Fantastic experience: Amazing experience every time. The staff and doctor are so nice to my children. Never a long wait and my kids always leave with smiles on their faces. So grateful this is their dentist.

She absolutely loves the dentist and always feels comfortable and at ease before any treatment. She usually gets very nervous about the pain that comes with dental visits, but here she leaves every appointment happy and smiling!

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit to Victor Valley Kids Dental and it was wonderful. My son 13, and daughter 11 were put at ease by the atmosphere of the dental office. The staff was friendly and explained everything that they were doing to my kids as they went along, which put my kids even more at ease. They also explained everything to me about treatment lengths and what is covered. The appointment scheduling on the way out was fast and easy.

Negative experience: After contacting The Dental Board of California and Medical Dental Insurance, I found out that Michelle had lied to me. I have been coming here almost a decade. And for that entire decade I trusted the Orthodontist with my children because he has always been great! Today was the first day I felt humiliated, ashamed and afraid. Everytime I go in for their visits, I've always asked the staff NOT to photograph my children. Today was the first time in almost a decade they chose to give me a problem concerning it. And appointment that usually takes less than 10 minutes, took over 30 minutes because Michelle lied about the insurance NOT covering the bill if they don't have a photo on file. She chose to embarrass me infront of other clients and staff simply because I would not consent to a photograph of my children for their personal files. This conversation should have taken place in a private room, NOT infront of so many people. Please be advised I'm not talking about X-RAYS. She then shows me photos of my now 11 year old son having his first picture taken from the age of 2 years old, up until yesterday (11). Some of the staff were trying to justify the photo's claiming I'm always with my children when the photos were taken. This was also a LIE. If a parent doesn't consent and you still find ways to go behind their backs to do as you please, expect to be reported.

Fantastic experience: For our first time here, my son was attended rather quickly and the DR was very gentle and fast with checking my 2 year olds teeth. Didn’t spend more than 30min there and that’s being a first time patient! Very fast! Everyone is friendly.

Negative experience: Disgusting staff. Expressed my husband is in the hospital and no empathy from them. I can no longer reschedule because of my "abuse" of the schedule They obviously don't cater or understand people have lives. As for me caring for 2 children on the spectrum and a disabled husband who is frequently hospitalized. The doctors are nice but the staff can literally not give any crap. I'll be taking my business elsewhere since they can't understand people's plights Especially, myself someone who has significant health problems, and I work full time while having to also care give for 3 members of my family. Yes, I've had to reschedule at least 5 times so I know I'm not in the "right" but to claim I'm "abusing" the schedule... well that is downright abusive to even claim from a staff who only treat patients like they are$$$$ signs. Maybe work on your bedside manner some.

Fantastic experience: I have been bringing all of my kids here for about 5 years now and let me tell you they are the best! I love the staff always so polite, and definitely on top of things. It is a very well put together and clean place. Nothing but smiles here especially with Patty! Wait time is very short. The dentist are also very nice, politely explains things and is very knowledgeable. Thank you all. You all make such a great team and I appreciate you all taking care of all four of my kiddos all these years.

Positive experience: Very good and fast service. The only thing I didn't like was that I felt discriminated against. The lady who helped me asked for my ID, because there were only mothers with their children. Next time I'll have to tell my wife to go.

Negative experience: TERRIBLE FRONT OFFICE. showed up for a last minute cancelation appointment 10 minutes late and the receptionist with too much blush on Her nose waited 6 minutes to ask the doc if we could be seen. He said yes, but unfortunately we had back to back doctor visits,, and could only wait 30 minutes before having to leave. A week later we showed up early to our appointment, and the same over makeup'ed snobby receptionist said she canceled our appointment bc she called ONCE 5 DAYS EARLIER, didn't leave a message or text, and I didn't get back to confirm. We drove 25 miles to get there with a newborn each time. I would avoid this place if I were you.

Fantastic experience: Always under 10 minute lobby wait. Attentive and friendly technicians. My son is scared to go to the dentist but they always make sure to talk to him and make him feel at ease. The dentist is quick and thorough. Today we were in and and out for our 6 month checkup in under 20 minutes with a free toothbrush kit and bouncy ball! A+

Fantastic experience: We have been going there for a few years. My daughter loves to go see her dentist. He is kind and patient and makes her feel like she is the client and not the parents. He is a good listener and answers all questions you may have. Very attentive professionals no matter who you speak to. My older kids were sad to have to transfer as they got older so we take advantage of the fact our little one is happy at this place and go every 6 months for her cleaning.
