After I shared my frustration about my daughter’s experience with a referred dentist, Dr. Greg personally reached out and offered to see her right away. He was absolutely amazing with her. My daughter was really nervous about getting a root canal, but Dr. Greg took the time to explain every step, reassure her, and show her how to communicate if she felt any discomfort. His kindness and patience completely changed her outlook—she left the appointment calm and confident. Fantastic experience: The kindest admins, hygienists, techs, and dentists I have ever met. They were so kind to our kids and the doctor was so helpful and non-anxious. Which is saying something because it feels like most of the time doctors exist to make parents anxious about their kids. But this place was awesome.

Fantastic experience: Staff was very helpful and friendly, from helping to schedule a weekend appointment, to walking the kiddo through everything for his first visit. Facility was very clean and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, cute office, efficient services !!

Negative experience: Never got the chance to go, because they don't perform root canals for adult teeth in kids. Normally this wouldn't warrant a negative review, as hey, it's just a service they don't offer, no big deal, but they didn't clarify that they don't perform this service during the appointment process, and this caused us to cancel an appointment with another provider that does perform the service, delaying care and extending our 9 year old's pain. Long story short, if your child needs a root canal on an adult tooth, GRiN does not offer this service. To GRiN, the other place we had an appointment with and cancelled asked specifically in the appointment process if this was an adult tooth. Your system should do the same to make sure people that need this procedure don't waste valuable time with your practice.

Fantastic experience: My reserved and determined 2.5 year old had a blast in the waiting room but was not certain about having a stranger brush his teeth. They were extremely patient with us. I eventually just had to strong arm him unfortunately BUT they helped accommodate by being very fast, rewarding him with a new small toy, and encouraging me that it will get better as he gets older.

Fantastic experience: Amazing first dental experience for my toddler. The office is tidy, clean, warm, and welcoming with multiple coloring sheets and crayons in the waiting room - Bonus!! 5 minutes after we left my son was asking when he can come back to see Dentist Greg and Xray Melissa! Melissa and Greg treated Liam with genuine kindness and put him at ease using calm voices mixed with funny jokes. Highly recommend GRiN.

Fantastic experience: We had such a fantastic experience with Dr. Greg and his amazing team! This was my toddler’s first dental visit, and I couldn’t have asked for it to go better. From the moment we walked in, Hannah greeted us so warmly and made us feel right at home. Dr. Greg was incredibly kind, patient, and great with my daughter—he made the whole experience fun and stress-free. And Pao, who brushed her teeth, was so sweet, keeping her smiling the entire time. My daughter hasn’t stopped talking about how much fun she had at the dentist! I’m so thankful for such a positive first experience and highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a caring and professional pediatric dental team.

Negative experience: UPDATE: I’ve been bringing my daughter to GRiN Dentistry since she was 1 — she’s now 4 — and up until recently, I’ve always had positive things to say. In fact, I’ve written good reviews in the past. But my recent experience has made it clear that the professionalism and communication here have seriously declined. My daughter is autistic and attends ABA therapy, which has strict attendance requirements. She cannot be pulled out early two days in a row, yet I was told I needed to reschedule her dental treatment for the very next day — simply because I couldn’t pay the copay up front and offered to pay it the following day. I was not informed of the copay in advance; if I had been, I would’ve scheduled the appointment around my paycheck. The lack of communication made an already stressful situation even harder to manage. To make matters worse, the office manager, Hannah, was extremely rude and dismissive. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional, as if she was doing me a favor instead of assisting a long-time patient. She acts like she owns the place, and that kind of behavior has no place in a healthcare environment. What’s even more concerning is how the owner tends to respond to negative feedback online — often defensively, rather than constructively. That speaks volumes about how patient concerns are handled behind the scenes. It shouldn’t have taken me asking for the owner to be contacted just to get my daughter seen — especially after all the time and trust I’ve invested in this practice. Do better.

Fantastic experience: Wow. Where do I even begin? The amazing, knowledge staff? What about the fact that my teeth have never looked better thanks to Grin Pediatric Dentistry. I'm a 5 year old boy, and even if I was an adult human man...I'd insist on going here for the rest of my life because holy moly, do these folks know what they're doing. If I could give them 10,000 stars I would.

Negative experience: Not happy with doctor Heather. Absolutely no patience for kids.Her methods are too rough. Also, charged for wiggly tooth extraction $250 even though it fell out on its own during the filling process, even though the nurse agreed that it came out too easily. Will not come there again.

