Fantastic experience: As an avid dentist hater - this is the only place I will show up to. Other places may have flashy furniture, TVs in the ceiling, branded swag bags, etc. but I don’t care about any of that. I want a gentle hygienist who meets my crippling anxiety with grace, and that’s exactly what Tristen does. I’ve been going here for years now and have never felt like they pushed services on me or dismissed my concerns. Just genuine people caring about your health, wellness, and teeth! Thankful for this crew.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dentistry of Nashville since decades. I am grateful to Dr. Fleming & hygienist Chris for declining to treat me several weeks ago when I felt unwell. I was later diagnosed with a perforated appendix that has since been removed. Thankfully I avoided exacerbating my intestinal distress, thanks to Dr. Fleming’s & Chris’ prescience before I was aware of the perforated appendix & I am now fully recovered.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to personally thank the entire staff at Dentistry of Nashville. I suffer from Vertigo and anxiety especially when having to be reclined at the Dentist office. I needed to have some minor cosmetic work done and my other dentist told me she had to lay me down completely flat. I read the reviews on Dentistry of Nashville and decided to call for a consultation. I first talked to Emily and explained my situation, and she was so reassuring and told me that she would note my request and booked for me a consultation with Dr. Mark Lambrick. I was pretty nervous on the day of my consultation and checked in, and everyone was so friendly. I waited to see Dr. Lambrick and met his Dental Assistant Lisa and immediately felt at ease. I was embarrassed at my request but Dr. Lambrick already was already aware of the request and told me it was not a problem to have me sit up the entire time. He was so friendly and personable. He didn’t make me feel like I was making an unusual request. I scheduled my appointment with Dr.Lambrick and his Dental Assistant Lisa were so kind, and warm. They put me at such ease right away and told me I could stop or take breaks at any time. Dr. Lambrick fixed two of my teeth alll while I was sitting up. We talked about flying as my husband is a pilot and he was just the kindest man as well as Lisa. We also laughed quite a bit! I didn’t need to take any breaks and was able to feel calm and have a great experience. I also scheduled another appointment for more cosmetic work. I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was with Dr. Lambrick and the entire staff. I will never return back to my other Dentist. This was the nicest and most compassionate group of people. A very big thank you to Dentistry of Nashville! If you go here you will never want to go to any other dentist as they care about people! I feel comfortable in their care. 8/26/21: I chuckled at the word “enjoyed”. I did feel that my dental health was being well taken care of.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciated their method of explaining a plan and not trying to "oversell" work. They made a reasonable plan and walked through insurance and how best to utilize my dollars. Really glad I went to them! Appreciate the friendliness of everyone!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Dentistry of Nashville enough. Dr. Lambrick and Dr. Flemming are so talented in and knowledgeable about their craft. I came to them after having my tooth injured by another dentist. They have been so understanding, kind, and helpful throughout my visits; they also both have a great sense of humor that has helped ease my anxiety. All of the hygienists, assistants, and front desk staff (Adam and Emily) have also been so kind and helpful. I'm grateful to have found such a wonderful dental practice!

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed my new hygienist!! He was very good! Always a pleasant experience-which says a lot for going to the dentist!!

Negative experience: This is absolutely the worst dental experience I have ever had in my life. From my first appointment, my entire experience felt like it was a grab for my money with no real care for my dental health. I have since left the practice as I could not trust that Dr. Lambrick had my health in mind. I have now spent a ridiculous amount of money and time fixing the mistakes he made. He pushed me to have fillings that I didn't need to have which has resulted in two root canals among other remaining adjustments and work. As someone who has never had dental issues, I am extremely disappointed that this was how I was treated and cared for as a patient.

Negative experience: This was my first visit to this office. I had complete x-rays emailed from 6 mos. earlier, another dental office. Christopher, hygienist insisted on repeating the x-rays. I said no- he responded they are free (?!). A lot of x-rays were redone. Then before he cleaned my teeth he asked Dr. Fleming to come in and proceed to give me a list of dental work needed, costing in the thousands… supposedly a conservative dentist. I will not be back to this office and refuse to pay for “free” x-rays…

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience. I've always had a hard time with anxiety at the dentist and haven't been in two years. When I first called to make an appointment the sweetest lady answered the phone to help me. Adam at the front desk was great as well as my hygienist Jaclyn. I will definitely ask for her for my next cleaning. Dr. Lambrick was so kind, helpful and a great listener. Afterwards the lady who scheduled me for my fillings was also so kind. I am so thankful to have found this dentist office and highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I would give this work place and staff more than just 5 stars! I had an emergency this morning with a front tooth breaking off and I felt embarrassed and was an emotional wreck going into a weekend! And I walked in and explained what happened and the staff worked around and got me in this afternoon and got my tooth fixed where I was not going into a weekend with a missing tooth! So I personally want to thank everyone in the office for getting me the help I needed! Definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone in the Nashville area and a huge s/o Emily for making it work!! Thank you!!

I have been to other dentists who push treatments and products - this place does not do that, which is very refreshing. They are honest and will keep your teeth healthy. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I developed a dental problem over a holiday weekend, but a dentist replied to my telephone message, ordered antibiotics, and got me in as soon as the office reopened. I was X-rayed and examined, a treatment plan was drawn up and an appointment was made to deal with my problem. All very conscientious, efficient and friendly. Thank you, Dentristy of Nashville!

