Fantastic experience: Somehow my review is showing up under my husband’s name, again. ‍♀️. I have been wearing my custom mouth appliance to help with my TMJ symptoms for several weeks. I had follow up appointment with Dr. Fraiman, so he could make certain everything was working properly for me. He checked everything thoroughly, and tweaked some things about the appliance, and now it feels even better. Thank you to Dr. Fraiman and everyone in the office for taking care of me!

Fantastic experience: Called for appointment on Monday and got it for Tuesday.Angi at the office was just amazing, let me in early for the paperwork and was very pleasant.Was seen on time by Nevach who was very polite, checked me and did xray with full explanation then was seen by Dr. Zucker who was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, explained everything very well. They took care of my problems extremely well, explained everything very well. I must give all of them more than 5 star for everything. Wonderful 1st experience. Thanking you all very much. This was my 4th visit, will not hesitate to give 5 out of 5 stars.As always the reception is with a wonderful smile from Angie,was seen on time, I was having a little problem with my crown. Dr. Zucker and her associate as always explained everything and had a new crown and the other crown was adjusted and now I feel great. They were fantastic,always smiling and very professional. I wish there were more than 5 stars I could give them. Excellent dental care, cannot ask for more.

Fantastic experience: Dr Fraiman is the best dentist I have ever been to. My husband and I have had a lot of issues with our teeth over the years and he is extremely skilled and very gentle. They ease medication when you need work so you do not feel the typical dental pain at the beginning or during the work. They work with you as much as possible. They are by far the best trained dentists! Jenn was the hygienist who saw me at my first visit. She was caring and thorough and friendly! I would highly recommend that, if you’re looking for a dentist, head to Surprise and Dr. Fraimans office.

Fantastic experience: today was my first time in years stepping into a dentists office, and i’m nothing shy of amazed with this group. i’ve always avoided dentists as a whole, due to my current state of my teeth, however i was not put down, degraded, or made uncomfortable by the staff here! they told me everything that i needed to hear about what i need to do/the next steps without making me feel horrible or less than the normal person!! 10/10 definitely reccommended for those who are afraid of being judged!!

Fantastic experience: 8.2025 - 6 month cleaning (no x-rays this trip). My hygienist was fabulous! She is friendly, super experienced and knowledgeable and can put me at ease. 2.2025 - in for my 6 month cleaning and x-rays. The hygienist was friendly, professional and respectful. I was treated very well and though dental work always makes me nervous - she alleviated all worries. The dentist was also professional and knowledgeable. I am graceful for the service I received. 8.2024 - completed cleaning and was very impressed with the staff and their individual expertise. 1.2024 - completed ex-rays and a cleaning (early)this morning. Everything went very well and the staff working with me was/is awesome. I feel blessed that I am a patient with very experienced people taking care of my dental needs. 8.2023 - this was to be a check up. However, I requested a little work on my lower implant denture which Fraiman handled (rather quickly and perfectly). He also removed some build up on my post and they do feel better. I plan on going back in October. Thank you, team! 3.2023 - We are still in the process of finessing the denture. It has truly become not only a work in progress but a work in love and appreciation. We have all been endeavoring to have it all be the best of the best and, I am still grateful. The staff is always phenomenal and Dr Fraiman continues to be the very best. Also, the front office staff is friendly, encouraging - I love them all. 12.10.22 - Though the first lower denture was disappointing, I just knew that Dr Fraiman would make this “happen” … right now we have the replacement denture and are in the process of finessing - which takes time and patience. But through all this I have all the confidence in Dr Fraiman and his staff. I believe that within another couple of visits, we will all be happy with the results. I believe that Dr Fraiman and his staff are superb and my trust in them hasn’t waivered. 9.30.22 - I requested this app’t because I wasn’t happy. Dr. Fraiman was waiting for me and was completely unhappy with me because I had waited a couple of weeks to call him. He listened to me and totally understood my issues - and, we came up with the right steps. Again, I am thankful to the admin staff, medical staff and to Dr. Fraiman. 8.02.22 - today’s appointment was to review the wax appliances, and look at the results - which I must say are “phenomenal “ - I kid you not. I am truly feeling blessed and thankful. In three weeks - will have the final result….appliances. My experience was surprising, to me. Everyone in the office was friendly, knowledgeable and had the ability to alleviate my apprehension at being there. Dr. Fraiman has a personality that immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Fraiman takes the time to explain options and answer questions. Thank you all.

