Fantastic experience: The cleaning was a new process but I felt like I took a shower and claustrophobic at times but still preferred it over all the scrapping. I really like the gal that cleans my teeth... long blonde hair but dont remember name. The people there are great and I hate going to the dentist!!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency on Thanksgiving. I never expect to get in over the weekend, but decided to give it a try on BLACK Friday. They were unable to get me on Friday, but could saturday or sunday. I was mind blown. The staff was super friendly and really went above and beyond. Reasonabley priced and insurance was accepted. Edit- unfortunately I had a second emergency. Fortunately for me the I received the same great service a second time.

Fantastic experience: Took my 7yr old in for a checkup and cleaning. When taking the x-rays was difficult they found a way to make it more comfortable for her. Checkup and cleaning was quick, Dr. Meg is always awesome! Would definitely recommend this office and all of their staff.

Fantastic experience: They have been amazing, I am not a fan of the dentist first and foremost. But they are changing that, they have been accommodating and wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I went in yesterday as a transfer from a different dentist. I told them I wanted my molar extracted and just like that they booked me immediately. I went in this morning for an extraction that only took about 5-10 minutes. I was in and out in under an hour! The staff was extremely amazing!! (Besides the front desk lady who is not welcoming at all and was rude on the phone and over email) I will still give 5 stars for the fact that Dr.Megan is so nice and really helped me out. I need a crown replacement next then a cleaning/fill a few cavities and I’m excited to go back and get my dental work done here. My teeth are very important to me and I’m happy to go somewhere I feel confident in. Thank you to everyone at 10th street dental.

Positive experience: Highly recommend this was a quick and easy not going to say painless (it is the dentist after all) experience. Dr Meg and the entire staff are friendly and know what they are doing. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist still would rather not go but life at times requires you to go I will be going to Dr Meg and Company

Negative experience: When I was put in my car after my wisdom teeth removal my phone fell out on the ground and stayed there almost getting ran over from us coming back to get it. Never gave me my glasses when we left so we had to come back for that. Never gave me a syringe to clean my gums out when I eat. I am not coming back

Positive experience: The doctor and nurse didn't tell me the precautions after tooth extraction. My cavity is in danger.

Fantastic experience: When I go to the office I feel like I am going to meet up with my family and friends. I am not usually fond of needles poking in my mouth but the dentist Dr Megyn Freed has won my trust and the best of me such that I am not nervous about the dentist and the fact that I am a little bit nervous about the pain. I don’t intend on going to another dentist appointment for the rest of my life. I have arrived home .

Fantastic experience: I went in for oral surgery where they removed 12 teeth. Now im awaiting a partial to be made for me. They were wonderful and made the process of sedation and recovery quick! Thank you for relieving me of my oral pain. Ive been dealing with it for a long time and am relieved to not have to anymore. I would recommend anyone to go see them!

Fantastic experience: My fiancé came in on a Saturday (during their urgent weekend hours) and received the most incredible care I could’ve imagined! With an infected tooth and immense pain both of these dentists took care of him (even on their day off) and covered every base imaginable! There are not enough words to describe how grateful we are for Dr. Meg and Dr. Chris for their everything they did for us, they are a godsend and truly care for their patients!!! Fantastic experience: I had a tooth that needed to be pulled. Of course it cracked ona Friday, I called 10th Street Dental, they got me in first thing on a Saturday morning! So thankful I didn't have to wait all weekend in misery. Staff are very nice and the Dentist is super. Couldn't believe how fast and efficient she is. Highly recommended. I was doing the right thing. Flossing my teeth Sunday evening, all of a sudden a big chunk of filling fell out of my back tooth. The 50 year warranty was definitely up on that one. It didn't hurt, so I called 10th Street Dental first thing Monday morning. Told them what happened, told them my work schedule and they had me taken care of in no time at all. She did a great job . Once again, 10th Street dental comes to the rescue. I was eating a granola bar for breakfast and bit into something hard. Thought maybe it was a shell off of an almond. No it was a chunk of my tooth so I called them and they fit me in as soon as possible. Got it all taken care of and life is good. Couldn't have gone to a better place. The staff is friendly. The dentist is outstanding. You couldn't ask for anyone nicer than Dr. Meg.

Negative experience: I had my initial visit just recently. And I do have every intention of returning. However, I have concerns. Neither the hygienist(dental assistant)or the dentist introduced themselves to me. I believe the hygienist(dental assistant)made a small attempt at “small talk”. But I finally asked her name near the end of my visit. And the dentist “surprised” me from my right side in full “garb” and I had the impression they were about to begin right there and then. It was me who immediately inquired, “and who are you”? Again, no “small talk” from them. It was all very impersonal and it did not convey any feeling of care, concern or support. And everything felt extremely rushed. The dentist was prepared to “strap me in” and perform my procedure right there and then. No talk of pre-authorizations or questions or concerns. That may work for some people but I had plans for the rest of the day. I have since made my return appointment, very willingly I might add, but only after verifying that my procedure and “nitrous oxide” is covered. Maybe everybody was just having a bad day and was “feeling rushed” that day. But I would hope more attention is paid to greeting and welcoming and making the patient comfortable. I don’t want to come across as “ that lady” or earn a bad reputation at your practice. And I very rarely leave reviews on anything. But I felt strongly that I should bring this to your attention. And thank you for your time and that attention to this matter. Have a great rest of your day!

