Fantastic experience: The dentist at this location is the best. I've had no issues no infection and he is extremely skilled at what he does. Just waiting on my implant but I am very happy with how he has treated me from the start. Hes so skilled at complex dental issues i would feel comfortable if he was blind and did my procedure.....seriously....seemed like it was 2nd nature to him. Office manager gets it done and listens to the patients. Staff is great. I'll post final picture when I get my final implant in.

Fantastic experience: So my brother was the patient getting some teeth extractions and upper and lower dentures. He is a very difficult person as he had gone through many seizures and many strokes in his past recent life. There's a lot he cannot do because of this. I will admit going into this I knew that the dentist would have extreme problems. He fabulously proceeded with caution and met the challenge head on and did superb. I was so very happy when he came out into the waiting room to tell me that he was done and everything went well. The staff is unbelievably awesome. Absolutely fantastic job kudos doc!!

Negative experience: It was a long process due to the difficulty of my procedure, however, the doctor and his awesome staff showed a lot of patience and caring. It was with their help that made everything worth it. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you for making me smile again. - 2025- follow up review Once everything was completed and I was able to let everything heal and settle properly, it didn’t take long to realize that it was done incorrectly. When I tried to point it out, they wouldn’t own up to it and they barely made an attempt to correct the problem. After many attempts to try to correct the issue, I finally gave up. I’ve been living with them for a long enough time not fitting right and making my appearance look bad. Once these are finally paid off and as soon as I can afford it, I will be going somewhere else to have them done correctly.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with this provider. I had all of my teeth removed at one time six months ago and went for periodic follow-ups through the healing process and had my healing set of Dentures relined a couple times. Just went for the final impressions for my permanent set of dentures and as always the office staff was cheerful, friendly and efficient. Yes, it's about a 6-month process from end to end but it's worth it. The healing dentures I already knew weren't going to fit and that I'd have to have them relined and maybe use powdered adhesive. So no complaints with that. And the time and attention to detail that they gave me and the quality of the Impressions that they took will render me an excellent set of permanent dentures. Again, I highly recommend Dr Burns and his staff! One additional note. If you smoke stop smoking when you go through the process at least until your gums are fully healed. The extraction of all my teeth was painless I went in got in a chair and was sedated though not with an iv. He uses a different type of conscious sedation that comes in pill form and I promise you won't feel anything and you will not remember anything until you wake up. I was stunned because I thought it would be an IV and they put me under that way. But no. So again, I highly recommend their services if you are in need of Dentures even if it's just a new set of Dentures to replace an old pair that doesn't fit. They do excellent work there.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with the professionalism and promptness of addressing my dental needs! Highly recommend! The entire team at Affordable Dentures could not be any better! Dr. BURNS is a real pro and his entire support team are true professionals, very caring and accommodating! My procedure was five implants with a fix secure denture. I have a temporary healing, denture and a few months from now The permanent one will be installed. This is a great alternative to having all implants without sacrificing the natural look and natural feel of real teeth. You should really consider this as an option if you have major dental challenges. My permanent zirconia denture is now in and looks and functions great! I highly recommend Affordable Dentures and Weeki Wachee Florida

Fantastic experience: Wonderful doctor and staff. They did a great job. Update: since this good review I have not been able to get into the office for an urgent matter twice in one week. Between my insurance and me it cost $1800. My denture has cracked twice in the same place and I was unable to get an appointment to have it fixed, until the next day. The first time it cracked was on Thanksgiving and they couldn't get me in until the following Tuesday. The second time it cracked was on a Friday and they couldn't see me until Monday. Three days of work lost. It doesn't require a dentist to have this done. They told me several times that the denture I was wearing was a "healing denture" but now say it's the permanent one. It's crooked so one side is higher than the other, the teeth are tiny and have a slight slide curve at the bottom. I have no room to go on. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE unless you like substandard work and unreliable service. be posting on every forum I can find. Look it up for more info.

Negative experience: We have been owed a refund of $2929.30 since August 30, 2025. They took our money, even after I told them we were covered by insurance. They were paid by my insurance company without reimbursing us once they received payment! Filed complaint with BBB and state. You asked to call you back, I called have been put on hold, asked to leave my number! Never got call back! I paid in full, now I’m getting told by your office manager that we owe you money! Plus you received my insurance company’s payment. She was to busy to check our insurance the day of our appointment. So we were told we had to pay in full to proceed. New law, states we are supposed to know what we need to pay upfront as best as possible!

