Fantastic experience: Update: I had the pleasure of visiting this amazing dentist today and as always it was a perfect five star experience. We’ve been long time patients of Cyprus Family Dental and would never consider anywhere else. I wanted to take a quick minute to share a review on their newest Hygienist, Hailey. She’s did a remarkable job, was very thorough and gentle in the work she did. Both my daughter and I were cleaned by her today and enjoyed our experience. Thank you Hailey, we’re glad you’re there! Her assistant is pretty great as well! Past Review: We love Cyprus Family Dental and the Cantwell brothers! All the staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great place for patients of all ages. We have everyone in our family going here ranging in age from 8 to 35. They are wonderful with my children and the nervous adults too. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone.

Negative experience: I visited Cyprus Dental for the first time for a routine cleaning and informed the staff that I had been seen at a different dental office six months prior. Despite this, they proceeded to take X-rays without informing me that my insurance would not cover them. I am now being charged for these X-rays. As part of standard protocol, the dental assistant should have asked whether I had recent X-rays taken at another office or informed me beforehand if there would be an additional charge. Had I been made aware, I would have declined the service. I also spoke with the office manager, Rachel S., who repeatedly dismissed my concerns and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner without making any effort to understand the situation. She was rude and disconnected the call. This is very unprofessional.

Negative experience: The hygienists were great. The dentist himself was super nice and other than almost drowning me from chitchating didnt have too many complaints. But the billing department taking over a year to send me a link to pay and then not even sending an invoice when asked what it's for. Not so great.

Fantastic experience: Had my 6 month cleaning and exam. Great experience as always, friendly, informative. Very happy with Cypress family dental.

Fantastic experience: I walked in feeling uneasy and with pain. Staff made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in, Ana the receptionist made me feel very welcomed along with Dr Nick who took his time to explain what was causing my dental pain and what procedures needed to be done. His dental assistant Phil, not only was he very gentle, he also was very compassionate and even wiped my tears as they did my cleaning. Could not be more thankful for Dr Phil and his staff!

Fantastic experience: 41 min Fast! I was able to pick up a next day appointment, the dentist saw my concern and filled it fast before it was a painful problem! It took longer for the pain shot to take effect than the actual filling to be applied! LOL

Fantastic experience: I went in today to have my cracked tooth evaluated. They went ahead and got a temporary cap on it today! They scheduled me to come back to have the permanent put on. I joined the friends and family plan too. What a deal!! Everyone is super nice and they do great work!

Fantastic experience: Most people don't like the dentist. Neither do I. But this is where I go when I need to visit the dentist. They are so kind and willing to work with you. During the exams and cleanings and other procedures they are always checking in and trying to find a way to make sure you are as comfortable as you can be.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this dentist office since I was 12 because they are professional, trustworthy and competent. Being able to trust your dentist is awesome!

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with my visit today. I wasn't scheduled for a cleaning, but Lisa had time and did a fantastic job. She was gentle and thorough. Dr. Andrew made me feel like he genuinely cared about me and has a great bedside manner. The ladies at the receptionist desk were also very nice and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I had some concerning gum recession when I first went to this dentist. Two treatments and they fixed the issue. Now my teeth are back to normal. They do a good job.

Negative experience: I’ll start by saying the dentists at this office are amazing, I love them. Dr. Cantwell has always been kind and a very involved dentist in all the years I’ve come to this office. Unfortunately the front desk staff are what made me decide to switch dentists. They do not keep proper notes in your chart and one receptionist will tell you one thing but then you get to your appt and a different receptionist tells you something else. I won’t drop her name but one specific receptionist is never friendly and to be patient facing and rude is not a good look. To tell me a fee will be waived and show fake sympathy for my situation and then not note it in my chart so when I come in for my next appt there are no notes and now I’m told I have to pay the fee and there’s just no consideration for a lack of communication and note taking on THEIR part. This person also accused me of missing another appt in the previous year but I have proof I cancelled it 3 days prior to the appointment. It’s been happening for years, it’s not just this one incident and I’ve dealt with it because I love the dentist but I have had enough. The front desk staff ultimately nailed the coffin shut for me.

Fantastic experience: I love them. They are always so nice, professional and friendly. They let you know up front what you need and what would be best. They always give the best service. I disliked the dentist and hated going. Now They make it so much easier and not so bad at getting anything done from teeth cleaning to fillings they are the best.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had an experience with a dental office that wasn’t so savory. I have a friend at work that goes to Cyprus Family Dental, and she suggested I call them. Best decision in my life. I really like Dr Andrew and the office manager,Lisa is wonderful! The Assistant, Shannon is just lovely. I am definitely returning again and again.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Cantwell was very professional and thorough and answered all my questions. The hygienist was also friendly and thorough with checking the health of my gums and then cleaning my teeth and permanent retainers. I drive 30 min to have Doctor Nick Cantwell work on my teeth and it’s worth every minute and penny, that’s how good he is!!

Fantastic experience: I had a crown come off and the dentist office worked me right in. They are all so nice. It had been 5 years since I had been in and we have moved out of the city. I was considering finding a dentist closer but am so happy I didn’t. They had all of my previous dental work on file which made the work so easy. Thank you Cyprus Family Dental!

Fantastic experience: Dr Nick best Dentist i have ever been to!!! I am not a fan of dentists until it is to late but i have gone to Dr Nick a few times i have a plan made and work begins April 3rd!!

