Fantastic experience: I had the BEST experience with this dentist office. It was my first time and they welcomed me like family. They cared immensely about my comfort the whole time. I had a dental emergency they took care of immediately with zero pain. Even the next morning after all the numbness disappeared, no pain! They did wonderful, 10/10 recommend!!

The hygienist and Dentist make you feel so at ease especially for people like myself that have a fear of the dentist. They go over step by step what they’re doing and gives several options with treatment plan what’s reasonable affordable as well best treatment plan.

Fantastic experience: I had a chipped tooth and Caps Bowman and associates was willing to work me in the next morning, even though it was a Friday, which was a half a day with only limited staff available. They had me in and out and fixed in a very short amount of time. This office is the best. I am willing to drive an hour and 15 minutes to go to their office. Everyone there is amazing .

He was very patient and took the time to explain everything to me, never in a rush. I was in and out in no time with the best outcome I could’ve hoped for-no pain and the fit is excellent-like it never happened. If you have never had a crown on a tooth, the technology that they use is awesome. It ensures the best fit with no guess work at all. Kayla assisted throughout the process and was first class as well. Fantastic experience: This facility has the best staff I’ve ever been served by in my entire life. They were prompt returning my call & so pleasant communicating with me over the phone. When I arrived for my appointment they were enthusiastic to get me the help I needed efficiently. I work in the medical field & I can recognize exceptional staff & care because of how long I’ve been in the field. It felt good to be treated so well & with such high standards. Fantastic experience: Lauren my hygienist (the best) and the new staff are excellent additions of workers, to the team to my favorite Dental office. My new Doctor Rivera very personal and professional. To day was my first visit sence the pasting of the fearless leader this past March. I miss him. The staff seems to be adjusting to absence of two fomer work mates. Why sadness stilll lingers there is a very strong spiritual vibe in the air too. My family have gotten our dental care at Bowman & Padgett and Associates where a very professional and caring staff greets and treats us with respect and dignity. We enjoy going where we treat as family. No plans to go anywhere else for services..

Dr Ramirez and Ann were both a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable, and answered any and all of my questions. Fantastic experience: Hate going to the dentist! But…42 years ago Dr Capps pulled 3 of my wisdom teeth. Kept one (long story). Now it became loose & Dr Bird (same practice) pulled it today. Easy…took less than 45 min including getting numb! Highly recommend!!

I’ve always struggled with my teeth so the dentist has never been the most pleasant place for me, but l love seeing Kristi and Dr. Padgett. Throughout the years I’ve had a variety of services including cleanings, exams, fillings, crowns, and Invisalign. They are very transparent with pricing and have wonderful bedside manner. If you are looking for a new practice I couldn’t suggest them more highly!

Fantastic experience: Was in town for work and had a temporary crown fall out. They were able to get me in the same afternoon and did a great job of getting my crown re-cemented. Everyone was super kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I entered the office for my appointment just days after Dr. Bowman’s & his wife’s tragic passing and saw beautiful flowers on every table expressing condolences and celebration of their lives. The staff were still attentive, smiling through their hurt & gladly sharing the great times with them & what he would have wanted them to do. Dr. Bowman, you left a beautiful legacy & your staff are truly as amazing as you were. RIP Bowman’s & may God continue to strengthen your family, friends and staff.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate the confidence, professionalism, and compassion that every member of the staff uses when interacting with each patient. I've had bad experiences on the past with other dentists and this group has really helped me work through anxiety and get the dental care I need!

Negative experience: Started off great, don't know what happened and why they don't respect veterans or people of "darker color" suddenly, but oh well. Have been trying to get in contact with Jenna Stahl, who supposedly handles Veteran's claims, for well over 4 months. No return call, even went out there several times and left a message and nothing. My advice, find another dental office in Pitt County. This one ain't it!

Fantastic experience: Just had my wisdom teeth taken out and it was amazing. My mom lives 5 hours away and there was snowy weather coming this week and they helped move around their schedule to be able to get my appointment in where my mom could come and stay (even with the craziness of the weather). Furthermore, i was a little bit nervous about the whole situation in itself and they made the entire process easy. I would recommend them to anyone!

I went today to have my front teeth refilled due to cracked fillings and loss of enamel. My teeth look great! I could not be more pleased. Fantastic experience: Today was the first day that I went back to the dentist since 2020, this exact dentist. I was too afraid to move onto the next steps back then to repair teeth so I did not go back. But, as someone who works in a nursing home seeing just what not having your own teeth can do to you when it comes to eating, I decided to take a stand. So, I had Dr. Padgett today and she was amazing as well as Kendall. Kendall was awesome from beginning to end, I’m looking forward to my next visit and stepping into this dental care plan they have laid out for me so that I can get my mouth in the condition that it needs to be in so that I can still have my own teeth when I become elderly. Most definitely love my dentist and look forward to my next visit.
