Fantastic experience: Been going here since I was little. Very nice petiole and the service is impeccable as it was when I was 9.

Negative experience: We were very dissatisfied with the service from Dentist Oscar V. Garcia, DMD. After my son had his cleaning, the doctor came into the room extremely impatient, looked at his mouth, and left. He didn’t even stay in the room for one minute. We wanted to ask some questions, but he didn’t give us the chance to ask anything. He was very rude, impatient, and unfriendly. I don’t think someone like that should be treating children. Unfortunately, we will not be returning and I do not recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: What can I say… Every time I take my boys to Main Street on 144 and US1 I am so blown aways from their service and most importantly their customer service. Even with all the changes in the world after Covid they still provide the best service not like many other health care providers. I am so grateful for Maria, Dr. Smitley and Dr. Smitley’s assistant.

Fantastic experience: First time to this dentistry in an emergency case and will have to say that it was top notch medial service. From the returned phone call, to the front desk, to the dentist assistant and of course the dentist on hand was indeed an expert with children dentistry. She not only made my daughter calm and positive towards the procedure but also made daddy calm. We will definitely be transferring to this location for all future appointments. My 6-year-old daughter was a little nervous about visiting the dentist, but the entire team made her feel so safe and comfortable. Positive experience: So they are good, but beware... my first child needed work, so I approved xray. And they did the work well. I came again for my second child, who only needed a cleaning. He had an xray within the last 6 months with a previous dentist, who stopped taking our insurance. He was only there for a cleaning, but they refused to see him or clean his teeth without one. So we left and wasted an hour in waiting. The experience has left a really sour feeling, as I only believe xrays should be done when necessary. I rather not radiate my child just bc they want me to. I guess they are not the right fit for us.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Smitely is my children’s dentist. She is wonderful. Very detailed. The staff at this office are all very friendly and accommodating. The office is always clean. They give the children tokens for a toy reward after their appointment. This dentist is perfect for children.

Fantastic experience: This dentistry is fantastic! All the hygienist are so nice, facility is clean, and you get seen on time!!!! My son recently had two extractions and he is only 3 and the doctor and nurse/assistant were so patient and so great with him. Procedure was very smooth thanks to them and the best part is I got a phone call that afternoon checking on him and reminding us all the precautions and assuring us we can come in or call if any questions at all. This is not the same for the all the Main Street, the one in London square was not as great and rude when denied doing the xray, difficult to get appt and dentist was VERY dry with kids. Palmetto Bay Main Street has so far been flawless!!

Negative experience: We been their customer for 3 years! But today the customer service was horrible. We waited for 45 minutes and no one call my son. The lobby was empty. When I asked how long more we have to wait they said they didn’t have no idea. I will never go back to the place again. They probably have too much customers and obviously didn’t want us to be there.

Nora did an amazing job cleaning my child’s teeth—she was so patient and kind, which really helped calm his nerves. He was initially scared, but Nora talked to him gently and made the process smooth and stress-free. I’m thrilled with the results—his smile looks completely transformed! Both the dentist and Nora were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain helpful tips for preventing tartar buildup. We truly appreciated their care and attention. Highly recommend!

Update , all SIX of my children get seen and the staff is so friendly and welcoming . The wait time is not that long and the scheduler knows how to work with you so all your children can be seen at the same time to make your time there effective . Dr Garcia was extremely thorough checking that everything that would be used was safe for her ahead of our appointment and was amazing at keeping her calm while the work was being done as she had a lot of anxiety going into the appointment.
