Fantastic experience: Staff is very friendly and services are more affordable than other dentist offices.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mohanna was great. Sympathetic to my pain points. Experienced and skilled enough to resolve a very complex dental problem. I had three adjacent implants removed due to massive infection. I was relieved to hear he had done a similar successful procedure already.

Negative experience: I waited months for a consultation to schedule for a dental cleaning. I received a text message Friday at 10:15 am confirming my appointment. I responded at 2:20 pm. No where does it state that if I didn’t respond that my appointment would be canceled. I didn’t know that and showed up to learn that since I didn’t respond by 1pm I was removed from the schedule. I was told that they would still see me but I declined. People work and can’t get to personal phone calls. The text messages are very convenient to respond to maybe start adding that it must be done by a specific time.

Fantastic experience: Very nice staff. Super friendly, personal, and kind people. Dr. Mohanna is amazing at his craft. He takes special care of your concerns, and makes you laugh all while performing the best dentistry work. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Broke a crown near a bridge. They worked me in quickly to evaluate. Scheduled crown replacement within the year to stay within this year's deductible. Thanks Dr. Mohanna and crew!

Fantastic experience: The staff was excellent and helpful in making me comfortable with my appointment. I have known Jennifer for years, and she made taking impressions a breeze. It was great to see her! Dana is helping me with a scheduling issue, and I know she is on top of the matter. Thank you Ms. Jessica for the genuine, friendly, relaxing personality as you explained, in specific details of what l should expect of each delicate encounter of the different X rays that had to be done. Thank you Dr. Cook for explaining why l have my teeth and gums problems, with delicate tones in her voice of a, " caring heart". She also had the patience, in a gentle way, to showed my ex-rays results, with specific details of the "Probable" causes and the effects of why my teeth and gum needed treatment, (which it surely do). Also, Dr. Cook recommended what is the correct "Over the counter tools" on how to maintain the best outcomes of my teeth and gums. I am VERY willing to obey, and correct my misunderstandings, and unawareness. THANK YOU. THANK YOU so-o MUCH for the beautiful co-operation and the collaboration front office team work of Ms . Jennifer, Ms. Brittany, and Ms. Dana's work. This beautiful team actually understood the uneducated dilemma l was in. They ALL took my hands and helped, and still helping me with each step of my learning ways. Why did this transpired? He takes pride in his work and pride in the staff he employs, as they meet his high expectations in providing complete dental care and great customer service. I did my research prior to choosing Dr. Mohanna for my dental needs and a big selling point for me was that almost all procedures were performed in the office and Dr. Mohanna has the skill and training to meet my dental needs which included implants, bone graft, crowns and bridge work. He is a highly skilled perfectionist and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Dr. Mohanna and the great staff in his state of the art office. I first posted this review more than a decade ago and continue to use Dr. Mohanna and have recommended him to my family members. I highly recommend him for any dental services you need.

The comfort that the scenic movie theatre screen provides is a sensation that one has to experience and that mere words would not do any justice! The steady but fast hands of the hygienist left my mouth feeling cleaner than I could ever remember, and is always a wonderful reminder of why sixth month cleanings are so important! Dr. Mohanna pilots the wonderful ship and is a dedicated Dentist to all of his patients. His caring, personal touch reassures you that you chose the best dental home.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, welcomed upon entering the facility and was admitted with 5 minutes. Got this appointment yesterday as I had a continual pain in my gum aside tooth number 20, which had been arrogating me for nearly 2weeks. Dr. Mo identified the cause and dove right in the remove the debris trapped beneath my gum. After the first go-around, a nurse with a special device extracted the last portions of the scrap. A bit of medication and I was on my way. Great quick job by all…I feel much better now.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gerety, the dental hygienist, the front desk clerk, and Dana were very warm and welcoming. Dr. Gerety was great about keeping me well informed of my options. He also tripple checks my circumstances in order for me to make the most informed decisions in regards to treatment options. I realized the treatment options that were explained to me today were unfortunately, missed opportunities by previous dentists. Dana was helpful with explaining procedures with clear visual demonstrations. It brought Dr. Gerety's vision to life. They certainly make a great team! I have NEVER met an office staff so comforting and highly knowledgeable in my life. It's apparent they love what they do and have each patient's best interest at heart.

Fantastic experience: I first met Dr.Mohanna earlier this year. I had not gone to the dentist in a few years and honestly was a bit apprehensive do to so due to past dental problems, and was thinking that it was going to be more of the same, but this visit was different, firstly I was greeted with lots of big smiles, then I got to meet my new Dentist Dr.Mohanna. Dr.Mohanna is genuine and so informative, and frankly, I learned so much from him about the medication that I was taking and the effects that medication had on my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I trust Dr Mohanna at 918 Dentist. He is kind and very cordial. I had an emergency and he got me in quickly. He offers sedation, but I'm fine without it.

Fantastic experience: I went to have a cleaning and a filling done and the tech asked me how my day was. I told her great - just finished PT and ready for the drilling. She asked what I had done and I told her and Dr Mohanna heard me and said we are not able to work on you for 6 months after surgery. I have never been told that and, today the least, have had dentists work on me after surgery so I was so grateful for his knowledge. He explained in detail why which was so appreciative. I love these people and so happy to have made the switch.

Negative experience: Communication fail! Sent new dental insurance & was scheduled following day for routine cleaning. Arrived for appt & told my insurance had lapsed. Contacted Ins Company & verified Ins active without lapse. Disappointed with the lack of effort to resolve the error!

I have been terrified of the dentist ever since I first went at 10 years old and had 16 cavities. (True story!), and back then they drilled on me forever. Now, 40+ years later, that fear is gone thanks to 918 Dentist. This place is fantastic, and all the staff are so incredibly kind. I left my initial/above review in 2018. I had my latest appointment today, it's now 2025, and my opinion has not changed. These folks are just the greatest, and I highly recommend them. Dr. Mohanna (my spelling may be wrong) is truly a fantastic dentist, along with his fellow doctors at the practice, and all the office staff are just wonderful! I highly recommend this practice!!
