Negative experience: Its a very nice place the staff is friendly but they told me 395.00 price but when I got therevti be fitted the price went up to 2060.00 dollars which is way to high I am on social security now I will continue not being able to eat

Negative experience: Bought a replacement set of premium dentures, I had to wait 3 weeks from the first appointment to get them, the teeth don't line up, fit very loose, almost 2,500 for that garbage. I have a warranty but I can't keep missing work. So I will deal with it for a little while and go somewhere else and pay again. They will never touch my stuff again.

Fantastic experience: I have had my dentures for 7 years now and spent 8k on these dentures. Pulling my teeth and getting my temporary dentures was painless and quick. There was a bit of a rocky road in the middle but overall I am very pleased with my permanent dentures.

Negative experience: After this visit, it will be my last visit simply because my bottom partial kept breaking and I had to keep going back to get it repaired …. I decided to go with the flexilyte partials , but I needed to have an extraction first they did not honor the 20% off my extraction that was on the website… And the company accepted my loan payment of $1004 before I even had any work done which I have to wait eight weeks before they could even begin, but yet they have my payment in full I don’t like any of that and I will not returning . Setting is, I know a few other people who have had bad experiences at that location… Even their consultation is poor.

Negative experience: Haven’t been pleased with service or the operating. I came from out of state to have the procedure done. Today I had an appointment and told them what I was having problems with. Asked for a new liner, because I fly out tomorrow and won’t be back until my permanent are ready . They refused to put in a new liner. Told them it was hurting the roof of my mouth . They took the dentures to the back for about a minute and came back and sent me on the way . This is just one example.

Positive experience: The dental work is always great, Love the dental assistance and The younger front desk agent is amazing and very personable recently Another receptionist was hired shes very rude dry and Blunt she needs to be in the back filing papers or emptying the trash. I almost canceled my whole appointment. I thought it was just me, but as I watched her in the lobby, she was rude with everyone else also.

Positive experience: My first pair were not pretty at all, I had big buck teeth and I had this big, thick mouth piece in my mouth it was not comfortable at all. I went back a week ago and they did more impressions. I pray to God they come out correct this time I'm disabled and on Social Security, I paid $2,000 for this.

Fantastic experience: Yaaaaaaassss! These guys are amazing! My entire visit for 2 teeth extractions was about 45min from check in to check out. Super sweet and friendly staff that make you feel comfortable, and Mr. Smith who whistles while he works- literally! Pulled 2 of my teeth in less than 3 mins tops! And notably one of the cheapest dental services in town- but you still get quality service ❤️ i feel great! 10/10- would most DEFINITELY recommend

Negative experience: Very nice staff. However the staff is blind as bats apparently because they believe the dentures they made for me just need to be gotten used to by me lol I look like Mr Ed . The teeth are far to big for my mouth I can't hardly close my mouth/lips around the teeth!! They look completely unnatural and quite ridiculous looking. Whenever I showed my friends and family the dentures inside my mouth that this dentist office sent me home with they all agreed that it looked horrible and I was laughed at because of how horrible they look on me. This is not the end result I expected. I was hoping to have a beautiful smile again something I have been praying for, for over 10 yrs instead I have to walk around with no teeth at all because I'd rather be seen with no teeth then with the ridiculous set of dentures that were made for me by the staff at Affordable Dentures in Scott off of Willow St!! Don't go there !!!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional … Paid for premium dentures got economy .. Did not fit could not close my lips All they did was put a soft liner in and it made it thicker .. I told him what was going on and they got mad .. And aggravating with me .. Told him I want a refund pay $2500 for dentures. All they wanna do is give me 1100 back. highly recommend not to go there still over a month with no teeth and there is no immediate dentures. They send them off.

But I didn’t have all the pieces, they were stern with me, and they told me don’t ever do that again, make sure I keep all the pieces. But they were sweet and fixed it for me. Thank goodness and thanks affordable dentures.

Negative experience: First of all the wait was too long. My appointment was for 11 am and I didn't get seen until after 1:20. Then I been having temporary partial for 9 months. Didnt know[ the temporary teeth has to stay in for a year. Bad choice. The teeth i thought was gonna get pulled from the beginning didnt happened. Once my permanent teeth comes i still hve to go to a orthodontist for braces. Would not recommend to noone in my circle.

Negative experience: I was there for an 8 am appointment they finally called me to the back around 1030 am they were so mush in a rush they started doing impressions for my dentures well employee told me go sit back in the front we will call you when we ready for you . They called me to the back it’s 430 pm she fits my dentures in my mouth put the top a little to big puts the bottom they way to big she puts poly grip to hold them down and told me I would have to wear poly grip on them all the time . I called back after 3 days when I would talk the dentures would fly out my mouth with poly grip they set up appointment I went back this time the Dr comes in cos my dentures out .iam gonna have to make you another set of dentures these don’t fit I said ok he said it would be about 2 weeks I fine. They called me I went pickup dentures these top I have to put poly grip all the time but they do fit better the bottom I put poly grip it won’t hold them in place they to big . That’s all they tell you use poly grip the nurse told I could buy reliner kit why yall couldn’t refine it if that’s the problem. I would not recommend this place at all

Positive experience: This has inprove my smile tremendously. I have been having wearing these denture since February 28 2025. I still can not eat with them in my mouth they’ve pushed my overbite out till my bottom teeth are pushed out

