Fantastic experience: For years I have been afraid of the dentist, but my experience here has really changed my view point. Dr. Ringold made me feel comfortable and heard. The front desk staff was warm and inviting. The office was clean and welcoming. Highly recommend this practice, Dr. Ringgold won’t disappoint.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the practice as a new patient and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional care and professionalism! From the moment I walked through the door, the entire staff made me feel incredibly welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about their work. Dr. Ringgold was thorough, gentle, and genuinely listened to my concerns, ensuring I felt confident and informed throughout the appointment. Negative experience: Since the new ownership of the practice, the atmosphere has dramatically gone from being professional, accommodating and friendly to unprofessional, unaccommodating and rude. I will no longer patronize this business. I am not the only one that feels this way. Trust me!!! ONE of my concerns are, I’ve been waiting for more than a week to have the dental release form electronically sent to me to authorize sending my and my families dental records to our new dentist. This is a simple request, but I still haven’t gotten them, and I have not heard anything from Crossroad Dental Arts since my request. The office is not the same. I’d suggest going elsewhere else.

Positive experience: This office only cares about money. When I go its always some hiden fee and If I need to reschedule due to not being able to get off work they charge a 45$ fee to reschedule. I can understand if it’s a no call no show. I rather go to an office who is more professional without a bunch of hidden fees.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 would recommend. I typically dread going to the dentist but Dr. Ringgold and her team were extremely understanding and adaptive to my needs. During the procedure she talked me through what was happening as she did it which helped my anxiety immensely. Also really love how thorough they were when answering my questions. Great atmosphere and they all clearly enjoy the work they do. Whoever is on the hiring team, props to you, you’ve helped build an amazing dental business.

Fantastic experience: My husband had a dental emergency on a Friday. After a trip to urgent care, followed by a trip to the ER, and an emergency appointment cancelled by another practice at the last minute, Danielle at Crossroads Dental Arts was able to get him in right away on Monday morning when we called. The care he received here was top notch! They found the problem immediately and were able to get him an emergency appointment with the endodontist, again, right away. Excellent practice with amazing staff that go the extra mile to make sure patients are cared for!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ringgold is the BEST. I love it every time that I sit in her chair and experience her dental magic. Being a softy man when it involves dental work, she always makes me feel comfortable and makes sure I don’t feel any PAIN!! Now I look forward to my scheduled dentist appointments without fear of feeling pain. She is the BEST. My visits are always pleasant at the office. I highly recommend this dental facility. Negative experience: SO EXPENSIVE!!! and all for nothing because they end up referring to another doctor because they worry about liability. why? theyre not good enough to do the job well? i rather see a doctor who cares and healing the patient is a priority above making a profit. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Fantastic experience: I had an enjoyable teeth cleaning experience with Colette. She was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. For instance, we discussed one of our favorite seafood which is salmon. Colette was knowledgeable and she made sure that I understood the Treatment Plan. Shymere was very pleasant as she took care of the last part of my visit.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is nice, professional! The dentist and staff listens to me (the patient) and considers my input. They found and treated problems early and swiftly. Their accounting department and front desk process claims and charges correctly. They are very clear and mindful in communicating the costs and insurance coverage. This is a great overall dentist!

Fantastic experience: I went in, on time and was seen on time.I had xrays taken. I know that they must be taken to see any cavities, abnormalities, and any bone loss,. Getting xrays at ANY office is uncomfortable. To get that done at this office is about 4 minutes.(18 images) If you brush, floss, and take care of your mouth this should not hurt. Uncomfortable, but not hurt. No unnecessary treatment was prescribed because I take care of my mouth. Going back to get my cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I have recently had dental work at Crossroads Dental and found Dr. Reif and her staff to be great. Appointments are readily available and there is no waiting when you get there. The office is clean and comfortable with modern equipment and so far, the work seems very good. I'll definitely be returning.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr. Rief’s office for what seems like many years and have continued to be impressed by the welcoming staff and skilled dentist, Dr. Rief. The dental hygienist, Collette, is special with her gentle cleaning/scaling skills and I have lost my fear of this procedure. She is pleasant, talks to me during the procedure, offers lavender essential oil to help me to relax, and I enjoy her humor. A very good experience !!