Negative experience: Before the appointment, I asked twice if they took my insurance. Send them a front and back copy of my insurance card. They said twice they took it. After they did the impressions, they then said they didn't take my insurance. It cost a $100 to Uber there and it was a total waste of ALL of our time.

Fantastic experience: The staff at affordable dentures made me feel comfortable and confident. The doctor was up most professional and took the time to explain my care plan with me and treatment options. He spoke to me in terms that I could understand and I appreciate him taking the patience with me being on the spectrum sometimes it's difficult to understand or say things because the words do not come out but the entire staff at that office in wikiwachee was the most awesome dental experience I've ever experienced in my 60 years on this planet. I am so thankful and gracious for the staff that took the time and patience with me and my anxiety over this situation this place is truly a blessing and the doctor is amazing.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at this practice have always been so kind and understanding. My Mom recently passed and the staff was very compassionate and got me in and out fast. It was my first time there since she passed and it’s so difficult. They have always understood my fear of dental procedures due to a difficult past with dentists who were not as compassionate many years ago after multiple falls fractured my secondary teeth at a young age. Thank you for your care of me and both of my parents. They loved their new dentures.

Negative experience: Well here's the story!! Called this place couple days prior to the 24th of September 2025 to get information about implant denture plate, and also the fact that I have been living on ib profin, and Tylenol. The woman who answered the phone was wonderful and very thorough with the specific questions I was asking, I proceeded to explain to her that I was having terrible tooth pain, and that orajel was not even working anymore. She told me they were running a deal that if I spent 1000.00$ or more I would get 15% off total cost and that office visit would be free as a new client. I then told her I wanted to book an appointment with them and that I needed to get teeth pulled to remedy the pain, and explained to her that I would be paying cash, and I would bring the 1000.00$ to get the discount during my visit. My appointment was September 24th 2025, 8 am great right. Nope!!!. I was there 10 min till 8, and the first person in the lobby. Had all paper work for new patient filled out before a receptionist was even at the window. No problem with no one at the window no big deal. Then the lobby begins to get full, about (six or seven) other people. So she comes to the window asks me for my id, I oblige then sit back down. Now I'm assuming that I was the only one in that lobby that was paying cash because they called every single one of them people that were there after me before me. The only real explanation would be because they were paying with insurance and the Dennis could charge insurance company more than they were going to charge me with my free new client privilege as well as my only $1,000 down. I would not recommend this place I would not recommend this place to anybody that is self-employed and wants to pay cash you will be at the bottom of their list even if you are the first one there. Thank you guys very much for not dealing with my pain promptly but I will find a dentist that wants my cash. Repost 9/25/2025 Don't need to protect my identity my name is Noah I'm sure the only Noah you had on your schedule that particular day. Nice computer generated response though, same as all the other unhappy reviews, looks like you guys care soooo much that AI, or other form of automatic generated response is your general practice. I am good to go though, and happen to know a couple people that I will love sharing my experience with and want everyone in a similar circumstance to be able to see and have access to this review that's all. You guys should not treat people this way that are paying cash you never know who they could refer to you.

Positive experience: I was able to do more than originally scheduled: the implant prep work as planned but also a bonus of having a bad molar pulled after a reasonable wait. The only thing they didn't do right was to call in the antibiotic order to my pharmacy, but in the end wasn't needed so it came out ok.

However, the after care reviews were mostly negative as was the strength and stability of the denture. I will have to do more research before I commit to a procedure.

Fantastic experience: Went in yesterday to begin an implant procedure on my tooth. Dr Burns did an excellent job and I felt no pain after the novacaine wore off. I'm looking forward to getting a crown placed on top in the next 4 months. The payment plan I have through my Care Credit card allows me to pay for the procedure over the next year with no interest. Will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: The Dentist was very professional. I wasn't sure if having teeth removed and replaced with dentures was a wise move. I asked lots of questions which were answered and the time it took (1.5 hours) was not rushed. The whole staff were upbeat and encouraging. They all were a pleasure to work with. Regardless of the many times I called to schedule an appointment to have the dentures adjusted, I didn't feel ashamed because of my mouth condition was just as important to them as it was to me. I've got 2 implants to snap in my bottom denture. The top is a full plate denture. I love my smile and so does the rest of my family. My husband had gotten his dentures (top and bottom full) from Affordable Dentures before I had. I like Affordable Dentures because they all have had an impact on my everyday life.