Fantastic experience: We’ve had an amazing experience at GRIN Dental with all three of our kids—a baby, toddler, and 6-year-old. The team is so kind, patient, and professional. They handled a big procedure with our 6-year-old without judgment, gave great follow-up, and pricing was fair. They offered helpful cavity prevention tips for our toddler and even fit in the baby without a wait. GRIN has been a breath of fresh air compared to our previous office. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I would not recommend this place the owner of the building he is also a doctor there he is very rude disrespectful he treated my kids horribly grab my daughter by the arm to pull her up on the chair was rude to my son who is 4 years old and trying to have a conversation with him he kept repeating himself over and over the other staff are fine he is the major issue and thinks he can treat patients this way just because he owns the place and works there very unprofessional and rude

Fantastic experience: Everyone at GRin is wonderful. Dr. Greg and his dental hygienist were so kind, understanding, and with a great sense of humor. We were nervous about having our 16month old get crowns under anesthesia but Dr. Greg explained in great detail our options, answered all of our questions and provided options for non-invasive procedures. We are so happy we found this location and have Dr. Greg caring for our sons dental health.

Fantastic experience: I recently took my daughter to what I believe is the best children's dentist in Colorado! The staff there is incredibly caring and compassionate. My daughter was really anxious about getting medicine on her teeth, but the dentist took the time to sing the whole song from The Little Mermaid. It made such a difference—she felt comfortable and at ease, and she’s only four! That speaks volumes. I’ve had the chance to work with all four dentists in the practice, and I honestly have no complaints about any of them. I have 4 children and they ALL love it here♡

Fantastic experience: 5 yrs later and my daughter now 24 with special needs (Down syndrome ) still has a positive experience at Grin. My daughter looked forward as we try and see the same provider , Dr Greg Gardner was always so wonderful with working with special needs and talking directly to my young adult. The last 2 visits we had to get in quickly as having problems and the staff helped recommend Dr. Heather Jenkins was available and we had the best experience with now 2 providers. So today we went back and saw Dr Heather Jenkins again and she did a thorough exam and checked in with my daughter during to make sure all doing great. My daughter gave her a thumbs up . Dr Heather continued and explaining that a tooth had a nerve being exposed. Dr Heather made her recommendation and took the time to answer all my questions and showed me which tooth. They made the whole experience feel like just being around family as I asked if I could rub daughter’s foot and do reflexology during exam, and then Dr Heather made a comment about rubbing her feet and asking where to rub for the feet on reflexology and made us feel at home. Thanks again for making “Going to the Dentist “ feel like a positive experience and taking the scary stuff out and leaving us with choices and positive recommendations. Thanks also to the assistant who cleaned her teeth manually without machine as daughter was coughing earlier. The scheduling and check in was fast and no wait. You guys are great so going every 6 months will be so much easier as my daughter loves the care and attention she gets.

Fantastic experience: Hello, my child was at a reception with Dr. Heather Jenkins, we were prescribed treatment under anesthesia, I was incredibly worried but everything went great, the doctor and the anesthesiologist were very kind, explained everything clearly, answered all the questions! The girl at the reception is very nice! Thank you very much, I was definitely satisfied with the treatment, I am very glad that I started your clinic!

Fantastic experience: Finding a pediatric dentist for my son was daunting. I'm glad I stumbled across GRIN. My son had 8 cavities and needed extensive work done. They handled mom's nerves as well as my son's very well. They gave me options on what could be done, ultimately leaving the choice up to me. The staff were personable and very understanding. I felt like things were explained to me multiple times, in a good way. They wanted to make sure I understood what was going on and how to prepare. I would recommend GRIN to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

Fantastic experience: Was not originally a fan of Comfort Dental but this location went above and beyond for us. I truely appreciate their help with my daughters dental work. They are now known as Grin Pediatric and Dentistry and are still where I take all 4 of my kids. ***Update years later still all 4 coming here. My oldest recently got her braces done from Dr Greg he's amazing and so patient with all my kids. And they do contests every once in awhile. All in fun.

Fantastic experience: This practice has been really fantastic for us. They've been very flexible with scheduling (especially squeezing us in last-minute when my kid breaks a bracket on their braces). Dr. Greg has been fantastic too - explaining everything to us, and really listening to & communicating with my kiddo. He even talked to my kid about "characterization" when they asked about not making their teeth "too perfect", and worked with us to my my kid's teeth look exactly they way we wanted. Grin also worked with us to help us get orthodontics in way that works with our budget. This practice has been really good to us and I highly recommend them.
