Fantastic experience: The office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Fick is great! I needed to have a tooth pulled so I can have an implant put in. She was very caring and I didn’t experience any pain. I had very little swelling and am looking to have a great result. They are also reasonably priced.

Fantastic experience: Called on Monday after Thanksgiving was able to get in Tuesday. The entire staff were the kindest most professional staff i have dealt with in many years. My concerns were addressed quickly and treatment was exactly as needed to be. Everything was explained to me in a professional yet understanding way. No pushy you need this or that. Thankfully it is open-season so I immediately changed my insurance to make sure this office is "in network". I will definitely be seeing them soon for any dental work needed.

Fantastic experience: I went in not expecting to get seen yesterday but to schedule an appointment had a really bad toothache. That was causing a lot of problems whenever I say, these guys know what the hell they're doing. I mean it great bedside manners, wonderful and awesome professional attitudes. All the way around and also, they weren't uptight. They were just like your everyday people. And I felt right at home. They took care of me. And they made sure that I was not hurting after the procedure was done.I would recommend these people to anyone, even my worst enemy.I would tell you to go here.They're awesome.I can't say enough enjoyed every minute.And yes, I will be back.

Fantastic experience: I was impressed with the way Dr. Welch explained the results of my dental X-rays to me. The hygienist was gentle that I did not feel any pain at all during my cleaning. As a new patient; I felt relaxed as the staff was so friendly and welcoming!

Negative experience: Went to falls town and they did horrible for my dementia great grandmother. they charged her $35 for a X-ray of her full mouth and then the side where her mouth was hurting and the $35 was for the X-ray and teeth cleaning and they refused to clean her teeth and that she would have to pay for it and it would be a 3 hour process, and would have to numb her mouth just to clean her teeth. This place is a joke the staff is nice but they have absolutely no idea what they’re doing had an appointment at 10 and didn’t get out until 12:20 which is ridiculous just for them to only do an X-ray of her mouth. took the doctor an hour and 30 mins just to come into the room. yet my great grandmother that can’t sit there too long because of her dementia. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. how are you going to tell us over the phone that y'all would clean her teeth and do X-rays for $35 all together and only do X-rays of her mouth. flat out ridiculous and wasted our time going up there and sitting for 2 and a half hours.

Fantastic experience: First time there. Came in for routine X-ray and cleaning. Appointment was on time, staff was very professional and polite. Doctor was professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Hygienist knew her profession well. I had no cavities or other dental issues, (yay!). All this was done in about 45 minutes. Love that there was really no wait time, not in waiting room or in the chair. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I will be continuing with this firm for my future dental needs.

Fantastic experience: The staff in this office were very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in on an emergency visit and they had me in and being seen by a dentist within 15 minutes of me arriving. They were able to find the problem and implement the solution, and I was out the door in an hour. Before leaving, I made an appointment for an initial consult and cleaning. I believe I found a new dentist. Thank you all so much for everything you did to help me.

Fantastic experience: From the moment i booked my appointment, the Falls Town team was diligent with communicating and adept at using technology to make my appointment efficient. I was able to make an appointment via the website. I received calls to collect insurance details and appointment reminder texts. When I went in for a new patient appointment in the morning, the check in process was quick and easy. I didn’t wait long before getting called back to a room. The assistant was patient and explained the process to me which helped calm my nerves. Once they completed the exam, i was prepared to have to wait weeks to return for treatment. I appreciated how the receptionist gave a detailed breakdown of my expected cost for my treatment plan. To my surprise there was a same day opening in the schedule. I came back for fillings and Dr. Kraus and his assistant did well with explaining the process and quickly getting to the solution. All over, this has been the best experience I’ve had at the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Falls town is very personable and remember you. Not just another customer coming in the door, my assistant asked questions about items we talked about 6+ months ago. Asking follow ups on life and progress on certain topics. When I brought up concerns, she gave thorough answers and explained more in depth when asked. I do not like dentist due to bad past experiences but they do a great job here and I would recommend anyone in the area to go there.