Negative experience: My experience today at Crossroads Dental is the same as my first day… amazing . The front desk staff are so pleasant from check in until check out . My visit with Collette my hygienist is always pleasant, unhurried, thorough and painless. Dr. Ringgold checked in briefly and she is the same professional, thorough, pleasant and has a patient first attitude and she has a sense of humor ,is awesome. Thank you Dr . Reiff for creating a clean , calming environment that we can come to to get our dental needs met even though we are still nervous we can relax . Come to Crossroads Dental you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing a tooth ache and was searching for a dentist. I had called after hours and left a message. Surprisingly, I received a call back early the next morning and they scheduled me to come in the same day. I appreciated their sense of urgency. They were very caring, and provided over all great customer service.

Fantastic experience: I had cracked my tooth and Dr. Rief had me see Dr. Ringgold who was very professional and efficient. She explained my treatment plan and gave me a temporary crown. Negative experience: My experience with Dr. Joanne Block was traumatic. The first time she filled a front tooth , it was very painful. I thought it was sensitive being in the front of my mouth. I had previously been taken care of by Dr. George Shepley for 30 yrs. receiving excellent gentle care. The last time I went to see Dr. Block, it was a back wisdom tooth that she said needed a filling. She jabbed the needle in to numb it causing extreme pain, I screamed but she could care less how she was hurting me and it was very obvious. She has no compassion about her patients feelings. I don't understand how she is still in practice. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Danielle, office manager introduced me to Dr. Ringgold who came highly recommended .

Fantastic experience: My first visit. I am happy to say I have found a new dental home. Dr. Ringgold is so personable and down to earth. The office is clean and feels cozy and not too sterile.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Reif and her staff are excellent! Very accommodating as well, I was trying to move my appointment due to not having coverage for my toddler and they said bring the stroller! We were able to get my cleaning done with him sitting in the room with me. I really appreciate their help with that and their overall kindness and professionalism.

Negative experience: Had an appointment with another office went in they were not In my opinion we’re in appropriate protective gear cordially joking multiple touches on surfaces with no sanitizer or anything to attempt to kill any type or germ or virus. Talking about COVID-19 as if there’s nothing going on so I canceled my appointment made an appointment with this office got an appointment the next day went in and it was the difference of night and day! This office is amazing. Should you need any dental care in the Baltimore and surrounding area you should simply give them a call. From the initial call you feel right at home. update: The staff at this office is truly amazing. Their communication is above par. I did have a billing issue that I would be remiss if I didn’t say anything about. I went in for a chipped tooth to find out that I need a root canal. I was given a referral to see a specialist. Once I had the procedure done I called to set up an appointment for a crown. I had to call back three times before Dr. Rief herself answered the phone. She said come in tomorrow at 2:00 I say ok and then transfer to her assistant that tells me AGAIN that she will call me back with a price. Once she call she tells me that the specialist used x amount of dollars and that I would be responsible to pay over $1000 of which I’m not able to do at the time. I let them know I would like to reschedule when I have the funds for the crown. Then I’m pressed to keep the appointment for partial work to be done. I call to let them know that I want to come in for the crown when I have all the monies ( next) week and they charged me $30 cancellations fee while being aware of cancellation policies. I didn’t expect that I would be charged seeing I’m making another appointment and waiting over 4 days to get a estimate for the crown procedure and not to mention the referrals that I have sent to this practice. While I do feel some way about this transaction. She does have a awesome staff and she does great work. No more on the fly appointments for methanks for the $30 lesson Crossroads.

