Fantastic experience: Very professional office. I was able to call and have an appointment within 24 hours. I did all paperwork online so once I arrived at the appointment we were seen very quickly. This was a very good experience for a first visit and child wants to come back every 3 months instead of 6. I appreciated the attention and care that she was shown. The ladies in the office were really kind and nice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Richard and Dr. Brittany are wonderful doctors and they are both so great with the kids. The entire staff there is great. Every hygienist we have had has been amazing, super informative, and made us all feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: My doctor referred us to Palos Pediatric Dentistry as he struggled with x-rays and cleanings at his previous dentist. They were very kind from check in, to cleaning and meeting the dentist. We finally got x-rays! The office was very clean and from his perspective the coin machine after his visit was awesome!

I couldn't have picked a better Dentist 4 Her, she wants 2 go more than every 6 months Dr.Facko has made her already pretty teeth even prettier.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Palos Dentistry by my family Dr. it was my 3 year old’s very first time going to a dentist appointment so he was very nervous. The rooms clean, the Dr’s and staff were friendly and welcoming. Thank you Dr Liz, Dr Brittany and hygienist Sandra for being patient so kind with my son, I knew he was in great hands. Im planning switching dental office for my son and daughter to this dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Update: My son had a much better dental visit with Lynda and Dr Facko! The Hygienist was able to use the cleaning tool instead just brushing his teeth for a little while and she was also able use the metal scrapper to remove some plaque on his teeth. He was distracted by watching his cartoon on the TV on the ceiling and Lynda did a good job getting him to stay calm while she cleaned his teeth. I appreciate how patient and caring she was with my son! After the cleaning, Dr Facko came in did the exam and my son sat quietly and didn't become resistant at all. Although my son doesn't like brushing his teeth, he's is making progress at this dental office, his teeth are healthy and he doesn't have any cavities. Thank you Dr Facko & Lynda! Took my son for his 2nd cleaning and exam with Dr. Facko. My son has special needs and doesn't really care for brushing his teeth. The Hygienist was welcoming and friendly, but disappointed that my son still hasn't really had his teeth cleaned just some Fluoride put on his teeth that I had to unknowingly pay $40 for this time. Luckily he doesn't have any cavities but still concerned about his teeth.

Fantastic experience: Amy was amazing!! She really made my boys feel comfortable. My 1.5 year olds first time and there was no crying from him. My 3 year old really enjoyed showing his little brother how to be brave.

Fantastic experience: Loved, loved everything about this dental practice! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The space has such a cute, kid-friendly vibe — decorated for Halloween with the staff even wearing festive shirts, which my kids loved! Appointments ran right on time, and the dental hygienists were wonderful about explaining every step to my kids so they felt comfortable. The dentist was amazing and even squeezed us in same day to fill a cavity because of a cancellation — such a huge help not having to make another trip! The office was easy to find, parking was ample, and overall the entire experience was just wonderful. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: When in the market for a dentist for my son, Palos Pediatric Dentistry was recommended to me by a co-worker. The office itself is warm, inviting, and clean. The staff was so kind and welcoming. My 11 year old not only struggles with sensory processing but also a fear of the dentist. The dental assistant Karla and the hygienist were so good with my son and made him feel comfortable and took time to explain everything to him. The dentist (Bauer) had a great bedside manner and was very good with my son. The appointment was not rushed at all and felt very personal; which was something I have never experienced at a dentist. My mom had tagged along to the appointment and even she made remarks about how good they were and that she was impressed. I will definitely be bringing my other child here as well as recommending them to anyone I know with children.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous to take my autistic son for the first time but I quickly realized I didn’t need to be. They had books in the waiting area and my son loves books. When he was called to the back the whole experience was not rushed and on my son’s terms. They made sure to make him feel comfortable. Any questions I had were answered and even gave me more info I can use at home with my son. I loved it here for my son. Looking forward to our next visit.

The dental assistants are very nice and ask the girls about their day, very engaging which makes them feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: As a first time mom, It took me a long time to schedule my toddlers first dentist appointment. I was worried and anxious that I wouldn’t find the perfect fit or that my toddler wouldn’t cooperate and the doctors would get impatient. Often times you hear about not so good experience. But this is the exception, the staff is compassionate, friendly, and kind. Dr. Brittney and Ms. Aimee are the absolute best! the appointments always run smoothly. I love how they take time to educate me well on how to properly floss and brush my toddlers teeth, share overall dental tips and explain everything they are doing. The appointments never feel rushed… they take their time and do such a good job! The place is clean and provides a nice atmosphere. They make my child feel so comfortable and for that I’m extremely thankful.

Fantastic experience: I brought my 6 year old and my 1 year old for a regular check up visit and we all had a great experience! Everyone at the office were so welcoming. Dr. Britttany and Janette knew exactly how to talk to my daughters to make them feel comfortable, they also provided me with valuable information about how to maintain my daughter’s dental health. I’m so happy that I found them!

Negative experience: Went there as a referral to have my child’s cracked tooth looked at and had X-rays done even though they received the X-rays from our dentist office. (An X-ray that was taken the day before of the cracked tooth.) I did not want a full exam. I was quoted with an estimate to not only fix the tooth that we went there for but also some other teeth. We have a regular dentist that does fillings and crowns. We kind of felt uncomfortable there with all the screaming. This office doesn’t accept Care Credit, which is crazy to me. I just didn’t understand why a full exam was done when we specifically went to them just to look at the cracked tooth. I’m going to be charged for this extra stuff.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the place. They are so good with my son and very patient and caring. My son use to be afraid of the dentist but Dr. B and Dr. Facko are amazing as well as the rest of the staff.

Fantastic experience: AMAZING! I am extremely impressed with how everyone made this experience easy. My 7 year old has a few issues and anxiety was pretty extreme as soon as she sat in the chair. They talked to her not at her and kept both her dad and me involved. She tried to let them do X-rays but of course she gagged and that was it. They again, assured her it was ok and they would not make her do anything she was not able to do. Building trust is so important at this age. I know I was terrified of the dentist at an early age. I really wish they had a place like this when I was a kid. For the parents, they are up front on the plan they work to create. The fees are broken down so you are not shocked. They do not start anything until payment is complete. I honestly kind of like that.

Fantastic experience: We switched here from another pediatric dentist that my girls hated going to. It was tears and screaming every time. They come home now all smiles rate it a 10/10. My youngest today said, "it's so weird but I can't wait to go back!"
