Fantastic experience: I used to have a borderline phobia of going to the dentist and having my teeth cleaned and worked on, that is until I started going to A Lifetime of Smiles. This is the best dental practice I've ever been to. The dentists, hygienists and staff are knowledgeable, caring, and always go above and beyond during each visit to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I've been going to this dental office for years and have never had a bad experience. I would highly recommend A Lifetime of Smiles over any other dental practice. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by an oral surgeon at a completely different dental practice. I was in so much pain four days after the procedure I called A Lifetime of Smiles to make an appointment to see if there was infection, dry socket or other complications from the procedure. Not only did I get a same day appointment, I didn't have to wait very long before being seen, having x-rays taken and having the opportunity to speak to one of the dentists about my concerns. They truly do care about their patients.

Fantastic experience: My experience going to lifetime of smiles is always so delightful. From the time I walk in the door everyone is so pleasant from the office staff to my hygienist Gina. Who by the way is the best . She always makes you feel comfortable and at ease and in good hands. She very professional and personable .she really takes time to explain everything she does and answers all your question's. you never feel rushed and she does an excellent job cleaning your teeth. Dr Pat came in that day after my cleaning and he’s like Gina explains everything to you and answers any questions you may have. He’s an excellent dentist and very knowledgeable. I’ve been going there for a very long time and always get great care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ken was excellent. He did 2 root tip extractions, plus 2 root canals for me so that I could be cleared for surgery. He explained everything as he was doing the procedures. Which I really appreciated. While doing the procedures he would stop to make sure that I was still ok before he would continue on with everything. The staff at A Lifetime of Smiles, Dr. Ed Monroe were all fabulous. Highly recommend them for any dental problems you might have. They make you feel very welcome and at ease. Fantastic experience: I had my root canal today and was totally amazed how easy it was (for a root canal) I am still amazed everything was completed in 4 hours! When Dr Ed told his assistant he was ready for my crown I told him he was the one who deserved the crown . I cannot thank Dr Ed enough, I am 74 and have been terrified of the dentist my entire life. Fantastic experience: Today I had a post op visit with Dr. Pat i had been through a most difficult month starting with the terrible tooth infection that went way out of control infecting almost all my lower teeth Jaw and ear, it was terribly painful but thanks to Dr. Pat Jenna , and team today I walked out a new person with a different ( minus two teeth from infection ) bit still awesome smile because of the expertise and trust of Dr. Pat who is not only a amazing dentist but just a wonderful human being he has changed my opinions of dentist that I have had for 40 years as a result of an terrible experience with braces as a teenager. Fantastic experience: Everyone from the time I walked in told them time i left were amazing. Everyone was was professional and answered every question I had. I broke a tooth eating popcorn a week ago. Went in and wanted to have it pulled. They did the xray and nunbed me up super good and pulled this tooth with no issues. The facility is so clean and nice. I would highly recommend this dental office. Dr Pat and Jessica were fabulous they explained everything and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. I go back today, but I wasn’t nervous and usually I am scared to go to the dentist due to bad experiences in the past. I definitely recommend Dr. Ed and his staff. 12/27 Update: I had a lot of work done and Dr. Ed is so professional and really knows what he is doing. I had no pain after all the work. Fantastic experience: This is an amazing place especially for kids! Dr Pat is so awesome with kids! Him and the dental assistant (I believe her name was Jess) made my daughter so comfortable & they worked amazingly in sync on her teeth. My daughter had to get a cavity filled. She experienced zero pain or discomfort. Today is the next day and still no complaints from her! This place is worth EVERY penny when it comes to your child's dental health! Highly, highly recommend and will not take my little anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding service from the girls at the front desk.. to the staff in between and all the way through to the dentist..through the appt and out the door..as a brand new patient i was able to get an in less than 24 hours of calling them..Dr.Kenneth Li was extremely kind..patient..understanding and very knowledgable…he explained everything slowly and gave me all my options..he respected what i wanted to do and completed my dental work immediately after my consultation…It was painless and i was kept comfortable…i was in and out in less than 2 hours..which included my tour of their “spa” type facility..i would recommend the office and Dr.Li to patients of any age as he is awesome at what he does and makes patients feel very safe and reassured.

As someone with severe dental anxiety, they made me comfortable and eased all of my worries. The quality of care, the staff and the facility is by far the best. I can't recommend them enough! Positive experience: I was seen at my scheduled appointment time. I went in for a cleaning. The hygienist flossed my bottom teeth twice and was about to put on the fluoride until I reminded her that she hadn’t flossed my upper teeth. She did floss them and then applied the fluoride. I don’t mind giving a review; however, I don’t think that they should ask for a 5 star review. We have had a few issues with billing; my husband and son have the same first name. It took at least three discussions to fix that issue. Overall, going to the dentist is a pleasant experience; I appreciate having my teeth cleaned.

