Fantastic experience: I made an appointment at Nashoba Valley Dental for a second opinion. After a crown on one of my molars fell off, I was told by another dentist that I would need a sinus lift, bone graft and implant, costing over $5500. When I asked about just pulling the tooth and leaving it, I was given numerous reasons not to do that. Then I visited Nashoba Valley Dental. I was seen by Dr. Annesse who advised that, because of my age and other factors, he would recommend that I just have the tooth pulled. He was very honest and didn’t pressure me at all about getting an implant. I highly recommend Nashoba Valley Dental.

Fantastic experience: Words can't explain what you guys have done for me, I personally want to thank Olivia for her expert knowledge. I went to your office on Wednesday January 9th 2025 my bottom all on four teeth were loose I saw that I had an implant failure. But it turns out the screw was just loose a couple of them Olivia the professional that she is took care of it in the matter of minutes. I'm going back Tuesday January 14th to finally get my permanent set of all on 4 implants. It was delayed due to the fact I had gotten sick a couple times. Words just can't express you guys are absolutely wonderful and I thank you for the attention that they gave me every time I went into the office. Keep up the good work!

Negative experience: The new female doctor surprised me and did my root canal/ cap yesterday. Aside from looking like she is graduating from dental school this coming June, she had to have her dental assistant walk her through the entire process. She didn’t know certain tools/ instruments existed, measurements for things, and where anything was. She kept saying the office didn’t have anything in stock, so of course as a patient you’re freaking out for the plan C tooth she is building in her mouth. She packed my tooth and put the cap on. I was in so much pain I didn’t fall asleep till after 4am this morning. I tried to gently floss my teeth after a party tonight and had to have my husband cut it out of my mouth because it was pulling on the tooth. She didn’t even try to see if flossing it would work for the new cap. I’m still in so much pain. She was very unprofessional. Not to mention the worst part was that this was for my front upper tooth. I never would have signed on to be a first time root canal and cap for someone especially when it is your front tooth.

I went in for a 4 in one procedure today and was rectified. The staff met me at the door and guided me through the entire process ensuring I was informed and comfortable at all times.

Fantastic experience: I was a first time patient there today. I thought it was amazing! The hygienist was funny and making jokes, he was very personable and considerate. This dentist place is way more up to par than the last dentist I went to. They have way more rooms and the waiting room was much larger. I’m so glad I came to this place. I’m not leaving. I’m also so glad that it’s less than a 10 minute drive from my house. The one thing I wish they had was a rinse out station and offered a small cup of mouthwash after the cleaning. That’s the only gripe I’ve got but it’s honestly very small.

Negative experience: Went here for years, recommended all my friends & family that began going here as well but they went down hill. I chipped my front tooth, got it fixed & was so happy they got me in. Within a few weeks it was failing so they “sealed it”. 2 weeks after that it was failing again! So I went elsewhere and will not turn back. I have had a few fillings done by them, all of which have fallen out randomly and have had to be replaced by my new dentist. Now after years of never owing them anything and paying everything off, they send me a bill for $6? I was going to leave my previous 5 star review up and just move on but that just sent me over the edge.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown done, well the first part, in 2 weeks I'll have the real crown installed. The process was pain free, the Dr and assistant were very careful. It's 2 hrs after the procedure and I have no pain. Great experience.

I met with Michelle who was incredibly sweet, patient, and soft spoken. She talked me through the entire process of examining my mouth, also taking X-rays then photos. During the entire process she was so encouraging and for someone with anxiety like myself it meant everything. Then met with Dr Kamari who was also very nice and we discussed what my treatments should be and he asked me what my goals were. Negative experience: I had a very bad experience visiting Nashoba Valley Dental 228 Great Rd Shirley. I had a crown fall off my tooth and I went to the office on June 12, 2024 to fix it. I was greeted warmly and taken to the office where they put the crown back in place. I paid $429 for this short term work and went home happy. But my happiness lasted for 3 days and the crown fell off again. I went back to the office and asked to have the crown reinstalled but they told me it was impossible because they needed to install an implant for $6000, I said I couldn't do it and asked for my money back for a very poor job which was also refused. Later I went to another dental office where they put the same crown on me and it is still there today. I am very sorry that I had to throw away $429 for work that took 3 days. I am 66 years old.

Fantastic experience: I wish I had gone to Nashoba Valley Dental a lot sooner than I did. They are all so friendly and welcoming people. If I had gone to them a few years ago I know I wouldn’t have had all the problems I that I had over the past years. I just had all my remaining teeth taken out and all my teeth replaced with upper and lower and it was done all the same day. I was very nervous about having all that done in one day but I had it done and it wasn’t bad at all. They kept me s comfortable all day while they worked on me I went home and followed their instructions and now a week later I am very comfortable with a mouth full of new teeth. I have to eat soft foods for al little longer but it is a great feeling having all new teeth in just one day. I highly recommend Nashoba Valley Dental and all their wonderful staff

Fantastic experience: I had a consultation for Invisalign braces. I wanted to adjust my bite. I was seen by Dr. Kamari. He was excellent. He was thorough and honest. He said my bite was good and that I did not need braces. I also need a dental implant. He clearly explained what my options were so that I could make a decision that was right for me. The office staff and dental assistants were helpful and welcoming. Everyone made sure that my questions were answered. I would recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Nashoba Valley Dental was the best! I have never been fond of going to any dentist, but because I needed to go to one that specialized in crowns, veneers, and implants, I chose Nashoba Valley Dental. I had received a brochure in the mail explaining exactly what procedures are performed there. This brochure had photos of satisfied patients that had different procedures done along with photos of all employees and Dr. Annese. I am now one of those satisfied patients! I had two root canals, three crowns, and two veneers. Most of this work was done on my front four teeth. For someone who smiles with all her teeth, it was very important to have my front teeth look natural. I was not disappointed! My front four teeth are perfect! They actually look far better than my original teeth. I love them! As for all the employees, they are the kindest, most considerate and capable group I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. As for Dr. Annese, he is amazing! Not only is he a true professional in his field, but he has equipped his office with all the latest equipment and tools to handle all dental issues. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Our previous dentist suddenly stopped taking our insurance, and we had to quickly find a new one. Nashoba Valley Dental was taking new patients at the time and Christina, (Treatment Coordinator) and Jenna (Office Manager) were able to assist by sending over the new patient paperwork digitally and getting us in the queue, both seamlessly and effortlessly. My first time visiting, was not normal, as it was to have a crown (first time mind you), and they found a way to slot me in. When I tell you I have LOTS of anxiety, with out telling you I have LOTs of anxiety (iykyk) about going to the dentist. After this visit, I have certainly have become an advocate. Dr. Kamari and Olivia (Dental Assistant) were amazing. For example, thier attention to detail, top notch. Manual dexterity of these two was like watching a ballet. Interpersonal skill, next level. Lastly, polite and patient. They made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan was both actionable and had my best interest in mind.