Fantastic experience: This practice is the most caring I have encountered in my 90 year experience with dentistry. Dr Reif Calls- and receives calls 24/7, and resolves any concern with kindness and expertise. Professional and experienced- I would recommend this office to anyone., Sally Rifkin

Fantastic experience: I was greeted very nicely and professionally. Kayla was extremely helpful in filling out patient information. The dental hygienist Patty was friendly and proficient in taking dental x-rays and charting my mouth. After Dr. Rief examined my teeth, she told what needed to be done. Patty walked me to the front desk. Kayla gave me a printed estimate on what needed to be done and answered additional questions. Good experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rief is the G.O.A.T.! I most recently visited for a second opinion and left with Dr. Rief performing a much less invasive procedure on me than what was going to be performed by another dentist. Not to mention, I saved hundreds of dollars! And the icing on the cake…? I PROMISE I was in and out in 30 minutes! THANK YOU to Dr. Rief and her professional, yet personable, staff! I could go on and on about how pleasant my experience was! If you need a dentist, Dr. Rief should be your go-to!

Negative experience: That was the worst dental experience I've ever been through. I continually expressed that I was still experiencing pain and was met with a raised voice, frustration, and being told I'm not feeling any pain. At the end of the extraction I was still in incredible pain and the dentist said I should have "let her know it still hurt me" after I had multiple times. That was traumatizing, I have never left a dentist in tears.

Fantastic experience: Another great visit to Dr. Joanne Block Rief’s office today. Unfortunately, due to Covid I had to see a dentist in Fla in December, and although i am sure my treatment was fine, it just was not the same experience! Could not wait to get back to this office to feel safe, comfortable, and so well taken care of with my thorough cleaning by Patti and check up with Dr. Rief.

Fantastic experience: Professionalism at its best. Polite welcome coming in the door, excellent team work. Very courteous, kind and respectful. Dr. Rief does remarkable work. Fantastic experience: My dentist prescribed two rounds of antibiotics for a tooth infection that just wouldn't go away and referred me to several oral surgeons. The earliest I could get an appointment with any oral surgeon was over a month away. I was in horrible pain, and calling at least 15 oral surgeons begging for an appointment. Then I called Crossroad Dental. Dr. Rief's staff was busy with other calls, so she answered my call herself. She was very pleasant and willing to help. I was in the office within the hour. Dr. Rief explained my options very clearly, and I received the best care that any person could hope for. The staff was absolutely awesome. Thanks to Dr. Rief, Dr. Lee, Corey, and everyone else that help me get though a very painful situation.

As someone who usually does not enjoy the dentist, Dr. Rief will change your mind. What a pleasant experience, amazing bedside manner, and my emergency was treated with the highest priority. Fantastic experience: This was my first time visiting Dental Arts at Crossroads and it was Awesome I have never liked or enjoyed going to the dentist. However, this Dental practice put me at ease, and they made me feel welcome. The office is Beautifully styled, they offer you water and juice, you get a welcoming gift ! Everyone is the most pleasant ever!! And most of all they are efficient and serious about their jobs! I recommend them to anyone looking for a Decent and Beautiful Dental Experience.

Fantastic experience: My dental hygienist Patty is wonderful , with a gentle touch and really seems to care about her patients. Dr Rief took the time to try and create a more comfortable fit with my mouth guard , for sleep. She’s thorough and dosent want anyone leaving her office dissatisfied . The front office staff is friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: My cleaning was excellent. The hygienist was gentle on my teeth. I was seen as soon as I walked in the door. They provided a lavender scent pad that they clipped on me that help calm any nerves. At the end the cleaning they offered me a scented hot towel for my face that was super refreshing. Overall an excellent experience!!! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Rude! Impolite and lacking empathy! Dr. Joanne Block Rief may be good at her craft but she could use some coaching on customer service! I came in to have my gap clothes between my front teeth via bonding and was told to come back the following week for some “fine-tuning”. Dr. Rief asked me of my concerns and I explain to them to her. While voicing my concerns, she became very brash and began chastising me for not getting veneers. I explained to her that I did not want conflict and was only seeking the adjustments that needed to be made, and that I did not want veneers and this was the service that I purchased. She went on to attempt to correct the issue, but with sarcasm telling me that she was not a “genie” as if I was expecting a miracle or something outside of her competency. After I left the office, very upset and offended I. placed a call into Dr. Reeva’s office asking for her to call me at her convenience. Once I spoke to Dr. Rief explaining to her how she made me feel and how she showed a lack of professionalism and respect, she still told me that it just seems as if nothing that she did would be good enough for me, and I explain to her that that was not the case. I only wanted the issues addressed as we planned which pretty much is her a meeting to me that she was irritated by my request to have the issues addressed which is insane, because isn’t that what she’s supposed to do? I will never go to his practice again, I had actually recommended some of my family members that I will now share this experience with! It’s a shame to be mistreated after paying for service (out of pocket, that is) as if I’m being done a favor! Shame on you Dr. Rief! I will make sure to share this experience on all social media platforms.

