Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience at Children’s Dental Centre for my infant’s tongue tie release. Ismalda and the staff were kind, gentle, and very reassuring. The procedure went smoothly and nursing improved soon after. Highly recommend to any mom dealing with the same issue.

Positive experience: Great experience and atmosphere overall. Kids loved welcoming play area and the layout. Maritza , Dr Lee , Emma and Mandy all the caregivers were right on spot explaining the care plan and next steps.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Children’s Dental Centre of Irving is so attentive and friendly. They always take the time to explain everything to both kids and parents and ensure to ask if there are any questions or concerns. The waiting room has kid friendly programming, fun games, and a coffee lounge for the parents. Each room is themed to create a fun atmosphere for kids and they reinforce good dental hygiene by letting the kids pick their toothbrush and by giving them a token to use in a prize machine at checkout. They also have balloon animals! All of these things take what could be a scary experience and make it fun so that my kids actually get excited and look forward to their dental appointments. I’m just jealous that my adult dentist’s office isn’t this fun!

Fantastic experience: I took my 11 yr old to the clinic for a routine check up..all the staff we met were very warm and friendly… they explained the process and procedure very clearly. Fantastic experience: Absolutely outstanding care for children with special needs! My son has autism and severe communication challenges, and when we first came in for a consultation, he was visibly distressed by the new environment. But the moment he met Dr. Michael, his whole demeanor changed — his face lit up! Even without X-rays, they provided a thoughtful worst-case-scenario estimate, and they honored that same quote later on, even when I wasn’t ready to pay right away. The clinic coordinated everything — including finding the perfect anesthesiologist — and made sure our appointment was scheduled for a day when both Dr. Michael and the anesthesiologist Dr. Kim could be there for him. They truly went above and beyond, showing compassion and flexibility as my family went through a major transition and move. During that time, they also hosted community events that helped build my son’s comfort and connection with the team. By the day of his procedure, my son immediately recognized Dr. Michael, felt safe, and followed directions beautifully. Within 30 seconds, he was calm and ready. Afterward, the staff gave us all the time we needed to rest, offered snacks, and even sent us home with a little tooth case for the ones that came out — such a thoughtful touch. I’m beyond grateful to Dr. Michael, Dr. Kim, Tabitha, and the entire Children’s Dental Care of Irving team for their patience, dedication, and kindness. They didn’t just provide dental care — they built trust and made a life-changing experience positive for both me and my son.

Fantastic experience: We’ve had such a great experience here. Every time we walk in, everyone’s so friendly and welcoming — it really makes a difference. Dr. Kuba and her team are awesome with kids. They know how to make Ethan feel comfortable, and he actually looks forward to his visits (which says a lot for a dental office!). Dr. Michael is really good at what he does. He’s kind, thorough, and spends time explaining options and recommendations as well as answering any questions or concerns. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. We always leave knowing Ethan’s teeth are well taken care of. The office runs smoothly too — appointments are always on time, and everything is organized. As a parent, that makes things a lot less stressful. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with Children’s Dental Centre of Irving. Dr. Kuba and her team have earned our trust, and we’d recommend them to any family looking for a great dentist for their kids.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this place, Dr Kuba and her staff are amazing. My daughters love love coming to see Dr. Kuba and her fun environment. Being the wife of a dentist, it’s a big deal when your kids look forward going to another office verses yours. Dr. Kuba is very thorough during her examination and is always so sweet. If your kids don’t have a dentist, definitely check them out!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, wonderful atmosphere, and fantastic care. I am a very busy mom of 5 young kids. We drove 3 hours to visit the office because I had a child that needed to have a spot lasered on his lip. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. They prepared everything they could ahead of time so that we only had to come for one visit. Dr. Michael was so patient with my son and willing to trust my wishes as a parent. Even though I may never need to go back to the office, they still took all the time we needed to have everything explained and make sure we knew the procedure and complete costs upfront. I will attach pictures below of a before and after to show how the spot healed so quickly.

