Fantastic experience: I went in for my yearly cleaning at Annandale Smiles, and I am beyond grateful for Dr. Steven Johnson. During my appointment, he noticed that my thyroid looked enlarged and recommended I get it checked something that seemed so small in the moment turned out to be life-changing. After following his advice, I found out I had thyroid cancer. Today, I am cancer-free, and I’m incredibly thankful. If it weren’t for Dr. Steven Johnson’s attention to detail and how much he truly cares for his patients, I never would’ve known something was wrong. His thoroughness made all the difference. I really appreciate Dr. Johnson and the entire Annandale Smiles team. Their care, professionalism, and genuine concern have earned my trust, and I’m grateful for everything they did for me.

Fantastic experience: I will be forever grateful for the professional care and expertise of Dr. Steven Johnson for detecting early stage cancer in my friend. Through his guidance and recommendation she was able to detect, treat, and fully cure the cancer before any permanent damage or threat was caused.

Fantastic experience: Being new to this dental practice, I can share this is a practice that cares about you and your experience here. Hai is a fanatic hygienist, gentle yet thorough. At the front desk you will want to work with Susan, she is good at explaining your insurance and following up with them. If something is not right she will address it. If you are thinking about teeth whitening Cecilia is your person. Very patient and monitors you closely so you are as comfortable as possible. Left a bad dental practice for many reasons before finding Annandale Smiles. It is a great to have a good dental practice in the neighborhood.

Fantastic experience: The past few months I’ve underwent complete mouth reconstruction with all crowns. They’ve been so diligent and wonderful in all aspects of care and aftercare, and the staff is absolutely amazing. Doctor Do has been the one doing my surgery and implants and James has help create all the ceramics for my crowns making sure the color/shape/fit are perfect! It’s amazing to be able to smile big again and have my dental health intact. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s in need of anything, from cleaning to major work like I’ve had done! It’s great feeling to have big,clean, shining bright smile to start everyday!! The front staff is also extremely sweet and caring! You won’t feel alone or out of place and disheartened as I know dental work can be overwhelming for myself or anyone honestly. 10/5 stars for sure!

Negative experience: I have been this dentist for few years, and they always overcharge before summited my claim to my insurance, even I figured out being overcharged from my insurance claim statement, and I called them to asked about my bill, they never automated to told me how much should I supposed to get refund it, until I told them and my insurance company talked with them, so please pay attention on all your bill after they charge on your portion, check with your insurance company every claim. and I did filling on my 3 of tooth recently . they were mixed up all My 3 tooth ,I wasn’t feeling pain before,I felt pain every time when I bite on things after they did the filling. I was so upset to talked with one of the reception name Briana and told her that I may need to looking for another dentist and cancel the following appointment, and she said do you want me to close your account in my office, I told her the problem of my teeth wasn’t fix, why you so hurry to close my account in your office, I never seen such customer service ,they completely showed you different service after you get the problems.

Fantastic experience: I just had a cleaning this morning and Dr. Park and Julia were great! Despite being a bit late to my appointment, they took their time cleaning my teeth while still having a friendly conversation. Such an amazing duo!

Negative experience: Suzan at the front desk lacks poeple skills .. asked for insurance right away with an attitude can’t believe she sits at the front desk and deal with customer service. I felt unwelcome and money is the only think she was concerned about.I tired patiently to deal with her attitude by I had to walk out !it’s not my first time feeling like this at this place but sure is the last! earlier today I have visited 2 other dentist for consultation About an implant and gum sensitivity coz I had just removed my braces and I was looking for a comprehensive plan going forward. And when I told her that, she said “ couldn’t you share your sensitivity concern with your ortho?!” A monumental difference!! Sad to witness! with your hard earned money, there is nothing worth buying here, and that is my experience.

