Fantastic experience: Would recommend, 10/10 times, staff was friendly and welcoming, Dr.Mann was very informative and talked through the entire process and made sure everything was understood.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mann and his entire team are absolutely wonderful! I have been coming here almost 25 years. Have had everything from adult braces to various dental procedures and have always had a great experience. The dental hygienists and technicians are meticulous. The staff is very friendly, caring, ,and they all do a great job of putting you at ease. They make me feel cared for and valued as a patient.

Fantastic experience: Nice staff. Clean facility. A screen at the foot of each chair so you can see what the hygienist see’s on her computer as it pertains to your care. Thorough work. And a warm, clean disposable towel at the end of your appointment! I’ve been going for years.. so, consistency in care has been a plus as well! Also, front desk is extremely patient with young adults too. When my children started taking themselves to their appointments, the front desk was great at walking them through insurance, scheduling appointments, and other questions.

Fantastic experience: When I say great energy oh my God I mean it the assistant was superb everybody was so nice not just cuz it's my first time you could tell it was effortlessly done. They even gave a real gift bag with goodies in it. Edit **December 3, 2025** back for a Crown prep and of course my numbing injections were needed multiple times but to the rescue they came. Glad I found an office who understands my needs and can tolerate my high tolerance.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient. My first appointment was today and I found the entire staff was very welcoming so there was no stress. My hygienist Felicia performed a very thorough exam and explained everything along the way. Dr. Mann came in to consult and never rushed. He explained a potential treatment plan for me to consider with no pressure. Upon leaving I was provided some options to consider. Based on my initial experience, I would highly recommend Dr. Mann and his entire staff.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency visit today as I had gone to Endodontist and he informed me that I may have a crack in the tooth I was suppose to get a root canal on. So I fathered my images and went over to Dr Mann’s office and was worked right in and a new plan of action for what was the best for the integrity of my dental situation and what to do going forward long term. Dr Mann developed a plan immediately with such care and integrity. Emile Mann Is The Only Team For Me! Thanks to all who took extra good care of me and my nerves today….

Negative experience: My wife went here 10 years ago for the first time. They were running very late and could not finish the cleaning. Asked her to come back in 4 weeks and finish it and would have to pay more. They also said she had two cavities. She left the practice and went to another dds. No mention of the cavities. 10 years later and still no cavities...time always is the ultimate truth when it comes to dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Spa like atmosphere and comfort items offered (warm towel to wash face), high tech, thorough, educational with each procedure, and friendly. Very preventative focused. I feel confident that as I age I'll be well taken care of here. Highly recommend! My kids feel safe with the hygienists, all of whom are awesome. Lea, Felicia, and Carmen are my kids favorites, but all are gentle and show the kids the tools they're using to make them a part of the appt. Dr. Mann is professional, kind, and is also great with the kids. My 3 yr old and now 6 yr old have gotten cavities filled and many cleanings with no issues. Definitely a wonderful team for kids and adults alike!

Negative experience: I recently had all four of my impacted wisdom teeth removed here, and it was the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. During the procedure I woke up multiple times and told the team that I was in pain, yet nothing meaningful was done to correct it. I left the office screaming from the severity of the pain. After the surgery, the dentist told me he “typically doesn’t prescribe pain medication” but would call it in to the pharmacy. When we called back the dental office to figure out the medication situation because my pharmacy hadn’t received an order yet, we were told I needed to “contact my GP or just go to the ER.” Then the story changed: first he said he doesn’t usually prescribe these medications, then suddenly it was a “system issue” preventing them- yet he offered to prescribe tramadol instead. None of this made any clinical or logical sense and felt like shifting excuses rather than real patient care. My GP was absolutely shocked that an oral surgeon would perform a procedure of this magnitude with no post-op pain management plan in place. To top it off, the dentist told my fiancé that I must have a “low pain tolerance,” which is absolutely untrue. I’ve had multiple surgeries this year without anything close to the level of pain I experienced here. I would strongly caution anyone considering this office. No patient should have to endure unmanaged pain, inconsistent explanations, or blame-shifting from their provider.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been coming since the early 2000’s and we love Dr.Mann’s office and staff. Jasmine did a spectacular job of making my daughter feel calm and confident after feeling very anxious about coming in and Vanessa worked diligently to make sure the prescription she needed ahead of time was ready. I would highly recommend Dr.Mann and Associates for all your dental care needs!

Negative experience: My family member went to go get her wisdom teeth taken out. After she was sent home with a prescription, the pharmacy couldn’t process it without paperwork from the dentist. I tried to call several times until they closed, they never answered. Now she’s screaming and crying in pain with no help

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been coming here for years! We both love the friendliness of everyone there and their attention to detail. I have very sensitive teeth and often have high anxiety about going to the dentist but they make an extra effort to make me feel comfortable. I will literally move my appointment to make sure I have Felicia as my hygienist. She is absolutely wonderful and takes the extra step to make sure I’m not having any pain or sensitivity. She always remembers which part of the cleaning is my least favorite and has gone above and beyond to make it as easy as possible for me. She really makes going to the dentist a less scary experience and I always appreciate her! I definitely recommend her but you can’t go wrong with anyone there because they have all been kind and patient with us!

The state of the art technology, oral cancer screenings, the total health care effort, etc.. Dr. Mann goes way beyond taking care of your teeth. He sets the bar for oral health care!

