Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment today, and am blown away with how kind and thorough they are at this practice. Hands down the best dental experience I have ever had. I will be scheduling my kids here too! I cannot say enough how nice everyone in the whole office was, and everything was explained so well. Highly recommend this practice!! 10 out of 10!

Fantastic experience: Not excited to go to.a dentist! Well here is a place that will change your mind. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great place to have teeth taken care of. The Doctors take time to explain options and allow you to fully understand those options. This allows the patients to make the best decision for themselves. I highly recommend Idlewild for everyone.

Fantastic experience: By far the best dental experience I have experienced in a while. From the moment you open the front door- everyone in the office was super friendly, kind and professional! The dentist explained everything in detail by showing tons of pictures and explained why he was recommending my options. The dentist isn’t a FUN place to go but this office makes the experience comfortable and enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: This practice does it right! They have the right team that is professional, personable, and engaging. They educate me on my dental hygiene but keep it light and fun. I’ve moved but travel 30+ min because I will not switch to another provider. Amazing team!

Fantastic experience: Edited: The doctor called personally to provide more direction on what constitutes an emergency. Swelling, fluid etc. He provided more detailed instructions on how to place temporary glue to ensure the tooth stays in place until permenant service can be provided. The level of customer service to hear from the doctor personally superseded expectations. Much appreciated response and support while dealing with a frustrating situation over the weekend. My husband lost a crown and needed help over the weekend. Not an ideal situation understandably. When calling the office, there is an on call dentist listed for emergency situations. However, when they called back we were told this didn't meet what constitutes an emergency and were instructed to go to the pharmacy to purchase a temporary glue. He cannot eat or drink given the pain experienced. I'm giving 2 stars because they did call me back. When asked if they could provide a recommendation for emergency dental locations, they would not provide citing they are not affiliated with any.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Dr. Dhulab today. He, and all his staff, were excellent. The examination was the most thorough I have ever had by a dentist, and the price was very fair. Options were discussed clearly. I feel that I can talk easily to this man. I left in a really positive mood. ________ Many months later, I can still say that this is an excellent practice, skillful, friendly and supportive. I have returned again, during the pandemic, and they are doing everything right, regarding safety, and still providing excellent care. _____ and one more - he continues to prove to be skilled and responsive; and his assistant both capable and so friendly, supportive and thorough as she keeps telling you what's up! ____ Well, once again! Had an excellent visit today. Dr. Dhulab is skilled and helpful. At 80, I am delighted to still chew thanks to this good fellow.

Dr.D and hygienists Stacy and Angela were thorough in their explanations and my husband and cI felt very comfortable being in their care.

Fantastic experience: Years have past since our family turned to Idlewild Family Dentistry.. From our first visit until this week we have felt well chaired for. Our finances have been tight and we were not always able to move on all the “plan of care” recommendations. This however hat taught me to pay closer attention to the wisdom and experience of Metesh Dhulab and his team. The fact that his crew has stayed with him through these many years, tells me the workforce is happy. They do their job well and get along well. Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in the door there was nothing but a pleasant smile, and willing to help me with anything I had a problem with will be going back. They will be taking care of me for all my dental needs.

Negative experience: I scheduled a new patient appointment online on July 3 through this dental office’s website, which advertised a new patient special. Their online system confirmed my appointment and allowed me to register as a new patient, everything appeared legitimate and straightforward. However, when I arrived for my 8:00 AM appointment on July 7, I was informed that the appointment “had not been approved yet.” They claimed to have emailed me at 7:30 AM, just 30 minutes before my appointment, to notify me of this. Considering they also stated they don’t arrive in the office until 7:30, it’s hard to believe I was the top priority the moment they walked in. Looking in my inbox, there is no email. Last minute cancellations should at minimum receive a call. No one reached out beforehand to let me know there was an issue, despite my appointment being clearly confirmed in their system. I took time out of my day, and overcame dental anxiety just to be told the appointment wasn’t valid. I had also scheduled an appointment for another family member of my family of 4, and after this display of unprofessionalism, I canceled both. Thankfully, I was able to secure an appointment with my second-choice provider, who is a little further but has hundreds of only 5 star reviews. Everything happens for a reason, but this experience only made my dental anxiety worse. I would not recommend this practice based on my experience — poor communication and a lack of accountability are unacceptable in healthcare.

Fantastic experience: Angela is so great at what she does. I feel completely at ease due to her gentle and tender care with my mouth. Thank you Idlewild Dentistry for hiring the best.

