Negative experience: Terrible care. They were able to tally up a $1200 surgery bill for a child not even old or heavy enough for surgery. They could not tell me a solution for the problem I actually went in for. Do not recommend this location or clinic

Today my visit was nice too Mia the assistant took care of us and place us in the back where I can be with all my kids, it was very nice she is very professional and explained everything very well everything went out smoothly and we where out quickly. Mia showed good teamwork with her coworkers and if I can name all of them I would. It’s a good team!

Fantastic experience: I went to Toothtown Dentistry for kids. My child was in pain with a tooth ache and hadn’t eaten for 2 days. When I went to toothtown, one of their dentist refused to extract the tooth without general anesthesia, the other dentist was willing to extract the tooth without general anesthesia but didn’t have an opening until December 15th, a whole month away from today. Long story short, 3 visits later, my husband found General Dentistry for kids, they were able to give us an emergency appointment the very next day and Dr Beitel was great. He was concerned about my 1 year olds pain and listened to my concerns about general anesthesia. He examined the tooth, brushed his teeth and extracted the tooth all in one visit. I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received only because I was sure we were going to have to come back for two more visits, at the very least. But, no, this office is on it and gets things done. They care about their patients and concerns of the parents. So happy I went here!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Incredible staff, from the front office to the providers. They clearly explain every detail about each procedure with kindness and care. Their attentiveness creates a welcoming environment. My daughter felt at ease, allowing the Dentist to examine her effortlessly, and he kept her smiling throughout the visit. Positive experience: Really great service and the dental hygienist and staff very friendly and kind. They make you and your child feel safe comfortable and never feel like you are a burden. The wait time is a bit long but if you have to reschedule to come back there is no hassle in doing so. My only complaint is the wait time other than that I LOVE this place for my children! The billing is questionable so always ask what charges they say aren’t covered by insurance because if it is not covered then there is a good possibility you don’t need to pay for additional tests. I always question what is covered and not because additional tests can become very pricy.

Fantastic experience: They are accommodating and offer appointments to get all three of my children in for their dental check-ups at the same time, which is convenient so that we don't have to make separate trips for multiple visits. We have always had good experiences here. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are very kid-friendly and have a streamlined, efficient system in place to get you in, out, and on with your day. The kids always look forward to their dental appointments.

It was our daughter’s first time there and although she cried a bit while Dr. Beitel was brushing her teeth, when we got out of the facility, she said she had a great time. The visit was very informative and we felt we were well taken cared of. We will definitely recommend this to our friends and family!

Negative experience: I'd give zero if I could. Negative 5 even. They attempted to fraud my son's insurance by saying he needed crowns for minor cavities. Thing is I was able to brush these spots away clearly not cavities. The tech that took us back who btw speaks English perfect couldn't seem to understand simple phrases that I had to repeat bc she wouldn't listen. The front desk told me it was for the cc location thing is I cancelled from that location then called to make one at this location. I will tell united health of this. So they gonna get in trouble for federal fraud attempt.

Negative experience: The Dental Assistant Vanessa was very patient, knowledgeable and professional. She really helped lighten the negative experience encountered with Dr.Beiber. I hope Dr.Beiber allows more patience in her work, life since she works with children and should have a better understanding of how to interact with them. Creating a safe and fun environment in such an already nervous setting for children, is crucial.

Fantastic experience: Although it's a busy office, they have it together. You usually don't wait more than 10 to 15 minutes. They have a great system you can get seen quickly and right out the door. The dentists are great with the children. Everyone that works there is great with children.Have been using them for over 20 years.