Fantastic experience: We love coming here! My boy has came since he was 2 weeks old! We had oral ties and I loved how informing and kind the Dr and staff are! Never pushing to do anything just information and time to think. We returned for the ties to be released and after I was able to contact them when I had questions. Someone always answers or if they are busy they quickly get back to us which I love. Unfortunately they are very far from where we live and don't take our insurance. So I took my boy somewhere closer and that took our insurance and it just didn't compare! They were un clean and , not as welcoming , and we both felt uncomfortable. So we returned again! Almost 2 years old and hasn't had any cavities yet lol. Childrens Dental Center of Irving is so worth the drive and out of pocket. We unfortunately will be moving even further soon and im sad we might have to find somewhere else. Maybe we will be able to make the drive to the copell location!

From the moment we contacted the office until we concluded the visit, we were treated so, so kindly. The communication is on point - they even accept text messages which is a big plus for busy moms! The environment is welcoming - from the ladies in the front to the assistants in the back. Dr. Michael was personable, knowledgeable, professional and so likeable. Fantastic experience: Great experience from start to finish. The staff was warm and welcoming. They were patient and kind when interacting with my kiddos, which helped to calm their nerves. They also received goody bag with a teddy bear before their exam started, which kept them distracted and comfortable throughout their exam. Dr. Michael was equally amazing with my kiddos. He was bubbly and energetic, which put my kids at ease. No tears were shed despite it being their first time at the dentist. Not to mention we were in and out (exam for two kids took 45 mins total)! Fantastic experience: As a mom of 3 under 3, and at least two of them being very nervous at doctors, I was dreading taking them to the dentist. But Children’s Dental Centre of Irving helped change that. Starting with their very informative and helpful website to the initial phone call with very friendly and welcoming staff, I was confident this is where I wanted to take my girls. While there, all of the staff were friendly, patient and kind to me and my little girls (even when crying). They made sure all of us were comfortable throughout the process and were also very informative. I could not have asked for a better experience. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Fantastic experience: About three years ago, our daughter had a severe cavity that led to facial swelling. At the time, we were facing financial struggles and had no health insurance. We knew it wouldn’t be cheap , but we trusted them and they exceeded our expectations.They treated our daughter with compassion and handled a complex procedure with patience and professionalism. They also helped us set up a payment plan, which made a big difference. We’ve since moved to another city, but we’ll always remember their kindness and nonjudgmental care. Negative experience: I wish I give them 0 star. Very disappointing with the front desk staff, they suggest my daughter for sliver crown on 4 teeth and I told them based on the coverage I will plan the crown and I provided my insurance and they said I need to pay $600 for full treatment after the the crown placement they asking me to pay $263 more which I'm not aware of before. I was cleared asked front desk people why they were charging more money, they were not even considering my concern they forcing me to pay the remaining amount and not even caring about my situation. This clinic is so expensive which is not even worth it.

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing experience!!! We recently changed dental offices for my son as the last dentist office was not a pleasant experience for either of us. I would have to hold my son down for just a cleaning. Today was a completely different experience. Ms. Natalie, Ms.Rocio, and Dr. Kavitha were the absolute best. They kept my son entertained and included him in all conversations about his teeth i.e how to brush, how to floss,etc. this is the first time my son he had a fun a dental office. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Today I brought my 13 month old daughter here for her first ever dentist appointment. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. We had a very low wait time, especially since we’re able to fill out most of the paperwork online prior to our appointment. The office super cute and kid-friendly, and there is even a nice parent lounge. I appreciate that my husband and I were allowed to come to the room with our daughter, and that we had all of our questions answered. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our dental hygienist (I think her name was Brisa), was so good with my daughter, so was the dentist who came in to do her exam (I believe was Dr. Kuba). I’m so glad my baby had a positive experience, thanks to the amazing team!

Fantastic experience: We love this place! Everyone is always wonderful to my 2 1/2 year old. We’ve been taking her since she started getting teeth and I’m so glad we did. She is not scared of the dentist and I always feel like everything is explained well and care is always thoughtful and thorough. I’d definitely recommend this place for babies and small children. We moved farther away but I refuse to go to a new children’s dentist if I can make it to this place.