Negative experience: He said he was able to fix my dental issue. I DROVE ALL THAT WAY, GOT THERE AGAIN, SAID HE COULD FIX MY TOOTH. BUT NOW THAT I'M THERE, HE WON'T DO IT UNLESS I PAY ANOTHER $20000 FOR A FULL PLATE. THAT'S CALLED EXTORTION

Fantastic experience: Today I accompanied my husband to the Fraiman Prosthodontics office. I will start my review with the adjective- WOW!!! Extremely pleasant front desk staff, the lobby is very welcoming, the dental technicians were thorough and kind, and Dr. Fraiman, one of the most personable, knowledgeable, concerned professionals I have ever experienced! My husband’s issue was addressed, explained to us in an easy to understand way, while offering a great solution for his needs. Dr. Fraiman asked us both during the appointment about questions and concerns we had as he moved forward. He is warm, witty, intelligent, and amazing! I also felt that the solution was very fair and equitable in the financial aspect, meaning that I thought the procedure would be more extensive and expensive. Dr. Fraiman explained what he intends to do, the recovery, and the outcome. I mentioned to my husband as we left that I wished Dr.Fraiman could be my routine dentist, I had that great of a first impression! Oh- my husband was really pleased as well! Fantastic experience: Dr. Fraiman and his staff are excellent! I had a previous implant supported denture that I thought was the best available. However, It had broken several times and needed repair but my previous prosthodontist practice had recently closed. Dr. Fraiman crafted a new denture for me that is a much newer and better material and technololgy. Felicity is diligent, talented and kept me updated every step of the way!

Fantastic experience: It was a dental appointment. I don’t know how you feel about dentist, but for most people the thought of drills and bits and pointy things, oh my! it makes one shudder. However, as I told a friend of mine back in Seattle, they took the pain out of teeth cleaning. From the front office to the dental tech and dentist it was a new revelation about dentistry. Fraiman Prosthodontics cleaned, corrected, and made me feel brand new around the gum line. Even other patients in the clinic were happy to be there. So you know, they must be doing something right as a dental group. So to Fraiman ProsthodonticsI bow the knee to say thank you for a welcoming and pain-free experience.

They do their dental work professionally, it seems they do everything that is needed and not other stuff that isn't needed. They don't try to pressure and upsell you on other things. I'm sure that if you wanted other things they would be able to take care of you or show you who could. The entire office staff is friendly and professional. Kimberly the hygienist is good, and also has an awesome memory/ and or takes good notes. I feel like my dental health is in good hands. Fantastic experience: I couldn't be more happy, pleased or excited about my NEW SMILE! Dr. Fraiman has opened a whole new world for me! For years I have had missing teeth in the center of my smile for the world to see. I couldn't hide them no matter how hard I tried. In such a short time, all of that has changed! My wife, and daughter have said that they have never seen me smile so much. I feel it swell up from deep inside of me, and it is confidence in my appearance! I don't have to hide my mouth anymore! Fantastic experience: 8/2023 I have never had such a caring, comfortable, and relaxing experience in a Dental office! The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Fraiman is personable, extremely knowledgeable and offered thoughtful well-considered options for my dental needs. I am looking forward to my new smile! Update: 7/28/24 - My journey to a new, healthy smile is complete! Dr. Fraiman created a complete denture implant for my bottom teeth and created crowns for nearly every one of my top teeth (one original tooth remained intact!). Dr. Fraiman is the consummate perfectionist as far as fit and shape of the crowns. He checked my bite with the denture implant several times, ensuring that it correctly fit and enabled me to eat and chew comfortably. Dr. Fraiman also has an artist's eye for the detail and coloring of the crowns and denture. I can tell you they are so pretty and natural-looking - I definitely have a new lease on life. Not only do I love being able to confidently smile again, I know that I have made a giant step as far as my overall health and wellness are concerned. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Fraiman for your health and that of your teeth. She explained what she was doing and how I should continue my routine at home. Dr.Fraiman came in to check on how my teeth are doing and was very encouraging! Fantastic experience: For those that live in the area or wish to try a new dental office, look no further than Dr. Fraiman. Professional, caring and offers early hours for cleaning. Hygienist has a soft-touch and builds rapport and trust. No rushing to get you out the door and you do not get badgered for payment up front. Update… I have been going here for 3 years and still great service! My wife and teenage kids were using another dentist before we first moved to this part of the valley and have since switched to Dr. Fraiman. I go every 6 months for cleaning and only had minor work done, which was understandably explained. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I can't give enough praise to Dr Fraiman. He has been my prosthodontist for 3 years now. In my past, I have had true dental trauma, physical, emotional and mental. Dr Fraiman's chairside manner and professionalism allows me to actually feel comfortable back in the chair again. He is truly caring understanding and professional. Fantastic experience: Just had my first visit in 2025. The staff all work so well together, that you think of them as one large family. I needed to replace both upper and lower plates.The dentist puts you at ease. They also offer you options so that you get needed work done and stay within most budgets, if you have insurance. Fantastic experience: I had to wait for a few weeks to finally get an appointment at Fraiman Prosthodontics and got lost. All my own fault because I believed my GPS and not my instants. But it was well worth going around in circles to finally get to the office and have my consultation with Dr. Fraiman and Felicity the treatment coordinator. I wasn't rushed through during my consultation and I want to say all my "concerns" and "wants" were verbally addressed. My next appointment is to do the molds and I want to have a few more words with Felicity. If you can get an appointment, definitely give the team at Fraiman Prosthodontics a try. Since I forgot to hit the post button I'm able to add more information to the above. I've been the a couple more times since my original consultation and have to say everyone has been wonderful, from the doctor making sure I approve every step along the way to the staff and of course Angie at the front desk who takes care of everything else that goes on.
