Fantastic experience: I have been to many dentists in my 84 years and find Tia Kennedy to be the best ever. No pain ever! That can hardly be said of the average dentist. If I could give more than five stars, I surely would.

Negative experience: I made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. I thought. It had been a while since I had been. That didn’t clean them like I wanted. They just wanted sell me other treatments. I did not feel welcome there at all. Very disappointed.

We have been walked through every step from making appointments to end of visits. We were both anxious about coming but the smiling faces made everything better! I had Mrs. Tessa and my husband had Mrs. Stephanie for teeth cleaning...wonderful experience for both. Dr. Tia is great and quick to do her job; she knows what she is doing!!! I dreaded getting my cavity filled because of the bad experience I had had elsewhere years ago. Here was the opposite end of the spectrum--great experience, no pain, and way less noise. The front office ladies are wonderful to explain things as well! Very well organized and they know the business without having to put you on hold. Best dentist office I've been to!!!!! Been going here for 2 years now. Had 3 crowns and a few cleanings. I haven't had a bad experience! I have gone from petrified to almost snoozing for cleanings. However I still don't like the crown, filling process but it isn't as bad now. Still love this place! Everyone loves their job. I wish they had been my dental team growing up.

Positive experience: My visit went well for most of it. I really wish I could rate each person I interacted with instead of just the entire business itself. The dental hygienist/assistant who assisted me was warm, kind, welcoming and helpful. I truly appreciated all her questions and going the extra mile of making sure I was okay and which tooth was causing me discomfort. Five stars from that interaction. The dentist herself was also warm and welcoming. Her concerns regarding my pain at the time seem genuine and she was so patient and helpful in giving me the information I needed to see regarding my dental issue. I felt a lot more comfortable and not as nervous(despite the pain I was experiencing during the time) Five stars from that interaction. The last person I interacted with wasn't as kind, welcoming and warm. She was cold and gave off this condescension approach about herself. The young lady who does finances/insurance information with the different procedures seemed more interesting about her upcoming nuptials than being there. She quickly went over the cost of everything, what the insurance will take off and to not expect the insurance to cover the cost(which wasn't as bad as I thought I'd thought it'll be.) And I was going to pay there but I had a few more questions about the procedure costs and she told me to sign the paper she went over and blew me off, telling me 'there's the exit door' as if she was done and went back to what she was doing before I arrived. I didn't get to ask my questions and she didn't seem interested anyway so I left. My business there wasn't needed. I'll give her a half a star. While the office itself was beautiful, the first two interactions with the dental assistant/hygienist and dentist were wonderful, I would come back simply based on their hospitality. I wish I could remember the name of the person who assisted me. The dentist was Dr Tia Kennedy. You and your assistant was so kind and I appreciate both your of services. I won't say anything else about the third person since the positive experience outweighed that interaction.

Fantastic experience: Was so glad that I was gotten in the day I called due to a major issue and they didn't make me as self conscious as I already did about the condition of my teeth. So thankful they called and got me into an oral surgeon ASAP. I cannot stress enough that they didn't make me feel embarrassed by my teeths current condition and only wanted to help. That's major to me because I've always felt uncomfortable when explaining why my teeth are in it's current condition.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE Cypress Creek Dental!! I'm being 100% honest when I say Dr. Kennedy and Hannah are the best. They were so nice and loving, I almost didnt want to leave. Lol. As hard as they worked to get me fixed up, i wish everyone could meet them. They are not like the local tri city chain dentists that I have been to in the past. When you recognize a difference, you know the value. I'm a nobody, but I have so much more to share at a later time of how they saved me and didn't know it, just by being kind and working with me financially. It's strange how a dentist office can make a big impression. I really believe they care and have a spirit to help. That's the difference.

Fantastic experience: I will start by saying Dr Kennedy is Wonderful!!! I had a bad experience years ago with cosmetic crowns that caused me to have gum problems and I wasn't real pleased with the crowns either, but I was dreading to have my crowns replaced just because of what I went through back then. Dr Kennedy was able to figure out my gum problem at my first visit that no one else has been able to figure out in the last 26 years. She put a plan in place to get my gums well before putting new crowns on. My new crowns are beautiful. Dr Kennedy is so sweet and caring. I wish I had found her along time ago. Hannah is also great! She is so sweet and caring as well. She has been with me through this whole process. Dr Kennedy and Hannah both made me feel comfortable right from the first day I went in and that meant alot to me. I also want to mention Leah, she is the hygienist that cleaned my teeth. She was very nice and did great job. Dr Kennedy's whole staff is just wonderful!!!

Negative experience: Wasted my time and money. Was not up front and honest about not being eligible for the savings plan that included two cleanings a year X-rays and discount of other work you may need. They reel you in to their office without being completely honest about the details of this plan. Then stick it to you when you get there

She was completely understanding and worked to get me a treatment plan that fit my time and financial constraints. The dental assistant was helpful and cheerful. The office is beautiful and inviting. The entire experience was positive, and I intend to make Cypress Creek Dental my regular dentist! Highly recommend!

I am a new patient and today was my first visit. Leah, my hygienist was probably the most gentle that I've ever had. Dr. Whitney was great too! Everyone was so friendly from the moment that I walked in the door. Highly recommend. They have a yearly maintenance plan that works well if you don't have insurance.

Positive experience: I would agree with all the other reviews. However, you should understand their policy about regarding insurance. My wife and I both needed crowns. We went in November to have the initial work done. We paid our portion at the initial visit. After nearly two months, we still have temporary crowns. The policy of the company is they will not put on a permanent crown until the payment is received in full, even if they know a check has been mailed to them from the insurance portion. This may be the policy of all dentists now, but it wasn’t the policy of our former dentist.
