Fantastic experience: I give this office 10+ Because they were nice ,clean and took the time to explain the procedure they were going to do. They suggested a procedure I never heard before and like any customer thought they were trying to sell. But it was just the opposite I’m so glad I did it. I extracted a tooth that was hurting me for 3 days I called office and they agreed to look at me same day. The extraction went good and the procedure was awesome. My gums,jaw ,head didn’t hurt. The doctor was awesome always checking on me to see if I was comfortable with the procedure. Can’t say enough if you have issues or maintenance with teeth go to this office.

I then met Dr Koperley. He was very nice and answered all my questions. He told me everything I needed to know about the procedure I need. Lastly I spoke with Kristi. She explained the financial side and gave me options I may need to take. It was a very good experience!

Fantastic experience: I had real bad teeth and went to another dentist that I ending up leaving feeling like there was no hope for me to get my teeth fixed. Then I found Dr Koperly at Winning Smile. I took the chance and made an appointment. Man I am glad that I did. I left there excited and ready to get started on getting my new teeth. I had all of my teeth pulled on top and got dentures. All but 4 of my own teeth were pulled on the bottom and Dr Koperly made teeth that click into the bottom. I have now had them for over a year now and I can laugh and smile and not worry about what I look like. Dr Koperly is a great man. He takes the time to sit and talk to you and come up with a plan. Dr Koperly and his staff make you feel like you are cared about. I highly recommend going to winning smile.

Fantastic experience: At first I was very skeptical my best friend recommended me to when he smiles I was thinking it was out of my lead of pain out of pocket and coming from another dental facility where they really didn't care they didn't really take the time to really ask the patient what is wrong. Walking into Winning Smiles it was a great attitude smiling making me feel welcome making me feel at home making me feel very at ease from the process of signing paperwork to getting into the chair they made me feel like I was one of theirs. Due to my brain not being fully developed as a teenager, along with other challenges, my teeth have created insecurities and health issues for the last 25 years. While I have had positive experiences in other states with other dentist they were few and far between. I’ve had more poor treatment than good unfortunately. Not today though!! Not at winning smiles! (Which is definitely a winner.) I booked an emergency visit as a first timer for the same day due to cracking a crown last night. I was treated extraordinary well from the time I walked in the door. Alejandra my dental assistant made me feel extremely comfortable, accepted, and even shockingly at ease compared to my usual shaking and near panic attack dentist office status! Dr Finazzo and Dr Koperly explained everything in a non judgmental way, gave me confidence in them and in myself and gave me options!! Way too rare! Robin my hygienist was like a mother hen, very comforting and reassuring. She made me feel so much better about the challenges I had and without a doubt is an absolute pro. I received the best cleaning I can ever remember. I wish I had not let my fear keep me from going sooner but thanks to the environment they have created and the treatment and care I received today I have the confidence to return and finally fix the issues I have shamefully avoided far too long. Also, the root canal specialist Dr. Michael Khalil, who worked on my teeth, took the extra care to make sure that I felt at ease and comfortable during my first visits recently. And, the dental hygienist, Barbara Corral-Wyckoff, was excellent! Overall, the staff is extremely friendly, and they are very professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment. The website is very informative and well organized, which frankly is how I would describe the office experience. The facility is really clean and runs very timely. Positive experience: Been coming here for years and the staff is always friendly. There are times when I feel a little pressured on certain procedures they recommend. I feel the Dentist do not look into the issues I bring up very deeply and instead feel they rather recommend the next step. I could just be overlooking their detal expertise and I have a hard time trusting others and how they tend to make me feel overall. It doesn't mean I won't continue to come here. Really wodh they had weekend openings as well. It's hard to take time off work during the week.

I appreciated the explanations and being involved in my treatment plan. The staff at this office was kind, professional and efficient from the very first phone call to time spent in the office. The assistant was wonderful and considerate when taking x-rays. I had no pain or need for retakes (as with past offices) she captured all criteria in the xray images very well and was extremely personable. I also saw Dr. Sharma who took the time to listen, was kind, considerate, and collaborative taking into account patient desires. Fantastic experience: Spent many years going to various dental offices and struggling to find the right fitting crown for my tooth. Most wouldn’t last a year, as they would fall off through regular use, but Winning Smiles is different since they have a built in lab where they create the crown. Previously, every other dental office I went to would send out their mold to an outside lab and so they didn’t have control over how it would come out. Having a built in lab, I think, is what led to a dedicated and detailed approach that finally resulted in a winning crown. The doctors were receptive to my feedback and were able to go through various iterations before finally reaching a crown fit that felt right for me even though on the Xray it looked fine several iterations back. The staff is welcoming, friendly, professional and I can see the owners really do their best to create a team environment. Dr. Sharma is amazing and incredibly patient. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been struggling with my teeth for decades. I probably went to 15 or 16 different oral surgeons and dental implant specialist America and Mexico. I went to one guy in Palm Springs, who was so arrogant and cocky about his abilities that it made me uncomfortable. I asked him about failure rate, and his response was "I don't do anything that fails". I thought that was a ridiculous thing to say because who does he think he is, Jesus or something? I also consulted surgeons in eastern countries because some people think it's better to go overseas. I was finally recommended to Winning Smiles by Dr. Yang (another great guy) about eight years ago, and had a plan to go through with implants. I chickened out at the last minute. Having all your teeth removed is a very traumatic thing to process and I just could not accept it at that time, because I was relatively young! At that time, the staff was very understanding and they did not put any pressure on me to do anything. So, when I finally accepted that's what I needed to do, I went back to them and they welcomed me back no problem and since then it's just been a fantastic experience. I feel the doctor does a great job and everything you hear about as far as benefits are concerned to having a functional set of teeth is what I am experiencing now. I used to dread taking photos, but now I love it! I used to go to restaurants and have to sit in a back corner because I would be ashamed of taking my partial out because I could not eat with it. Now, I can eat at the bar or in the front no problem. At work-related functions that involved food, I used to not join because I was always embarrassed. But now, I can join food events at work no problem. My confidence in my overall health have been greatly enhanced by utilizing the services of Winning Smiles and I highly recommend them. Ultimately, the decision to do implants is one that ought not be taken lightly. And, these days every dentist in the world seems to have the certifications to do implants, but just because you are certified does not mean you are qualified! Experience counts a lot, and that is what Winning Smiles offers- lots of experience. So, my advice would be to shop around and do what is best for you. Winning Smiles was definitely best for me!

This dental office has such an amazing staff, the front office team always greet you with such a warm and friendly welcome. Fantastic experience: My experience with Robin cleaning my teeth was probably the best I've ever had. She was aggressive, but but oddly enough completely pain free. She only used hand tools and continually ask if I was ok. Looking forward to seeing her again. Thank you Robin.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience, the staff here is phenomenal! I went in for a dental emergency and it got done within the first appt. Staff was very attentive to my needs, and the Dr. did such a great job. I've had many negative experiences from different dental offices in the past that I always get nervous when work needs to be done. Specially with the big ol' anesthesia needle, but Dr. reminded me to remain calm and made sure I was not tensed up. The Office is very clean and beautiful, very inviting. I honestly felt comfortable the moment I stepped in.10/10!! I definitely recommend :)