Negative experience: On 3/12/2025 I went in to Affordable Dentures for a consult to get new dentures. It was suggested/urged to me that i should use Medicaid to get my dentures. An appointment was scheduled on 3/21/2025 for me to return to do impressions. on this date one of the techs who was doing my impressions placed the metal impression tray in my mouth and pushed down as hard as she could. I felt an extreme amount of pain but was unable to speak although i did squint my eyes( pain was visible on my face) I lifted my hand to gesture that she was causing me an immense amount of pain, as I'm lifting my hand to gesture she slapped my hand away. Tears were rolling down my face. when she finally removed the tray from my mouth I stated "you were hurting me you didn't have to slap me i was trying to tell you i was in pain. Immediately after she walked away another tech came in and I told her what happened and showed her the abrasion that was left on the bone where she had forcibly pushed the metal tray in my mouth. it was raw, red and bleeding. I heard the second tech tell the first tech "you should have used a smaller tray". the impressions were finished by the second tech. she then told me they would call me in a couple of weeks when they were ready for me to try. 4 weeks went by before I contacted the 1-800 number on Affordable Dentures website to ask about the timeline. the following Day I received a call apologizing about the delay and scheduling an appt for 4/30/2025. At this point I am nervous to go back to affordable dentures and did not want to complain or voice my concerns before I was able to get my dentures in fear they would be messed with. On 4/30/25 I went in to try them, they were very uncomfortable, big, bulky to the point I could not speak with them in my mouth, the tech(second tech from previous appointment) made adjustments to the center line of my front teeth but when addressing my concerns about the size and bulkiness of the dentures stated this isn't the finished product, they wont be like this when I get them. I was told I would be called to come back in. I received a call with an appointment of 5/13/25. On the day before my appointment it was rescheduled for 5/14/25 because the doctor wouldn't be in. During this whole process I never saw the doctor at all. On 5/14/25 I went in, a third tech who I had never seen before Brought the top denture in first, it was still big and bulky there was space between my gums and the denture on the right side. I told her this. she brought in the bottom and force it in place the metal pieces were too tight scratching, once she forced it in place the bottom denture was too long and bulky to fit right. when she took it out there was a lot of pulling, scratching my gums followed by the feeling if she yanked the bottom partial out of my mouth the my permanent front teeth that the metal wires were around would also come out with the denture. I verbally explained all of my concerns, she made 5-6 adjustments but the dentures are so big and bulky the wire on the bottom dentures is pointy and sharp that I am left with dentures I am unable to wear. I do not want to return to affordable dentures for anything at this point. I am filing a complaint with Medicaid because I have never taken advantage of the assistance I am provided by Medicaid and feel that this was a waste of tax dollars for dentures I am unable to wear. The service I received by this provider is concerning. The facility is also unclean, the chairs and equipment are unsanitary, and patient information is left on the screen from the previous patient who was there. It is my opinion this facility and provider should be investigated.

Negative experience: I would give it 0 stars but that wasn't an option. My initial fitting was 03/07/25. After the fitting I paid the bill in full. One week later 3/14/25 I called and asked about my dentures. She rudely said that I was told it would take 1 to 3 weeks . If that was said I didn't hear it. On 4/9/25 I did my final impression I called back 4/18/25 and asked if my dentures were ready. She said she looked and it wasn't in the sets that were ready. She would check in the lab and call me back. She never did call me back. After waiting and losing my patience I went to the office on 5/09/25 and demanded either give me my dentures or give me my money back. She looked and guess what? No dentures. She told me to come back Monday.(this was a Friday). I told her I didn't want to come back Monday. Let me talk to the manager. She said the manager was off until Monday. I said let me talk to the Doctor. She said he was off,too. I went home and called th Corporate office and talked to a representative that was courteous and profession. What a change. After looking up my account she told me that I had an appointment for Monday at 9AM. I go together office and they told me my appointment was 11AM. It sure would have been nice to get a call or text telling me about my appointment. I guess my time and gas are free. I go back at 11AM got my dentures. They never gave and explanation or an apology for taking so long. 68 days to get a set of dentures is unacceptable. BUYER BEWARE!

Negative experience: Polite maybe 10% of the time. They didn't give me or the person I was with when I got sedated any information about what to do with my dentures, aftercare and all. Then on a return vist said they did give me information. Not a very good experience. And I still have to return for more refittings and to remove my stitches that are already coming loose. And they left pieces of my teeth all throw out my gums. As of right now I wish I would of just kept me rotten teeth.

Negative experience: Not a good experience, with staff been going there over a year been having problems ever since they do not want to fix what they mess up. My permanent Dental Implants don’t fit my mouth and they trying to blame me for it , and they supposed to be the professionals, Don’t recommend them at all. I gave my money to people that don’t care about patients.

Positive experience: I had a molar pulled ,bone graft, and implant done 1 month ago They did the month full mouth 3-D exrays today and said everything looked good I go back in 1 month??? They said everything looks good and if it’s still progressing good in one month was told they would put the abutment in and start working on my 1 new Implant YEAHHHH. Everyone there is very nice and welcoming Would Go Back and Well Tell Everyone it’s a Wonderful Place and Cheapest Prices Also THANKS AFFORDABLE oh and those girls who work in back sing and what a Beautiful Sound

Everything was good Had a big back tooth pulled and a bone graft, also an implant inserted? Big day !!!! Going to check again in 1 month if everything is still going good they will insert the abutment and working on tooth it’s self Yeah Everyone is so nice and friendly! Negative experience: Not good! Not professional! told me he said once you get dentures it's over you'll never taste your food again. I said well what's the upside he said there is no upside this is what the dentist told me ! didn't seem right to me
