Fantastic experience: We been coming here since my daughter was 2 she didn’t like it at all and now she likes it alot now its my sons turn he did pretty good cried a little.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t be happier with the experience my 3 year old daughter received on 11/14/25. Not sure what the girl’s name was that did most of the work, but she was awesome. She made my daughter feel comfortable, checked back in regularly when the work was done, got her stickers, turned on some Netflix for her while we waited in consultation, and even came back to tell her bye when we were leaving. It was nice to see someone care about their patients like she did.

Negative experience: Second time we have come here; after the first time I swore I wouldn’t come again. Appointment came up and I decided to give it another chance as I never got around to changing offices. Horrible experience with my 3 year old again. She was nervous and needed some time to adjust. The hygienist was incredibly rude and told me that I just need to hold her down. She was kicking and screaming and I sat her up for a little break as she was so scared. Hygienist told me I’m “making it worse, just hold her down and let’s get it done.” I asked if I could hold her in my arms or cradle her (still with her head and mouth accessible). She told me no. I asked if we could just take it slower, she again told me to hold her down and “let’s just get it one and done.” I know that not all pediatric dentists are like this. They do allow you to hold your child on your lap, take breaks, speak calmly, etc. I have already made an appointment at another office for next time. Never again.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience at the Plainfield location! Everyone was so kind and the doctor was very thorough in explaining everything. I’ll definitely be recommending this office!

Fantastic experience: This was the first time we have been to Park pediatric Dentistry. On the first day we had evaluation and found out we need to make two appointments to get the work that was needed on our five-year-old grandson. We were able to make an appointment the very next day to have half of the procedure done. I was a bit apprehensive however he came out within the hour of getting a cap and a Phil and except for his lip being numb. He was in very good spirits. I had no problem, making the second appointment with my grandson’s approval. The staff was fantastic on both occasions, explained everything very well, including what charges we would be expected to pay Dr. Abby and her staff were excellent with my grandson and it’ll be a pleasure to come back.

Fantastic experience: I have a very anxious little girl. She has such a hard time when her baby teeth start to get lose. She had an appointment today and the hygenist was so gentle and was able to wiggle out her tooth! I love everyone at this practice they truly understand children and their anxiety. I can not recommend this place enough especially for anxious little ones.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a pediatric dentist then I 1000% recommend Park Pediatric Dentistry. We have been going to them for a couple years now but today confirmed how great they are. My kids had a cleaning this morning then later at home they were rough housing and my son’s front tooth was chipped. I called them and asked if they could at least see him today I fully did not expect them to fix it today or even be able to see him again today. They got him in and fixed it with no issue and were so kind about it.

They explain everything they are going to do, they showed her the instruments they were going to use and then used them to clean her teeth. Highly recommend for those looking for a pediatric dentist.

Fantastic experience: This was our second appt here for my daughter’s dental work. First appt was a consult in which the staff was great during the process. There is a lot Of new patient paperwork so do yourself a favor and get there with enough time to fill out prior to the appt or before you arrive! Everyone was friendly even with the chaos that can sometimes ensue with phones ringing off the hook and patients checking In and out. The dentist was thorough in her explanation and care plan for our original consult. When we came for the actual dental Work the check in process was even easier. The dental hygenist/assistant that took our daughter back and was part of the process was great. My Kiddo LOVES her and said she hopes she gets her every time. We still have another appt for the rest of her dental work and I have no doubt that she will go into it confident and trusting in the team there. Thank you for making something I dreaded so easy for her and us.

Nurse helped kids feel at home even though it was our first visit! Doctor spoke to me and included children in conversation best I have ever been to and I am 69.

Positive experience: We loved this place for years its our boys first dentist, but recently I felt the front desk staff was not receptive and rude when i suggested he would wait to do xrays until his next appointment. She again insisted they do them at age 4. Well, autism makes timelines change sometimes and id like my wishes as a parent to not be challenged again or we will go elsewhere. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic staff and process. We had gone to a different dentist office prior that was a fiasco and had no idea how to talk to kids to make it not scary. This place did a show and tell with their instruments at the appropriate explanation level for my 3 year old daughter before they did anything. They told her she’s getting princess sparkles on her teeth. Never cried once and was happy to receive her cleaning. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My son is extremely scared of the dentist and I am an overprotective mom. He has a tooth fall out that broke something within his retainer. I called to get him in and they got him in same day. Half way through treatment they sent me a text with an update saying he was doing great and wasn’t worried at all. At the end, they took the time to explain everything to both of us including his treatment plan and easily scheduled his follow up appointment with his school note. I’ve had bad experiences with dentist and today was PERFECT! No judgement, clear answers, and considerate staff! Loved my experience!