Fantastic experience: I want to give a shout out to Children's Dental Center of Irving. Yesterday was my son's first dental appointment ever and they were so kind and professional . Not only that, their whole office is caters to children with fun vibrant colors, vending machine, games, touchpad apps lots of cartoons. You could tell the staff is used to dealing with little people. Dr.Michael the doctor was very professional, curteous and respectful and so was his assistants Mantza, Roco the front office.I can't wait for our next appointment I feel like getting my teeth done there!

Fantastic experience: Our daughter's first dental visit at another practice, while well-intentioned, was unfortunately not a positive experience. She was much more receptive to the Children's Dental Centre of Irving from the moment we walked in. The staff and the doctor were absolutely wonderful!!

Fantastic experience: This is the absolute best dentist office I've ever visited. The staff is friendly and professional. The environment is completely child friendly. My child had an extraction and didn't even notice because Dr. Michael was so amazing. I recommend to anyone that is looking for a warm, professional, and effective pediatric dentist.

Fantastic experience: My family and I had the most amazing experience with Children's Dental Centre of Irving. The level of care and concern displayed along with the knowledge and professionalism this team has is absolutely hands down the best. My 3 yr old daughter had major decay of several teeth and needed extensive treatment. I was so nervous about the procedure especially the anesthesia part of it. However, we had the best Dentist in Dr. Kuba and the best anesthesiologist in Dr. Caldwell. Together with their team of amazing professionals they took care of us. I also had the pleasure of working very closely with Ivette. She's part of Dr. Kuba's team. I felt like she was my personal on call dentistry advisor lol. Anytime I thought of any questions to ask or if I needed help with getting my daughter a prescription for antibiotics, she was on it immediately. Dr. Caldwell, my daughter's anesthesiologist answered all of my questions and concerns. She greeted us in the waiting area right before the procedure began and after the procedure she spoke with us about what we should expect moving forward. She also reached out to us to check on my daughters progress once we returned home. I am so grateful and thankful for her and Jennifer (Dr. Caldwell's assistant) My first meeting with Dr. Kuba was so refreshing. She took real time to sit with me and address all of my concerns. She thoroughly explained the X-rays and we had a brief but detailed discussion not as Dr. to patient but as mother to mother about the process. I'm sorry this is so long but there's so much more I could say about this experience. And there are so names I left out but I truly thank the entire team. My reason for being so detailed is to inform and reassure any parent who's trying to decide if this is the right office their family. I'm here to tell you that it's the absolute best Dentist office to bring your child/children to. They'll have a wonderful experience as well and will be properly taken care of. I could live in another country and I'd still bring my children here.

Fantastic experience: 12/19/24 We just love it here!!! Extremely in love with their passion with pediatric dentistry!!! My girls love going to their dentist visits because their experience is always amaizing! They feel special every time! 8/27/24 This past weekend had my daughter in pain with toothache. Called her doctor and left a voice message and sure enough she replied and checked on her thru the weekend. I sent her photos of her teeth and she evalued her thru there and got my girl feeling better. Got a rush appt. 1st thing Monday morning and was seen by their highly skilled staff and referred us to a specialist for a possible root canal. Very blessed to have found this practice. They are awesome! Last year, awesome experience for my 3 girls! This last experience with my 5 month old now was quick and easy! I was told by her pediatrician that i needed to get my newborn checked for tongue tie and sure enough they took care of us. Called for an appointment, was appointed right away. Very thankful for finding this practice! I got my questions answered regarding tongue tie by Dr. Michael and staff and got it taken care of right away. Very smooth procedure and recovery. The earlier the better for the baby....she was about to be 3 months old when procedure was done in office and 2 months later she is doing awesome! I really appreciate everyone in the office!!!! Went back to her pediatrician for 4 month checkup and everything is great with my daughter, I even gave him their info so that he can recommend his patients with tongue tie and frenectomy.