Negative experience: Daughter had a molar that needed a crown, dentist said he couldn't put a crown on it and wanted her to go to the Orthodontist to see if it was okay to pull, went to the Orthodontist and he said insurance wouldn't cover his exam and if I paid for the exam and he recommended extraction insurance wouldn't cover the extraction went back to the dentist he said he wouldn't extract tooth without recommendation from orthodontist wanted me to take her back to the orthodontist. Maybe I'm missing something here, but if you can't put a crown on it then it needs to be extracted I would think

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place for kids with very caring people. My son had a root infection and the extraction helped him keep his molar in the future. Now it has grown back perfectly fine. The staff in the dentist were very attentive and very gentle.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this clinic. Staff are very welcoming and kind from the beginning the front desk staff were very nice. They had just removed my Son's braces and he was very nervous about how he looked but after the visit he had with the hygienist Valerie G. and her assistant Samantha he ended up being, very confident about how he looked and he received very good tips on how he can treat his gums.

Negative experience: Not a great experience. Everyone was rude except the nice lady we paid with. The dentist barely looked at my child’s teeth and did nothing to reassure her when she was a bit anxious. Never going back there.

Negative experience: Smelled like pee, kids just running around, kids running in and out the back room. I was informed that I could not go back with me 11 year old daughter because her 4 year old sister couldn't go back there but they proceeded to let families up to 5 go back and not all of them were getting dental work. Hmm care to explain? My last visit my daughter was able to go back while she wad having her teeth done

Fantastic experience: The dentist section of GD4 Kidd's went above and beyond made sure my boys teeth were clean there was a problem with one of my boys teeth cleaning so I made sure and told them, they got another hygiene lady and redid. But if you are not satisfied with the service they make sure and fix it so you are. My boys have been coming here for the past 8 or so yrs. The reception ladies upfront are always nice, the hygienest explains to the child what she's going to do before she does it so there are no surprises, and the child does not feel scared or line WHOA!!! and the waiting rooms always clean. They just installed new video games for the kids while you wait. Even give it roses on Friday for mother's day..... Thank you GD4K for always making a visit to the dentist easy for my kids and myself.....

Estella Dental Assistant Was very pleasant, very wonderful my little girl was very comfortable with her and felt safe to the point that she allowed her to removed her Stubborn Wiggly Tooth. When working with children people need to be like Estrella. Thank you Estrella Normal Dental Assistant Is such a warm person Perfect in character to work with kids Has such patience and kindness Knows exactly the tone of voice and selects her words wisely She goes above and beyond We definitely need to experience this more often Thank you Norma!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Magill did an amazing job, as well as his assistant Vanessa. They made me feel apart of the team. I was very comfortable leaving my daughter’s teeth in their hands. They took care of my daughter’s needs, and did it in a timely manner. This is our third/fourth year with Dr. Magill, which is very fortunate. I have no complaints, they were both very professional and very welcoming. My daughter had a procedure done and I’m honestly very pleased as of right now with all of their work. Fantastic experience: Valencia location kudos to all!! Loved how quickly they were able to accommodate our emergency situation, same day appointment for a new patient and procedure scheduled ASAP. Staff was friendly loved the staff talked to my child, as they were the actual patient, facility was clean, kid friendly and welcoming. Dr Cole, Vanessa, Genesis and Susanna did everything to make the whole ER visit at ease. Much appreciated, thank you!!!

Negative experience: We have been patients of GD4K for years never had any issues . Today 09/06 my son went for an annual exam and had Norma , she was rude and shitty . Norma told my son his teeth would fall out , that his breath stinks and just in a rude demeanor. My son has always had anxiety when going to the dentist and this did not help in any way , he complained a couple of times of pain and discomfort and she did not acknowledge it or comfort him just told him to pretty much stop and was not hurting . I will be filing a formal complaint to the board as well as the location .

Fantastic experience: We've been going to the Valencia location for years. They have always been friendly and professional. The staff is helpful and great with little ones, especially the kids with anxiety. Recently our son has seen the orthodontic team at Smile Straight and they are fantastic!

Negative experience: HORRIBLE PLACE, This location is extremely unprofessional my son had to have surgery done on his tooth it’s been 5 months and finally a DIFFERENT location on Prince Rd got everything done in ONE day. They called who they needed to and got it done no excuses. We will not be returning ever again after this procedure is done next week.