Fantastic experience: I love Annandale smiles. I went in for a root canal and a crown. The root canal was completed so smoothly by Dr. Kim I couldn't believe it. The crown was done very efficiently by Dr. Williams and.staff.Perfect and no pain!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Michael was outstanding! We did a cosmetic bonding for a quick fix-up before crowing down the road. I am terrified of dentists and he has truly made every visit stress free. He is gifted with injecting, I hardly ever feel a pinch. Huge shout out to the front desk team that always helps with my millions of questions in a kind and patient matter!

Negative experience: I have been a patient at Annandale Smiles for several years, going twice a year for my dental care. Unfortunately, my last visit left me very disappointed. The day before my appointment, the office called to confirm, but I missed the call. They left me a voicemail that said to call back if I could not make it. Since I was planning to attend, I didn’t call back. When I showed up the next day for my scheduled appointment, I was told there was no spot for me because I hadn’t answered their call. I explained that I never canceled or rescheduled, and their message only asked to call back if I could not make it. Still, they turned me away. This was very frustrating and showed no respect for my time, especially since I had rushed from work to be there. As someone who has been a loyal patient for years, this was a very disappointing experience.

Fantastic experience: I had an incredible experience at Annandale Smiles today! From start to finish, the staff made me feel welcome and cared for. Susan at the front desk was so friendly, informative, and accommodating—she went out of her way to schedule my children on different dates and times to work around their activities, which I truly appreciated. I usually get nervous at the dentist, but Christina made me feel so comfortable. She was patient, checked in with me often, and reassured me throughout my visit. That level of care meant so much. Dr. Justin was fantastic—he took the time to educate me on the steps I need to take, addressed areas I wasn’t comfortable with, and guided me toward a solution I’m truly happy with. At the end of my visit, Cecilia kindly took me back when I decided to start Invisalign, answered all my questions, and Dr. Justin even came back to finalize and confirm everything with me. Overall, the entire staff was professional, caring, and thorough. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

Fantastic experience: I’ve spent a small fortune over the years on dentists of all types and in the end we do get what we pay for. Dr Johnson is clearly one of the best and he has an excellent bedside manner. Tough to find these days. He’s done an amazing job with his offices and with his staff, I don’t know how he does it. And as for the head hygienist whose name escapes me, she too, has the best bedside manner and sense of professionalism. I highly recommend Dr Johnson and the hygienist.

Fantastic experience: Soledad very patiently and efficiently cleaned my teeth and managed somehow to painlessly place the equipment for X-rays as well. Excellent. Dr. Michael Dong also previously re-cemented a pesky crown. I appreciate that he is careful and conservative. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had been without a dental plan covered by Annandale Smiles for almost two years... I refuse to go to other dentists and have been with Annandale Smiles for 30 years. After being gone for two years I went back in recently for a general cleaning... expecting there would be bad news due to my neglect the past two years. Wasn't nearly as bad as I expected! The two little cavities that had developed they fit me in right after my cleaning and we're able to take care of everything the same day which was fantastic. They had a special on sealants and fluoride treatment for the month of April so I went ahead and got three sealants done on at-risk teeth as well as the Fluoride treatment. Always a painless and professional experience with Annandale Smiles. All their employees are fantastic. Will continue to refuse to go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Annandale Smiles for about two decades. They don’t lead you into dental work that you don’t need, and the dental work they do is first rate. I trust them with my teeth, which i value a lot for eating!

I’ve always felt well taken care of for both simple and more complex dental services & seeing the office from its beginnings through its transformation into a warm, hi-tech practice has been amazing! If you’re new to the area or simply looking for a new dental office, I would highly recommend Annandale Smiles since.

Fantastic experience: This was a BRAND NEW experience. First--I was early. That was due to placement and parking availability. Stand alone location. Well staffed. First, they took me on a full facility tour. Have you had that before? Me either! Second, the hygienist walked me through everything and handled all the prep work including X-rays and scans and intake. Third, the doctor talked me through her care plan. Fourth, the cleaning was thorough and QUICK!! Wintay was so professional!! Fifth, did I mention the welcome bag? Sixth, it's clean, they're accredited, they're highly rated by their peers and highly respected by the community as shown by the wall of awards. Seventh, They have an accessible entrance and additional parking in back--but the front stairs were so stunning.

