Fantastic experience: I recently had all of my upper teeth removed. I was scared of how much pain I was going to be in and how long the surgery would take. Dr Wallace had all of my teeth out and under an hour. Everything is very professional. Most of the pain was minor I had little or no bleeding. I am very impressed with the level of medical Care, the atmosphere of the clinic is professional and relaxing. Five star.

Negative experience: Hygenist Samantha left in the middle of my appointment to clean another patient. When she returned, she was very rough and rushed. When I asked her not to rush and be so rough, she said she was not rushing and accused me of being argumentative. Total time with check in, check out, Xrays, cleaning Samantha insisted was not rushed, and seeing Dr. Wallace: 20 minutes exactly. Zero apologies.

Fantastic experience: Very Happy with Maumelle Family Dentistry. My regret is that I didn't start coming here years ago. They took their time and did the job right. I couldn't be more pleased. Everyone was nice and helpful. I had a filling and crown done. They did the permanent crown that day. Didn't take long to make and for them to put in. It fit perfectly and it is so easy to floss my teeh.

Negative experience: Horrible Dentures were a mess, haven't worn them since I left the building and I did detect Medicaid fraud and my out of pocket money would not recommend dentures from this place it wasn't Medicaid, it was AETNA INSURANCE ‼️ by DUSTIN WALLACE... I'm sure you don't do dentures there now , you SHOULDN'T HAVE THEN

From the front desk staff, Tanae and Nicole, to the hygienist Taylor, I was treated like family. It was so comfortable and the staff was so knowledgeable about their process and end goals! He had to fill 3 of my front teeth (one that had chipped off quite a bit) as well as smooth over a couple others! He will try hard to save a tooth and not quick to recommend crowns. Negative experience: I’ve been going to this dentist office for over 20 years and unfortunately got an appointment time wrong. The receptionist was so rude. She called asking if I was on my way which I explained to her that I had my appointment on my schedule for 2pm for some reason but I could be there within 20 minutes. They couldn't fit me in which is understandable, so I asked to9 reschedule. She got rude with me and said it's going to be $75, okay cool, so I asked do I pay when I come in for the next appointment. She goes "NO, you can't reschedule without paying" in an extremely rude tone. I told her that is fine but I was not going to pay over the phone and I would pop in the next time I was in Maumelle to pay and reschedule. She was rude about it, the fee wasn't the issue . It’s unfortunate that I now I have to find a new dentist because of a rude receptionist. Dr. Wallace and his assistants are great, but the whoever is working the front dest this morning needs some serious customer service lessons, as you can see from the reply.

Fantastic experience: My normal experience at a dentist office was nothing compared to this one. The girls were so nice and Dr. Wallace was amazing. Usually when I go to the dentist the Dr numbs me and forgets about it and by the time he makes it to me the numbness has worn off but that definitely doesnt happen at this office! Dr. Wallace stayed with me the whole time and was very caring, gave my mouth breaks, and did the procedure so fast I was in and out. Absolutely would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Negative experience: In 2023 I got fillings in several teeth. Now Les than 1-1/2 years later 3 have fallen out!!!! I had fillings from my childhood that lasted 45 years. Not sure if it’s because I chose porcelain or not. I have reached out to them on their website with no response. I understand things happen and can go wrong. But I spent over $7k. I got partials and they are not wearable. They had extracted one of my teeth and then did molds a week later. While the hole was there. So I have a bump where the hole was. That HURTS. They also move when I eat and with every bite I get jabbed! So I cannot wear them. So now do I go to another dentist to spend another $7k??? I am beyond disappointed. I had saved and paid cash!!! I see others have had better results and I also hope others have better luck. The staff is awesome and so was Dr Watson.

Negative experience: I did not get seen due too being a couple of minutes late even after I called and informed the office beforehand. I was told that I could still get the x-ray but not the teeth cleaning which was weird to me because if I was able to be seen for the x-ray I don’t understand why I could not get the teeth cleaning as well. This was a terrible experience I will not be booking here ever again. There was no sympathy nor compassion from the staff. This was a total waste of my time I left work early missed money for no reason at all I am highly upset because now I have to push my braces appointment back to a later date. When I only needed a teeth cleaning. I will not recommend this dentistry if it is a time sensitive need.

Fantastic experience: This was a consult to clear up questions I had with two other consults from other dentists. I had the full gamut of X-Rays and was given a copy. The dentist spent plenty of time explaining my options and answering my questions. The staff were all nice and very helpful as well.

Fantastic experience: My first visit was a great way to start off my time with them! I had the sweetest hygienist and Dr. Wallace is amazing! They were very professional and certainly knew what they were talking about but we also had a fun laughter filled visit that was also incredibly fast for everything I had done. I hadn’t been to the dentist since middle school (so that’s at least 10 years) and they were non-judgmental and made me feel super comfortable (especially as somebody who does not like the dentist).
