Fantastic experience: Dr. Sayroo and her assistant Shantae are absolutely amazing. Shantae made me feel like I had been to the office time and time again but this was my first time being here lol. She’s so nice and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Even while waiting for Dr. Sayroo to come see me, Shantae kept checking on me! Dr. Sayroo is so nice and easy to talk to! Her laugh is contagious almost and she’s very gifted in what she does. You can tell she loves her job. I also got work done the same day!

Fantastic experience: Update: Jamie was an excellent hygienist—super gentle, and my teeth look brighter and feel incredibly clean. She also shared helpful tips on brushing, flossing, and using a water flosser to keep my gums healthy. Michelle is a wonderful assistant, and she and Dr. Menon did a great job adjusting my hard upper night guard so it fits much more comfortably. I always feel at ease with the entire Newman Springs Dental Care team. Past Review: Dr. Menon created a thoughtful treatment plan to keep my smile healthy after a thorough oral exam. Roxanne was a great dental assistant who took all my X-rays quickly and painlessly. I truly feel I’m in excellent hands with my dental care. Pauline was a fantastic hygienist and did a great job with my sealants. She was friendly, gentle, and left my teeth feeling super clean. I highly recommend NSDC!

The whole visit including new patient paperwork, x rays, consultation with the super pleasant doctor and cleaning was about an hour. The cleaning was painless and the hygienists could not have put me more at ease. I have to have some work done and I’m not at all stressing. He four different people I met with were great.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a dental practice in the Monmouth County area, look no further. Dr. Mennon and team were knowledgeable, cordial and extremely professional. The dental hygienist Jamie did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Mennon performed a very thorough exam of my teeth, gums and throat and mouth glands. The front desk staff were professional also. Last thing, the entire office and exam room were meticulous :)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sayroo, DDS, ably assisted by Courtney, at Newman Springs Dental in Lincroft, NJ, replaced a filling that came out during a meal on a Sunday. The absolutely painless procedure was done Wednesday AM and took less than 45 minutes to complete. The ladies could not have been more professional or pleasant as they efficiently completed the work at hand.

Pauline is an excellent practitioner as she not only provides excellent oral care she also educates as she provides that care. Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Menon for years now, and I can’t recommend her enough. My first visit was for an emergency appointment after I broke a tooth. I had gone far too long without seeing a dentist and my previous experience at another office was uncomfortable, with more shame and lecturing than support. I was incredibly nervous about going to any dentist, but Dr. Menon immediately put me at ease. She’s super friendly, knowledgable, and patient. She took great care of my broken tooth and made me feel comfortable returning for regular cleanings. I see Laura for my cleanings, and she is the sweetest! She gives me a great cleaning and I’ve never had a painful experience. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, and they really create a calming environment, making every visit as pleasant as a dental appointment can be. I’ve had several other procedures done here over the years and have had the same positive experience across the board. I also love the added bonus of the teeth whitening offer - a one-time fee for dental trays and continued whitening refills as long as I keep up with my cleanings. It’s a great incentive to stay on track. Whenever I have an issue, they’re quick to get me in for an appointment. I really have zero complaints and recommend this practice to anyone, especially if you’re anxious about getting back on track or going to the dentist in general. EDITED TO ADD: I’ve recently been seen by another hygienist and I feel terribly that I don’t know her name but I love her too! I also saw Dr. Sayroo once to adjust my bite after a crown and she was just as awesome. I just love how nice and friendly everyone is in this office and that’s honestly the number 1 thing that keeps me coming back.

JSJ Who does not have a fear of going to the dentist, please raise your “ hands “ … Their glasses with the light shining in your face, the song of their instruments, especially, when they drill into your tooth, leaving you in despair and nightmare for years !!! And let’s not forget, after all is said and done , you’re left with discomfort and pain … popping 800 mg of Tylenol to cope with the pain. Well, I never thought, that I would’ve ever seen this in my lifetime. The advancement in dentistry, not just only in their Modern technology. But also, in the debility to numb, sterilize and treat your gum after a tooth removal, leaving you with very little to no pain at all. They still wear the white smock, and glasses with the lights, their Instruments still makes noise. But, what have change, and changed tremendously, is Dentist like Dr. Sayroo. Fantastic experience: I am one of those people afraid of going to the dentist. When I found Neuman Springs Dental, and Dr. Menon, several years ago, I knew I would be in safe hands. Now, needing dental clearance for an upcoming open-heart surgery, I knew that I would only trust Dr. Menon to make sure my teeth and mouth would truly be in safe condition to have that daunting surgery. Dr. Menon is very talented, reassuring, and caring and does all she can to eliminate that apprehensive feeling. The staff that I interacted with were all professional and most of all, friendly, kind, and patient. When I went to make my next appointment, I never once had that feeling of "Oh no, I have to come back!" We had moved about 70 minutes south of the office but it was and is worth the longer drive to see Dr. Menon and to know I am in good (make that great) hands!

