Smile Dental Center Miami

Negative experience: This place is absolutely awful, and the 4.5-star rating is a complete lie. Do NOT trust these people with your mouth or your health. What they did to Winter Blanco is disgusting. The work they performed was careless, sloppy, and straight-up malpractice. Instead of taking accountability, they tried to silence her and cover up their mistakes. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about their lack of ethics and integrity. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this office unless you want to deal with pain, stress, and expensive corrections elsewhere. I’ve attached photos of the terrible work they did, along with photos from another dentist who had to fix their mess so you can clearly see the difference.

They really had it out for that poor girl and tried to silence her for all the MALPRACTICE they performed on her. Don't torcher yourself here. Please find another dentist that has integrity. Positive experience: Overall, I had a very good experience at the dental clinic. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the office was clean and well-organized. The dentist took the time to explain the procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout. My treatment went smoothly, and I appreciated the gentle care. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to a slight delay in starting the appointment. Still, I would definitely return and recommend them to others.

Negative experience: RUN FROM HERE WHILE YOU CAN I can do this all day They are deleting or hiding bad reviews! Where do I begin, I went to #lindaortiz in her Medellin Colombia office of #smiledentalcentermiami I was her second patient there where I went because I was told by herself and Julian that I was protected in the US as well, if I had any loose or fallen veneers. I had a bad experience with my previous design already so I was concerned and that alone was what sold me. I was so happy I brought my mother in law and they began implants in her whole mouth, now that they have more clientele and have grown they told us “they can not touch us due to work being done outside the country “ this is beyond unacceptable. After spending over 20-25 k between myself and my mother inlaw. Let me remind you they have already taken us in the Miami office multiple times. So now my inlaw has a half done mouth of implants with temps that they did and charged us but they can’t continue their own work? #chirinolyfestyle

Negative experience: DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION! My venneers are falling out every month and it is a JOKE! Stay away! They do not care about their patients. It’s all a scam. They are nice until you pay, after that, forget it.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. This dental office is a nightmare when it comes to appointment scheduling and patient care. For my annual return appointment, scheduled at 12 PM, I wasn’t called back until 1:45 PM—almost two hours of waiting—only to be told they couldn’t even complete the work that day. My appointment was for a cleaning, and 1 tooth/veener repair (that was under warranty). The veneer discolored after a few months of being placed by this same office and the veneer had a grey tint to it. Since they could not complete the work that they scheduled the appointment for (and they were aware of the reason why I was coming in) I had to come back for another appointment, which was equally frustrating. The second visit was scheduled for 9 AM, and I was assured I would be the first one called back and that the procedure would take no more than an hour. However, they didn’t call me back until nearly 10 AM. Now it’s 1 PM, and I’m still sitting in the chair waiting for them to finish! Mind you I’m not local to the Miami area and it’s a 5 hour drive to and from for me! This office clearly does not value its patients’ time or trust. What should have been a straightforward appointment (per there scheduling department) has turned into an endless, disorganized ordeal. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere you’ll save frustration, time and money.

Negative experience: please do your research and due diligence on who you let operate on your mouth. make sure they have the proper degrees and license before you let them do anything to your teeth. you only have ONE set of adult teeth! please be very mindful of who you let mess with them!! this company is not license they do not have the proper license to do anything they are advertising on there platforms. please go follow @wiintrr on tiktok and she’ll explain why this company shouldn’t get any of your business! stay safe out there ladies and gentlemen

Negative experience: Took our deposit and didn’t do the service. Said because of something i declared on my medical record if there was reasons that would have affected the consultation that should have been disclosed when paying the deposit that certain medical reasons could prevent the dental service and like that is up to me if i want to proceed or risk the $500 I Flew in from out of town to tell us no. This could have been avoided if they would have said you pay $500 but you are risking it if we deny you during the medical check up on the first visit and we would’ve made a better decision on risking it or not. But it seems like they only want our money they got their $500.

Negative experience: I paid for porcelain and received composites. They changed colors in one month. One veneer is moving when I talk. One broke off my actual tooth while i was sleeping because they are too big and bulky. Unnatural looking. Very displeased. I have receipts of service and pictures to prove it.

Negative experience: Gage my deposit may 2023 and never scheduled but planned to go in august…. Thing came up and never got to scheduled. When I put my deposit down I locked in a price and was told a cancellation policy but no terms on how long I had to come….. Contacted them before the end of the year and the said I needed to come before the end of the year and I asked for where I was ever told that or showed thar and never got a message back. Went to scheduled today an was told my deposit isn’t good…. I didn’t plan to wait 9 months but life happens and prolly wouldn’t have paid deposit if I knew there were terms to the length I had to use my deposited money. They do great work but don’t show you all the details and then in the message try and act like you’re dumb….. beware if you can’t make it within a time that you will waste your money…..

Negative experience: Avoid this place at all costs. They’re not very clear in communication when it comes to deposits policies or they don’t tell you how long you have to get the treatment done after you submit the deposit. Back in 2022 I paid a deposit and honestly this people kept my deposit saying they’ll not give it back to me as my time had already expired. They didn’t mention that when I paid the deposit, all they did was collect the deposit and not even say how long I had to get my treatment done. Just keep your eyes open if you go to them so this doesn’t happen to you. In my opinion though, if they were a professional company they should explain every single detail of the process and their policies.

Negative experience: My experience with Smile Dental Center was not what I expected this time around. I had composite veneers previously and upgraded to Porcelain. I loved my composite veneers but always felt they were a bit big and it was time to upgrade. When I first came to the facility in 2021 the staff were very nice! Second time around I did get the run-around with this business due to the impressions not coming out right which was out of my control. I was told my gums were healing from inflammation from the composite veneers removal. I do appreciate my dentist, she worked extra hard for the style of smile I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with my results. However I will say I wish this business was more understanding of what their customers go through to be punctual for their service. I came out of EXTRA hotel cost and rescheduling my flight back to back and they did not care whatsoever! I had to stay two extra weeks in Miami due to corrections of the veneers that were out of my control.

From my 1st conversation with with Andrew until this day I've always felt like they cared and always made me feel comfortable. This process isn't a quick one, when you have some work to be done but it's ALL worth it when you look at your beautiful smile. The staff are ALL amazing! Negative experience: I got an infection in my mouth from this place !! they where all so nice but they don't really put in the effort in peoples mouth. they all look exactly the same . I got an infection in my mouth due too the cement they didn't fully removed . I had to get all of them redone professionally and now they don't want to give me my money back .. THE BROWN ONE IS WHAT THEY DID , AND THE WHITE ONE IS WHAT I GOT REDONE ! HUGE DIFFERENCE