Negative experience: I show up on time and had to wait an hour for the dentist to appear. Then I overhear him go into the wrong room, and then he explains to me that he has not been notified about me waiting here and that he could have showed up earlier to at least discuss things. After examining my teeth, and clarifying that I do indeed have a cavity, (I already assumed I did) my chair is raised and that’s that. I ask if I will get it fixed that day and he says no, he has other patients to attend to. I make a point calmly that I am pretty upset as I thought I would get my cavity fixed that same day. He immediately says okay, we can get it fixed today. Price wise it did not workout for me, but my first experience was bad and will not recommend anyone here.

Fantastic experience: The staff is incredibly friendly, always professional, and helps to make sure you are at ease. They inform you of all options available to you and help you work with your insurance or a credit option to ensure that you are only getting what needs to be done and never press you to have anything unnecessarily completed. After avoiding the dentist for so long due to just hating going and terrible experiences, I’ve now been a loyal customer of Dr. Fernandez for years now and feel completely comfortable after extensive crowns and repairs to get me in great shape, a night guard to protect all of that beautiful work and now, every 6 months for my check ups and x rays, I don’t have that anxiety any longer that had kept me away for so long. I highly recommend them to everyone. Especially anyone with dental anxieties or with a need for financial plans to assist with any major treatments. They’ll never push for anything unnecessary and will always help prioritize your health and well being.

Negative experience: Went here with tooth pain and was told I needed a filling a week later attempt at filling did not go well.dentist went too deep and went ahead and filled tooth.i have had sensation and pain since. Guess I,ll have to spend more money to extract now. Yuck

Fantastic experience: I took my mom who is 94 and has Alzheimers in to have her teeth cleaned. She can't walk so she is in a wheel chair. They were so accommodating. The dental hygienist Erykah was the sweetest. She cleaned my mom's teeth while she was in her wheelchair so she didn't have to get out and sit in the chair. The visit was uneventful and great!

Positive experience: The staff were all so nice and made me feel very comfortable. The dentist explained everything and answered all of my questions. When I checked out and found out how much I owed, I was very surprised. I was told that they would take me back to the room and take X-rays I was not told that it would cost over $400.00. I hope when I get my bridge, I am very pleased.

Fantastic experience: Went in to get a broken wisdom pulled. The place is clean front and back, no weird smells or vibes. All really good hard working people. Fantastic experience: Falls Town is a great place for denal work they are very nice and make you feel at ease, the office is very nice and clean and they have top of the line equipment, top Doctors and awesome dental asst. They have an upgraded parking lot with plenty of parking i actually like going in Falls Town.

I have a lifelong fear of the Dentist with good reason, Shoddy work as a boy and more shoddy work in the Military, and in recent times. But Dr Fernandez and her staff have put me at ease and I have never had so much work done with so little pain! Currently having a bone graft in preparation for implants etc. Dr Krause has taken good care of me and i feel i have made a new friend! Its quite an experience (Bone graft) but Dr Krause has really made it much better then I feared! And I cant say enough about the Office staff, So nice and caring! And very helpful with payment information! Just love them! If you have a need for Dental treatment, This is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: I have always enjoyed going to Falls Town for 4 years now. I have taken my 3 year old daughter and she did wonderful! And the staff was amazing with her and so kind! I just got my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Krause and he’s so kind and checked on me several times to make sure my healing was going well. Darian has been my hygienist several years now and she always ask me about my family and life. Everyone at Falls town is amazing!!!!

Fantastic experience: First time going to them. They were the first dentist to offer me going to a specialist for my TMJ (popping jaws). I had no problem after the cleaning my teeth. I had problems with previous dentist cleaning to rough. They were polite and helpful.

Falls Town Dental was one of the highest rated dental offices so I gave it a shot. The front office staff got me an appointment immediately and without issue. Everyone was so kind and accommodating from the initial appointment until I checked out. I’m not a fan of dental visits due to a bad childhood experience…not even an issue here. Fantastic experience: My previous dental provider had me scheduled for a tooth extraction appointment in June after going in last week complaining of a toothache. My wife called and got me an appointment at Falls Town and they had me in and out within 2 and a half hours and was able to do the tooth extraction the same day. Everyone was nice and very professional. Moving my whole family to Falls Town as our dental provider because they actually accept my adult disabled kids medicare/Medicaid.