Fantastic experience: Called office in morning due to severe pain. Was in dental chair within an hour! As it turned out, I needed a root canal with new crown. Exactly what I thought and feared. Dr. Menon and her staff were awesome. Dr. Menon is the gentlest doctor. I didn’t experience pain during root canal procedure. I couldn’t tell if the fit was good with crown due to numbness, so they had me go back couple days later. She wanted me to be 100% comfortable. That was the best decision because it fit perfectly. I mentioned that something was bothering around a crown. Dr. Manon removed the crown, cleaned and placed back. My visit took just one hour. I'm very happy with this dental office. Negative experience: Newman Springs Dental offers in their advertising and google searches free to very low cost dental care for veterans. Thats how I found them. When I called to make an appointment I learned that not one person in the office knew about this advertised program. They insisted I make an exam and consult appointment for fees. I have already submitted a written complaint to the Department of Veterans Affairs and anticipate a response soon about their investigation. I found another dental group who actually does care for, not just disabled vets, but all vets. ‐---------------------------------------- Though Newman Springs Dental denies their false advertising claim in itsvresponse below, I searched and found the contrary. I have attached my submission as photos heren. It was you who needed my proof, Newman Springs, so I have rendered it to you.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, patient, and incredibly respectful. They took the time to explain each step of the process to my dad in a way that made him feel comfortable and at ease. The dentist was not only highly skilled but also compassionate—clearly experienced in working with senior patients. My dad needed a combination of cleaning, cavity care, and a new set of dentures, and every procedure was done with exceptional care and professionalism. They paid close attention to his comfort and overall health, which meant the world to us.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a terrible fear of the dentist for many years but after finding Dr.Menon’s office I am much more comfortable with my regular visits and sedated ones. Everyone in the office is extremely patient and understanding when it comes to my fears. I always see the same hygienist, Pauline and she is wonderful. I know I am in good hands. I highly recommend anyone who has a fear, anxiety or just wants a wonderful dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Newman Springs Dental for quite a while. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Even now with Covid they have protective procedures in place. I have never run into a problem and actually look forward to the appointment. It is now December of 2024 and I'm returning for my 6 months cleaning . They always do a great job , plus give some helpful advice

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this dental office! Everyone was nice and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Dr. Sayroo and the hygienist Jamie explained everything clearly, and I appreciated how smoothly everything went! Bri was awesome at the front desk making sure I knew what to do for a follow up. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Everyone was polite, but the experience was loaded with pressure, encroachment, and layered sales tactics disguised as care. I was asked to complete a 15-page intake form, submit ID photos, and agree to three separate appointments for a single cracked tooth—plus a “comprehensive exam” squeezed in between the root canal and crown. When I asked to simplify the plan, I got vague, conflicting answers and subtle pushback. This is after three text message reminders to fill out their forms, a phone call asking if I wanted to stay for a cleaning, and three different people lightly pressuring me for a comprehensive exam. Politeness does not excuse pressure. Even on the way out, I was asked to sign the treatment estimate “just to acknowledge the cost”—before I even agreed to move forward. Sign my name to an estimate for no reason at all? The vibe here was not for me.

Fantastic experience: I switched dentists and just started here. I’ve come twice so far for my cleanings. Both times were fantastic. My first visit was with Jamie and Dr. Sayroo. They both did a great job. My second visit with Pauline and Dr. Menon was also top notch. Pauline was extremely thorough and very informative. I came out learning lots from her. Everyone at the front desk, especially Arlee, are always welcoming and friendly. Great experiences all around. Highly recommend.
