Positive experience: Prompt and thorough cleaning and other modest dental work done. A comfortable environmental setting, but a rather long drive to get to their practice from New Albany.

Positive experience: Hygienist was great. I waited 20 mins for Dr to do checkup and finally gave up and left. As I walked out I noticed her on her computer in the office. Wasn’t busy so feel like they just forgot about me. Anyway my teeth are clean so that’s what’s important.

Fantastic experience: I don't have no pictures I wish I did but the two ladies that took care of me today I'm terrible with names but Dr Salida is normally who I do and the lady doctor that I had before was emergency visit and she extracted my tooth and was gentle and awesome before so when I showed up today I thought I was meeting the old doctor Salida and then found out I was meeting her I freaked out for a second but then I trust her because she already treated me before be honest I want her again she took the time and put extra attention on my teeth roots to make sure the structure as you rebuild them and then put a crown on both of them thank goodness was already filled weakness on them as the one feeling on the second tooth came out as she was drilling definitely love the company the comfortability and how they treat you like family

Fantastic experience: Claire was my hygienists today and she is amazing! I stayed cub her l here when I moved to Ohio and had a dental emergency. Dr. Roza took excellent care of my tooth and although it needed a crown it was all done and completed the same day! While a patient here I had a deep cleaning done and it helped ensure gum and tooth health so I can keep my smile bright. I highly recommend the knowledgeable and professional staff here!

Fantastic experience: 4 STAR SERVICE from these Ladies!! I was greeted by Lauren with a Smile and openess upon walking in. The doors were open to let in the fresh air and sunlight from the nice Spring Afternoon. Heather set me up nicely and prepared my xrays and pics being careful not to hurt my small framed mouth in the process. I'm a bit of a Baby when it comes to dental work, Hehe and she knew by my child like canter. Haley took over with Charm and more Grace and made me feel right at home in the chair as she cleaned my teeth with gentleness and care being very meticulous going over my teeth with a fine tooth comb. She passed me over to Dr. Jes whom was kind and let me tell her regarding my own dental issues, Lol but she was aware indeed. When it came time to discuss my bill Lauren kept being Gracious and explained things in detail. Even though this was my first visit at Elements I was made to feel Warm and right at Home. Fantastic experience: I had an outstanding experience with Elements Dental. I thought there was a hole in my filling that was giving me a little bit of sensitivity. I wanted to get it checked out before I had to travel the upcoming week. They got me in same day on a Sunday. Even better, after looking at my tooth, they were very honest with me about what they believed was the issue. No hole. It was sensitive from grinding. They recommended a potential future treatment, but didn’t say it was necessary today. I was pleased that an immediate fix wasn’t needed, but more impressed by them not trying to upsell me when I clearly would have gone with it. No upsell, just honesty. They were super kind, and I felt genuinely care about. I will going back to them.

Negative experience: The office manager, Lauren, was awful and completely rude to me both on the phone and in person m. We are in the middle of a custody battle and she was incredibly unsupportive, extremely unhelpful and downright unprofessional to me. My husband made an appointment after I already had one on the calendar. I tried to explain this to the office manager that he was not permitted to change my appointment and even had a text from my lawyer but she wouldn’t even read it. For being an office manager she failed miserably in this area. I was also trying to show her a letter I had from the GAL and she wouldn’t read that either. Additionally, I called the Friday before and the morning of the appointment and was told by their office our appointments were cancelled so either they lied to me or my ex rescheduled again after I had been told it was cancelled. Then she tried to make the two of us talk to each other when we have a court order not to do so creating an argument between us. The appointment was miserable. We had a similar thing happen at my pediatrician office and even though my soon to be ex-husband pulled the same crap and still came to the appointment, the office manager was leaps and bounds more helpful, respectful and made it a safe place for all of us. I am going to be looking for a new dentist for my son and I. Awful treatment after the years I have spent here. I credit my awful experience to the office manager who treated me with impatience and irritation and who could care less the legal implications this has for me now. I wish I could give a negative star rating. I hope she or reprimanded.

Fantastic experience: First time visit. Very friendly and organized. Explained everything they were doing (X-rays, photos, cleaning and exam). Found an issue with an old crown that had a cavity at the seal. Told me upfront what the cost would be and was even able to replace it the same day. Very impressed!

