Negative experience: Ensure Dental Care incentivizes their patients to leave reviews before they’ve experienced the results of their dental care. So be very wary of the abundant 5 star reviews. My wife had several fillings done by Dr. Rashi Muthal just 3 years ago. My wife has great hygiene, brushing and flossing multiple times a day.. especially since that day. At our new dentist they have showed pictures and X-rays of how terrible these fillings were done. Lots of gaps and issues. All of the cavities that were filled in by Dr. Muthal weren’t adequately cleaned, and we have had major issues with the cavities persisting under the fillings, so… needless to say, after years of us not knowing this, and after we changed to a new dentist, we’ve discovered major problems that could’ve been completely avoided, had Dr. Rashi Muthal cleaned them and filled them properly. We advise to avoid this dental practice and be aware that many of these reviews aren’t authentic or they’re done after only 1 appointment.

Fantastic experience: I would most definitely recommend Ensure Dental to anyone! Child or adult, you'll always have a great experience with Dr. Muthal. She is very thorough and kind. Her front desk ladies are also very polite and easy to make appointments with. Sasha is very personable and Karina is WONDERFUL with my 3 y/o!!! We love coming here! They even have a treasure chest of prizes for kids after their appointment, along with a good bag of dental hygiene supplies.

Fantastic experience: This is such a great dental place! Every single person is friendly and knowledgeable, from the front desk, to the assistants, to the dentist herself. My teeth always feel good afterward, and they were even able to get me in very quickly about 9 months ago when my crown fell off and I needed it replaced asap. So glad to have Ensure for dental care.

Fantastic experience: Came in with Major Toothaches! Had been a few years since my last dental visit due to dentist anxiety, but everyone here was amazing and very understanding! From Sasha at the front desk, to Karina helping me feel comfortable and talking me through the process. Dr Muthal was also very welcoming and made sure I was okay throughout my procedure. Definitely will be recommending them for friends and family! Thank you for helping me overcome my fear of dental visits!

Negative experience: Editing to add: went to another dental office and had four cavities. Definitely a money seeking company!! (READ MY EDIT AFTERWARDS) Very thorough dental office! They made me feel cared for and found some cavities that my previous dentist disregarded completely a year ago when I mentioned sensitivity. They even examined my neck and jaw. Highly recommend them! EDITING, to correct myself: I don’t have as much faith in them after realizing that they literally counted me having FOURTEEN (14) CAVITIES!!! I take care of my teeth and it just doesn’t make sense… adding on, they said that my gum line didn’t have hardly any deep pockets, when I know for a fact that they do. They also tried to really push Invisalign on me with their selling tactics at the end of the appointment, trying to make the egregiously expensive price seem reasonable and like a hell of a deal before the end of the year reset insurance. It just seemed like they were only trying to get the most money out of you with their approach. It seemed too good to be true and it truly was.

Fantastic experience: I saw that they accepted people without dental insurance online so I decided to come in as a walk in because I had dull pain near my left lower molars, as soon as I walked in Shasha and Persella immediately took care of me and greeted me with a nice attitude.Not long after I finished filling out my paperwork a lady named Evelyn took my x rays and was sweet to me lastly the Doctor, I apologize for not remembering her name but figured out the diagnosis which was TMJ and was very knowledgeable and nice as well I would definitely come again!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience. My daughter was a walk in and new patient & so was I & the wait time was less than 5 minutes even with paperwork . They handled changing the insurance information. Front desk Sasha was just amazing. From beginning to end. Educating me on insurance information & just putting me as a walk in. The dentist was amazing herself. Very detailed and gentle. The staff was amazing as well. Asking me if I was okay - man, the experience was just amazing. I absolutely loved it & I plan to go back with all my kids in the new future . If I can give more than 5 ⭐️’s - I sure would!

They let you know what you need to do to have healthy teeth and gums. They answer all questions and/or concerns and make sure you fully understand before leaving and if you have any questions or concerns afterwards. If after hours, you can leave a message and they'll call you back. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Excellent service!