Fantastic experience: They were polite and got the job done quickly and took care of all I needed. I was only scheduled for an exam and the hygienists' schedules were full so when I asked for a cleaning I was surprised when the dentist offered to do it himself. He also removed a spacer that I had for 10 years longer than I should have when no other dentist had offered to do so and he did it at no additional cost.

Fantastic experience: I believe the personal at Cyprus Family Dental are professional in the way they inter act with the patience and their own staff. Also have a light hearted spirit in the way they make you feel so comfortable. It's like you are a part of their family. I would certainly recommend them to my own family.

Positive experience: My only complaint is when I call, one of the receptionists, I believe it's the receptionist with the blonde hair, I don't remember her name though... She is so unfriendly on the phone. Almost like you are being an inconvenience to her. Even though it's her job to answer the phones and answer your questions. The rest of the people there are very nice.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time coming in and the entire staff is amazing. I had a broken molar and they did everything that they could to eliminate the pain. Even after the numbing wore off I had no pain. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Fantastic experience: The staff is friendly and helpful. Bobbie was great getting my billing statements done the way my dental reimbursement company wanted them. Amanda absolutely did the best cleaning I have ever had. (No after pain like all my cleanings elsewhere). I won't dread cleanings if she's doing them in the future. Dr Cantwell is friendly, comforting, and very, very gentle. I also didn't feel like I was been told I need more done than was needed. In fact it was less than expected. If you are dragging your feet making an appointment--DON'T WAIT anymore, give them a call.

Fantastic experience: Mine was an emergency situation, at least to me. I have a tooth that won't let me sleep. The office was able to get me in 25 minutes after my initial call. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. I so appreciate their help.

Fantastic experience: I was able to get an appointment very quickly and the whole process as a new patient was so fast! They had me in and out in an hour. To top off the amazing experience I had the whole staff was very friendly and I didn't feel embarrassed about my teeth (they are in poor shape) at all! They worked with my insurance and gave me the best quote out of 4 dental offices!!! It was so much of a good price I actually cried! It was the first time in YEARS that I have had any hope for my teeth! I highly recommend them with my whole heart!

The receptionist was very pleasant and accommodating beyond belief. Every technician was exceptional, reassuring and just great. They turned bad expectations into a good experience. Negative experience: Patient beware! Office staff is horrible. Trying to get them to bill my insurance for three separate procedures I had done, that they did not bill from the beginning. My HSA won't reimburse because the dental insurance was never billed. Now the dental office staff won't call me back or let me talk to the dentist. Lisa refuses to call me back after I spoke to her the first two calls. The other office staff couldn't be professional enough to call me, so the contacted me through text on July 11th saying 'they billed the insurance and would let me know when they get the EOB.' I called them asking about the other two procedures. They said they would call me back. I have not heard anything.

Phil was very through while doing my cleaning… six months ago he recommended that i use a water pick… it has improved my gum margins… thanks for the tip. Your teeth are definitely an investment. Fantastic experience: I will not go to any other dentist office! Everyone there is AMAZING! I haven't been there in about a year do to job and insurance issues. They all knew who I was and called me by my first name without me even telling them. I found this wonderful office about 3 years ago. I had not been to a dentist for about 20 years. Every time I would go to a dentist they would belittle me for not going to a dentist. My first appointment I told them it was about 20 years since I have been to a dentist and I know I have issues with my teeth. The dentist looked at me and said let's get you taken care of. They did! I am so grateful for this dentist office. I would recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I have gone to see these guys about eight times now within the last 4 months. I have had a root canal, two crowns, a cavity filled and cleaning. I honestly can say hands down now that they are by far the best team I have ever been to. There's never a wait time, and after all the work I've had done I have never experience pain at all. They are so kind, personable , knowledgeable, efficient, and fast. Their prices are better than anywhere I've ever gone. They are always trying to make sure that my experience is nothing but excellent. It has been a positive one every time. I mean , who wants to go to the dentist? I DO!, said no one, ever! At least, until now. I will stay with this dentist for the rest of my life! I just have to mention that there are 3 dentists there are brothers and they all are super good looking!

The Front Desk ladies are always very quick to help you and very Friendly. The staff is nice and take good care of you as well. I recommend this place if your insurance accepts it.

I’m always a little anxious to go to the dentist because it’s just alittle scary in general but once I get there I feel very well taken care of every single time. The hygienist Athena was so amazing! She really shows that she is passionate and cares about the patients. She takes the time to get to know her patients and helps them with any concerns they have. Nick cantwell is always answers my questions and concerns very confidently and is so knowledgeable with everything. Anytime I have work done I feel very confident because the dentist here are so amazing! If I had to suggest a dental office it anyone it would be here!

Positive experience: I don't have insurance but the price is fair. The hygienist, McKayla, and doctors are professional, friendly and thorough with their work. I do think the assistants could use a bit more training in polishing but overall my experience with Cyprus Family Dental has always been extremely positive. P.S. Lisa is the greatest front desk person of all time!

Fantastic experience: All employees were fantastic, from the check in to check out. Everyone was incredibly kind and explained everything to me as I went along. The dentist was great. The hygienist was great!! The thing I appreciated more than anything was when I was checking out, the check out employee being honest with me about my insurance and that I'm paying for a second insurance that will not pay a dang thing!!! I'm a brand new patient and I'll be going back every time with the kind of treatment they gave me.

Fantastic experience: From the first step I took into the office was great , the staff were so nice and professional , as well as the ones that took me in to do my X-rays were very fast yet still professional and provided me with all the information I needed to know and had me out of there with the quickness. Definitely will recommend them!