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is not my favorite. I had a filling fall out and days later, my tooth broke. I had never been to this office, but when I called, they were able to accommodate me with a same day appointment. I scheduled for a day and a half later. Dr. Jess was able to numb me so well that I didn’t feel any pain for my crown. A dental emergency is normally an unplanned expense and even with insurance, my crown was going to be over $500. The friendly front office staff was able to explain financing clearly and help me make an informed decision. I’m grateful for the recommendation of a friend to visit Elements Dental

Negative experience: WORST DENTIST OFFICE EVER!!!!!! The dental assistant broke my sons front tooth on a cleaning told him she was so sorry left the room to go get the dentist who then told my son sorry we cant help you asked him to get up and leave WITH OUT FIXING IT!!!! Told him to find another dentist??!!! I called asking for a the owner and they laughed and hung up and called the cops because the owner and manager couldnt own up to what they did.. WORST DENTIST EVER!!! STAY AWAY!!!! I ONLY GAVE ONE STAR TO BE ABLE TO POST THIS

Fantastic experience: July 25, 2024 I had two recent visits to Elements, my 6 month checkup and a week later 2 small fillings. Stephanie is my hygienist and a professional through and through all the while making sure I’m comfortable. Abbi did my X-rays during my checkup. She could be a photographer, she made those darn X-rays fun, acknowledging my smile the whole time. Given it’s pretty hard to smile during mouth X-rays, the fact Abbi made me want to, FUN. I met Dr. Jes after my cleaning and scheduled to have two small cavities filled. They would have happily worked me in the same day. As I had other plans. I scheduled for another day. On cavity day, Alicia greeted me and prepared me for Dr. Jes. I cannot say enough about how special this practice is. Bethany was so very kind as I shared a tragic personal event at checkout, her reply was very comforting. It’s reassuring to know that whatever dental issues may develop in these “golden years”, they will be handled confidently, professionally, kindly and with compassion.

Fantastic experience: I am new to the area. Elements dental was a recommendation fro a friend. I had a cleaning and exam. They were very gentle. The dentist was very clear in her suggestion to my oral care. I am very pleased with this choice of my dental needs

Negative experience: I would be cautious of this dental clinic due to the nature of the biller/office manager named Lee. She is unprofessional, confrontational and extremely aggressive. The doctors here are great, but this woman has threatened me and charged my bank account almost $1900 dollars when I wasn't even being provided services. Now I have a credit on my account, and was going to use the money towards future services but after this woman stood in my face raising her voice and made a threat to me, accusing me of being rude to staff which is the furthest from the truth, I am going to ask for a refund. This woman Lee also slammed papers down on the desk after raising her voice at me mid conversation as she was walking away smirking and laughing shaking her head. This is a terrible representation of the clinic, and patients should never be treated this way. So please be aware of this office due to billing being incorrect and she will blame you and not take accountability or have any compassion for health issues that cause cancellations or no shows. Things that are out of our control. But again, this is unacceptable and caused emotional distress. Just be cautious when scheduling her if you have to Interact with this woman. Ridiculousness. So unprofessional. To add, the crowns I had placed at this office caused pain and were placed and seated incorrectly. Causing me issues with my teeth underneath. I've had 3 other dentists and oral surgeons all say the same thing. Terrible dental work as well. If you can, just save yourself thousands of dollars and a ton of disappointment. Go elsewhere.

Would go again (in 6 months) :) Your teeth are important for so many basic life experiences from eating to socializing, so I did look up dentists nearby, reviews across several sources, and of course dental insurance coverage, then scheduled an appointment.

Fantastic experience: Absolute pleasure (the whole team!!) able to schedule a Sunday appointment on Saturday evening . Our son was in a lot of pain from two large cavities that had progressed . Got us in and out in a little over an hour with both cavities filled and our son pain free. Negative experience: The office staff and providers are amazing and I’m saddened to not be able to get care from them again but unfortunately one bad apple spoils the bunch and in this case the bad apple is the office manager LEE. There is often a disorganization around scheduling at this office, my husband and I both go here and have both been impacted. We have always dealt with it because the care is so great. 48 hours ago Delaney told me my hygienist would be working on 6/2 and not on 5/19 like I was originally scheduled for. Lee called back today and said she never was scheduled that day and now it’s 6/9. I was direct with Lee and tried to hold the office accountable and Lee says I’m always disrespectful to her and her staff and she is ready to dismiss me from the office. I told her this is the first I am hearing of this. From this point on, Lee doesn’t let me speak. Says “ do you want to schedule or not? “ back to back to back. She’s chuckling on the phone and everything. I ask her to humanize me and stop treating me this way. I tell her I love the providers but I don’t want to deal with this she says “ well I’m not going anywhere.” The way she was treating me caused me to begin crying and Lee swiftly hung up the phone. By the way, 10 months ago I had an issue with Lee as well and asked for the owner (Cindy Wolt) to call and she never did. I see 4 different reviews specifically about Lee and describing the same experience . So the owner not only allows this behavior, but gives Lee the confidence that nothing will happen as a consequence. Dr Roza and hygienist Jennie are amazing people and I’m heartbroken I will have to find care elsewhere but no one deserves to be treated this way. It’s a shame that it has gone on for so long. She really needs help because imagine how she treats others in her life if this is how she treats paying customers. I pray God will soften her heart so no one else has to go through what I did today.

Fantastic experience: Everyone has been very professional. Dr. MAHSA really impressed me when she reviewed my xray and decided a crown wasn't needed at this time. It had been recommended at a previous visit but for very good reasons it was decided it was really not needed at this time. I appreciate this very much. Some practices would have done the crown to get the money. The only negative I have experienced is with their billing system. Every time I check on my statement there is confusion and different balances are given to me.