Fantastic experience: It is always a pleasure to recommend Annandale smiles, and their competent staff. This last visit was yet another example of how consistently good they are from visit to visit. It is so important to always get Rosalie as my hygenist, along with Dr. Michael, and Julia as assistant--who have been with me for a long time, know my history and really do contribute in a major way to my dental health. That really is rare in this health, pandemic and public safety environment. I also want to recognize Anais at the front desk who is like the office administrator control station. In the over 20 years I have been with AS, I have NEVER had to worry about their competence or their caring. So many thanks all.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best Dental office I've ever been too. The Doctors and their assistants help you relax and feel at ease. I love the open offices too because I am an asthmatic claustrophobic. Even though I have dental insurance that they do not take, I pay out of pocket because they are so wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: I want to preface this by saying I have been with this dentist for over a decade, only took a break during grad school, and I have witnessed the decline in care and increase in greed. It’s frustrating to be charged $800 plus dollars one month for a treatment to see them drop the price the next month for a special. Additionally, I was initially quoted $1800 for Invisalign 20 trays. My insurance changed and they increased the price by 3x for 20 3D plastic trays. I paid close to $2000 when I received additional insurance and asked them to apply that before paying the balance with my HSA they declined and told me the balance was an additional $1000. Absolutely horrible. I am disabled and traveled out of state to stay with this dentist to not even get proper treatment to fund someone’s vacation home. I’m good. I will be going to POSH Smiles with Dr. Fatemeh Baftechi who was one of the talented physicians who also left Annandale smiles because they’re horrible now. Find a new dentist folks! Annandale Smiles had its run The dental hygienist are all perfection I hope they find better positions if this place tanks.

Fantastic experience: Going to our dentist is very nice.. Everyone at the front desk is very friendly. Jimmy cleans my teeth with a gentle touch and makes sure that I am comfortable. Our whole family goes to Annandale Smiles. We are always provided great care and service with a SMILE. We would suggest going to get your smile in the best condition possible and ask for Jimmy to get a beautiful smile! The doctors are all wonderful too. Just went again to Jimmy, Leilani and Dr Dee for my cleaning today July 20 and all was great. Thanks for everyone's great service. Update for my 6 month cleaning. I had Virginia clean my teeth today. I am also pleased with his thorough description of my treatment plan for Invisalign. His staff and hygienists perform superb work. Negative experience: It was good when I started there maybe 6 years ago. It’s gone way downhill. They tried to talk me into an expensive treatment really fast, not looking me in the eye and shoving paperwork in front of me to sign. When I said that they didn’t explain it adequately they said yes we did. “We CARE about our patients.” When I told the dentist after the dental hygienist left I didn’t understand why they recommended an expensive procedure. She said really quickly “oh they’ll explain” and I said I already spoke to them and she said uh-huh, and then walked off after checking my teeth without a word. They were laughing about this when I checked out. I called a few weeks later to cancel my appointment and told them I was never coming back. I gave every reason why and they said “oh we’re so sorry can someone contact you and hear your story?” and I said sure. Nobody contacted me except for the person who did a month later and said “hi just wanted to know when you’re going to schedule your next appointment?” I told them never to call me again.

Fantastic experience: We moved from California to Virginia recently and one of the issues we faced here is to find a right dentist for our dental services. In the past, we have had experiences with 2 of the local dentists. They, indeed have provided rather good services for our dental needs, but one thing usually happens for most dentists ( I am talking about majority of dentists, not all of them), that eventually, they tried to charge clients as much as possible with some services I think are not necessary. It is OK, because this is their career and of course is their income but it goes so far to the point that it ridiculously finds some problems with each visit and suggest their clients to fix those false( ! ) problems. Of course, client can deny those services , but most of the time, they go with their plans, expecting that their teeths are ok. We are seniors and retired with fixed income and because of this practice, we have spent most of our income for dental services, that give us the hardship for our daily life. Now, with new dental services at Annandale Smiles, at first impression, it was good : staff are professional,understanding and friendly. Prices for services seem reasonable. Hopefully, It will continue that way so we hope we can stay with Annandale Smiles for a long time.

