Fantastic experience: Dr. Banipal and Amy are an amazing team! They are both very compassionate and made me feel as comfortable as possible during my treatment. Dr. Banipal took the time to explain everything to me and answered any questions I had. My treatment required me to have numbing medication injected in my upper front gums/teeth, which I was dreading, but Dr. Banipal took her time to ensure it was as painless as possible! It honestly made me angry at previous dentists I had seen at other dental offices because I now knew it didn’t have to be so painful! I can’t recommend Dr. Banipal and Amy enough! They are truly wonderful!

Fantastic experience: I visited today for tooth pain and was immediately impressed. From the moment I walked in, Jasmine's warm greeting and extraordinary professionalism made me feel right at home. Dr. Khan and Julissa were fantastic, thoroughly explaining each step of the process and effectively relieving my tooth pain. It's hard to put into words just how welcomed I felt. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Personally I HATE dentists’ offices but genuinely all the staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable. I have legitimately terrible teeth and not once did I feel judged or hopeless. For real if you’re scared of the dentist this is the one for you.

Fantastic experience: I had a such a great experience at Smile Obsession! All of the staff were welcoming and professional, and I loved how bright, clean, and modern the clinic was. It was a quick check-in process and my X-rays went super quickly as well. Dr. Stevens was awesome - great personality, funny, and super knowledgeable. I love that he and my technician both took the time to explain every step of my X-rays and cleaning and asked if I had any sensitivity or pain throughout the process. I had several questions about some dental procedures and they answered all my questions patiently. I’m so glad I close Smile Obsession and I will highly recommend them to my family and friends!

The entire office is clean and fresh. The staff is upbeat and polite. The dentist I saw today was Dr. Steven's. He was very attentive to my concerns, and explained what was going on.

I take good care of them, but genetics haven’t been on my side, and it’s made me nervous and even scared to go to the dentist because I didn’t want to feel judged. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with nothing but kindness and compassion. The entire team made me feel comfortable, safe, and never once judged. They went above and beyond to reassure me, and I can’t express how much that meant. I left feeling supported and cared for, and I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful dental office. Highly recommend to everyone and especially to those who feel anxious about going to the dentist. They are such a vibe and just so so kind!

Julissa was particularly cordial. Dr. Khan was kind and professional. He explained everything to me and gave me copies of all the information I needed. The office staff are efficient, too. They even have a savings plan for those who don't have insurance. I will be recommending them to my friends!

Fantastic experience: Efficient but spent quality time to feel like I was a priority. The doctor was upfront & honest about all of the work needed + the pay. Payment plans are an option & he broke down my treatment plan for me by highest to lowest priority. I will definitely continue my care here!

Fantastic experience: Just spent a delightful time with Dr Bandepali and dental assistant Amy at Smile Obsession in Boulder Hill (between Oswego and Montgomery on Rt 25, Boulder Hill Pass entrance). I am a little bit of a sensory sensitive person. They are both so gentle I look forward to my dental appointments. You are not a number here, instead you are treated as a treasured family friend. Location very easy to find! Always courteous, friendly, clean, appointments taken on time and so knowledgeable about your concerns. Services we have used: Invisalign (less expensive than orthodontist), bite guards, crowns, placing caps on implants, dentures, cleanings. Fluoride treatments and gingivitis management. They take care to match crowns to tooth color and of course your choice of filling type for the rare cavity. They accept most dental plans. 3 generations of care for our family and no bad experiences!

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Banipal so much! It can be so hard to find a dentist you trust. When we first moved here we established with a new dentist and had that classic unfortunate experience of being told we had 13 cavities between the two of us (zero at our previous provider and go religiously every 6 months). We then tried Dr. Banipal and she was so amazing! Did her own second opinion imaging without charge and sure enough confirmed we have nothing to drill; not one. She also understands the conservative approach of 'watching' the one or two sketchy spots she might see. We've been going to her for years ever since. Everyone at Smile Obsession is so helpful, gentle, and friendly. Scheduling is super easy and they send you reminders. I'm always in and out quickly, if I want to be. But if I have questions they won't hesitate to thoroughly walk me through everything. And not for nothing, the facility itself is delightfully pretty and clean inside. I have zero plans to ever go anywhere else. Thank y'all!!

I was hesitant about going to a more company-like dentist, but I’ve been impressed every time with Smile Obsession. The entire staff I’ve interacted with are honest, friendly, and genuine. I’ve never felt pressured to buy anything. I switched my young daughters (ages 8 and 5) to this dentist today, and I’m really happy with how their first visit went. The entire staff put them at ease, engaged with them, and listened to them. I was impressed with the work they were able to do on two very nervous and hesitant kids. At check out, both of my girls requested a piece of paper to write a thank you note to the dentist and tech. It was so sweet. Thank you for being so patient and kind with me and my girls!