Fantastic experience: I am an ongoing patient and never had better dental care in my life. When I was young my parents could not afford dental care for 6 kids and by the time I got to a dentist it was not anything but pain and anxiety. As an adult this is the very first practice I found that I don't have to pay them to gas me for my procedures given that trauma and they are truthful about my health, gentle, transparent and let me know every step of the way what they are doing. I am comfortable coming here for the first time in my life and I am 67 years old so guess what? That says a heck of a lot. My husband loves them too! Ever go to dentist who shames you? Not here, they are vested in fixing you!

Fantastic experience: I was in search for another dental practice when my dentist abruptly retired. I called everywhere and no one was taking new clients. My last resort was Crossroads Dental Arts. They too informed me that they weren’t taking any new clients but said that today was my lucky day. They are professional and on time. I love my dentist Dr. Friend. She’s so polite and makes the process of working on my teeth uneventful. She smiles and has small conversation with you. The bonus is that they aren’t too far from my house. Fantastic experience: I was having terrible tooth pain. I went online and made an appointment for the same day. Shortly there after someone called to verify my information and to confirm. I went that afternoon and Dr Rief checked everything and referred me for a consultation. Everyone is the office was very friendly. The experience was pleasant even though no one likes going to the dentist. Dr Rief even followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was good. Thank you for 5 star service!

Fantastic experience: The staff and Dr Friend were all welcoming and professional. I love the lavender scented bibb it made me feel very relaxed as I laid back in the soft, buttery, leather dental chair. The lemon scented warm washcloth to clean my face after the dental cleaning was wonderful. Dr Friend was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Overall, a great experience as a first time patient.

Negative experience: Before going to this place, I heard that they are sales people but they were still good dentist and so I decided to give a try. I have been always going to the dentist twice per week since I was very young. I take EXTREMELY good measures with dental hygiene. Now, in my 40s I am very orally healthy and have never been told otherwise until yesterday. Yesterday, according to two of the dentists there, I have 25% bone loss in my entire mouth. No one ever said this to me!! (they claimed genetic but my parents and grandparents never had this), and then after 2 hours of images which was ridiculous they wouldn’t give me a regular cleaning because they said now I no longer qualify because I have a disease of the gums!! They try to sell me on the fact that I need four special deep cleanings per year (not covered by insurance) AND I also have seven cavities that need to be filled right away. After handing me a $3000 bill with multiple visits within the next couple of months, I ran out of there. They are scam artists and will brainwashed into thinking you need all of this dental work. I am appalled!

Fantastic experience: I woke up with extreme took pain, and googled dentist in my area and crossroads came up, I made a same day appointment and was contacted by the office a few minutes later. The young lady was extremely nice and helpful!! She helped me get my insurance situated and insured me I was all set to come in. I got there and the same young lady greeted me. I signed some forms and no it was in no time they called me back! Dr.Rief and her assistant was extremely nice and helpful and gentle took X-rays and then the tooth lol that’s fast, I was in a lot of pain she prescribed me medication and I was on my way home, they scheduled my future appointments and checkout was easy the ladies at that desk was very pleasant and helpful! The dentist is a scary experience that I hate they made it better I definitely will return,

Fantastic experience: Love this place. My friend who is actually afraid of the dentist recommended CDA a while ago. Well my tooth cracked and I decided to give them a call. I called on a Saturday and Dr. Block Rief called me the very next day to give me an appointment for that Tuesday. Alicia was so nice and welcoming as were the front desk staff and my dentist, Dr. Ringgold. No waiting in the lobby for hours, the billing process was fast and most of all the lavender scent which permeates the office was so relaxing. Highly recommend and will be moving the whole family over very soon.