Fantastic experience: I will always recommend Annandale smiles and would confidently list this practice as one of the best in the DC area. Almost 25 years old now, I’ve been going to this practice since I was about 4-5 years old. So it’s safe to say it feels like home. What took me so long to write this review? I suppose I was recently exposed to a genuine level of care from my doctor and the staff at Annandale Smiles and wanted to share the excellent experience I had. I had a pretty large injury to the face a few years ago that left me with problems after I thought everything was fixed. Without myself knowing what was wrong, Dr. Johnson immediately pinpointed what was going on and created a game plan on how we were going to resolve the issue once and for all. After many visits over the course of 6 months, Dr. Johnson not only performed excellent work but he explained everything precisely before he actually began to work on my teeth. It was surely a multi step process that needed to be conducted once at a time with appropriate healing times, so I was not at all concerned about the timeframe it would take to fix myself. I was however extremely impressed with how the situation was handled with amazing communication by creating a clear plan to recovery immediately. I would highly recommend to be seen by Dr. Johnson. He is extremely friendly, intelligent, and it is clear he cares about his patients. He will make sure his work is absolutely perfect before finishing. I am thrilled to say that I will not have to return to the practice as often as I did this year since we were able to fix what was wrong, but I will also say I will always appreciate the amount of work, time, and patience that I’ve received from the day I explained the pain I felt all the way to the day we finally fixed my issue. I sincerely hope no one reading this would need the amount of work done that I’ve received, but if you find yourself in a similar situation or If you’re simply looking for a new dentist, please give this place a shot. I am extremely confident that your experience will be outstanding. You will receive honest feedback from the doctors and care from their entire team.

Fantastic experience: In a few days, I will be 80 yrs of age; and I have a lot of experience with dentists. On Oct 7, 2024; I was treated by Dr. Manisha, at Annandale Smiles. I had left NC in a rush; because of damage to my home by Hurricane Helene. My son lives in VA; & took me to his dentist at Annandale Smiles. I’m very pleased! Fantastic experience: Over the years I have never felt the need to compliment any of the Annandale Smiles staff because it is obvious that they are all excellent at what they do. Excellence is what you expect and excellence is what you get. However, today I would like particularly commend Ahmad for his exceptional technical and diagnostic skills. Ahmad is efficient, yet meticulous and thorough. And finishes the session with helpful recommendations for continued tooth and gum health. But probably the highest compliment for Ahmad is that he fits in well with the rest of the outstanding staff at Annandale Smiles.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love it! Admittedly, I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years. I got a deep cleaning the other day! The staff were very patient. My dental hygienist was very gentle, even the aftercare was thoroughly explained! I have been walking around all day, looking like someone in a crest toothpaste, commercial! Thank you! I’m so glad I picked Annandale Smiles. Neegina was the best hygienist I could have asked for, and she was so calming, gentle, and helped explain every step of the process along the way. I also feel so lucky to be under the care of Dr. Choi, who is super kind, friendly and personable, and put me at ease by explaining his own personal experience with the dental treatment. Fantastic experience: I must say this was the best experience. I've ever had at the dentist. I'm terrified. Have had bad experiences in the past. Which Has cause Me. To neglect my Dental health.. for a long time. The dentist made me feel. Completely comfortable and safe. It was the first experience With the dentist that I've had that I didn't experience a migraine the next day. But most of all, they didn't make me feel humiliated for neglecting my teeth. My kids got me there. But the dentist Kindness.will keep me coming back.

