Negative experience: Dr. Kyle Aaron is a great dentist — caring, skilled, and always makes patients feel comfortable. My family went to him for years and we were very happy with his dental care. However, the office manager, Val, is rude and unprofessional. She added a charge that should have been covered by insurance but never followed up with the insurer. When I came in for service, she demanded payment in front of other patients and spoke loudly, which was embarrassing. It felt like she cared more about money than patient relationships. Because of this, we stopped going. Update (two years later): After COVID, I called to make a new appointment and was told I had a $100 balance for an issue caused by their office not following up on a records request. I was never notified. When I raised the concern, Val’s response was passive-aggressive. For a $100 matter that wasn’t my fault, this office chose to lose a loyal, long-term patient. Dr. Aaron deserves better front-office staff — he’s excellent, but the management drives patients away.

Fantastic experience: After moving to Texas, one of my biggest concerns was how to find a good dentist—one as good as the one I had in Ohio. Finding Dr. Kyle was one of the best things that could have happened. Not only is he highly skilled and knowledgeable in his field, but he’s also extremely friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Aaron Family Dentistry for years. When I first started going, Dr. Eugene Aaron was my dentist. Since his retirement I now use Dr. Kyle Aaron. The apple doesn't fall too far from the tree...Dr. Kyle is just as kind & friendly & knowledgeable as Dr. Eugene. The entire staff is always friendly & glad to see their patients when they walk through the door. You will have to look long and hard to try to find a dental practice and staff as good as Aaron Family Dentistry.

Positive experience: Assistant Kathleen was thorough and efficient. Dental hygienist Kimber is the best and extra thorough. Kimber connects with the patient and genuinely cares about her patients. Dr. Welch was thorough and efficient. Scheduling of appointments in December is a problem with Dentist taking off the last 2 weeks of the year.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned today and two things were great. My dentist, Dr Usheva, explained what was happening with a couple of my teeth and what the solutions would be. I love my dentist! Second the person who cleaned my teeth was only there for the day but she made me feel so at ease, even with two teeth that were bothering me. She joked with me and I never knew she was keeping great notes. Excellent job by both people today. Overall, I like the people that work there that I come in contact with on each dental visit.

Fantastic experience: The staff and dentists at Aaron Family Dentistry are all Fantastic! I’ve been going there for five years and they’ve never let me down. Today I stopped in as an inlay had come off my tooth. They were able to take X-rays, photos, place a temporary filling on the tooth, and schedule me for a crown next week! And, they are so nice and fun! I highly recommend Dr. Kyle. Oh, Dr. Kyle is the best at giving injections!! He goes very slowly and the is very little discomfort and no real pain. He get an A+

Negative experience: Beware - My dentist was great and retired. He referred his patients to Kyle Aaron's practice, so I trusted his judgement. I am sad to say this was not good judgement. With my dentist he always had the best interest of his patient at the forefront, if there was a charge that wasn't covered or pricey he and his staff let you know ahead of time and discussed it. He would definitely let you know if he referred you to a specialist out of network so you weren't charged hundreds of dollars out of pocket. It's sad to say Kyle Aaron's staff does not share the same integrity and respect for their patients. I will be finding another Dentist who is trustworthy and up front about patient care.

Numbing has always been an issue with me but Dr. Kyle is always very patient and makes sure I am numb throughout my whole treatment. I met Dr. Welch for the first time today and she was so nice and also checked in throughout the procedure. Kat was my hygienist and she is soooo sweet, Kathleen assisted Dr. Welch today and she was awesome as well. I have moved out of state but I literally travel back to Texas just to come to this office and will continue to do so!