Fantastic experience: I was very much impressed by the services provided by Dr. Friend and her staff from the first day of my visit. The staff is friendly and accommodating, which eases the anxieties I usually feel when visiting the dentist. Dr. Friend’s demeanor was pleasant and comfortable during the consultation and examination. She discussed the results of the examination in detail and outlined the dental care necessary in preparation for my partials as well as prevention of further tooth lost. Dr. Friend also noticed a gum infection and immediately provided me with the name and phone number of a periodontist. She even contacted the periodontist after my visit with him to get his diagnosis. I very much appreciate that Dr. Friend is caring and works to perform her dental services with little to no pain. I feel extremely confident in the dental services provided by Dr. Friend and her staff, and will do my part to be a good patient. I truly believe that I could have saved some teeth had I found this place years ago! I highly recommend Dr. Friend and her staff to anyone needing dental care.

Fantastic experience: The staff and Dr Rief at Dental Arts is AMAZING!!!! The customer service is exceptional. The excellence in service started with the receptionist at the front desk and continued with the dental hygienist, Dr Rief, the office manager and continued with every staff member I encountered throughout the process. The staff were professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. Dr Rief explained things to me throughout the process. I can’t use enough positive adjectives to describe this dental practice. It has been such a long time since I’ve experienced this caliber of customer service that I was blown away, literally. People like to use Disney and Chic-Fil-A as a benchmark of excellence in customer service; well let me tell you, Dental Arts is definitely their rival. Fantastic experience: Crossroad Dental Arts has excellent customer service and atmosphere! When I came in the front door it was a pleasant experience from the receptionist, two the dental assistant as well as the dentist. I felt a warm welcome in being taken care of. Even when I was being x-rayed there was a comfort there as well. Crossroads Dental Arts explain carefully with pictures of my teeth letting me know the cost involved before they proceeded to make sure I was comfortable with the next steps involved. I recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a pleasant comfortable great customer service and atmosphere to get their teeth worked on. I’m looking forward to my future visits in taking care of me and my pearly whites to keep them that way or make them look even better! So far I had several Appointment visits at Crossroad Dental Arts and they continue to do an exceptional job in taking care of my teeth. I couldn’t believe the results after my first cleaning. We all may get stains on our teeth from time to time however in the past at other dental locations I had to point out certain areas that may need special attention, I forgot to point out those areas this time but at Crossroad Dental Arts I didn’t have to and this was the cleanest my teeth has ever been. Also during the cleaning process and other procedures I received they make you feel as comfortable as possible, checking with you from time to time asking is everything OK and I thought that was really great. Sometimes it’s the small things that make a big difference! I was smiling from ear to ear on the inside while they were taking care of my teeth. Fantastic experience: I had extreme tooth pain. I called 3 previous dentists who was unable to help me . I called crossroads and they got me in the next morning. Which was New Years Eve. It was a absolute pleasure from the receptionist all the way to the doctor. It was by far the best dentist experience ever. The dentist was so nice and extremely educational. I loved it and will only go back to her from now on. I’m a patient for life. It was awesome

Fantastic experience: All good, as usual. I really liked Olga, she made a potentially unpleasant but necessary experience as good as possible. The young female dentist was very good too; friendly and professional. Very clear with communication. The only negative about today was the woman who checked me in: She wasn't the usual office "friendly", no smile, and seemed to be more interested in her cell phone than waiting on me. Oh well. . . I know that all businesses are short-staffed. Just a 180 from ALL the other staff that I've ever dealt with.

