Fantastic experience: I have been going to this office for over 5 years and can honestly say they have changed my life!! I had to get top and bottom dentures after years of pain and missing teeth. I am so grateful for this team of amazing people and especially Dr Adam. He gave me back my smile and did an amazing job it literally was the best decision I could have made by choosing this office. I will forever be grateful for their kind and caring Professionalism! After all the pain of having bad teeth Dr Adam was very honest with his assessment of the situation and it took months of healing and yes embarrassment at times due to my own fault of letting my fears get the best of me but it was all worth it in the end. Positive experience: Overall good experience. The ladies in the back were amazing. 2 out of 3 receptionists were patient and awesome. The one receptionist was defensive and rude because i was confused on something that had an easy solution within ten minutes. But one person having a bad life didn’t affect my good experience here today.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for years! Never too pushy, always explain things and make sure you're numb when needed. Gotta schedule cleanings far in advance but procedures and emergency visits are easy to book!

Negative experience: My experience with Mount Holly Family Dentistry was extremely unsatisfactory. The two staff members at the front desk handling scheduling were unprofessional and rude throughout my call. As an active duty service member, I contacted the office regarding tooth pain after ensuring I had followed the appropriate procedures beforehand. Despite this, I was kept on the phone for seven minutes while providing information, only to be told that I would need “active duty orders” from my provider to be seen off-post — a requirement I have never encountered before. The dismissive tone and lack of basic courtesy were very disappointing. Quality patient care begins with respectful communication, and unfortunately this office fell far short of that standard. If given the choice, I would not return to this practice on my worst day.

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing practice. I love my dental hygienist, she is super sweet, but very thorough in her job. Appointments run on time. No issues with insurance billing. Most importantly they do not try to upsell you or push you to do dental work that is not needed or present optional work as necessary (as was my experience in another practice in the past). The one time I needed fillings, the dentist did a great job and was compassionate.

(Besides the needles) But He explains everything clearly, works with such care, and always makes sure I feel comfortable during the process. Negative experience: I was with this dental group for 30 plus years. My insurance changed. They didn’t even say we’ll work with you or anything like that. All they said was “we don’t accept that insurance”. Went to another dentist and had an epiphany. I think Mt. Holly family dentistry tries to constantly up charge you. They were finding something that needed work almost every time I went for a check up. Started with a new dentist 3 years ago and haven’t needed any extra work. Just exams and cleaning.

Staff was nice,informational, helpful and honest. Doctors walks in look at x Ray told me my options. Did a repair and I was out the office with in a hr. I was so anxious about pain but the doctor made me feel very comfortable and all three fillings were done super quick! Everyone was so nice as well (especially the dentist) which is super important to me. This is hands down the best dental office I have ever been to. My daughter and husband enjoy this office as well. This one’s a keeper!

Fantastic experience: Broke a tooth over the weekend and called on Monday morning to see if I can be fit in before I leave on vacation the next day. They were able to fit me in with in the hour and put in a temporary crown. They did an outstanding job and I was able to go on vacation without a hitch. They even scheduled me around said vacation to come back and get the permanent crown

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Lisa! She makes a cleaning enjoyable... not!!! But I mean that with Love. She is awesome and I have never had my teeth cleaned as well as she does every single time! She really is amazing.

Negative experience: After 5 visits i still have a chipped tooth. No mouth guard ,which the doctor insisted I need. Went to get a tooth fixed that he worked on after it turned sharp. And let me go home with the same sharp tooth saying this much better. Turns around, wordless as usual. This guy can't even say hello or bye. He won't fix your teeth. Front desk gets super hissy for any kind of inconvenience.Gave me hard time getting my records. 2 weeks and 4 calls it took to send an email. Betittelt me for wanting my cash credit back. Dr. Cygler seems so tired of life. He really gives the impression that he doesn't like to be there. Now after 3 months with them i still have the exact same issues I originally came in for. Save yourself the misery do somewhere else.

I have an all-on-four prosthetic that was done in another state. When one tooth broke (two separate times), the doctor was kind enough to reattach it for me. I'm an anxious patient, OCD and Asperger's, so I have to have nitrous for nearly every procedure, and I was worried finding a dentist near me who also accepts my insurance was going to be difficult. Mt. Holly Family Dentistry checks all the boxes for me, and the dentists and support staff are simply wonderful people who are at the top of their dental game AND patient comfort! Fantastic experience: I have never gone to this practice before. I called in the early am for a dental emergency and they were able to see me by 12pm. Everyone was very friendly and personable. The dr had me in and out and set me up for future appointments to were needed. I had an excellent experience and look forward to seeing them for my regular check ups.

Negative experience: Usually great experience. But today the two people work on a small surface fill, they were really into the office drama. Even talking about another patient in front of me… so into it they just kept talking and didn’t even walk me to the check out desk or anything.