Negative experience: Annandale Smiles tried to tell me that I would have severe teeth issues if I didn't get Invisalign, during my first cleaning. I sought a second opinion from an orthodontist and a different dentist, and both said I was fine. The orthodontist told me it would be 90% cosmetic. I decided to get the cavities Annandale Smiles found filled at a different dentist, as a friend of mine warned me that Annandale Smiles messed up all her fillings. She had to go back to get them redone. They also hurt my spouse during a routine cleaning. The new dentist said I only had a subset of the cavities that Annandale Smiles had told me I had, charged significantly less even after insurance, and I received far better service. To top it all off, Annandale Smiles had a yeti cooler giveaway in their front office if you agreed to a 6000$ Invisalign treatment. How unethical for a health care institution; needless orthodontics can result in many different complications.

Positive experience: I'd been going to Annandale Smiles since 2010, but in the past few years, overall, my patient experience has declined. I've been unable to book appointments with the same staff for successive appointments. I've had issues with the insurance handling. The quality of my cleanings went from very good to hit and miss. The front desk staff seem like they couldn't care less. Sadly, after a long time as a patient, I decided it was time to find a smaller, more welcoming practice.

Fantastic experience: Amazing practice! Everyone was super helpful! Saiin was awesome at answering all my questions, determining my needs and getting my appointment set up without a hitch. Went in for a deep cleaning and have some cavities filled. Dr. Manisha was very patient and understanding with some of my concerns during the process. My fillings were causing some discomfort after my initial visit and Dr. Manisha saw me right away and got it sorted out without a fuss. Its been a few months since my visit and my teeth and gums have never felt better! Not to mention I got a pretty nifty goody bag... (I actually use the coffee mug regularly!)

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment for husband and when we arrive to the office the staff was ready for him. Also Karla she was assisting my husband with translation and explaining everything step of the process. Im very grateful for her help and the warm welcoming of the Receptionist unfortunately I did not get her name but everyone is very professional. Thank you to the Dr. Manisha for helping my husband feel better about his smile. I would like to add that we got so many gift from the offices we weren’t spectating that many gift. Fantastic experience: Dr Johnson and his associates take great care to make me comfortable as a patient and make sure that I understand the work being done. They also do very good dental work. I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years and would recommend this practice to anyone, especially those who might have some anxiety around visiting the dentist. Dr Johnson has been my primary dentist but when I’ve had to see other dentists, they have been just as good as he. The dental work I’ve had here has been well done and if adjustments are needed they are handled quickly. This practice has grown with the times and incorporated new treatment technologies. All of the staff take the time to answer questions and they are very kind. The office is also very efficient and whenever I call whether it be weekend or during business hours I’m able to Get in touch with someone. they have a little book, called bits and pieces that I love to pick up when I’m there and share with others. It’s a small paper booklet filled with positive stories and sayings. This is one of the many personal touches that this practice has provided to patients over the years that contributes to a warm and welcoming environment I feel. They also send me birthday cards! The dental assistants and front desk staff staff are all very friendly and polite to patients and each other.

Fantastic experience: Always quick in and out appointments. I saw the mailer ad and decided to try them out. Plus I appreciate the extra goodies they gift as a first time patient and the typical toothbrush/floss/toothpaste swag after each appt (I went to other dentists that stopped doing that in the area). I never feel pressured to buy in on any other services I don't need. Highly recommended them to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a few dentist for my routine cleaning, but I would say Annandale Smile is the best. Rosalie’s been great and an excellent hygienist that I ever had. She takes time to explain everything she will be doing and listens. Never had a problem everytime she cleans my teeth. She’s very friendly and makes you comfortable. Two thumbs up for Rosalie. Negative experience: Based on the multiple reviews I read, I was hopeful that my experience with Annandale Smiles would be positive. However, that was not the case. The front desk personnel was unprofessional and unpleasant. Moreover, I was not impressed with the dental cleaning by the dental hygienist. The only positive aspect was the dentist herself, Dr. Christine Do. Dr. Do was great and lived up to the reviews. I wish I could give her a separate review of 5 stars. Annandale Smiles on the other hand was disappointing so no need for a canned owners response. I just hope my review will help others as they assess dental practices in the Annandale area.

