Fantastic experience: Brittany at Dynamic Dental Care in Spokane is the BEST of the BEST. She accompanied Dr. Reis while I was getting some fillings done, and she made it a breeze! If we’re talking about a person who truly CARES beyond just doing their job, but also putting good into the world, that’s got her written all over it. She is 10/10, 5 stars!! I am not a person who is very fond of the dentist, but I’d come back a hundred thousand times working with her. Thank you beyond what words could express. You deserve the best blessings in life. Great energy and welcoming environment from both her and Dr. Reis!!

Fantastic experience: I just took my family to Dynamic Dental and had a great experience. We all loved being able to watch the televisions mounted on the ceilings. Fantastic experience: My first visit with them was a dental emergency. So if I’m going to find out from the start what kind of staff and care they have, this was definitely it! And Wow did they over exceed my expectation! From the start, my first impression was a light, bright modern waiting room. Staff greeted me immediately and guided me through the steps. The Chair side Asst. (Lucy) was very welcoming and had a calm kind demeanor that put me at easy immediately! She was very informative and helpful. I was seeing Dr. Jordan Reis. I was never left to wait long. Quickly after meeting him his bedside manner calmed my nerves and concerns. I really appreciated the amount of time he spent with me. As I said… this was not an everyday situation. But they moved mountains to help me! This I will never forget! It was not the same Dr. who did my procedure. It was another Dentist, but in the same group. He was absolutely fantastic! He made having a Root canal that could have been absolutely horrible a really comfortable and painless experience. (Sadly, I can not remember his name! ‍♀️) so sorry! But I want to get this done before life moves on… Again, can’t thank you all enough. Min Crumpacker

Negative experience: Do not go here. They will do procedures that aren’t covered by insurance without properly informing you beforehand. Not to mention make up problems in order to make a quick buck. Also see UMB‘s review a couple days ago, yeah a real professional response made by the team at Dynamic. Pathetic. Of course again, Dynamic can’t provide a professional response to people’s complaints, surprise surprise. And no I am a legitimate patient, why should does my anon name matter to you? Avoid this place at all costs.

And she was so excited to get referred to ortho for the next step. Best dentistry out in the whole Spokane County!

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at Dynamic Dental. I came in with pain in one tooth and was scheduled for a routine cleaning instead of being prioritized for the urgent issue — not a big deal at first. But things went downhill quickly. They claimed I needed five crowns and multiple fillings, which felt excessive and suspicious. Worse, they went ahead with procedures without consulting me about what was covered by insurance, and now they’re trying to bill me $700 for things like a “proper oral hygiene instructions” - which never happened. Billing also the “High tech X-ray wand”. After getting regular X-rays. They also told me the painful tooth couldn’t be saved and would need to be pulled. They even contacted the endodontist they referred me to and told them their own (inaccurate) opinion — which is extremely unprofessional. On top of that, when I asked for my X-rays to be sent to the new provider, they claimed they couldn’t fax them — which is hard to believe and felt like another way to make things more difficult for me. Thankfully, I got a second opinion at Chas Dental and then saw a different endodontist, and both confirmed my tooth could absolutely be treated and saved — which it now is. This place comes off as greedy and dishonest. They seem far more concerned with upselling and billing than genuinely helping patients. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for ethical and trustworthy dental care.

Negative experience: I went to Dynamic Dental twice right after Kyle Huish took over the business. I have healthy teeth. The first appt was just a cleaning and to come back in 6 months. I went back; at this appt he had what I refer to as a magic wand (aka laser cavity detection tool). I was told at a certain threshold that means there are cavities. Well, it flagged 5 teeth. When the dentist came in, he said yes, we should schedule cavity repairs for all of them. I said I was not comfortable with that. I asked, why can't he see it on an Xray, and he went through explaining it was hard to see cavities between teeth but to 'trust the science' of the magic wand. Buddy, I had a PhD in a STEM field. He went on to say he does not have a boat payment. What? That never crossed my mind, but it does now. Do you have a boat payment? I do not know how to put it into words, but I thought he was flirting with me-- gross! Did not make me feel like he was a professional. When I looked at his other reviews I saw he was getting paid a higher amount than his peers. Is it because he was making up problems to fix? I asked around my friend group and found another dental practice. I hesitated in writing a review right away because was I being paranoid, should I trust my gut on this guy, or did I in fact have 5 new cavities after never having cavities? Well, it has been several years now, it looks like he has 4.9-star reviews, I wonder if those are paid reviewers -- but anyway I want to report my review as a real person-- I still do not have cavities, and I cringe to think what would have happened if I let him touch my teeth. Oh, and when I made my follow up appointment, the new dental crew did not think it was a very good cleaning either from the Dynamic dental office. This office has a lot wanting. Do not go here. There are actual professionals elsewhere.

