Every time they were doing something to my mouth, they'd always checked to make sure if I'm okay. And that made me feel really comfortable. Positive experience: Had wisdom tooth pulled. His helper was great. It did take him awhile because he had to give me several shots to deaden the nerve. It was painful but he got it out. I probably should have waited a couple more days of talking antibiotics before I went. All and all it wasn't too bad.

Negative experience: Will refuse to treat you if you are unwilling to pay 3 times what you were quote to remove more than you are willing to remove. Will tell you they will do what you are wanting before getting there and then shove 1100 instead of 419 in your face. Horrible.

Fantastic experience: My visit was an unexpected one, I got a tooth that was really painful. I called and they were very accommodating, someone had just canceled. I got right in. Such a very nice office staff and the doctor was so sweet. Gave me a choice to either take antibiotics or pull the tooth out. I went ahead and had her pull it. I wanted the pain to go away. I would highly recommend Duncan Dental and Implants to all my friends and family. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Fantastic experience: I had to come here about 5 or 6 times. My mouth was pretty bad. A month later my teeth are perfect. Had 7 or 8 cavities they fixed them painless. Crazy I know. Any future dental work I need i will definitely come here and highly recommend here

Negative experience: I loved this office so much until I got a filling from them and they cracked my tooth. Then proceeded to tell me I’d have to pay them for a root canal. I now have pain every day because I couldn’t afford to pay for them to fix their mistake.

Fantastic experience: Imagine having a Dental visit you enjoyed? That’s what I experienced at Duncan Dental. Very nice facility & easy to get to location it’s by Walmart! Friendly staff from the front desk to the assistant, hygienist & dentist. I loved the fact I received answers on how much my insurance would pay and I didn’t feel left in the dark.

Amy did my last denture fitting .I told them were it was hurting and she went right in and fixed the problem. I would recommend Duncan Dental to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Very good visit. The Hygienist knew excellently how to treat me Fibro & 4 jaw surgeries. She was very pleasant and my teeth got cleaned. Didn’t hurt but 2 bottom injections was painful but got over it. Thank so much.

Negative experience: I have been mislead and mistreated. All smiles and pleasant to speak to but don't believe what they say. They want all the money paid in full before the procedure is done. Very incompetent, measure wrong, reorder parts and take forever to get in. Very dissatisfied.

Negative experience: They half finished my tooth and refuse to fix it bc the doctor that did it is no longer with them. I’m in pain everyday now worst then it already was this place sucks

Fantastic experience: This was my first time here but all the staff were very kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. They listened to what I wanted for my own smile and gave me a plan. They didn't try to tell me what they wanted to do and try to force options on me at all and that was the best part of my visit. Finally a dentist that listens to their patients I have no complaints about my visit today. Thank you all for one of the best dental visits I have ever had!

I'm a mess and they just walked me through a plan and makes me realize...I gotta do better. I have all the best stuff at home, but neglected my visits. X-rays, consultation, objectives $99 bucks. Dr. Ashley was so gentle at surgically removing 14 teeth that my gums had completely grown over that I fell asleep in the chair during the oral surgery. I am so amazed and happy with how well they communicated with me, the cleanliness of their office, the friendly staff and their dedication to keep you smiling.

Fantastic experience: I have some pretty bomed out teeth if you're having extreme fear like I do and you're worried that you are going to get judged you won't. they're good people very good people while it is a corporate office in the broad term the owner and her staff operate with a little overhead but it is a very independent feel I never thought I would say this but I'm kind of excited to go back? Make no mistake I'm still worried but I believe I'm going to be a fantastic hands I really do believe this place has people's best interested heart and they want people to be happy I hope they stick around for a long time and I hope they keep promoting being polite and understanding Edited because i'm awful at English.

Fantastic experience: I was worried about going to the dentist do to bad experience with another Dentist and my anxiety is super high. but after visiting with Duncsn dental and implant to decide what was best with my health and teeth they done just that. This place is amazing and the people there are very friendly and help with keeping you very comfortable to the best they can . dentures are done and I'm glad I waited to get the swelling down and to try fitting them, they fit so good that I don't have to have any adhesive and Amy worked hard to make sure of that. Negative experience: Took my daughter in for a cleaning that was scheduled for today and when we checked in they told us that her appointment wasn't today it was in May but they got her in and when she was done she was uncomfortable from the way the staff made her feel and the way they talked to her and was about to cry but she was also telling me what they said while she was back there and while she was talking the staff member rudly interrupted her to tell me herself and she said it rude and I have also had trouble 4 other times before and I will never go back here again

Negative experience: I brought my wife in with a cracked molar yesterday, she was in pain; with an infection, to my suprise the dental staff was not confident in their ability to extract the broken tooth. We must await a surgeon from the city to visit the office, or go to another dentist by referral. I’m just soooo stressed at this point fearing for my wife’s wellbeing as she now cannot eat, is in tears, cannot sleep; and cannot open her jaw more than one inch!

Positive experience: I went to my first appointment at Duncan Dental and implants when my was called into the first room, the dental assistant took a look at my gums with the X-ray machine. She then took me to another area an sat me down and asked me some questions. The dentist introduced herself and was very nice to talk to. Very nice to talk to, and I'm ready and excited to see them again.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with the customer service and the personal attention I was given from the financial to the dental care I received. I had to drive a mile or two to get there but I feel that the end result will be well worth it.

Negative experience: Don't trust them they will talk you into procedures you didn't ask for, tell you it's covered by your insurance and then charge you the full amount. They are unethical and shouldn't be allowed to practice dentistry.

Negative experience: They rip you off. They do work that you don’t need to charge you extra money. My teeth didn’t hurt at all until after I went there and “needed sealing” and now they’re constantly sensitive. Went in for a cleaning and ended up spending $270! Ridiculous stuff. Stay away from this place.