Fantastic experience: Our whole family are patients at Annandale Smiles and I have always been impressed with the quality of care they provide. The office is very well managed, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. We love Dr. Michael, who is a skilled dentist and takes the time to explain everything and Michelle who is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we are comfortable and have a positive experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Michael and Michelle to anyone looking for a great dental care. They are the best in town!

Fantastic experience: I don’t usually write reviews, but I had one of the best visits to the dentist I have ever had today. My hygienist, Jimmy, was very friendly and explained the entire process. He answered all of my questions and made me feel completely comfortable sharing my concerns. The cleaning was quick and thorough, but not painful. The dentist and receptionist were also very kind. I highly recommend Annandale Smiles.

The dentist took the time to talk about the procedures needed and answer our questions. The hygienist and staff were courteous, prompt, and helpful. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for years! Rosalie has been taking care of my dental hygiene in which it’s only one of the two reasons I need to come visit the office — the other reason is for my invisalign (Thanks Dr Michael!). Fantastic experience: I really like Annandale Smiles! Great and friendly staff. They take great care of you as a patient and care for your teeth. The advice on dental care is useful, and the treatment plan is very efficient. It took me a long time to find them and I went through many other dentist offices before I have found Anandale Smiles since than I have been a patient here for over 10 years and I have done a lot of work on my teeth: cleaning, deep cleaning, fillings, crowns and implants. Dr. Johnson was my doctor for years but lately I have been seeing Dr.Michael. Dr. Michael is great and knowledgeable. Raul is awesome and patient. They will work with you on any issues to satisfy your dental needs and will provide you with explanation to any of your question that you might have. Dr. Johnson did put a great team of doctors together. They really do care about your teeth and that great Smile of yours! I recommend them to all my friends and everyone I know. I brought my in-laws here and my kid who is patient here since he was 3.5 years old. I can’t recommend them enough! Great team of doctors, their assistants, hygienists and staff members.

I have terrible dental anxiety and I just had a root canal done two weeks ago with Dr Mike and his team. It went so well that I just had to write a review. Fantastic experience: My experience is always great here and my recent visit with Dr. Manisha was good! Andrea was the assistant for my visit and she was also great! I went in to get an implant which is just nerve wracking but Andrea kept me at ease while prepping me for the nitrous answering questions and consistently checking in which help keep me calm and Dr, Manisha was no different. Both made sure I was doing okay during the procedure and afterwards. The thought of someone drilling into my gum is like a horror movie in my mind. Talk about the anxiety levels being high. Thankful I had Dr.Manisha and Andrea!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Dr. Do at Annandale Smiles. She's really one of a kind. Going to the dentist can be scary, but Dr. Do makes it easy. What I love most is that she's always ready to see me right away. She's never too busy to answer my questions. And she doesn't just rush through it, she really takes the time to explain things so I can understand. Another thing I appreciate is that she cares about her patients. She gets to know me and my life. It feels nice to be treated like a friend and not just another patient. In the end, Dr. Do gives great dental care at Annandale Smiles. She's there when you need her, answers all your questions, and really cares about her patients. If you need a dentist, you should really check her out.

Fantastic experience: Today I went and faced a fear. The dentist. I had a lot of anxiety about this. After a past experience with a different dentist I have been terrified and put off seeing a dentist for 6/7 years. I mean my my anxiety is so bad that I was in tears just because of a routine exam. However Doctor Michael and Marcelo could sense it and were very gentle and calming. Their soft tones, gentleness and warmth helped me through the process. They explained everything to me, allowed me to ask questions and constantly checked on me. I’ll be going back to start my dental plan.

Fantastic experience: Rafael and Dr. Lopez were wonderful. As someone who can find the dentist intimidating, that was not at all the case here. They were very friendly and made sure my comfort was a priority. Both of them did a great job of clearly explaining things to me and Dr. Lopez even took the time to kindly show and walk me through my x-rays. I will definitely be going back!