H now is caring for my 1 or old and my 9 or old. He is so great that my 1 or old did so much better than expected. I moved farther away from his office and I make the drive just so my kids stay under his care. We love Dr. Andrew! He is the best pediatric dentist and makes his patients feel safe and loved. Fantastic experience: First visit to the dentist for my son went exceedingly well! At first I was just as nervous as my 4 year old not knowing what to expect or how he would react, but the staff and dentist were so helpful all around. He warmed up so fast and wouldn’t stop talking about how cool the dentist was all day. Thank you for helping make this first experience a great one for us both!

Positive experience: We have been going here for years and honestly I don’t know anyone there. The majority of communication is text. My tween and teen go back alone, minimal information is provided. They met the newest dentist yesterday who I didn’t meet. This is the third dentist my kids have met. I could have met her if I had questions but I didn’t even know what to ask. The follow up appointments are scheduled automatically without discussion even while you’re in the office. It just feels very impersonal and assembly line like. I was told everything was fine but my oldest has swollen sore gums today. I think they do an okay job and we haven’t had any real issues but we may try somewhere new in the near future.

Fantastic experience: Today was a rough day for both mom and toddler. My kiddo has autism and it was tears, screaming, and throwing himself on the ground. I could feel all the judgement stares in the waiting room from the other moms. When we got back the assistant offered a safe space for us to be. She was so patient. I however, was trying not to cry. (Failing). Dr. Allison was really great and patient with my kiddo. Thank you x 1000.

Fantastic experience: We have been coming to park since my daughter was really young. She is 11 and still gets excited every time she has an appointment.

Negative experience: DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE. It truly amazes me how this place is still getting 5 star reviews. The only good thing about this place is the sweet dental assistants. However, when you finally get to talk to a dentist, it is extremely rushed and it's almost like they are on auto-pilot when they speak to you. Nothing about the visit feels personal. When you look through these reviews and read the 1 stars, BELIEVE THEM. If you have already taken your child here and have a gut feeling about getting a second opinion on their recommended "treatment plan" please do so.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a great first dentist experience. The staff were kind, gentle mannered, and fun including the dentist. They explained everything to my daughter before hand, let her see and feel things to decrease any worry. I went back with her for the visit. She received a sticker and a balloon which was fun for her.

Positive experience: I have zero complaints as far as the dentist and dental hygienists/assistants, however, the front desk staff needs some training on how to act in front of patients and the families waiting. Two girls got into an argument yesterday and they were pretty loud about it. Sure left everyone in the waiting room uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience: I called in a panic because my daughter stopped her fall with her front tooth. She's 3 and I was worried that she may have done something to mess up her adult teeth. They got her right in and we were so wonderful with her. We love Park Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: My 3 year old daughter put the poor girls at the Plainfield office thru the wringer on her very first appt, but they handled her very well!! I was very impressed and left feeling very relieved. We'll definitely be making the trip up from Bedford for all her dental care!!

Negative experience: The dentist and hygienist are fine but their policies are awful. No parents back with kids after 5 and they cancel your appointment at the appointment if you don't know you need 48 hours notice for new insurance. I didn't have the new insurance info to share 48 hours before.

Fantastic experience: Park Pediatric is always amazing. The front office staff is always very easy to work with and very welcoming. The dental staff is top notch and each Dentist wonderful! We’ve only had great experiences, even on the ‘not so fun’ visits for the kids. We recommend ‼️

Fantastic experience: My son has hlhs and even though we were referred to Riley dental for further care he ended up with an infection recently. Dr. Allison and Dr. Andrew were both quick with communication and getting my son in to get this taken care of. Dr. Allison was so good with my son during his tooth extraction today and even with his high anxiety she made the visit the best possible. Her nurse Samantha I believe is her name, was phenomenal as well. I am so glad to have them as his dentist and how professional/educational they have been for us.

Positive experience: We’ve been going to this dentist for more than 4 years with our two kids (now 7 and 8). The office staff is wonderful and we’ve always received great care. The one thing I would caution people about is that they don’t let you go back with your kids if they are 5 or older. This is fine for a cleaning, but today, my daughter needed a filling with laughing gas. The dentist who did her work didn’t speak to me at all. I have never met this dentist as she is newer to the practice. I think she should have either introduced herself before the procedure or come out afterwards to say how things went. It felt very impersonal. I’m a pediatric RN and parents are an integral part of your patient in pediatrics.

Fantastic experience: So I stupidly only half read the text message reminder that was sent, didn’t submit the insurance changes before the day of the appointment, and was frustrated that we had to be rescheduled (every other office I’ve been to is able to contact insurance right there and still do the appointment), and they were still very gracious. I could tell that I was not the first parent to walk in with new insurance, and not submit it prior to the appointment. The hygienists are wonderful! Their techniques to help little kids are wonderful. They did everything to help keep my toddlers calm.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with my young children. Worth getting on the wait-list, if they currently have one. They are efficient, friendly, and professional even as they work with children, which is no easy task! Our usual dentist referred us here for something specific to child dental care, and we were very pleased with the service and care we received.

