Fantastic experience: Dr.Stephen Lieurence is miracle worker. He has saved teeth that earlier dentists gave up on. H office has been able to get my wife & In h last minute.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for about 14 years and I love Dr Marengo, Dr. Sylvester and the rest of the staff. I recommend all of my friends and family to this location. Today was probably the greatest experience in helping me on a holiday. I was in the middle of getting a cosmetic crown replaced and had my temporary bridge break last night. I called the emergency line at 10:00 p.m. and thought I would have to wait a day or two with the Thanksgiving holiday, but Dr Sylvester called me first thing at 7:00 a.m. and said he would meet me at the office immediately. He replaced two crowns on Thanksgiving morning. I'm so appreciative of him taking the time out of his holiday to repair the crowns, pain and sensitivity I was experiencing from the roots. I am eternally grateful. Now I'm back to my beautiful smile that I always get compliments on!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for over 15 years. I will.not leave this pratice. The dentists of course, are top level as well as the greeting staff. The first impession you receive could not be any better! Thay are very personable and make me feel welcomed and as if I was their only patient. Kim is amazing, she knows the business well a a 30 yr veteran. Additionslly, Jessica and Amy.are equally great employees. Flexible scheduling to meet my availability is painless and is appreciated. My dental assistant this trip was Erin. She is efficient, welcoming and went above and beyond to make me comfortable! I highly recommend this group at Esthetic Enhancements. Negative experience: I went to have a tooth looked at that had a crown on it. Dr Lieurance asked me how old the crown was and drilled a hole through the top of my crown. Dr Lieurance told me not to worry it would cause no damage, my crown was paper thin and the root of the tooth was bad. Dr Lieurance then sent me to his "root canal specialist" That doctor ( a very nice man) had me bite on a number of irregular shaped items, looked at my xray and said there was nothing wrong with the root of my tooth and in good conscience he could not do a root canal. God bless him and his integrity. I believe Dr Lieurance drilled a hole in my crown to force me to have unnecessary work done to enrich himself. I dont believe Dr Lieurnace has patients. I believe he has streams of revenue. The office left a message on my phone saying if I was having trouble with the tooth "due to decay" to call them. The arrogance. This is not a reflection on the other doctors or staff, just Dr Lieurance. Beware. Beware. Beware.

Fantastic experience: I am a brand new patient and I had an emergency to my tooth splitting in half on a Saturday evening and I called and left them a message. I was referred by someone who sees them. They called me at 8 AM Monday and got me in that day and fixed the problem right away. Dr. Laurence was absolutely wonderful very patient and was able to fix the problem and my appointment was at two and I left at three. I totally recommend this Dentistry office. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Steve Lieurance and Brandy at Esthetic Enhancement Dental office. I went in because another dr told me I needed a new crown. Dr Lieurance had me come in to look at it. Brandy took X-rays and the dr checked them and the crown and assured me it was definitely fine and did not need to be replaced. They also did a cleaning and finished a complete set of X-rays. They couldn’t have been nicer. Everyone in the office is very nice. The office is very high tech and u never leave the chair. Everything comes to you. Very convenient. I will be going back. If you are looking for a new dentist that is very knowledgeable and extremely kind, try Dr. Steve Lieurance. He is great as is his assistant, Brandy.

Fantastic experience: I was so amazed today. I broke my tooth several years ago and wore this all this time for fear of going to the dentist. I made ny appointment and went thinking i would get X-rays then schedule appointment. But this dentist waa so nice and made me so comfortable and believe me i dont get comfortable with the drill going. But he along with his assistant were more than kind and fixed borh my front teeth so good yoy cant even see the chip. The gal in insurance went out if her way to get my insurance for this. I am just so thrilled and happy, in one hour i went from scared to completely getting my teeth fixed. With no pain whatsoever. I recommend this place to anyone especially this dentist and the staff. I went ahead and scheduled my cleaning who knew. Im very very pleased all around. Highly recommend them.