Fantastic experience: First visit for a cleaning. Overall, I had a great experience. Sometimes it takes more than one visit to give a solid review but I thought I'd go ahead and leave my 5 star for the person who cleaned my teeth, Patty. She was great. Very thorough, gentle, never rushed through the process, and explained what she was doing. This dental office tries it's best to keep you comfortable during your visit with little freebies and a little extra pampering, which is always really nice. The lady I delt with at the front over the phone and in person... I don't know her name (African American, short dyed haircut) was always really kind. I'll come back soon for another cleaning and probably ask specifically for Patty lol.

Fantastic experience: Wow. Flexible, respectful, efficient, patient. Really impressed. I'm a new patient as of today, and I'm so impressed with Crossroads that I had to post a review (something I rarely do). One of my fillings fell out a few days ago, and my former dentist doesn't fit my schedule anymore. Kayla at Crossroads got me right in. Hygienist Lataysha and Dr. Friend determined they would apply a buildup, but wait on a crown til I'd seen a root-canal specialist. My thought was, why bother with the buildup if it might be removed for a root canal? I clearly surprised them by declining the work, but they respected my decision. Kayla actually called the specialist and booked the appointment for me. But when we learned it wouldn't be for several weeks, I asked if I could get right back in the chair and go forward with the buildup. Dr. Friend agreed and after a short wait (shorter than I deserved, lol) and a *really* efficient session in the hot seat, I was on my way home in much better shape than when I arrived. Talk about flexible and patient! They respected my wishes to explore the possibilities, then took great care of me without saying, "I told you so!" I will be back if they'll take me. :-)

Fantastic experience: I had 2 fillings replaced and was nervous about it. Melissa the dental hygienist was great, helped me relax, and Dr. Rief was professional, fast, and I felt no pain. She has been our dentist for at least 5 years and are always pleased with our care.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient, looking for a new dentist I located Dr. Rief on Google & read the reviews. I came in for a prior consultation. The doctor & the assistant took time to explain what I needed to have done. To my surprise, the dentist started one of my treatments right then. The staff as a hold greeted me with their smiles, their patients & their understanding to my feelings. The dentist & assistant treated me as if they were sitting in the dentist chair. Dr. Rief loves her job & it shows My first experience with the group was GREAT.

Fantastic experience: From checking in with Kayla, seeing Patty (the dental hygienist), to the dentist and checking out (I didn’t catch either names) my experience there was fantastic. I made it clear to Patty that it had been a while since I had gotten a cleaning done. She was extremely thorough during the entire visit. Their office was very tidy, welcoming and very presentable - especially having COVID precautions. I would recommend this dental office to others.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff and doctors! Nia is an excellent hygienist, and everyone from the moment you walk in until the moment you pay is friendly and knowledgeable. I have had a lot of dental work this year, more than any other year of my life, and I’m so glad that I go to this practice. All of the dentists and hygienists who have worked on my teeth have been consummate professionals.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rief has been my dentist since 2014 I think, and I have nothing but good things to say about her and her practice. She’s extremely patient with her clients, she takes the time to make sure that her work is done to perfection. After four dental implants, I am extremely happy with the results she provided. Negative experience: I concur with Jack Greenberg's review. Dr. Rief is all about the MONEY. I advise everyone to read fine prints of the policies before you sign on the dotted line. I did not, and I know better. I am out of $75 for not following up to begin dental services at Crossroads. This however, to me, is a small price to pay, to have not had my dental services rendered there. Heaven only knows what would have happened if a procedure had gone "south", I doubt there would have been an acknowledgement, let alone a refund of funds! Hopefully this review will give someone pause, before signing any paperwork there. -Dr. Rief, no need for an owner response.

