Fantastic experience: When I got there I did the paperwork which was about 5 minutes and after that it was about 5 more minutes and they called me to the back to do an assessment on what I believe needed done to satisfy my need and what is going to take to make me smile again with high expectation they took x-ray to look at my structure and also my teeth and and also my health about what medicines I take and after I talk to them a little more the doctor came in and looked in my mouth and gave his evaluation of what he see and what he think that he could do to save my teeth but also to encourage me that my teeth was strong enough to keep as long as I didn't have any pain so at this time I am waiting for the next step but today was a success I believe that I'm more confident in my own teeth that can be saved and that's what I'm going to do at 60 years old.

She was able to break down and take me step by step on what I needed. It was a lot but she made the process so smooth and affordable. I honestly would recommend my family and friends to come here. At her age, any medical procedure can be intimidating, but Dr. William was incredibly careful, gentle, and patient with her every step of the way. His calm demeanor and genuine compassion made all the difference. A very special thank you to Bell, who was by my mom’s side the entire time, translating everything clearly and kindly. She made sure my mom understood each part of the procedure, which helped ease her nerves and made her feel safe and respected. Their teamwork and kindness truly made the difference It’s not easy to find dental professionals who treat elderly patients with such care and love, but Dr. William and Bell went above and beyond. Dr. Williams and the entire staff at Dental Care and Implants of South East Houston are the BEST in the industry! My relationship started in May, 2024; and after 1 1/2 years I was on the brink of leaving due to poor communication at the hands of a previous manager. And then came JUNI! Juni is the best of the best of managers! She was patient, compassionate and genuinely interested in hearing what I had to say, and doing something about it. I am glad she did. From Zoraida at the front desk who greets you with the most personable smile, making you feel like you ARE the most important patient; to my hygienist, Becky, who did my most recent cleaning and realized a service that had been suggested was not needed; to Bella who assists Dr. Williams in the procedures; to the man himself, Dr. Williams. Dr. Williams is patient, considerate and meticulous - one would even say, a perfectionist. And, that's okay! When I say I LOVE this group of individuals, they do make you feel like family. KUDOS! Please keep up the EXCELLENT job you all are doing! If only you could teach the rest of the world what you all have mastered ... the world would be a better place.

Negative experience: All the treatment went well but after finishing paying all the amount that was due, I was told I owed more because “my insurance didn’t cover some treatment” when they had already checked everything and told me the final amount I was supposed to pay in the beginning.

Fantastic experience: Entire staff I had contact with were super nice. Waiting room chairs are very comfy. Everyone explained everything as they went & made me feel very comfortable. I felt no pressure to make any decisions right away about my care. Everything was spelled out plainly & pricing broken down efficiently. I look forward to getting my smile restored!!!

Fantastic experience: I am sorry to say that I never really understood how important having dental plans and maintenance is to a healthy living lifestyle. I went in today because of 2 teeth that are hurting. The treatment I received today is something I have never had before and at 55 years old wish I had taken more serious many year’s ago. But the staff here took care of me and I am sure they we will be doing great things for me and my smile. I really feel so much better about myself now than before I walked in their front door

Negative experience: I didn't like feeling forced to put a review. The first time I was asked to put a review, I just put five stars, then I was told to update with actual wording so I can be seen. I had originally came to this place because of the reviews.....

Positive experience: All the staff is very friendly, but I have been waiting for my refund for over 4 months and up until now the person in charge of making my refund has not done anything. I call and they only tell me to leave a message and that she will return my call. She never returns it.

Fantastic experience: Have been coming here for years and the positivity and customer service is bar none. I got all of my wisdom teeth pulled here and was so ridiculously hysterical they had to gas me lol! The doctor and assistant never lost their patience and were so kind and gentle. 10 mins later, i asked if they could go ahead and pull the teeth. They were already out. I never felt ANY of the teeth come out and I didnt need to use any of the pain medication. I sang at church 5 hours later with no issues. Belle just may be the best xray technician ever! Shes very honest, warm and knowledable and answered all of my questions!!!! I love this place so much that i moved 30 mins away and still come here. Everyone i refer, loves it here!!!!
