Fantastic experience: Every visit is always pleasant. The front desk is always so welcoming and professional. Thanks to the amazing team in the back, my son is no longer nervous about going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Took my son for a Tongue tie Evaluation. We finally found a Dentist to help my son as the other's kept saying it wasn't too bad to need a Release. Speech has helped but this Evaluation was really what we needed for seeing better Improvement. Thank you so much for Helping us.

Fantastic experience: My kiddos (7 and 6) have been going to this place since they were 2 and 3. We are a military family and currently moving out of town. Took the kids here every six months for 4 years and had nothing but great experiences. Our last visit they even went above an beyond to hand me hard copies of their records in a time crunch due to us moving during Thanksgiving. We were truly blessed to have chosen this place.

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing group of professionals! From check-in to check-out and everything in between, their priorities are all about their patients! My little has sensory issues and sometimes just isn’t feeling the large rooms, and they are quick to accommodate and make her absolutely comfortable. They speak to the patients in a way that even the smallest know what is going on!

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love APDA. They’re kind, efficient, and that place runs like a well oiled machine with a ton of moving parts. Everyone does such an amazing job, taking care of patients and their coworkers. We’ve always had a good experience and we’ve been going there for years. The only issue I have is that they just work on kiddos! What about us big kids?

Negative experience: The staff was kind and really attentive to children. I chose two stars because even with their kindness their policy of not being able to go back with my child during her first dental surgery was traumatic for both my child and myself. I asked several people why I wasn’t allowed to be with her as she was 8 and scared. No one could answer me. One person ( after the procedure was over) told me “ that’s just how we do it here.” Meanwhile my child was released to me full of tears and scared and told me her teeth were pulled and she felt it and they didn’t stop. We cried in the car together. I will not be returning. Ever. I will never be back.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely AMAZING professionals who treat every single patient as a priority and not just a number. They are extremely knowledgeable and patient with my autistic daughter and make her feel important and involved with her care. I highly recommend them. They’re definitely worth the 1.5 hour drive. They are a blessing!

Fantastic experience: The staff here have always been so kind and welcoming. They always answer any questions I have and keep me well informed regarding all of my kids’ oral health!

Negative experience: I would give no stars if I could. They gave my 2 year old a fluoride treatment without my consent. When I asked what they put on his teeth she said fluoride. I said “I didn’t consent to that” and she replies “well you didn’t say anything” to which I replied “ you didn't ask me for permission”. Very bold/illegal for them to assume and administer treatment without parental consent. Never going there again!

Fantastic experience: Wait time is minimum to none. They are very attentive and quick with checking my toddlers teeth making it a no drama pleasant experience all around.

Fantastic experience: Made the drive from San Angelo with my 5 year old today. It was a great experience from start to finish. Staff were all very friendly and professional. The waiting room had cool digital games for the kids to play on. We were taken care of pretty quickly and didn’t have to wait forever. The young lady who took my daughter’s X-rays was very sweet to her! Definitely recommend taking your kids here.

Fantastic experience: Today my boy went to get a tooth pulled and the fear I had before coming was a waste of time being worried. They did amazing! My child felt so comfortable he wasn’t upset nor scared, and he left in a great mood! Great experience for my son and best decision I made to switch dentist’s. Thank you APDA for today I’m not overwhelmed but relieved.

Fantastic experience: After a horrible experience at a previous dentist office made my kids terrified of the dentist. I decided to call this place and go ahead and make a follow up appointment 6 months in advance. I'm so glad that I did! These employees and dentist made all the difference for my kids. There were no tears or any sign of fear at all while we were here. They were completely at ease and actually enjoyed it. Thank you all so much for making this experience enjoyable for them.

Fantastic experience: Abilene Pediatric Dental is absolutely the best. I go out of my way to drive from San Angelo for every appointment because my kids and I love going there! Their staff is top notch! I always schedule all 4 kids and they get them in and out in a very timely fashion but they don’t rush, they are just that good!!

Positive experience: Great staff. Dentist seems to know what they are doing gave multiple options for my daughters complicated dental situation. Had to update from 5 to 3. Supposed to be 3 treatments which turned to 5 got 4 done the 5th gets scheduled we show up it's just a cleaning bit the procedure. Now it's been over 6 months so they have to do another exam before they can do the last treatment meanwhile my kid is just stuck for months with a partial job. Staff is nice at least

Negative experience: The lady that answers the phone is extremely rude. She acted like me calling to see if they accepted my insurance was hugely inconvenient to her. She basically refused to tell me if they took my insurance. She insisted that I had to call the insurance company. Funny thing, the next two places I called were able to let me know immediately after I told them which insurance we had. SUPER RUDE.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is always SO friendly and understanding! They are AWESOME with kiddos and make sure they are as comfortable and happy as possible! Can’t recommend these guys enough for your kiddos!

They go above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience, especially for my son who is on the autism spectrum. They take the time to explain things in a way he understands, are very gentle, and never rush us. It means so much to have a dental team that truly cares and understands how to work with children of all needs. I can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I've taken all 3 of kids here for years and always was/is a great experience for all of us. The staff are always smiling and make you feel welcome. They are very patient and comforting to the kids . They explain and listen to your concerns as a parent /guardian. It's always very clean and organized. They also get you back fairly quickly . I highly recommend, on all aspects of this dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Very good with kids! My son gets anxious about new settings/people and they were very patient and kind with him. They didn’t pressure him to do things that he was not comfortable doing, and were very encouraging about the things he was willing to do. My daughter got right in and out in 30 mins!

Fantastic experience: My 3 year old unfortunately had to have dental work done today due to malformed enamel. The staff was wonderful through the whole process! They fully explained what was happening, the aftercare, and answered any questions!! Not only did the doctor work quickly, but she talked to my daughter through the whole process! When they say they want to make sure your kiddo is as comfortable as possible through the process, they mean it!

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMEND Abilene Pediatric Dental! My toddler is autistic and I have looked all over the state for a dentist that I am comfortable with! Our very first appointment I knew this was the one! We drive two hours one way to see Dr.Marc and will until my child is an adult! They are AMAZING with him. He actually asks me to take him to the dentist sometimes when he is reminded of teeth or other things he relates to a dentist. We absolutely LOVE them!

They have been very good working with him when he was smaller! The staff is very friendly & willing to help out! So thankful he has used them his whole childhood!

Fantastic experience: One of my daughters has severe dental anxiety from a negative experience, and is a mouth breather at night. I am so grateful with how gently they handled her teeth and how kind and not judgemental they were. She used to have panic attacks every time I would bring up the dentist after that experience, but she sat really well and the tech explained everything she was doing to help her through it. She handled it incredibly well and I'm so thankful for the staff handling her with so much compassion.

Fantastic experience: My son is 6 and had his first appointment today. Everything went super smoothly and we were in and out within 40 minutes or so? Xrays and a cleaning . Very HAPPY with the office!

Fantastic experience: Love this dentist office!! The staff are all friendly and informative. Both dentists we have dealt with were very kind and did a great job. Will be sticking with them for the foreseeable future. WOULD 100% recommend! Also the office is super cute and the gales and aquarium in the waiting room are very nice touch!

Very helpful and knows her stuff. I brought my son in for a yearly cleaning and then had to get sealants and they were able to do it the same day. Thank you all.
