Fantastic experience: Hello: This review is based on my last visit on October 21st, 2025: As always I am extremely grateful and pleased with Claudia. She is commited, dedicated and very thorough. On this occasion Dr. K and DCG also supported and contributed for this great experience. I always recommend this practice for all my friends dental needs. Thanks! Luis Cruz -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This review is based on my last visit on February 18th: As usual I only have praises for my hygienist (for almost 15 years) Claudia. She knows how to do her work as I can barely feel any discomfort and/or pain. Not only she is friendly but very professional and thorough on her task. She reviews with me what she performs and provides feedback on relevant areas. She also discusses with me preventive and corrective actions. On the same token and as professional and friendly as Claudia is Dr. K. His observations and recommendations have been very helpful to take care of a couple of procedures to be done at an escalated level (root canals, oral surgery, etc.) I am very grateful. I have to, otherwise I wouldn't stated with this practice since 2010. -Below's review is from previous visit. Fantastic experience: This was by far my best dental experience yet. I saw Claudia and Dr K. My cleaning was painless and thorough. I was not happy to hear that I had a cavity but Dr K took care of me. He’s gentle and explained the procedure every step of the way. The icing on the cake was the personality and humor of Luz. This is a winning team at The Dental Care Group!!!!! Highly recommend..

Negative experience: Dont go to this place. Very shady. All they respond with is they dont have you as a patient to every bad review. My issue is that they didnt answer my calls and just leave me a voicemail to call another number. No thanks!

Fantastic experience: As someone who has a horrible fear of going to the dentist, I can tell you that EVERYONE at The Dental Care Group helped me through it. I have been seeing Veronica regularly for years. She has always placed my well being first. We have recently moved about two hours away. I will make the trip every three months for my cleanings. Believe me, the care I recieve is worth the trip.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at TDCG since the practice opened. Claudia got me in to see Dr. Bui emergently for a root canal and he was awesome. He explained everything step by step and answered all my questions. I was petrified as had never had a root canal before and knew I was in good, caring hands. First day post-procedure pretty painful, but to be expected. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I don’t know how many more times I can get to say how I feel about this dental office because I know that I can’t even give them enough accolades for what they have done for me. But I’m going to try and make it as clear as I possibly can for anyone that has an opportunity to read this. What can I say about a dental office that has been able to change my fear that I have always had about dentists. The only way to say it is that they have done what no one else could have possibly done. They were able to make a man who had been so afraid to go through with going to the dentist and then they were able to do what I would have to say is magic. Between Dr. Glicksman and Claudia my hygienist I am now a man who is very very secure and comfortable with my having to deal with my dental issues. I cannot think of any better praise than having this opportunity to tell you that if you’re not going to take advantage of the opportunity to get your dental work done by this office then I would say that you are missing out on the best opportunity for your dental needs. Negative experience: This place taught 2 valuable things. Just because they’re nice doesn’t mean they care Just because they’re explaining what they’re doing doesn’t mean they’re doing a good job. It was only until I left this place I saw that I was overcharged, not taken care of, and they purposely don’t tell you information so they can get more money out of you. Fantastic experience: Most people fear dental appointment, I’m one of them. I just had the best experience ever with Annelis today. She was the most gentle hygienist I’ve ever had to clean my teeth. I never jumped or asked her to stop from experiencing any discomfort or pain. Annelis was also very professional and informed me of each step before performing it. Fantastic experience: My initial impression while just in the waiting room was very positive. My experience through out the initial exam exceeded my expectations. The dental equipment seemed like the newest state of art and the Doctor and technicians were friendly and very professional. I left the office feeling like I was in the right place for my dental care.
Fantastic experience: My experience at the clinic was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff treated me with exceptional kindness and made me feel like part of a family. The wait time was short, the place is very pleasant, clean, and welcoming, and the care provided by everyone was outstanding. I especially want to thank Dr. K and Marliet, who stayed by my side almost the entire time. They explained every step with patience, helped me through the whole process, and made my visit to the dentist — which usually causes me a lot of anxiety — as stress-free as possible. Negative experience: Every time I went to this place for cleaning, they told me about a new service I should get done or some new problem that I was having. At one point, I became skeptical, so I went to a different dentist and got new X-rays; they told me they didn't see the issue I was told about here. My parents who also went here said they had similar experiences. I switched to the new dentist and my parents eventually switched as well, because it was pretty clear what was going on at this place. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the staff was at least very friendly. I haven't been here in years, but I happened to remember my poor experience here today and thought I'd leave feedback. Plenty of other more honest dentists in the area.

Fantastic experience: I've had a lot of hygienists clean my teeth over the years but Veronica is the best! Not only does she do a great job of cleaning my teeth, she has been able to identify problems early so we could take care of them while they are small. I usually experience lots of discomfort during cleanings but with Claudia I did not have any whatsoever. She knew what to do to get excellent results and all without any pain. Negative experience: The experience was not what I had expected. While the staff, including the dentist and hygienists, were respectful and professional, my appointment left much to be desired in terms of time management and transparency regarding costs. I spent nearly two hours in the chair for what was supposed to be a cleaning, with the appointment running from 1:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., only to ultimately stand up and leave without receiving the service. Frustratingly, during that time, no one discussed the costs of the planned procedure with me, which I only realized after getting up to check out. I was grateful to catch this detail before treatment started, as the costs were notably higher than I anticipated. While the care provided seemed competent, the lack of upfront communication about costs and the extensive time in the chair make it difficult for me to recommend this office. In the future, I would suggest verifying pricing and appointment timing in advance or possibly exploring other options.