Fantastic experience: Me and my child love it here. I came to them for a 3rd opinion. They were able to see us almost immediately and we were able to come up with a solution that worked best for our family and budget. They offer a service called silver diamine fluoride that protects/hardens your child’s enamel and can prevent cavities as well as harden existing ones to prevent them from getting worse (typically for small cavities). The first time around my kiddo threw a fit considering neither of us knew what to expect and the fluid tastes “yucky”.Rocio and Sabrisha administered his second treatment and we were in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes. My son was only upset until he got his popsicle. All the ladies here are amazing. From the moment I found them they've been great. I also deeply appreciate that both the dental office and their anesthesiologist take care credit should you need that service. I say that because it was hard to find!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to children’s dental for the last 2 years and have no complaints! Every single person who works there is kind and professional and makes sure to ease any anxiety my son may have about to the dentist. They make every appointment fun and easy. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Update 3: We continue to have excellent care for my two kids every time we go. Shout out to Natalie Perez and truly all the staff for being amazing! Update 2: Dr. Kuba did extractions for my daughter and she had such an amazing experience. She and her staff helped keep my daughter calm during the process and my daughter healed up beautifully. Update: It’s been years since my last review (below), but I still feel exactly the same way as I did when I first came to see Dr. Kuba. I promise you won’t find a more caring dentist than her. Her staff is sweet and helpful. I 1000% recommend them! I am so glad to have found a dentist that genuinely cares about my children. Dr. Kuba is so patient and sweet and very thorough with her explanations. I know my kids are in safe hands with her. I also want to praise her two staff members that were also wonderful. Breezy was great at calming my son for his first X-rays and cleaning. He is very shy and timid by nature but he warmed up to her and listened to her and we had a positive experience. The other person who is great is Lauren. She has been such a positive presence and helped ease me during my daughters procedures. I look forward to seeing her when we visit. If you're looking for a dentist that your children will feel comfort with, then this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Michael, Emma, and Sabrisha were absolutely amazing to my kiddo. In the words of Braydon “I feel at home here” so amazing, glad we found somewhere he feels comfortable in! Thank you guys! Great first visit!

Fantastic experience: We were referred to come here because there was a small cavity in my daughter’s back molar that ended up destroying the tooth. We had to get it removed and CDCI was great throughout the whole process. They were so great, we are moving all of our children to be under their care moving forward.

Fantastic experience: Visiting Children’s Dental Centre of Irving is our favorite part now !!! My daughter loves this place the nurses and the doctors are just amazing. They make us feel welcomed every time the place is just Great for all kids. The attention and care given to us by the staff and doctors is excellent. We look forward to our appointments. Fantastic experience: Rocio took great care of my daughter today during her appointment. Like all of the staff, she was kind and caring and made sure to answer any questions/concerns that I had. We were in and out quickly and the best part is that each kiddo gets a prize as they leave. They even gave her a popsicle to offset the nasty of the taste of the treatment she had.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Michael is the best there is... the care he gives my son to over come his fear, (first time ever at a dentistry he had to take 2 broken teeth out) he is one of a kind. Very thankful I found this place in an emergency and now is his primary dentistry.

They always take the time to explain everything to us( Both Parents and Kids) and ensure to ask if any questions or concerns. All of my questions were answered and we are satisfied overall. Fantastic experience: CDCI is hands down the most kid friendly dental setup I’ve ever seen. My daughter’s face lights up when she finds out she has a visit coming up. The dentist is very knowledgeable and caring. I’ll 100% recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Our son’s first dental visit was a great experience at Children’s Dental Center of Irving. Natalie made my son feel comfortable and cared for him in a thoughtful way. All the staff were professional and kid friendly. They had gifts and balloons ready to go to make the experience a good one for my son. His Dentist explained everything thoroughly ahead of the procedures and asked for approval. Loved our visit and highly recommended them!

The environment is so exciting for kids as well!! we loved it and definitely recommend for families with babies. Our hygienist Rocio was so sweet and gentle with my baby.
