Negative experience: The staff is super friendly. However, I had to return 3 times to replace a filling (eventually went to a different office for a 4th and final adjustment). The fillings I got from this office eventually all had to be replaced. Once I switched offices, all my dental woes went away. I don't know anything about dentistry but surely it should not be this way. Something is not right.

I could immediately tell that Ms. Stefanie had taken the time to read through my daughter's medical history prior to taking her back. This was huge as my daughter suffers from high functioning anxiety and emotional dysregulation at times. Positive experience: Doctor and staff were great. I was able to get a same day appointment for a crown re-cement. Have always had good experience with this Dental Office. My only complaint and disappointment is with the dental industry itself! Not this dental office. The pricing is out of touch with reality. My 15 minute visit was $300.00. I've since had quite a bit of dental work done at this office, an office in Florida and oral surgery in Madison. Very expensive!!! Door Creek Dental has helped offset some of the cost. Very appreciated!!!

He would let me play with mercury in my hands. Those times were primitive compared to today, and safer.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown done on one of my teeth. The people at Door Creek dental were great. I didn’t ever feel any pain. There was no having to have a temporary crown and return in a week. I was in and out in two hours with my perfectly fitting permanent crown in place.

Fantastic experience: Choosing a dentist as an adult can be difficult. There are quite a few welcome specials I took advantage of throughout the Madison. And although Door Creek does not have a new client welcome package I signed up for their membership and I feel relieved knowing I have a place to go at least for the next year. This includes two exams and cleanings, x rays, and 15% off any services. The staff is very friendly, they are confident and knowledgeable, the space is clean and inviting. I also love that they give you a little goodie bag with a toothbrush, floss, and Chapstick :-)

Fantastic experience: I had the best cleaning/examination experience of my life. Technician was thorough but careful and gentle. When she did the flossing, it was like I was going it myself. Amazing. Update: Second cleaning/exam yesterday was as great as the first. Finally, excellent care I don't dread. I will remember my next appointment because I am actually looking forward to it! Once again my Technician was above and beyond expectations. 4 xrays in 60 seconds total. Zero pain and more importantly zero stress bracing for it. I would have more of my own teeth if I had experiences like this when I was younger. Dental/cancer screening was thorough and efficeint. Full confidence, get it.

Fantastic experience: First appointment...everyone was friendly. Doc was great...will be going back. Went back for a cleaning...super and gentle! Have some health problems that require special needs, they were able to provide for me and make a game plan for the future. Thank you! Well, a year or two later...had a chipped tooth repaired. Front tooth and it looks great! Had another cleaning today still super clean and gentle. They have a wonderful group ... see different people on different visits, everyone is professional as well as very friendly.

Fantastic experience: Door Creek Dental did an excellent job, their hygienist Stephanie walked me through everything as it was happening or before and everything went very smoothly. I had some x-rays done and a cleaning, and I was out in a little over an hour. I haven’t yet received the billing yet but they sound very helpful in making the process go a smooth as possible. As a new patient at this office can’t recommend them enough!

Negative experience: They did not do a basic cavity well and now I have issues every time I eat, their solution to their mistake was a bigger procedure I did not need originally. Fortunately, another dentist fixed it without the need of their recommended larger and more expensive procedure. Will not return, would not recommend.

I have dental through the VA and was on an 8 month waiting list to be seen a d get my teeth cleaned. Luckily the VA now allows you to go to a local provider when the wait is that long, and Door Creek is an outside provider for the VA. Thanks to both the VA and Door Creek i was able to be seen in just over a month. I highly recommend Door Creek Dental.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! I had a tooth that broke and I was very nervous to get it looked at, fearing that I would need major dental surgery. Dr. T and the awesome staff were able to look at my tooth, clean my teeth and fix my tooth (which ended up being a deep cavity) with in an hour and a half. Everyone was very understanding and gentle when fixing my tooth. I am beyond relieved and happy with my experience. My family and I use them for regular dental care but this was the first time I had a major issue and they exceeded my expectations. Thank you Door Creek Dental!

Clean office and friendly staff to start the day- my dental hygienist Cassie was so friendly and did such a great job of examining my teeth and creating new charts for me as a first time patient.