Negative experience: What are the worst Dennis I've ever been to the lady dentist wants to make you keep coming back and she wants a treat all of her patients like they are homeless or on Medicaid, which all patients should be treated equal. I will never go back

Positive experience: This is my second visit. Super friendly staff. Dr. Meg, is was very kind and gentle, which is a huge plus 4 those of us that have ever had horrific experiences. As a child in the dental office Only thing is I questioned this time was I don't feel the laughing gas had as good as an effect as it did.The first time. she did tell me she had it at the Max. That She could give me but I could really feel the shots this time. Otherwise, overall, great experience.If you need to go to the dentist.

Negative experience: I waited two hours and finally went back. But before I found out I was told by the front desk that they couldn’t do my fillings, just the extractions and cleaning and then I was told that there wouldn’t be enough time to do the cleanings but first they told me Medicaid covered it all and now apparently they don’t. Sorry but I don’t highly recommend coming here. They take forever

Positive experience: These people are very patient and kind. You might have to wait for a bit in the lobby but once you are back in one of the rooms things move quickly and gently.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency (front tooth fractured at the gum line) on a Saturday. After my own dentist was unable to help me, Dr. Meg was able to make an appointment for me the next morning. My tooth ended up needing to be extracted and while it's horrible to have a front tooth extracted, Dr. Meg and her assistant made the procedure as comfortable as possible. They were very straightforward about treatment options and what next steps we should take. And most importantly they cared enough to come in on a Sunday to help me. So grateful for this place for making the time to help someone that wasn't even their patient before this happened. Truly great people here.

Negative experience: As much as I appreciated them getting me in quickly ish, And the lovely front desk staff I’ve never met a more rude dentist in my life Dr. Meg. I don’t think that they should put themselves out there as emergency care when someone comes in with severe pain and they don’t know how to accommodate that person. The dentist didn’t walk me through the process at all, just came in with a big needle and started injecting me, and as I was groaning in pain, she told me that was enough or we would be done for the day. Are you kidding me? Have you never met anybody in severe pain? I’ve never been more insulted. The only reason why I stayed is because the price was right otherwise I was about to walk out the door and I definitely had other options. And then when we were in the process, I kept asking if they got it and she said rudely “how about I let you know when I get it”. and then when she did get it, she didn’t even let me know. She was so rude and she should be ashamed of herself the way she treated me yesterday when I was in one of the most vulnerable painful moments of my life. A full apology is necessary. I’m definitely transferring my files.

Fantastic experience: Courteous, attentive and quick to get you in. I appreciate the ladies up front as well. Not only are they friendly, they take the time to remember you and they are knowledgeable on top of it. Between the dentist herself and everyone else it’s why I choose 10th street dental over everyone else.

Fantastic experience: Was on a road trip when I broke off part of my tooth. Wife called 10th Street Dental and they were great fitting me in at the end of their Saturday. Walked in and they greeted me by name. Few minutes later was in the chair and they took x rays and pictures. Dentist there shortly thereafter. Told me I needed a crown but it could wait til I got home.

Negative experience: My dad needed a quick visit for a dental issue he was having and I was grateful for how fast they were willing to accommodate him. However, the receptionist wasn’t very friendly and it got to the point that halfway through the phone intake/scheduling I decided to let them know I would be going somewhere else instead. I hate to judge a local business based on one interaction, but I just feel that the first point of contact is very important and lays the groundwork for the rest of the experience.

Fantastic experience: My 10th Street Dental experience was painless and am happy with 2 new crowns. I was able to get 2 procedures done simultaneously at an affordable price without insurance. Shout out to front desk as well.

Fantastic experience: They were fantastic. Dr. Meg did a great job of examining my sons mouth as he flipped his bike. She took the time to explain what they were doing and the next steps in the process. Her husband was also there to help with making the adjustment. That would be enough for the 5 star review but they did this all on Sunday of a holiday weekend. Very thankful they responded and got him in so quick.

Positive experience: This was a 4 star review because of Kristen, that other lady Suzanne was horrible to deal with over the phone and I almost gave up with going to see them until I spoke with Kristen. Kristen went above and behind with her service, from looking up my insurance to making she was able to have that information so I could keep my appointment. Suzanne was rude, disrespectful and not helpful

Fantastic experience: I went in yesterday as a walk-in without an appointment, but they still accommodated me, which I truly appreciate. I waited for a few hours before I was able to get my filling—that was my only concern since I live far from town, but overall it was fine with me, especially since I didn’t have any errands or work that day and was just a walk-in. Dr. Megan is sweet, has a gentle touch, and did an excellent job with my filling. You can tell she didn’t rush the procedure, especially since I was the last patient at that time. She also explained the next steps clearly, and I’m planning to have an appointment for my next filling. I feel more comfortable having her do it compared to my current dentist. Thank you!