Negative experience: Zero stars though I’ve never used this service. I need a new dentist and when I read the sign outside that states new patients were accepted I figured to give IFD a shot. So, I called to make an appointment only to leave a voicemail asking for a call back. The outgoing message said a callback would happen. Red flag number 1. Days and days pass yet I never received a callback. Red flag number 2. If this place doesn’t have to courtesy to return a call, even though it claimed it would and didn’t, this 3rd red flag indicates the customer no service is apparent. I’ll find a better dentist.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is lovely to work with. I highly recommend Idlewild Family dentistry. They are very thorough and make you feel like you are family rather than patient! I have been going ever 6 months since it opened and look forward to seeing the team instead of having the dreaded white coat syndrome.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time visiting Idlewild Family Dentistry and I must say I felt like family there! Jennifer was my assistant and she took great care of me. She thoroughly explained everything that I did. She was very easy to talk to. I was then seen and examined by Dr. Reeva. She was very professional yet very nice. She told me quite a bit of things I could do to improve the health of my teeth & gums that I didn't know. My experience was so awesome that my wife now wants to change her dentist care over to them. I highly recommend this dental clinic!

Fantastic experience: Had a broken tooth they were able to fix up nicely until have time to get a crown for it...always a great experience...super people w/ great skills and personality! Thank you! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Dulab and his staff; high marks and I highly recommend them. They're always friendly, professional and do a great job. Terrific guidance on your dental situation and issues they may find; people you can trust! You can tell when people love their work, which they all do. His practice uses all the latest dental equipment which makes office visits more informative and faster than old methods, plus you can watch Netflix while they work, via ceiling mounted TV. For anyone apprehensive about dental work, as I am, no worries here. Update Feb2025: have continued my visits for cleanings and maintenance since my last post, still going strong and great people watching out for my dental needs!

Fantastic experience: Incredibly warm, caring and professional group! Started out with Nicole, who welcomed me, took care of all of my testing, scans and examinations. Technology used today was head and shoulders above any of my previous dentists! Moved on to Dr. Fuscus who, too, was incredibly warm, professional and answered any and all questions I asked. I left the office with a complete, personalized, Dental Plan that I will be following. I sent a thank you note to my neighbor who referred me to IFD! Having recently moved to the area, I recommended this dentist office to my wife, daughter and my next door neighbor.

Fantastic experience: Just moved to the area and had a crown come off over the weekend. I was able to make an appointment on line for Monday morning. It was determined that the crown could be cemented back with minimal work. I was totally impressed with the professionalism and competence of the staff. I was also impressed with the upbeat enthusiasm and friendliness of staff that being a new patient made me feel welcomed.

Fantastic experience: Called on Tuesday to schedule an appointment. Was seen by Thursday morning also seen early from scheduled appointment. Told them that we had testing today so if we needed to reschedule we would but they insisted we would be done in time. Sure enough we were done in time and not late for testing. Fantastic experience: They were so wonderful with my three-year-old for his first dentist appointment. He is huge, full of energy, and has autism (still pre-verbal and with some sensory issues). I was dreading this appointment, but everyone was so kind and encouraging! He ran around the (otherwise empty) waiting area, and the receptionists were telling him how fast he was. The hygienist was so sweet with him, and she was extremely patient with showing him all of her tools and encouraging every little success he had. Both she and the dentist were flexible on how to best suit my son and me for our appointment (which ended up with my "brushing his teeth" while the dentist looked into his mouth). I have heard horror stories of dentists overselling fillings and crowns on kids, but they didn't try to convince us of anything. It was fantastic! We will definitely be back with our boys.

The plan for my dental needs were explained in detail and my ALL options were explained in a way I could understand. The staff were so friendly. I'm actually excited to go to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Please do not use my name. overall it was Good, Dr. was thorough, which i find critical and patient, which i find critically. I felt gigi was a bit apprehensive and did not seem comfortable as though this was all new to her. in particular, she indicated the state wanted her to be a Dr. in order to clean teeth, which i found interesting because i have never known a hygienist needing to be a Dr.

Fantastic experience: This staff is absolutely fantastic! They made my initial visit awesome. Up to date equipment and technology for a thorough check and analysis of your teeth, bones, and sinus cavity. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Fantastic experience: After a previous bad experience with another local dentist during postpartum season, I held off on going back to the dentist due to anxiety. As soon as the Dental Assistant (Kirstyn) took me back, I expressed that to her and she put my mind right at ease. The technology that they use to show you what’s going on with your dental health, instead of just trying to tell you, is top tier. Dr. Dhulab was able to explain everything to me in a way that was easily understood and put my mind to rest about having dental work done. If you are looking for a dentist office that actually cares, I highly recommend Idlewild!