Positive experience: I have always hated the Dentist… after today’s visit that statement is no longer true. The staff was excellent and I had an amazing experience! Great place but don’t forget to cancel / change your appointment within 48 hrs or you receive a fee. We are no longer coming here due to that. I went to reschedule at 28 hours before my appointment because of work and got slapped with a 50.00 fee.

Fantastic experience: Granddaughter very apprehensive at first but has had only good experiences here! We grandparents also think the staff bends over backwards to make sure each patient leaves with a smile and positive feelings about treatment. Highly recommend! Update: I just had a root canal with excellent results. Again, they were careful to make sure I was comfortable all the way through the procedure! My husband has had two crowns with a similar experience. Cannot find enough superlatives to say! Dynamic Dental excels in every way!

Fantastic experience: The whole team here is fantastic. They gave me so much education and really spent time addressing all of my concerns. Their level of care was very high and they all seemed genuinely interested in making sure my experience was top notch and that I was super well informed all throughout the procedure. They’ve come up with a plan that seems like it’s going to be an amazing fit for me. I’m extremely impressed and am actually excited to continue my dental work with this team. Special shout out to Isaiah who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable - he really made the whole appointment very enjoyable and comfortable and safe feeling for me. Not to mention my teeth look great after the cleaning/descaling. 10/10 - highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Just a fantastic place to go. The facility is beautiful, everyone is so genuinely nice, and I could tell how much this practice cares about my mouth’s wellbeing. I learned so much more from my regular cleaning here than in all my years of going to the dentist because they took the time to show, explain, and teach me. I never felt like a burden from my questions or like I was being pushed out to make room for the next client. I’m so glad I found my new home dentistry office!

Fantastic experience: I recently changed jobs and different dental insurance. So, I saw all the previous reviews on this place n decided to try it. I called because I had some questions and I just happened to get the employee that handles the insurance claims and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to get in pretty quickly because of a cancellation. The front desk lady was super nice, the lobby is decorated nice and they offer free small bottles of water. Tracy is the hygienist that I got to see. She did X-rays with this really high tech machine first. I'm pretty sure it was a CT scan of my mouth. Anyways she was super nice, gentle and kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable. The dentist came in and said that he appreciated me answering all the questions on their "smile survey" paper work. He then addressed my concerns I had several). He took his time explaining things and his plan of treatment. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: The team at Dynamic is great! Front office is always pleasant and on top of the scheduling/billing to make it easy for us. The equipment is state-of-the-art and every cleaning I've had has been wonderful! Dr. Huish is very knowledgeable and makes sure i always feel comfortable with what's to come in my treatment planning. Recently had work done with Dr. Reis and he was excellent as well! Fantastic experience: The team is very helpful and caring to each patient. I told them I am very nervous about coming to the dentist. They looked at me and said you are in good hands we are going to take care of you. When they said that I felt very comfortable.

Positive experience: Dr. Rice was incredibly kind and thorough. I really enjoyed his wealth of knowledge and how much information he gave me about my teeth, unfortunately, my appointment was not as smooth as I had hoped. Along the way there were lots of technical issues and general confusion amongst the staff. It ended up making It’s so that I wasn’t able to get my chipped tooth fixed during my appointment- Like I was told was most likely gonna happen unless my tooth needed some more serious car (root canal, crown, etc.) l was in my appointment for an hour, and basically only got x-rays done… Not a cleaning or a fixed tooth. After the appointment I was scheduled for two weeks out to get it fixed, as much as I enjoyed Dr. Rice‘s evaluation, I needed to get my tooth fixed ASAP! I originally ended up going to the dentist so that I could get my tooth fixed sooner than my usual dentist office in the first place. I ultimately ended up going with a different dental office. That got me in the next day had my chipped tooth fixed within 30 mins !

Fantastic experience: Tracy was my cleaner this time. Xrays & cleaning by the old style scraping method. She has a very soft touch so it was virtually painless but my coffee stains got buffed away completely. In & out in an hour.

Fantastic experience: I can tell you that Dr Huish has always been the most honest Dentist I have ever had and the only one I have ever trusted other than a family friends dad that was my dentist who retired. Dr hush very easily could have convinced me to get root canals that were unnecessary but instead had bite adjustments after crowns had been done. Fantastic experience: Had an amazing new client experience today. I am cash pay and they have a great deal of $130 for all imaging, cleaning etc. Isaiah was my hygienist and he was outstanding! The office is modern and the updated technology really enhances the experience. Highly recommend and will be back for sure!

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say I love going to the dentist. I am welcomed with smiles, the environment is calm and comfortable. Through every step of my appointment they make sure I know what they are doing and why. They keep me in the loop of what to look out for with the health of my teeth and what I can do at home to keep my teeth healthy. Negative experience: I have been going to Dynamic Dental since they have opened. Every time I go in for a cleaning and I get a certain dental assistant, he leaves the room to do other things leaving me in the room waiting for him. The last time I was there and had him he was gone twice taking care of equipment that had broke down, I spent 2 hours getting a cleaning. This spring I was in for a cleaning and I never even saw the dentist. My last visit I had the same dental assistant and I just sat down and he said he had to go and get a tool and left me in there for 5 minutes. I had had enough and got up and walked out, my time is worth something. It would be nice if Dynamic Dental gave their patients their undivided attention, and had the dentist at least come in and see their patient.