Negative experience: My daughter has been coming here since she was little seeing Dr.Andrew. He’s been super kind and helpful however- my six yr old recently needed work done, split into two apts -first one, out of pocket 85$ went well paid then the money -second apt was supposed to be 128$ and that apt was supposed to be today 3/13/25- I rcvd a text message yesterday that said “you owe 763$ out of pocket”. They would NOT work w me for ANY type of payment plan even after I’ve scheduled off work for this apt- but said they could take off around 60$ - I said well you would rather lose a patient then work out a payment plan? She said sorry if it is not over 1,000$ we don’t do payment plans-I stopped by the office and Dr.Allison walked through the front and not one time offered to help fix the problem- Shame on her- I have switched my daughter over to my dentist - -Magnolia dental w Carmen- and I will never recommend this place to anyone- they are not worried about how they help treat but how they can get your money- so much so that at every apt I’ve ever been too the girls up front talk NOTHING but money to patients over the phone - in front of all patients in the waiting room- 0/10 do NOT recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Allison was amazing. She was kind and supportive , explaining everything that needed done and why she thought that coarse of treatment was what was best. She gave options for the treatment to make it work out best for our family. I would recommend her for the dental needs of your child. Staff is just as friendly and helpful and were able to answer the questions I had after I had left the office. This was a great experience from start to finish. Thank you for being so kind.

Fantastic experience: After being so unhappy with our previous pediatric dentist, walking into Park Pediatrics Dentistry was immediately a better atmosphere and very kid centered ❤️ We were kindly welcomed in, the kids were able to play in the waiting room for our short wait. The staff was so warm and welcoming of all typical kid behavior. The dentist immediately identified a concern with my four year old son that our previous pediatric dentist failed to see, and misdiagnosed. I was also able to schedule the needed procedure the next day. Just after one visit, I am very pleased with Parks!

Fantastic experience: My daughter got into an accident at school and her tooth was bleeding and it looked super bad. Park pediatric was able to have her seen within 30 minutes. so thankful for their promptness and patience with my daughter as she was super freaked out and in shock.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff! This was the first time my daughter went back by herself, she did good for her x rays. After the fact they had to come get me, because she would not lay down for them. In the end we had to unfortunately hold her down to get her teeth cleaned. The hygienist was great with the whole process, as my daughter is a strong girl! Dr. Andrew once again was great with the whole process and made sure I was doing OK with the whole situation. Their staff is always great with my daughter and her nerves!!! Always thankful for an understanding staff! We will always come back for further dentistry needs!

As my 10-year-old boy has a disability and we were referred to them by our regular dentist, and they have exceeded all of our expectations. They have ways to cater to him like no others can. Dr. Allison is nothing short of fantastic. She has a wonderful way with my son, making him feel comfortable and at ease during his visits. The hygienists are equally amazing; they are professional, friendly, and truly care about their patients. What I appreciate most is the comprehensive plan they developed to improve his dental health. They have meticulously executed this plan, ensuring he is on track for healthier teeth. It's reassuring to know that he’s in such capable hands. I highly recommend both Dr. Allison, and Dr. Wilson and their team to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist. You won't be disappointed!

Negative experience: Communication is not good. I took appointment for my daughter 2 months ago. I did not get any message any call from them. But when I call one day prior why I did not get any reminder, they said they cancelled the appointment since I did not give insurance details. I did not get any call any message from them asking insurance details. Cancellation message after 2 months of waiting time.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Park for my 3 year old son who needed some work done and is VERY hesitant (he has never even sat in the chair alone) They were so sweet and patient with him and were able to get x-rays and him to sit back in the chair alone for Dr.Andrew to do an exam. Dr.Andrew’s then came and talked to me about treatment and showed me on the x-rays what needed to be done. The front office gave me a treatment plan before I left and were also so welcoming from the moment I called to make the appointment. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist for their child!

Fantastic experience: We are beyond thankful for the excellent care given to our son for the filling of cavities by Dr. Allison and her team. Dr. Kramer and his nurse were exceptional in the anesthesia care provided during his dental services. Also we received outstanding care during his initial assessment provided by Dr. Wilson. This practice has an amazingly skilled staff all around and their knowledge as well as professionalism is one of the best in pediatric dental care. Highly recommend for any pediatric dentistry needs!

Fantastic experience: I have no complaints! The staff is awesome! They made my son feel comfortable! They explained everything in detail and let me ask as many questions as possible. My son is 8 he had major overcrowding they had to pull 7 baby teeth, put in a spacer and do some other work! We drove over an hour to go here because they are awesome!
