Fantastic experience: Needed a tooth rebuilt. Got in early to my appointment. The dentist was great and very understanding. The hygienist was very good . The office was a happy place . I left very satisfied!!! A month later I came for a teeth cleaning and again had a great experience!! I really like this dental practice! I am so glad I chose them for my dental care!!! Six months later: I just had my 6 month check-up. I got there on time and was immediately ushered in to my dental hygienist. I love not having to wait!!! Fantastic experience: I came to Longmont complete dentistry after my regular dentist or 2.5 years told me I needed two crowns and it was going to cost me $1k. I saw one of the doctors at Longmont complete dentistry and he was AMAZING. He confirmed that I was given wrong information and thoroughly explained the situation in detail and in less than 20mins! I left a voicemail with Longmont Complete Dentistry. I promptly received a call on Monday morning and they got me in later that day. Dr. B and his assistant are fabulous! Fantastic experience: We recently moved to Colorado so I was looking up a new Dentist and found Longmont Complete Dentistry. They had really good reviews so I made my first appointment for a cleaning and checkup. Making the appointment was really easy. The office staff were really helpful and pleasant to work with. I received email and text reminders for the appointment, which was much appreciated. Even though I had a great dentist in our previous state, I really hate going to the dentist, so I went to my first appoint at LCD being a bit nervous. My fears were soon put to rest. The assistant who took my to the room and took x-rays was very kind and I explained that I had a small mouth and bad gag reflex so she was very gentle doing the x-rays and it went very smoothly. Then I met Dr. Dan. He is amazing. Very personable and puts you right at ease. He gave me a thorough exam and then went over every part of my mouth and explained how everything was doing. He too was gentle with my exam. Then I met the hygienist, Belinda, and she checked my gums and cleaned my teeth. She was also very kind and personable. She did a very thorough job and again was very gentle. When I go for my next 6 month exam and cleaning I won't be so nervous. I highly recommend Dr. Dan and Longmont Complete Dental.

Fantastic experience: My wife took care of working with the administrative group on the appointment scheduling and insurance questions for the visits, which are seamless. Jamie as always was excellent in performing my bi-yearly checkup and cleaning, which is always painless and thorough. A very pleasent part of the visit with Jamie is catching up on our families since the previous bi-yearly visit. Dr. Mauer's check-in on the visit was quick yet very thorough. Thats why we've been client for thirty years.

Fantastic experience: This place is great. Nothing but professionals. I neglected to go to a dentist for 15 years until inevitably, a tooth began to hurt. I made an appointment here and they took care of me right away. Turns out it wasn't much to worry about but they did find a couple of cavities and decided to do a deep clean of my teeth. The doctors and staff are very gentle and very friendly. This is about as best as it can get before you step into the world of sedation dentistry. I have never had any pain while they were working on my teeth as they are quite good at getting the numbing agent in just the right spot. I would definitely recommend Longmont Complete Dentistry a try especially if it's been a few years. They do not judge or beat you up for not going to the dentist. They are just glad you're there and will do everything they can to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Fantastic experience: I walked in to Dan Mauer‘s dental practice after not being seen by a dentist for two years following the pandemic. I was having four migraines a week and my front tooth crown was longer than it used to be. I knew something was wrong. After being examined, I was told that I had infection where I had bone loss due to two accidents I’d had years ago. After seeing a specialist I found out that I needed to have teeth pulled, the infection cleaned out and I need to go through the process of getting implants. I was scared. This was my four front teeth. I didn’t want to do it. Dan went with me for my surgery, he walked me through everything. He saw me every time my temporary teeth fell out or broke. He made sure I got through it all. It’s been eight months now. I have beautiful new teeth and today I had a check up and was told my gum health, my bone health, and my overall dental health had improved significantly. My migraines are gone. I don’t know how to thank him, so I’m leaving this review. You can trust this office no matter what you’re facing.

Fantastic experience: Best office i’ve ever been a patient at. I’ve lived in various areas and this place is truly exceptional. Dr. Bergman is just the nicest human and makes every visit feel personal / makes you feel like he really cares. All of the other staff I’ve encountered there have all been so sweet and fun to chat with. Today I had Annie and she was great. They don’t overcharge you for things and only recommend work that is truly NECESSARY which is a big one for me. I saved $300+ on getting work done by coming here vs using another office in town because they told me I didn't need the extra service the other office was trying to tell me I needed. Truly all around just so happy with this office and the staff and hope if you are looking for a new dental office you choose Longmont Complete Dentistry!!!

Negative experience: I went here because on their website they say they cater to people with phobias and that they provide oral sedation for people that need it. When I called I was told that they do the oral sedation and then when I got there and was checked out I was told after the fact that they do not do that and had to be referred to someone else who may or may not do oral sedation. I was very disappointed to find out that I needed a root canal and that they could not help me by providing oral sedation for the procedure and that I would have to go to someone else if I wanted that. They should not advertise oral sedation on their website if that is not something they do. Nice facility but would not recommend them for people with phobias and I think it’s wrong to use false advertising to get those people in the door.

I had most of my top teeth pulled today and even though they were stubborn they are gone. Awesome job Dr Maurer and his talented assistant. She’s also lovely. Fantastic experience: I cannot possibly express how grateful I am to Dr. Maurer and his incredible staff. I had intense nerve pain that had not let up for over 14 days. I had ended up going to three ER’s with, to no avail. I called Longmont Complete Dentistry, bawling like a baby and as close to jumping off a bridge as I’ve ever gotten. Instead of treating me like a complete loon (which I most certainly was). I was met with kindness and compassion. They got me in same day. I was sent into oral surgery the next day to rip out, what ended up being an offending, evil, murder tooth‍♀️. I had thought it was my trigemenal neuralgia flaring…instead it was very infected. —I had the surgery today and I am out of pain for the first time in years. This office is blessed with incredible people and they partner with incredible people. Cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: We were in Longmont visiting family from Ohio, with a flight the next morning to Los Angeles, when I had a root canal fracture my tooth. Called and they fit me in within two hours! Arrived 30 minutes early and they took right in. Dr and staff were very polite. Left with an antibiotic and a written note for my Ohio Dentist. Very painful situation for three days- thank goodness for this Dentistry practice!
