Fantastic experience: It was my first time coming to smile I was thinking the worst but it wasn't they did a deep clean on me they did one filling and they were really really nice there are a good dentist to come to

Fantastic experience: I got my restorations done from dr. Sana Fatima. she accommodated me the same day even though they were super busy and the experience was flawless, she took her time to listen to my concerns and addressed them all. I highly recommend recommend them for any service.

From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel like family—warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to see you. I recently had both a root canal and an extraction, and the dentists were incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything, constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and really focused on making each procedure as positive and stress-free as possible. Positive experience: Edit: Unfortunately I have to edit my review, but not due the doctor.. this is about what happened with the receptionist at that time. On my last visit I forgot my credit card, it was an honest mistake, I’ve paid every other visit. I literally just forgot and it was just a $50 co-pay not much at all but I forgot my card. At my next appointment I was prepared to pay my fee But I wasn’t aware I had an appointment because the receptionist didn’t call me until the day of the appointment. I should’ve marked my calendar but I am a very busy mom and this caused me to miss my appointment. When I called the next morning to inquire about things nobody answered my call.. for days I reached out to both numbers I’m not sure if they blocked my number but it was an honest mistake with my card and for that reason they no longer set appointments for me and my kids. I wish they would’ve at least attempted to bill me. I am entirely disappointed because I had hope at this Dentist for my road to recovery, now I’m back at square one with my journey and this was the best Dentist I’ve ever had.. I might have misread the policy or something but this was such a terrible situation and I wish it was handled in a more professional manner.

Negative experience: Called the office to schedule an appointment as a new customer; the girl who answered asked for my dental insurance details but I didn’t have my dental insurance card on hand at the moment. The girl who answered the phone provided me with the email address to send a picture of my insurance card. After we hung up I immediately called back to provide her with the insurance information because I had the card on hand. She asked if I had the email address (which was a silly question because she was the one who gave it to me) and I advised her that it was easier for me to call her to provide the information. I’m not sure if she didn’t have time to take the card info or if there was something else going on but I decided against booking with this dentist because of the inconvenience. It would have taken 30 seconds for her to jot my information down. The dentist maybe the best around but the receptionist should learn customer service. They lost a good customer because of laziness.

Fantastic experience: Very great experience. Everyone was very professional. My Wife had to do a retreatment and 2 root canals. Dr Fatima a took care of her even though the process took little bit long but it was still great. Sometimes we have to be patient for the process. She got her brand new crowns and she is very happy with Dr Fatima and Dr Nasiri work. Thank you!

Secondly, I got 2 reminder calls (one a few days before and then another one hour before my appointment), which were very helpful. When I arrived the paperwork process was very easy. It took no time for me to get x rays and I even got the deep cleaning I badly needed during my visit. I called Monday morning asking for availability asap because I could no longer take the pain and was given an appointment same day! The office looked clean and everyone was very friendly. After X-rays, we decided to go ahead and take all 4 wisdom teeth out. I had not anticipated this, but they were kind enough to let me go get something filling to eat before they got started. The process was painless and the Dr was quick! His assistant was wonderful! Dr Saad was attentive from beginning to end checking up on me throughout the procedure. First impressions matter and I was very pleased with Minty Smiles. I plan on returning for my dental work!

I knew I had wisdom teeth that needed taking out and dreaded the whole process of looking for a dentist and the process. Once I got there, absolutely lovely, friendly, and gentle staff. I’m pretty sure they may have caught on I was nervous or they are just that good with people that I started feeling less anxious. As far as the dentist, Dr. Naseri, all I got to say is - he’s a genius. Informative, kind, knowledgeable, and omg! has the quickest hands because he pulled out all wisdom teeth in less than 10 minutes. Everything went wayyy better than I imagined and went above my expectations. I recommend this place to ANYONE who needs dental work. A very true and professional dental office. I plan to continue coming here for a very long time and hoping to move my family to this clinic as well! It’s just that good!

Not only was I seen very quickly but the staff were polite, gentle, patient and sweet. Not just to me but I noticed how kind and professional they were to everyone. Parents, children and one another. I got a good sense of the family oriented environment here and it was relaxing. Doctor Nesari is an absolute legend! Not only was he super knowledgeable and informative about the process, giving me options and making sure I was sure of what I wanted but he was extremely personable! He dapped my husband up and showed him what was going on with me. We laughed a lot with him as he did what he had to do. The numbing process was quick and he pulled my tooth out before I even noticed it was over. I actually didn’t believe that he had removed it, he had to show me…thats how good he was! He hooked me up with a goodie bag of things I’d need for the rest of the day and sent me on my way. I was in and out. Good job Doc! And the whole team was just fabulous. I am new to the state but am relieved to have found the place I will go for all my dental needs ☺️

Fantastic experience: I went in to get a wisdom tooth removed here that Jefferson Dental said they couldn't do. When I arrived here, the staff received me very well like a regular patient. I had no insurance it was out of pocket, when they showed me the cost of the procedure I found it to be very affordable and reasonable. Still, I was skeptical and nervous about the procedure due to the angle I saw of the impacted tooth and infection I had , but the staff gave me words of encouragement and made me feel confident I could trust them and 10-15 minutes into the surgery, the doctor said my tooth was out, I was very surprised! I honestly thought it would take way longer. I now know I can trust this place for my dental needs and will recommend this place to friends and family!