Yesterday, I had a crown added, and bridgework installed. It was a busy day there, but Dr. Mann and Carmen did a great job of getting my work completed without issue. Fantastic experience: Awesome practice. I started going here earlier this year after not having been to a dentist in 5 years. I also have some anxiety about dental work after previous bad experiences elsewhere. My hygienist is super non-judgmental, understanding and reassuring. When I had a minor cosmetic procedure done, they both went out of their way to be sure I was comfortable. I also appreciate the time that Dr. Mann took with me to explain in detail what he is looking for in x-rays and go over my results. Lastly, I really appreciate that they listen to my concerns and willing to present solutions, but are not pushy and give patients time to think about potential decisions.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mann is literally a gem, a diamond in the rough! At 53yo I’ve seen a few dentists over the years and I have to say, Dr. Mann is at the top of the list. I’m a Karen when it comes to dental care, well medial care in general! I vet providers prior to seeing them. I don’t blindly choose a provider just because they’re in-network and close to home. I travel from Clayton just to see Dr. Mann, and I will continue to do so until that is no longer a possibility for me. I see Erin for my cleanings and the process is always informative, quick, painless and WITHOUT judgement! An annual in-house plan is available for the uninsured to cover your two exams for the year plus x-rays. Then a discount on any additional work you might need! Fantastic experience: My three year old son had an appointment here today. The whole experience was so enjoyable. The front desk staff was overwhelmingly friendly and helpful. The dental hygienist, Leigh, was incredible with my son. She took time to teach him about every instrument she would be using and made him so comfortable. At the end he got to pick a a prize from a treasure box. Leigh answered all my questions about fluoride and dental care for young children clearly. I took my son to one of the top pediatric dentists in Raleigh when he was younger and that experience paled in comparison to this one. My entire family will be going here from now on.

Fantastic experience: My family has been using the Cary office and have been so pleased with the exceptional care we have received there by Dr. Mann, the dental hygienists as well as the office staff and Sally, the office manager. Leigh cleaned my child’s teeth and was so kind and patient with him. A worry free, non judgmental, yet passionate environment is fostered here, which is much appreciated. The office is fair and flexible, caring holistically about their patients, as well as, highly trained and offer a lot of educational resources to their patients. My toddler actually vomited on my wife, who was in the lobby waiting for a friend having a procedure. The office manager, Sally, kindly came to check on my wife and my child and brought her a towel and a dental hygienist, Leigh, offered toddler clothes she had in her car to my wife for our child. Fantastic experience: A friend of mine asked me what was on my agenda for today and I said I am going to the dentist. He said good luck with that. I told him my dentist Dr Mann and his team are nice,cordial and professional. I have had many visits to see Dr Mann in the last two years to work on my teeth,alignment and decay. In the beginning a plan was put in place and his team followed it and allowed me to be part of the process. The Cary office is about 20 minutes from my Raleigh residence. It is worth the drive. Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Mann and Dolfi. This practice was a referral to me a few years back and I've been with them ever since. Stacy is the best hygienist. She is very thorough and listens to your needs. The Team at Dr. Ashley Mann are top notch! Update- I highly recommend Dr Mann and his team. They go above and beyond taking care of my dental needs. 7/11/25 Update- Felicia has been my dental hygienist for the past few years and is great. I recently completed SureSmile clear aligners and the process was easy. Carmen was great to work with during this time. Just met Taylor who is working with me on follow up with retainers for SureSmile. Everyone is always so helpful and ready to go above and beyond. Plus they have a lot of fun as a team!! It shows by how well they work together.

Fantastic experience: This practice, especially “Dr. A in Fuquay” goes above and beyond to prevent (but also treat) the most common issues we face with our dental health. So much to the extent of assessing for trends like sleep apnea, inflammation of the sinus cavities, bruxism, or snoring, and they can either handle it in-house or guide you to the right referrals. If you need a crown, they make it in-house, so you leave that day with it done, completely satisfied. I’d like to share during a dental emergency when the office was closed, Doctor A. and the team swiftly guided me to the right treatment, making me feel like a part of a family. Doctor A.’s warm bedside manner and relatability always put me at ease (I mean, let’s face it, the dentist can be scary). This state-of-the-art practice is the most professional I’ve known in my many years here, and I honestly always feel truly cared for.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr. Mann and staff was very positive. They were very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. The treatment plan was explained thoroughly. Feeling at ease during procedures is very important to me, and the staff seemed to prioritize this.

Fantastic experience: Being a new patient to this practice, I have been welcomed like a ‘regular’ and have received excellent care. The staff are friendly and attentive; the office appears to be a well-run ship. Dr. Mann, Karla, and the rest if the staff do a stellar job and I will be sticking with this practice (since I AM already a regular you know ;-p).

Fantastic experience: I've gone to Dr. Mann's practice for four years now and have always had a professional and friendly experience with great care given for my teeth! First, the office itself is clean and you recieve prompt attention from the staff. My hygenist is personable and thorough. She's answered any questions I've had. Naturally, Dr. Mann has always been friendly at the end of my exam and gives feedback on anything I need to pay attention too (I have extremely sensitive teeth). I've purchased a whitening tray solution from them and they've been very detailed on steps I'd need to take should I go down to invisalign route I've considered. Great practice - highly recommend!
