poorer and prices gone up. Kids were done with better service. I ok with my boys cleaning done. I not happy with prfdentists north for adults