Fantastic experience: Idlewild Family Dentistry is wonderful! Everyone on the staff is super friendly and always remembers me. I love getting to watch Netflix while getting my cleanings, and they always do a very thorough job. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience! Our family had been under the care of the same Dentist for 26 years but he has since retired. We have noticed Idlewild Family Dentistry office during our daily commute and thought to see what they offered. What a nice modern facility and friendly staff. Though I am a bit uncomfortable with dental work in general, Katie, my RDH was so pleasant and skilled that I felt right at ease. Dr. Riva had such a lovely professional but warm way of engaging me in conversation that you could tell she genuinely wants to know her patients. Fantastic experience: This Office blew my mind, from the support Staff to Dr. Dhulab. I'm impressed with how through and educational they are in the process of examining my teeth. I got a different perspective seeing my teeth on a screen in 3D. I've just started working with Dr. Duhlab and his wonderful team, I can't wait to see what we can accomplish. I'm excited for the first time to see the improvements.

Fantastic experience: My kids and I had appointments today for our semi-annual cleanings and were blessed by the friendliness and care we received from each of the hygienists and the dentist that took care of us! Thank you for such a warm, inviting dental office. My kids haven’t grown up with a fear of the dentist, because of how good you are with them! Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Dhulab for years now. The front office from receptionist to checkout are awesome, very friendly and accommodating! My hygienist, Jamie was very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you also to the doctors, very helpful and caring.

Negative experience: Went in for a permanent crown, they took the temporary crown off, only to tell me their machine is broken for the permanent and put a temporary back on. I asked very clearly that coming back wouldn't cost me any more as I was paying $900+ already, they said it would not. They said they would contact me, there was no contact in any form for 3 weeks, they have my email and phone number on file as i got an email for me to fill out a survey. I had to contact them to get my next appointment scheduled. Today was my appointment. The dentist who worked with me was great, however as I'm leaving they say that I owe them another $700. Apparently my insurance had an issue and they made 0 attempts to contact me at any point to let me know. Instead of notifying me there was an issue beforehand they decided to hide the fact until after they put the crown in…. That is downright insidious, had I known that you would have tried to charge me an extra $700$ i would have requested a refund for the work you did not do and found a different dentist. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL EXTORT YOU.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Reeva was absolutely amazing. She was a cheerleader for my daughter throughout her appointment and made a 4 year old feel safe, comfortable and excited to be in a dentist chair. I travelled more than 40 minutes for this appointment and I will continue to do so! Reeva is a special kind of dentist and I would recommend her highly!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Idewild Family Dentistry for 2 years now from routine cleanings to come more extensive dental work. Before becoming a member they worked great with me sorting out my payments and pricing. Recently I have become a member and I think this is the way to go. Pay overtime for cleanings and whatever else may be needed. The office is conveniently located right off 74, clean and the staff are very friendly even remembering from a cleaning 2 years ago. I am impressed!

Fantastic experience: Today, I was able and fortunate to call in and see Dr. "D," as I call Dr. Dhulab! I recently back in September or October of '22 received my Mandular Mouthpiece, which is a Sleep Apnea device that replaces the CPAC Sleep Apnea Mask; hose & equipment! I was and am truly blessed to have this device as I'm a U.S. Air Force and just last August or September, not sure which month exactly, but the Veteran's Administration approved the device and paid for my entire device! I no longer snore, and my wife is so grateful and sleeps more deeply since I no longer snore! If you suffer from sleep, Apnea, and are a U.S. Veteran, be sure to check with your local VA Healthcare Facility and speak to your Sleep Thrmerapist or Dr and request a VA Authorization to get this device you won't be sorry and all your loved ones will be ecstatic! Dr. "D" and hus staff are fantastic, and they really care about ALL of their patients and their oral health! Don't delay ... Call today for an appointment! Today April 22, 2024 I had a cleaning with hygienist Stacy .... all I can say about Stacy is that she's the friendliest and most efficient and Professional Hygienist I've ever had! Dr Dhulab and his entire staff are by far the BEST dental provider that we've ever had! I highly recommend you give them a try .. If you're looking for a dentist or a new one Dr Dhulab is your guy!

Fantastic experience: I know a lot of people are nervous about going to the dentist, but I haven’t been able to see a dentist in 20+ years. I was so embarrassed and nervous. Dr. Dhulab and Bri were my team today and I see 100% why the reviews are so great for this office. They were so thorough and Dr. Dhulab was completely straight forward with what I should expect, the honesty means the world to me. From the second I walked in the door to the time I left, everyone was so nice to me. I didn’t feel judged, and for the first time in my life I feel like my dreams for my teeth are actually a reality. I’m not nervous for my next appointment at all, I’m actually so excited! 10/10 recommend Idlewild Family Dentistry!