Negative experience: Long waiting times, both in the waiting room and on the chair. Some of these waits are over an hour and have happened more than once. Very disrespectful considering people have to take time out of their work day to make the appointments to just have their time wasted. They charge way above the standard cost for a simple cleaning. The dentists and hygienists here are great, just keep in mind higher than average costs and awful waiting times. It might be worth going elsewhere.

Negative experience: If you go to this place you have a high risk of get overcharged went to check left with an 8K bill in my hands, during the consultation with the doctor weird and strange questions like if I worked what what I do on my work and clearly based on that they decided what they will charge. Negative experience: Avoid this place at all costs. They treated me like a car dealership. Trying to push to get all kinds of services done. Pushing to get my credit checked. Way overpriced. Wait times were ridiculous. I had 4 cavities treated and was still in pain 2 weeks later because they left a piece of filling lodged in my gums. Yet then want me to come back again! They then made me pay $173 to see a pieraldontist for possible gum disease. Had to go for another visit for that. Made me wait for over 30 minutes just for him to check 4 teeth around the gums. Literally he saw me for ten minutes. Then flat out charge me $10,000! I said no! I went for a 2nd opinion. They only made me wait five minutes. They did a full exam on my gums. He checked every tooth to see how deep the pockets were. Also X-rays and CT scanm They did bacterial exam and also explained everything and every step in detail how the lanap works and helps. Only charged me $80 for the consultation. Then they charged me $2000 less than this place. Not to mention they have way more years of experience doing lanap than the guy they had here. Please do yourself a favor. Go find another dentist or at least get a 2nd opinion before you spend any money here.

Fantastic experience: I am someone that is very skeptical with going to A New Dentist, but since I moved, it was a requirement that I keep my teeth maintained. I was a bit Apprehensive with my first visit, not knowing what to expect. My Hygienist, Bridget was very informative, attentive to my concerns and asked if I was uncomfortable while doing the X-rays, through the Intake Process and My exam. After, Hector explained to me what would be required on my end concerning the financial aspect of my current plan and that Arrangements can be made if needed. Fantastic experience: I don’t have words of praise high enough for Dr. Glicksman! He is professional, thorough, empathetic, and does it all with kindness and a sense of humor. He makes sure I am comfortable at all times and explains what he is doing. He works quickly yet thoroughly and is also conservative; he makes recommendations that are necessary and if he feels something can be treated in a more conservative manner or on a wait an see basis he will recommend that path. As much as I dislike coming to the dentist in general, I have found an ally in Dr. Glicksman. I highly recommend him! In addition, my hygienist Veronica and I have been together now for 25 years. I promise if it wasn’t for her superb care I probably would not have any teeth left! She has saved me many times, as I have periodontal disease that flares up often, and she takes great care of me. Between Dr. Glicksman and Veronica, all is well!

Fantastic experience: Such a great experience every time I go, they are always so helpful and informative. They also went out of their way like no other dentist office has to ensure I could do my procedure within the timeframe I needed for insurance coverage. Fantastic experience: My first visit and it went amazing! I found them through my insurance and I am so happy they are in network. The staff was friendly and professional; both the dentist, dental assistant, and the hygienist were so nice and informative. They broke down my needs, based them on what was most chronic, and needed to be addressed rather than overwhelm me with information. They work with you financially and their office manger broke down my payment in a digestible way and provided some of the discounts that were applicable. For sure my new dentist home!

Fantastic experience: I went in for a cleaning with Veronica Parra, hygienist and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. She explained every single thing before and during her treatment. She also took to time to examine me first, take gum measurements prior to recommending a treatment for the day. I’ve never had this level of care from any other hygienist I’ve ever seen. She took the time to educate me on different procedures that she recommended and why I would need them. I’ve had a cross bite my entire life, had braces as a teen and the cross bite was not corrected. I thought surgery would be my only option and in the past dentist have discouraged me from this. However, Veronica explained there are other options today and new technology and recommend another dentist at the office. She educated me about my cross bite and how it is affecting my other teeth. I never felt pressured or like she was upselling which dentist usually get a bad rep for, instead I felt she helped me by educating, taking a proper look before starting her work and explaining things as it was happening. I am so grateful and my mouth has never felt cleaner. Thank you Veronica for such an amazing experience.

Fantastic experience: 2022: I have been seen twice already with the second time having my wisdom tooth pulled. My daughter was seen for an emergency and the attention by the staff and DR. GRUZMARK was great! My husband will also be seen soon. The patient care is great from the front desk (Valeria) and the drs and assistants. I’ve felt comfortable each time I’ve gone. Very clean and spacious. Fair prices considering my specialist was not in network with my insurance. I have seen DR. SERGIO KELLESARIAN, DR. MATTHEW FIEN. I’ve called several times to make apts or ask a question and they always pick up and help me out. I know finding the right dentist for the family is hard but I’m glad I found Dental Care Group. 12/9/2023 Update: Marly, Aby, Amy and Annie are also great! My dental hygienist Solange is caring and gentle. I have been treated so excellent that I recommended my parents and they are now patients.