Fantastic experience: It was my fist time coming here and I’m glad I did! Very friendly staff and dentist’s. Everything was explained to me that they were going to do to my tooth. I like that you can have everything done at this office and don’t have to go elsewhere for root canal’s etc.. Dr Pat did a bridge for me and I couldn’t be happier with the results! It fits perfectly and looks just like my other teeth! You’d never know it was a bridge! Thank you to Dr Pat and the staff for such great work and expertise on my dental needs! Fantastic experience: I am a traveler for work and broke a tooth. Called the office and they were able to get me in first thing that Monday and were very helpful. When I arrived the got me right back, took a look at my tooth, Dr came in and explained everything to me in great detail, and layed out all my available options for me. We discussed it all and was able to get the tooth taken out and everything done that same day. It is definitely the best dental experience I've had.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Ken is a beast. I had a tooth extraction at 11 I went in, numbed up by 1130 and the tooth was out 15 minutes later. He also cares about how you feel and will not let you be in pain at all during the procedure. Would give 10 stars

Fantastic experience: June 18, 2025 update: Went for my 6 month cleaning and exam with Gina and Dr. Ed. Once again, like always, it was a great experience. I'll keep returning to ALOS. I've been coming to them since 2015 or so. Update: I continue to receive excellent care from ALOS. I just had a cleaning, X-rays, etc. with Gina. Everything went well. Gina is very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. The office is very well run. Excellent dentist and office. I've had about everything done by Dr. Ed---fillings, extractions, root canals, implants, crowns, etc. All have gone well. I have a lot of dental anxiety, but my pain is always well controlled, the conversation is pleasant, and I feel at ease. The assistants, hygienists, and front office staff are all pleasant and helpful. I recently had another great visit with Dr. Ed. I broke an older crown and half of it fell off. Unfortunately, it was one of my top, center teeth, so it was very obvious. I was able to get the crown replaced with a perfect match in one visit. Dental work gives me a lot of anxiety, but I always do well at A Lifetime of Smiles. Everyone is very pleasant. If I'm not comfortable it is taken care of. I never feel rushed or that I am an inconvenience. In the room next to me Dr. Pat was working with a child. The interaction was very pleasant and the child didn't fuss. If I had had pleasant childhood dental experiences, I would probably have less anxiety today.

However, as soon as I started coming, they made me feel so comfortable. You get a tour and they explain everything. Even when you get work done, they explain it first so you understand before doing anything. It is so nice to have a dentist that cares about your comfort while going through something that can be unpleasant.

Fantastic experience: I was anxious initially, but that didn't last long at all! Dr. Pat with the incredibly helping Trinity and Jessica made sure I was well more than taken care of! I couldn't believe how quick it went to be honest. I can't thank them enough at A Lifetime of Smiles. Truly thankful. 5 stars forever.

Fantastic experience: I had a mild tooth ache and decided to make an appointment the same time my son had an appointment later in the week to knock out two things at once. My toothache went from being mild to extreme in less than 24 hours after making my appointment later in the later. I called the office as soon as they opened to see if there was anyway they could squeeze me in early as I was not able to sleep or eat due to the pain. They worked everything out for me and got me in that morning. This is not the first time this dentist office has done this for my family. 2 years ago my son had a dental emergency due to an accident. We had called our dentist office at that time and was told they could not see him for 2 weeks, when explaining this was an emergency due to an accident they told us good luck getting in anywhere else because all dentist are booked out for a long time. We called a lifetime of smiles and they made sure they saw our son that night and did a temporary fix until they could fix it fully the following week. Due to this and helping our son we have consistently brought our son back. Prior to a lifetime of smiles our son was terrified of the dentist, but after his first visit with a lifetime of smiles it is no longer a fight to bring him in. They have won us over for life, not once, but twice for their willingness to help and make you feel comfortable no matter how big or small.

Fantastic experience: I went to A Lifetime of Smiles for the first time, two weeks ago, to get a tooth repaired that was causing me some pain. The initial visit was x-rays and consultation on the procedure I would need. A week later my problem was solved and I feel 100% better. Shout out to Dr. Lee and his amazing assistants. Zero discomfort and very aware of my overall well being. They have a new patient for life.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ed’s operation is so efficient. There is a true team approach to everything. My hygienist, Jennifer, is fantastic… clearly a pro with a great sense of humor. I had been neglecting my dental health since COVID and was apprehensive about my visit, but now I’m back on track.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal done, which is usually not a pleasant experience. ..But this is the first one where I had no pain during the procedure or after. And no swelling next day. I could hardly tell that a Root canal had been performed

Negative experience: Save your money and go somewhere else, they over charge, tell you you need work that doesn't need done. Got a 2nd opinion at another local dentist in spring valley and I didn't need any work lifetime of smiles said I did, haven't had to pay a single penny to my new dentist after insurance, every time I've gone to this place I've owed hundreds after insurance, the last time I went here they didn't even do the cleaning they charged me for! They just told me the work i "needed done". Save your money!

Fantastic experience: Gina did a great dental cleaning. She was friendly, quick, gentle and thorough. There is always a great atmosphere at their office. Very professional but relaxed. They really do keep you smiling.
