Fantastic experience: I went to Life Smiles thinking I needed to have 2 crowns replaced in my mouth. I was pleasantly surprised when the dentist explained that, based on my x-rays, I only needed one. I never feel like he is trying to "sell me" on procedures I do not need. Liz, the receptionist, is very helpful with scheduling appointments to fit into my schedule and super friendly!

Fantastic experience: I’m usually very skeptical when it comes to choosing the right dentist, but when you’re in urgent need, you don’t have many options. A friend recommended this clinic, and I had to take my wife in as she was in such severe pain, it was unbearable. While most offices make scheduling a hassle, this place took us in the same day, right before closing to help her. I’ve honestly never seen a dental office go out of their way like this. They made it personal. From the X-rays to the procedure, they walked us through every step, clearly explained the treatment plan, and handled everything with such care. Even after the visit, they kept checking in personally to see how she was doing and if she needed anything. That kind of follow-up is rare and speaks volumes about how much they care. Negative experience: All fake stars do not go here please. Machine are broken. The dentists are not professional. Just they encourage you to pay them out of money they mostly do not use your insurance regularly.

They worked with my insurance and explained the costs up front. Only feedback is to have more interest free payment options for the customers such as Care credit, etc.