Fantastic experience: My first time visit at crossroad dental, I love the way the office is set-up, it made me feel at home and very comfortable for that short wait time. As for the staff, from the front office all the way to the doctor's office they all were Amazing. At the end of my visit I received a pouch with gifts inside. Thank You Crossroad Dental.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Block-Reif has been my trusted dental advisor for over 10 years. I am writing this review because I am having a dental issue and I do not feel comfortable using the DDS I selected through my current insurance plan. I trust Dr. Block-Reif to do the work and advise about what else may need to be done. Crossroads Dental Arts offers an in-house program so that people in my situation can still receive her services for reasonable rates. Outside of the outstanding services provided, her business practice makes dealing with a dental issue a lot easier than most offices.

Fantastic experience: Even as a grown woman am not one that is ok with going to the dentist for any reason. I am a baby at heart and I am always scared and stressed to go. My daughter and I made an appointment to have our teeth cleaned about a month and a half ago. The office was beyond clean, beautiful and very comfortable. The staff is polite, professional, and caring. From the time we walked in to check out everyone was AWESOME! Fantastic experience: I've been coming crossroads now for at least 12 years. I'm still surprised by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Everything is done right and right away. Today I had Olga as my hygienist and she was wonderful. We had conversation about the struggles of family life during the pandemic. She explained all the preventative measure crossroads is taking and some other tips individuals can take as well. She also gave advice on using flouride toothpaste at night. I have already been doing this but she explained how to save money doing it as well. When I left I felt that I'd be able to save some money and was more prepared for these crazy times. Pretty cool dentist visit I'd have to say.

Fantastic experience: I found my new Hygienists at Crossroads Dental Arts. I can't say enough about my Hygienist Olga. A wealth of knowledge - she educated me on the importance of oral health. I'm an extremely Anxious patient, so when I was informed I would need more than a routine cleaning I braced myself for an uncomfortable but necessary visit. Olga explained everything to me, then handed me a set of headphones with the sounds of smooth jazz playing. She then dabbed a drop of Lavender oil on a gauze and attached it to my bib. She gently reclined my chair, and for a brief moment I forgot I was in a dental office. After my treatment, she went over my x-rays with me and reviewed the proper oral health techniques. Fantastic experience: I had to find another dentist after a not so good experience at another office. Safe to say the staff at Crossroads Dental Arts are very polite and informative. No surprise fees or scheduling conflicts. The work is very well done and setting up appointments are extremely easy. I’d highly recommend them. Also this was my first visit and rate highly among all establishments I’ve been to.

Positive experience: I had an overall good experience at CrossRoads Dental Arts. The staff was very kind and accommodating. They made me feel so at home. I was offered food and drink. Heck, if I’m not mistaken someone even offered me a blanket too. There is one particular technician there that I really took a liking to. If she sees this “ hi, thanks for making my visit awesome.” The dentist Dr. Reif was very encouraging during my procedure. She was also friendly but professional. Friendly enough to help me not freak out in the chair. (Dentists have always scared me) It was very nice. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: I knew I had created an issue and Dr. Rief confirmed what I did NOT want to hear. However, she explained my options and worked with me to help me make the best decision and plan of action! I am happy they were accepting new patients and even happier I am having way less pain then I did when I walked in there. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rief. Fantastic experience: This is office is gorgeous. You think are walking into a hotel with upscale service. The entire staff was very professional. I walked in and they were waiting for me. Fantastic experience: First time getting a cleaning and this seems like it will be my dental home. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and made to feel at home. Donyelle (sorry if I misspelled) is amazing. The staff is down to earth and funny. All of the receptionists, my dental assistant, were great. Dr. Rief came out and introduced herself. I love the practice. It's clean, they have refreshments, and most of all, my teeth feel amazing. Dr. Friend was gentle and informative. Thank you all so much!! You've excelled the standards.

Fantastic experience: Very professional staff. Dr Rief is awesome I never feel pain when she work on my teeth. The decor is very inviting always feel welcome. Simply awesome, staff is very professional and polite. Dr Rief is by far the best dentist I have seen in my 60 years. I NEVER feel any pain of any kind. Its a pleasure to get my teeth cleaned or fillings. She gave me a wonderful Christmas present she gave me a discount on invisalign to straighten my teeth.