Fantastic experience: I went in for an emergency appt @ 5pm. The staff was very welcoming. They gave me a tour of the facility and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Manisha and Andrea took their time to explain everything to me. It was almost 7pm and they could've easily asked me to come back but they genuinely care and wanted to help. I appreciate that. When seeking any type of health care I want to be treated well as a patient and a person. Fantastic experience: Compassionate care and kind staff every time I visit. My teeth are happy because I don’t avoid the dentist anymore now that I come here. Last week I had a temporary crown put in following a root canal and I was in so much pain when I got there, but Dr.Choi & Raul were so patient and checked in with me often to manage this, and I felt totally safe and in great care in their hands. Everyone who’s worked on my teeth at Annandale Smiles over the years has been wonderful—and the office staff are fantastic too. I’ve never had a negative experience there and I wouldn’t take my teeth anywhere else. :)

Dr. Steven Johnson has done an exceptional job building a team who all possess a level of professionalism, empathy and skill that is par none to any other office I have been patronized. Firstly, the front desk personnel who bend over backwards, from the start, to make everyone feel welcome, to ensuring you have all the financial information needed in order to make budgeting decisions for any treatment recommendations, to finally checking out, ensuring to the best of their ability the insurance claims are correct and we have the necessary appointments scheduled for next time. Furthermore, the hygiene team, are gentle, thorough and personable. Each one takes the time to get to know their patients and each individual’s needs and concerns, and takes the time to educate the patient so that the patient can become a better advocate for his or her own health. The clinical team of assistants are all highly proficient, professional and compassionate. They truly understand the anxiety and fear associated with the dentist and are adept at putting even the most fearful patient at ease. And last but not least, the doctors. What can I say? Each and every one of them are exceptional. Their top notch skills in dentistry aside, they all have a passion for helping people and want to see each of their patients receive the best care possible. A++

Fantastic experience: Dr Do and Michelle were great. I recently had a cavity filled. Michelle was fantastic and explained all the steps as she was going thru the process to prepare me for the drilling and filling the cavity. Dr Do was awesome too. She also explained what was happening, was gentle with the anesthesia, and with the drilling. I didn’t feel a thing. They even made sure my lips didn’t get dry out and applied Vaseline. After the filling was complete, they answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. I would definitely recommend this team for dental work. Thank you Dr Do and Michelle for a good experience.

Fantastic experience: I recently went to Annandale Smiles for some dental work. The staff is outstanding Dr. Lopez top notch if you ever need a great dentist Dr. Lopez is the one he explain everything he is going to do …his associate Andrea she’s also excellent it’s about a two hour and 30 minute drive for me to go to this dentist but I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I highly recommend Annandale smiles. I met to the other dentist in the office outstanding .

Positive experience: I have been coming here for years and have seen a few different dental hygienist for my biannual cleanings but I mainly see Virginia. She’s very nice and gentle. She gives great tips and advice for products to try when it comes to dental products. I have also had teeth whitening here before and plan to do it again by end of this year.

Fantastic experience: I went to Annandale smiles looking for good and affordable dental treatment. I had a lot of work that needed to be done like deep cleaning, teeth filling and Invisalign. My visit was very early morning and I had some issues getting my previous X-rays to them but the management was very kind and patient. My dentist Manisha and her assistant Cece were incredibly nice, professional and seamless. I get very anxious when it comes to dental visits but they made sure I was situated properly and asked questions before they proceeded to the next step every time. My hygienist Rosalie was very sweet and gave me proper instructions on how to care for my teeth better. Lastly, my experience regarding transparency with the cost of my dental plan was the best I have had. I had gone to another dental office in Northern Virginia that had a much higher price and unnecessary treatments added to my plan-I learned about this at Annandale smiles because they made sure that I was aware of what needed to be done and what didn’t need fixing. I’ll be coming here to complete my treatment plan and I’m grateful for the facility and its top notch care!

Fantastic experience: We recently started bringing our kids to Annandale Smiles as my wife and I have had great experiences there.
