Negative experience: I’m very upset writing this the staff I never had an issue with up front but im currently 12 weeks pregnant & my OB nadine lamond prescribed me a pill for an infection & I even asked her if its safe beforehand and she said yes, luckily I am a pharmacy tech & have some knowledge about meds , I got to my car and searched it up to double check if its safe, it was in fact not safe at all! it could have gave me a miscarriage, she never got back to my messages & I understand she might be busy I really liked her vibes but I had to sadly switch i’ve heard a lot of good things about OB piper in the reviews hopefully shes the one.

Negative experience: This place SUCKS with their check ins. They have a super strict 15 min check in before your actual appointment time. I was 1-2 min late to my 15 min early check in and was denied and had to reschedule. But they aren’t even on time to see me. I would be coming in 20 min early to my appointment and still get seen 30 min after my actual appointment time. BUT god forbid I’m late a couple minutes early to my 15 min early check in. Do better. It should not take more than a hour to see me after my actual appointment time.

Negative experience: i am willing to like this place. as my new pediatrician for both of my kids is here. but i have bad experience with the front end every time i called them need emergency help. especially with front end lady with name ruby hernandez. i got diagnosed about high risk pregnancy and my OB yesenia guzman told me there will be letter i need to bring to the hospital to get MFM test during the week she called me. but i haven’t received that letter a week after. well i called them to reach yesenia guzman about this matter. instead she tried to help me connect the phone to the person that i need to talk to. ruby made her own decision like if there no relation that clinic with the hospital and she said i need to call the hospital. well i told her but i don’t have the number. yesenia told me will be letter coming to my home but i haven’t received it after a week. if this is emergency any way she can help me to reach urgent to yesenia. and ruby said well just waiting 2 x 24 hours. the point is she didn’t know what she is doing. she had no idea about her job. even i asked her about spelling her email for sending my old health record from my old provider she didn’t know how to do it. like example i just asked her to say a as apple b as bravo c as charlie, etc. she didn’t know how to do it. if you wanna meet mexican people that only talk spanish for your medical it’s the best place to go. but if you wanna meet peoples with the english fluent is not the place to go.

Negative experience: Worst place I've ever been wish I could give it zero stars. Everytime I'm here there's a different problem, whether it be that I can't bring my younger son (um what are single parents supposed to do with their other children?) OR them moving my appointment 40 minutes later because I arrived 4 minutes early instead of 15 to fill out forms that took me 2 minutes to sign. The dentist isn't absolutely horrible if you make it past the rest of the rude people who work here. Honestly just go anywhere else.