I don't EVER recall being in a Dentist chair and the Dentist not only shares his faith with me, but actually makes room for the Holy Spirit to show up and have His way. Fantastic experience: Dentistry of Nashville is a welcoming positive dental office. My dental hygienist Tristan was very professional but at the same time sweet & funny making for a very pleasant dental experience. I have had everything you can have done at a dental office except dentures: crowns, pull teeth, drill teeth, biopsy, etc. I also let them use anesthesia with dental surgery and this makes it very relaxing. I am a long time patient and highly recommend this dental practice.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming to this office for 2 years, always got cleanings and never had to pay afterwards but this office has charged me 100s of dollars and sent me to collections when i wasn’t notified about it. Also i have Fillings this office has done that are still sensitive but they can’t look at them because they can no longer see me, i will Never recommend this place to anyone. Too many problems.

Fantastic experience: First, I want to apologize for taking so long to write this review. I was an evacuee from Florida during Hurricane Milton last October. My temporary crown fell off the morning after I arrived. Because I was not sure how long I would be in Nashville or if my dentist's office would still be standing after Milton, I was hesitant about a temporary fix with anything over the counter and also nervous to try and fix it myself. I called several dentist offices explaining my situation but because I had already used my dental insurance twice that year I did not have any appointment coverage left. The prices I was quoted for them to just cement my temporary crown back in place were astronomical. I was discouraged but thought I would give one more dentist office a try. I called Dentistry of Nashville and was immediately made to feel at home and comfortable by a kind lady whose name has now escaped me. After hearing my plight regarding my insurance coverage I was put on hold and just a few minutes later she returned and told me to come on in, they would help me and that I didn't have to worry about paying anything. I couldn't believe my ears! Not only were they willing to help me without charge, she told me I could go in right at that very moment! I was treated like one of their own patients my entire visit, and the dental assistant who cemented my temporary crown back on was so incredibly gentle and kind. I cannot thank you all enough for helping me at such a scary time, you are truly an answer to prayer, and I am so grateful for you all! ❤️

Fantastic experience: These folks are my regular dentists, but I called this morning and they were able to fit me in for an afternoon appointment as I had some pain in a tooth & wanted it looked at. Nancy and the doctor she works with were amazing. Nancy figured out the issue really quickly (a popcorn kernel got stuck) and took care of it! No more tooth pain.

Positive experience: Just had my teeth cleaned. Like so many people, my lips get dry and when the dentist/assistant spreads your mouth open my lips feel very painful. Dentistry of Nashville used to provide a tube of chapstick to anyone needing some, but have stopped. I forgot mine and really needed something. Sure wish they would provide it again.

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr. Fleming with just a few day’s notice of a tooth bothering me. Needed a new crown and filling. Had a very pleasant visit with Dr.Fleming and his assistant, and was soon all finished and on my way home!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lambrick is absolutely by far the BEST Dentist ever!!! He makes you feel relaxed and calm, which is very hard for me to do normally in a dental chair. Fantastic experience: I have had thorough care for 15 + years, and the hygienists always have great knowledge in caring for my gums that have receded while keeping my teeth stain free. After my cleaning, Dr. Fleming was able to quickly repair bonds on two of my teeth where the wire behind my bottom teeth had come unattached, from another orthodontist practice work. Dr. Fleming fit me right in without having to schedule another appointment which was so convenient. I highly recommend this practice for excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Being out of town and my husband’s crown coming off during flossing in Nashville, TN we had no routine dentist to call. I left a message on the Dentistry of Nashville in the evening, and we showed up at their office at 7:15 am the next day. The office was so accommodating and my husband was able to see Dr. Lambrick and have x-rays taken to evaluate if we could continue on our vacation or go home. Dr. Lambrick reviewed my husband’s option plan and recommended when home to have the remaining tooth that had a prior root canal removed by an oral surgeon. Fantastic experience: Love this place. Been coming for years and my mom before that. Even as DDS Elam or different hygienists have left, they have picked up everything without skipping a beat. Plus they said I brushed well so that means I can eat all the Halloween candy I want, right?

Fantastic experience: Dr Vaughn and his staff are a wonderful group of people. I have been a patient for almost ten years and their service and exceptional care hasn’t changed. Dr. Vaughn is one of the nicest people I have ever met and each of his hygienist I’ve come across have provided my family with excellent care and attention to detail.

Negative experience: It was okay to me for ~15 years. But now you will experience over-charged service from this dental clinic because they only accept one insurance.

The most gorgeous smile, my hygienist (Lori) made me feel at ease with the entire process, I’m one of those people who have a PHOBIA about the sound the instruments make that they use inside the dental office. So for me to say this was one of the Best dental appointments/clinics I’ve been to in my life is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Went in for a cleaning and told Tristan who cleaned my teeth my bottom gums on left swollen she said we take look she looked and said I need brush more easy use mouthwash and soak my retainer every other day she is great dr vaughn looked at my teeth said it's bacteria Tristan put Claudine on my gums to help and said give it a few days and it go away I love this dentist and clean my retainer every other day cause I wear it only at night that can cause bacteria on my gums if not maintaining right

They really are a one stop shop. The care and concern and skill set of both hygienists and doctors is top notch. I am so grateful for the splendid care I have received over the years.

Negative experience: Went in to get teeth cleaned. Since I was a first time customer, they wanted $300 for a check up before they would clean my teeth. And that didn’t cover cost of teeth clean. They also wanted extra X-rays. I know they like to be safe and have a complete view, but none of this is necessary for a teeth clean. Get serious! So I walked out. No thanks.

Fantastic experience: Visiting a dentist's office to have a second molar extracted (it was broken) it is never a pleasant experience, unless you have Dr. Michael Vaughn do it. He is an excellent dentist, a great person. He may tell you that "...you have a beautiful smile..." , which is nice to hear (even though, deep inside, you know that it is not true.
