Fantastic experience: Always great customer service and patient care. They made my 3 yr old feel comfortable enough to do X-rays and cleanings without my assistance. Anya was sweet and kind and didn’t mind that I took a few photos of my little being a big kid. When he got uncomfortable with the super straw, she didn’t hesitate to switch to a more gentle method.

Negative experience: You should feel comfortable with health providers you pick for your children. That has not been my experience with this facility. First time in bringing my toddler the front desk woman asked my transgender fiance if she was my daughters father. I explained no we're both mom and she walked away. We brought our twins the next week and the front desk woman Kayla called my fiance my husband. I responded that she's a woman and Kayla laughed. Not a nervous laugh but an extremely disrespectful loud laugh and eye roll. It was humiliating for my fiance. We will be taking the kids elsewhere from now on. This was NOT okay. Completely threw off the rest of our day. Once is bad. Twice is shameful. Kayla does not need to be working with the public.

Negative experience: It took me three days, calling multiple times, to finally reach a human that could reschedule my daughter's appointment. Whoever had the bright idea to implement an AI bot for your phones was an idiot. Considering your strict cancelation policy, the AI makes it harder to reach a person to cancel or reschedule and stay within the policy.

Fantastic experience: My son's dentist was AMAZING! The dentist makes the numbing experience great and NOT traumatic at all, with a twist of fun humor! The whole team makes the experience of going to the dentist fun and my kids are always excited to go! I got my son in for treatment weeks before his scheduled appointment due to them calling me when they had a cancelation! Love that they do this! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO EVERYONE!

Negative experience: Received about 20 texts and emails reminding me of my appointment including no cancel policy. If you some how cancel you will never be able to book an appointment ever again. Arrived and they did the typical cleaning. The staff was running all over the place. Seemed very unorganized. Once they were done no one said anything. Everyone just walked away. I thought the First Lady would come back. One lady standing there asked if they had already done the cleaning…. I told her yes and asked if we were done then?? The fact they never said anything to me and never said “we’re all done” I wasn’t sure if someone was going to come back. The lady who wasn’t sure if our appointment was finished was the only one to hand my kid the go pack of the free toothbrush and toothpaste… please be more organized and communicate with the parent… do not just get up and walk away and we have to figure out if the appointment is complete or not.

Positive experience: Anya has been extremely helpful. The clinic has consistently cancelled and rescheduled my sons apts without verbal communication also without 24 hrs notice which they conveniently have a strict canceling policy but do not respect their clients enough to give us the same decency to have notice. Negative experience: Update: they literally just wanted money, we went to our old dentist and my 3 year old had zero cavities when kids choice told me he had one and needed to be filled They also tried telling me my son’s tooth was infected and that 2 needed to be pulled and that an adult tooth had a cavity that needed to be filled they were going to put him under. Thank god we left because of the wait because this was not the case at all. His teeth were not infected and there was no adult cavity. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this place, the vibes are just so off and unwelcoming. We came here and my son had to get work done, the front desk lady told me 8am the following Friday and then sent me a text with a different date and time reassured me that it was in fact at Friday 8am (this was super important because I let her know I have a newborn at home and have to have someone take time off to be with her) and then I received a call saying they did not have that time anymore and moved me till 10am which was whatever but what they failed to tell me is you would be expected to wait ALL day for your appt. We got there at a 930 check in and by 130pm I went up to ask how long it would be and they told me he was next but another hour maybe an hour and half, we ended up leaving and making the drive to our old dentist because they’re nothing like this. They have blown my phone up to try and reschedule and get us back in because I’m sure they just want the money. They aren’t patient with kids and all that office is full of is kids crying and screaming. They don’t work with them at all on the fears. Look elsewhere because yes it’s normal for kids to be scared but there are dentist out there who will take the time and help them.

Fantastic experience: My son has been coming here for almost 2 years & we’ve had issues with other dental offices in the past because of how fidgety my son can be. The staff are always so patient with him. He has autism & adhd and this is the best dental office I’ve found that is willing to work with him and treat him with kindness. Kenzie & Dawn were amazing with him today at his appointment for cleaning and sealants 10/10 recommend coming here if you’re looking for a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: We are always welcomed with a warm smile and genuine care. The atmosphere in the clinic is very friendly, and the children feel calm and comfortable. The doctors always listen carefully, answer all our questions, and explain every step of the examination. I truly appreciate their professionalism and compassion. Negative experience: Very bad staff. They do not respect their clients. Ten years ago it was a good clinic because there were other doctors. the doctor is not qualified to work with children. if you do not want to do something to your child and ask to wait, you will be told that you cannot come here. This makes parents dependent.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible place, we scheduled our kids an appointment drove all the way here sat for 30 mins filling out the paperwork for the receptionist to tell us they couldn’t be seen absolutely terrible place and the receptionist doesn’t understand English!

Negative experience: I hate what this company has turned into I’ve been coming since 2020 and it’s become a nightmare, they are all about money giving me a new explanation every appointment about why my child with straight teeth needs ortho and extra X-rays/ same day sealants every time, no one looks happy, now with these “robots” replacing the front desk people it’s actually sad to see. The management sure figured out how to squeeze every dollar out of me, even having the assistants tell me they are required to ask me for a review, I had 10 questions thrown at me in 30 minutes, I’ll be enrolling my children out of this clinic to say the least.

Fantastic experience: Ms. Plush was amazing. Today was my kids first ever dentist appointment and they absolutely loved. A big shout out to Ms. Plush my son is nonverbal and started getting fussy and she sung the ABC’s to him and it helped calmed him down.

Fantastic experience: My 2 yr old is not very comfortable or cooperative when it comes to being seen at the dentist but Presley was fantastic! She was kind and calm, and made my little one feel comfortable enough to get his X-rays done. I really appreciate her and her compassion for the littles.