Negative experience: I love most of the staff here and the dentist is amazing. I have been going to this dentist for a few years now. I, however, canceled my tooth removal and will not be returning. A young woman named Ashley, at the front desk, was EXTREMELY RUDE when I called to ask her about my estimate for the procedure. She said she emailed it to me, and when I told her I only got the confirmation and review of service email, she confirmed my email and informed me she just sent it again and hung up. She wouldn't even let me speak. I am so done with people in customer service thinking it is okay to treat people this way. I was about to spend almost $1400 for a tooth extraction but I have just had it with the way people are treated these days. I have always been very pleasant when I have gone there, there was no reason for my misstreatment from this RUDE young woman.

Fantastic experience: So after my dentist retired, I have been looking for a new dental office. After some trials, I was referred here by my daughter to Dynamic Dental. I was very impressed by the modern equipment, professional and friendly assistants, hygienists (Isaiah) and Dr. Huish. First and foremost I have extreme anxiety regarding dental visits. I take very good care of my teeth and gums, but I am 67 years old, so of course there has been problems in the past. They were good to ask questions, and make sure I was comfortable and did not try to pressure me into unnecessary work. I highly recommend this dental office and team. Fantastic experience: Dynamic Dental care is a cut above. Customer service was excellent and all the staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. My wife and I will continue to use this outstanding dental care.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with my first visit! I had a couple bad consultations before coming here and Dynamic Dental gave me such a relief! After a serious mouth injury, I knew I needed answers, advice and encouragement and that's just what I received. Everyone was easy to talk to, and informative regarding my treatment plan, finances, and over all satisfaction. I actually felt like my health was more important than a paycheck here. Can't wait to be somewhere I know I'm in good hands with!

Negative experience: Officially the single worst dentist we've ever been to. They advertise as a good place to go if you have dental anxiety, but they are the exact opposite. The team refused to share relevant information with the patient, told us nothing about serious complications that occurred during the procedure, and were actively hostile when we called for a follow-up on said complications. To top it off, they insisted on a crown procedure when they knew full well that a root canal was most likely necessary. Do not go here. Avoid like the plague. Would give them zero stars if it were an option. EDIT: Since the owner replied, I should note that I was not the patient, my wife was. I cancelled my appointment shortly after her experiences, because I am not a masochist.

Fantastic experience: What a marvelous experience! Boy was I nervous to go to the dentist, it had been over 10 years since I’ve gone and I was prepared to be made to feel bad and potentially to spend a lot of money… But that was the exact opposite of my experience. My phone call to set an appointment was helpful and easy. Kristin, who performed the cleaning was very kind and celebrated the fact I had chosen to take care of my teeth instead of making me feel badly for the time of neglect. She was very careful to encourage me to speak up if I felt discomfort but the cleaning was gentle and effective and my teeth look better than they have in over a decade! She also answered my numerous questions and helped me decide on a water pick without over spending on a name brand, they don’t sell these, she literally pulled up Amazon and gave me guidance so I can take care of myself without breaking the bank. So kind and helpful and knowledgeable! Brittany, who walked me through the initial results was knowledgeable and invited all questions, breaking down the elements of care for teeth even down to the airway. Made me feel very comfortable and that questions were totally welcome! And finally, the dentist, Kyle was awesome! He was straight up with me that I didn’t need any kind of extensive care and we shouldn’t take any action until we check on my teeth at the 6 month cleaning. It was a breath of fresh to be encouraged to be patient, allow the body to heal naturally after the cleaning, and then decide if any work to repair potential cavities is necessary. Walked out feeling like a million bucks and barely spent over a hundred. Can’t recommend them enough, wonderful community of people with great hearts and knowledge, it restored my faith in the healing professions to have this experience. Fantastic experience: I took my son in to Dr. Huish for his wisdom teeth removal today. The amount of compassion that he and his staff give us is unmatched. They gave us a very detailed description of how the day would play out a week before the actual appointment. It helped us be prepared and the day has gone smoothly. I love having someone that cares for us vs being just another patient. Love the Dynamic Team!

Dr Huish is knowledge and fun. The newly remodeled facility is amazing. It is clean, inviting, practical and has up to the date technology. Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at this office than I have ever had with any other dentist. They honestly blew me away! Brittany, the dental assistant, was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. Dr. Huish, took the time to answer all of my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. I was really impressed with their latest dental technology, where they can check not just teeth, but bone and airway structure in 3D. We were able to talk through everything they saw on the scans on the large TV screen right in the patient room. Also, Isaiah the hygienist, did an amazing job. I was really pleased with his work.
