Fantastic experience: My daughter went to family tree for the first time this morning. First the scheduling team is awesome, quick and accommodating. The texting system is very convenient. My daughter had a check up and a cleaning. Everyone in the office is kind, personable and knowledgeable. The rest of my family will be going to this office soon.

Fantastic experience: I called and they got me right in . Didn't have a long wait everyone was so nice and explained to me what was being done . Dr. Allen is #1 and also the staff.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly environment. The staff are incredible ,and go put of their way to make you feel comfortable. They make sure everything is explained to where you can understand everything. I 1000% would recommend anyone and everyone that needs a dentist to give them a call.

I mostly appreciated Dr Allen listening to what I had to say about my treatments and understanding my decisions without judgement He made it very clear what my options are and what the best plan of action would be but didn’t pressure me in to doing anything I wasn’t prepared to do at the time

Negative experience: If You don’t have dental insurance….you get sent here. To the Medicaid version of the Family Tree Practice. It’s the upside down version of the regular practice. Encore get your treated very well, very professionally. Here it is a much different experience not to mention that a dental cleaning was $238. Dental hygienist didn’t really acknowledge my being there and chatted it up with others. However if you don’t have dental insurance you’re kind of stuck As for us, we are going elsewhere

Negative experience: I've been a patient here for a while but I won't be back. I had toothache called this morning to see if I can get an appointment was told to come in before 3 & they would work me in. Get there at 130 only to be told no more walk ins even after I explained the situation that I was told to be there before 3. I could understand if I was a new patient but to have a long standing history there & basically be told sorry about your luck tells me all I need to know.

Fantastic experience: This place is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to in my life. The staff is so friendly and incredible at their jobs. You can really tell they all love what they do which makes all the difference. I’m currently pregnant and had a broken molar, they did everything they could to squeeze me in and take care of my situation, so I didn’t have to continue suffering. The dental assistant and Dr. Allen did everything they could to keep me comfortable and the procedure itself was quick and painless. I’ve had the same thing done at other places and had terrible experiences, so I was extremely impressed with Dr. Allen’s work. I can’t rave enough about how wonderful this place is and I will never go anywhere else! Also shout out to all the girls at the front desk as well, they were equally amazing and super personable! Great experience all around.

Fantastic experience: This is the first dental office I've been to since moving back to the MOV. They are also the first office to take care of me in such a way that I was finally able to conquer my lifelong anxiety of dentists. I will forever be grateful for the gentle compassion and care the doctors, hygienists and assistants all provide. My oral health has never been better and I have Family Tree to thank for that.

Negative experience: This place doesn't listen to what you want done, you have to do what they want to do to your teeth. Its mostly dental students working, so they're learning on you which is why you don't get a choice and why some were rough on my face. They will turn you away and make you wait for another appointment to punish you for not agreeing with them. I had been turned away for service bc I didn't want a root canal so i got no help at all. Another time a dentist left a cracked tooth in because he didn't think anything was wrong with it. I had to go back in for a second opinion to get it addressed. They also will not give pain medicine no matter how much pain they leave you in. I had an extraction with them that hurt more than any extraction I had in my life. If I could give 0 stars I would.

They again changed their schedule during my visit to accommodate a procedure I needed done. VERY appreciative and thankful for everything they did. The staff and dentist explained everything to me very well and kept asking if I have any questions or concerns. I would recommend my family and friends to this facility for any of their needs.

I started bringing my kids into family tree dental for their cleanings every 6 months, and they've always been kind, so I finally decided to give it a go myself. I appreciate them. Negative experience: I have NEVER felt so uncomfortable and scared at the dentist until now. To start off I was X-rayd like ten times in the same spot CONSECUTIVELY bc the lady doing it couldn’t get the X-ray right so then she called in someone else to eventually do the X-ray for her which again is just more radiation for me. After I head to the dentist room to lay in the chair and I was quite literally TRIPPING over equipment and cords in the floor and the equipment itself looked so old and distasteful, the room was so tiny too I felt very claustrophobic. the dentist wouldnt even bother with my tooth i was initially being seen for and actually told me there was nothing wrong with it i just need to brush more when there was obviously something wrong with my tooth bc it had a hole in it . After about 30 more min nothing is done i didnt even get my teeth cleaned they didnt have time for it and kept saying they didn’t know what my insurance covered. I go to the lady at the front desk to schedule a cleaning and she is stating she doesn’t know what my insurance covers and that Id be the one to have to look into it before we schedule again, im like lady what kind of dental assistant are you?? You have a computer right in front of your face you can easily look up (ive never had any doctor tell me it was my obligation to see what THEIR company offers my insurance THATS FOR THEM TO SEE AND TELL THE PATIENT. )I was told that I would get a call to schedule my next appointment and instead I ended up having to call and the lady was extremely rude when I told her I never had my appointment scheduled, she blamed it on me saying I didnt remember and that they arent allowed to even let patients leave with rescheduling, so she had a random appointment date for me and I told her like I was never present to set up this appointment nobody informed me of this date,I told her I put every date in my calendar it would be there and I distinctly remember the interaction I had with one of the desk ladies when I was at the dentist, she still tried to make me feel like it was my mistake and now im setting here with tooth pain STILL because I don’t even feel comfortable OR WELCOMED at my own dentist office, I will definitely be going out of town for dental i do not recommend this place!!!

Negative experience: Worse place for dental treatment. They know how to charge but they not professional at all.ake fin.ofe because I was unhappy they charged me $88.00 for doing absolutely nothing. They looked at an exray that I provided from my dentist and said they couldn't pull the tooth. I was upset that they had the galls to charge me for basically no service. When I when out the door they taunted me.