Negative experience: Teeth look nice too bad I can't wear them. Felt ok until I tried to eat . Paid a lot of money for these. Im actually pretty disappointed. Maybe I'll feel better once they get adjusted but so far I'm off to a rocky start.

Negative experience: Took dr burns over a year to complete my lower arch implants! 18 months. The first set of my finals they put in was a disaster, while I was eating dinner they popped out of my mouth. When I go back all the staff looked at the denture and said they look like baby teeth, which they did! Anything and everything went wrong with this office Lynn likes to add $80 denture cleaner to my bill without asking me … On another visit Maggie tried taking out my denture and when she did the denture fell to the floor and broke, I wanted to keep the broken denture but she started getting hostile with me, raising her voice that she wanted them back. Dr burns hears the noise comes in and says let me have them I’ll get them fixed for you so I agree When on my next visit I asked for them and he says oh the lab wants to much money to fix. I honestly believe I didn’t get zirconia which I paid for, instead it’s probably resin less expensive. And after all this dr burns tells me that I’m picky . What nerve to say that to me. And his website claims he’ll beat any competitors price , yet when on my first visit I showed him an estimate from another dentist and he says oh I can’t come close to that!! Last thing I’ll say , on when my second set of finals came in. It took 4 hours for Maggie to try and set them in before she calls on dr burns. So after 4 hours I was told that I needed a new impression So do your research on AD!

Fantastic experience: I went to get new dentures and the doctor and all the staff was caring and very helpful.all had a smile on the faces.would tell the world all about them .will go there again if I need anything.

Negative experience: This location is a joke!! I went in on Friday the X-ray tech brought me in didn’t speak told me like a drill Sargent..stand here put your chin here move up bite this be still (mind you she was doing the things for me as she’s telling me and my teeth at the bottom are loose so it was hurting)! Then she brought me to a room and asked me what I wanted. I’m like idk this is my first time doing this I guess I want something fixed. She proceeded to degrade me and say “Well if you get fixed you need a ct scan and it’s $250” I’m like AND? I felt degraded as though I don’t have money! Sat there for 10 min then got told to go to the waiting area sat there for another 10 min and got told the computer went out that they will call me with an estimate later. No call Tuesday so I called sent over a $31,000 estimate with no explanation no other options. Called Wednesday she sent over 2 more estimates no explanation I call back and she said she will call me Thursday no call. At this point I’m good. I will spend my money elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: This is the fourth dental office I contacted for my situation. It is the first that explained the overall dental health picture. All of the staff were friendly and outgoing. Dr. Burns was very easy to talk to and explained the procedure well. I was given more than one financial plan. There will be no further searching. I left AD&I waiting to get started.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. I went in thinking I needed one thing and they educated me to what I really needed. They could have charged me for a lot of things but instead took me the much cheaper route. They are about the customers needs. Not just making money. Great job.

Fantastic experience: I had a front tooth come out and go missing from my upper denture. I came in at 8:30 am and by 3:00 pm the tooth was replaced and you can't even tell the difference between old and new. Very satisfied would recommend to anybody

Fantastic experience: I live in WV and came down for spring break visit to fl. I just got my post in 2 weeks ago on my Implants. When I came down one post was loose and was very scary and I didn't know what to do (my own WV doctor didnt tighten down enough on a switch, so not that this happens, just in my case wasnt tighten enough) Springhill fl location told me to come in next morning and seen Dr. Burns And he was the sweetest most caring dentist I have ever met. He took care of me and made sure I was all set to finish out my vacation. His whole staff was so understanding and very helpful and made me feel so calm (when I was panicked about a loose post). Thabk you so much Dr Burns and his staff for taking care of me! If you are thinking about dentures, go see him and his staff you will not regret it. I wish I lived in FL again just to go here.