They talked me through the entire process while I squeezed my stress ball-which turned out I didn’t need. 2 weeks with a temporary and now 3 days with my permanent and everything looks and is working perfectly

I know she takes great care of my teeth and my dental needs in general because she actually cares about me and what’s going on in my life! Negative experience: This highly-for-profit office provided me with a treatment plan but said if I had more insurance this would lower this cost. I then purchased the best plans possible and provided the office with, not just one, but 3 top tier plans. They responded by more than DOUBLING their cost! Their interest is certainly NOT with the patient and the area is saturated with quality providers that actually do care.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sylvester has treated me for the last 20 years. His staff is quite friendly and courteous. I have had several implants. Implants were all completed within a year's time from start to finish. I've also had crowns. They were placed accurately and very little problems. I've had my mouse scanned for accuracy in my new crowns. I thought it was quite unique and very up-to-date on technology. I highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I visited 4 different DDS clinics before consulting with Dr.Marengo. Dr. Marengo was the only one who made me feel like a person instead of $$ My teeth were just awful. Even now that I live downtown in the River Market of Kansas City, i make the trek back to Olathe for my dental care. Everyone there has always been so friendly and treated me with the best of care. Fantastic experience: Dr. Marengo Jr and his assistance are the GREATEST. The office atmosphere and the music made the visit relaxing and comfortable. I went to him to correct a bridge I had received from another dentist. ( That dentist had me looking like the smiling dog in the Trident commercial) I HATED THOSE BIG TEETH. Dr. Marengo is a MIRACLE WORKER. He created my teeth to look natural , I only have the temporary bridge right now and I love my new teeth. So if I love the temporary I know I will LOVE the permanent ones. THANK YOU DR MARENGO. I'm not embarrassed anymore.

Also, HUGE shout out to the best Dental Hygenist in the game, Christine. She makes going to get your teeth cleaned something that you actually look forward to. She'll let you know if you're not flossing enough, but also always will highlight the positives. Negative experience: Due to hygienist not properly evaluating my existing medical record that was transferred in from another office, I was not given the correct treatment which resulted in me paying high out of pocket cost - without insurance coverage . Due to incorrect treatment, I believe my oral gum health is not as good as it was before. I tried to explain this problem to the staff and they incorrectly explained, I had to go my old dentist office if I wanted to continue to get correct treatment needed - even though I had my medical records transferred. When contacting my insurance they explained I should be able to get the expected treatment I needed due to my health record - regardless what office originally did the diagnosis. I asked the person over the phone to cancel the rest of the treatments for rest the year for treatments I thought was incorrect. She then asked me if I wanted to be removed as patient - which I thought was rude. I responded “yes” and then, asked her could she remove my family as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone as a result of the incorrect treatment and rude demeanor the hygienist and the patient coordinator had.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a filling replacement on the underside of my left front tooth that previously had a root canal done by another dentist. My appointment with Dr. Marengo was at 12pm, I was out of the chair at 12:09!! Dr. Marengo is thorough and meticulous!!! I can't even feel the filling, it's flush with the surface of my tooth! Love Him!!

Fantastic experience: Hunter is the most gentle dental hygienist I have ever encountered! In the past I have had dental hygienists that were as rough as a person cleaning hoofs on a horse. Positive experience: I was very happy with the service I got for my dental implants. The only complaint that I have on the implants is the food that gets trapped underneath whenever I eat something. I was not to impress with the dentures I had before them. I am glad that I went ahead and got the dental implants but I wish I could eat without getting food trapped underneath. Other than that I do like the way they look and I am happy that I went ahead and got them.

Fantastic experience: I'm have been petrified of dentistry from horrific childhood experiences but coming to Dr Marengo's office has put all of the fear aside. Dr. Marengo is always so cheerful and positive with my appointment review. I trust his decisions on what needs to be done with my teeth and he is 100% correct in all decisions. I highly recommend him to all who are looking for a new dentist. Dr. Marengo and his staff (Jamie my hygienist is also extremely good) are superb in their personable ways and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth crack and needed a new dentist because mine didn't take my insurance anymore. They got me right in. Dr. Kim is amazing! I found my new permanent dental office!. I highly recommend this place. Everyone is very friendly.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Dr. Marengo's for 25+ years. My most recent appointments have given me a great new smile. For whatever reason, one of my front teeth began to chip and come off in layers. Dr. Marengo explained how he could fix this problem. He and Erin, his assistant, did a wonderful job. I love my new smile and find myself frequently checking it out in the mirror. Many thanks to Dr. Marengo and Erin!
